Friendly and professional staff. They had the part in stock and took care of the airbag so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. They do sell Mercedes-Benz merchandise inside and have bottled water, etc., complimentary to customers. They even gave the wife's Mercedes-Benz a complimentary bath. I already posted a few pictures and don't see them now, so I'm not going to hunt for them any further tonight just to post the same thing again. Now, if only I can get a replacement key fob for an affordable price to replace one that decided to quit working, I'll be in good shape.

We just bought 2014 CPO MB C350 today. Angie Braid was our sales advisor. Really impressed by the customer service. The amp messed up on the C class I was wanting, they are currently fixing it for free, and they gave me a 2016 C300 as a loaner to drive around until my MB is fixed. I highly recommend this dealership. I have never been treated as well as they treat you at MB. Everybody makes sure you are completely taken care of, so glad I pulled in. I found a nice pre-owned BMW 650 online here. I called direct and emailed; a sales manager and associate called me back. Great, right? I made these guys 2 strong direct offers, all cash or trade. Even sent pics of my trade vehicle and VIN. Told them to let me know before I go to bank and drive down. The guy carried on about how they "do deals and make them work." Sales guy also stated he would even bring the car to me in ATL. Great, right? Waited . . . Total Flop! Two days later got a text that vehicle was SOLD. REALLY!! They sent a different offer to Car gurus instead of me, two days later. WOW!!! . . . and that's how Merc Benz of Columbus “make deals work."

Take your vehicle for service or parts elsewhere..........Recent MB 2500 owner, 2nd bad experience with customer service at this dealership. 1st time passing through Columbus stopped by service department because van was indicating a warning code on what later turned out to be low DEF. I couldn't get service rep to ask a mechanic what was going on without writing up a service ticket and dropping van off. Are you kidding me? Desperate for service work? With this kind of customer service you wonder why your not busy? 2nd time passing through in a bad rainstorm with a headlight out. Dealership was open, service was closed, just needed a headlamp, GM was present. No way on the light bulb.....and its not like AZ carrys MB headlamps........this dealership stinks in the follow up customer service department. They act like they are doing you a favor........trying to figure out is this a MB "culture" thing or just confined to this particular dealership? Take your business Atlanta!!!!

I’ve made many vehicle purchases and this has been by far the best experience. I’ve never had such an easy transaction. There was no run around. I put in my application, Gary called let me know he was working on it. He called me when he had some information for me. I came right in with my paperwork, looked at the truck, test drove, signed, and was out the door. Everything was explained into detail!!! I could not thank this company enough! The entire staff has been friendly, courteous and kind. From the initial contact with my sales person Malcolm Waller, the purchasing process was seamless. Prior to purchase, the small issues found during my vehicle inspection were addressed and resolved. But is was the service after the sale provided by the Columbus Dealership that earns them the 5 star rating. My vehicle had an issue that could only be heard on a cold start. The service appointment was handled by Malcolm, I was placed in a loaner vehicle and the service was completed at no cost to me. It is important to note that the GM Richard Joyner was extremely helpful in this process as well.

What began as an unlikely event, turned in to a perfect ending. I started looking for a pretty specific used car about two months ago and came across one at the dealership. The catch was that I live in North Carolina. I requested more information and received a call from Rick Gilbert. From day one he was courteous and most importantly, patient. As things started lining up and I began to fine tune my trip, I couldn't have asked for better customer service than I received from Rick. Everything went extremely smooth (including my flight to Atlanta and shuttle to Columbus) the day I made the purchase. After a test drive and the quickest paperwork in my life, I was on my eight hour ride back to NC. Thanks again Rick!

I had a really great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Columbus. I made an online inquire about a CPO vehicle and was contacted by Ronnie Meares. Understanding that car shopping can be painful sometimes and after a couple of bad experiences with sales personnel at other Mercedes Benz dealership, I was a little hesitant when I made the online inquire about the CPO vehicle. However, as soon as I picked up the phone and Ronnie started introducing himself and carrying himself with so much respect and good gentleman manners, I knew that my experience was going to be different. He has very understanding on what I needed and very knowledgeable of his product. He was very honest at all times and was very prompt at getting back to me with answers to my questions. When it came to deal with my trade-in vehicle, he was very honest about the couple of things that he told me about the pricing on my vehicle. He gave a very honest and fair trade-in value for my vehicle and helped me figure out the payments and everything else that was involved in the buying process. I would recommend Ronnie to anyone anytime. Please give that gentleman a 100.

I found the vehicle that I was looking for online on 1/28/16 and emailed the dealership. Gary the salesperson responded with the information that I requested. He answered my additional questions via the phone when I called. Debi answered all of my questions in regard to warranty information. Duane was helpful in working with me as well to make my purchase. I made an online appointment on July 24, and the appointment date is August 2 at 10 am. The appointment is to address the recall of passenger-side and driver-side air bag of my Springer RV. At 1138 on August 1 (less than 24 hours prior to the appointment), I received a phone message that the dealer cannot do this repair. After I called back, the service staff first claimed that they could not do any repair on the sprinter. I told him that I did a service A less than two years ago. He asked me to wait on line to pull my record. After that, he admitted the service was done, but he told me that they could not do the repair of airbag recalls. He asked me to bring the sprinter to other dealers. Here are my two main concerns about the service department. 1. it is rather unprofessional and inconsiderate to cancel my appointment a day before my appointment after I have made an arrangement to take a day off on August 2. They should have contacted me for this matter a day or two after I made an appointment. 2. Customers lose confidence after hearing lies from the service department of this dealer. I did my sprinter service there, and yet, they said they could not perform sprinter service. What a stupid lie!

I bough a Infiniti Truck from the Mercedes Benz Dealer of Col Ga, on 9/12/18, found out on 9/15/18 that the fog lights do not work so I called the salesman who I worked with at the Mercedes Benz dealership named Gary St. Louis on 9/15/18, I told him that the fog lights do not work on the vehicle. I am extremely pleased to say on 9/19/18 the issue was fixed, I also found another issue of the third row seats squeaking when folding down and they also fixed that issue, I highly recommended buying a vehicle from this Mercedes Benz dealership in Columbus Ga. I am very pleased and grateful to know that if there is a problem with a vehicle in their inventory if you bring it to their attention they will fix any issue you have and they will go pass the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. If I could give them more than a five star rating I would and if I could give them better than a grade A rating I would. Before you buy a vehicle from any other dealership I recommend that you go to the Mercedes Benz dealership of Col. Ga. and see Gary St. Louis he is a great salesman and will work hard and get you the best deal possible, or see the General Manager Richard Joyner, he is also the greatest person you could ever meet and he will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from the engine, I decided to not drive the car under this condition, in the next morning i got message from the service manager saying that is my car is fine and the noise i was hearing was the direct injection pump on the vehicle. The vehicle had sat for 3 days and was cold after the vehicle warms up the pump will get quiet. I need to pick up our loaner this morning so if you will send me the address you are at i will have a driver leave this am with your vehicle with disrespect, rudeness and the typical hang up the phone on me!!! Then I decided to fill a complaint at MB-USA. At the end of the day i got phone call from the customer service manager and she apologize about what he did and told me that the technician checked out my car again and he said that the noise is normal and not normal. And now the found that they have to change the pison and connecting rod inside the engine which I’ Gonna lose the value of my car. My car has just 27000 miles.and the i got my car back with another issues in suspension, transmission and leaking coolant everywhere

Not impressed.. It almost appears that one fix leads to another problem.. I have yet to leave this establishment satisfied.. I've waited 3hrs I'm the waiting room (forgotten)only to be told the parts will have to be ordered (lost that sale) Also to leave after having the initial service check list done and cleared green, to only receive a low level light on my dash afterwards... Now my seat adjustment switch is broken and the labor to fix it is more than the item itself.. Mind you I have memory set seats so therefore no reason to use my switches..Always an issue.. exceedingly frustrated and disappointed..

My experience with the Mercedes Benz of Columbus Georgia did not go so well. I went to visit the dealership on June 27,2017 in hopes of purchasing one of their pre-owned vehicles. I spoke with the Salesman By the name of Bob Blauvelt. I had informed him that I would be purchasing the car and that I wanted to arrange a meeting on Friday at 10:30 am. He agreed and I was expecting to purchase a car by Friday of June 30,2017. He never informed me that other people were interested in purchasing the car. He did not give many detail letting me know that I could have put a down payment on the vehicle the day I was at the dealership. I called him the next day to make sure that we were still having the meeting. He said yes and then asked if I could put down a deposit. I asked him to let me call my mother and he said that was fine. I called my mom and I also asked him if he would accept a check card he said yes. My mom called and was going to put down a deposit over the phone and that is when he told her that the car had been sold and purchased. I felt that this was not fare to us because we were never aware of putting a deposit on the car to hold the car. My family and I were highly disappointed due to the lack of information that Mr. Bob failed to give us. I am believe that was unprofessional and I missed out on a great opportunity because of it.


I understand establishments being busy and such but 6+ hours to put two tires on my vehicle and to have them aligned is ridiculous. I feel like I could have put them on and pushed the car home in the time it took for them to service the vehicle. Also, when I walked in for help I stood around while employees are on there phone joking with each other NEVER making eye contact. Only until I stood in there lobby awkwardly for about 8 minutes did someone get off their phone long enough to ask if I was being helped. Not even a hello, it honestly felt like everyone would rather “look busy” then be aware of there surroundings and acknowledge customers. A simple “I’ll be right with you” is all anyone needs. Six hours in and I’m still waiting, not a good first impression at all.


My mother's engine was damaged during an oil change, and taken to the Mercedes Benz shop for repairs in June. The company which was responsible for the damages was not very helpful with paying for the repairs, and my mother's car ended up being at the Mercedes shop in limbo for over 6 weeks. You can imagine my mother's frustration as a customer, but also the shop manager at Mercedes. Yet, the entire time that my mother's car was in their shop, they continued to advocate on her behalf to have the car repaired, and maintained the highest degree of decorum under the most strained and unusual circumstances. I am giving Mercedes the highest possible rating for their impeccable customer service. No one could possibly expect have better service under those conditions, and I am thankful for their kindness.

My concerns were to fix my windshield and change a light bulb. They went back and forth about the price to fix my windshield. The gentleman said when he called " are you ready for this? It's going to be $1200, welcome to the Gwagon life" which I thought was extremely unprofessional. It ended up being $244. The mechanic just fixed the one I had instead of ordering a new one. Thank you whoever you are! He also helped me figure out the aux cable . Thank you for that too. They advertise online for $100 an hour In labor, however charged $122 per hour. I do appreciate the gentleman that took me to work and picked me up the next morning. What a nice driver... maybe he needs to deal with customer calls. He knows professionalism.

Awesome service department. The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedule the service for Monday (Mar9) at a very convenient time (for me). It is great to have a dedicated service time rather than a "cattle call" time like you find at other dealerships. Customer service is a big deal with me; and MB of Columbus has outstanding customer service. The technicians are top-of-the-line and the quality of work is impeccable. Moreover, the technicians will take the time to explain the needed service(s), why it's needed, and let you know how long it should take, and answer all your questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are also complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi availability. From the time you drive up, to the time you drive out, these folks are truly trying to put the customer first in their Customer Service. Awesome!!
