This is the only place I use to wash my car. I go to GooGoo car wash every week unless it's pollen season then I wash it 2 or 3 times a week but I love GooGoo's it cleans, shines, free vacuums, free car scent, free clothrags and car cleaner to use while you are there, to dry your car and then clean the inside of your car or they also offer full service where they will clean the outside plus entire inside of your car for you. You get what you pay for.

Because it's close by, I frequently bring my vehicle to Goo-Goo in Albany. I usually don't have much to complain about, but my recent visit will be my last! The vacuums wouldn't suck the sand off a desert floor! The floormat cleaner will your mats dirtier than before you put them in the machine! I have spent tons of money at this place, often using the full-service. The lack of management and leadership at this location is evident by careless employees. I paid almost $30 for those guys to wipe down the interior, dry the outside, and clean the windows. Given the value, I don't really expect much else. But I do hold an expectation for a job to be done correctly and meet a customer's satisfaction. The visit prior to this one left much to be desired! There were dry soapy water spots all over my car. My windshield had very visible streaks, the cloth used was probably dirty. My back windshield didn't even appear to have been touched, nor did the side windows. I pointed out my dissatisfaction with an employee. He rudely responded that the spots on my car weren't from the wash. That was not true, the spots weren't there prior my car being washed. Rather than simply wipe down the car again with a damp cloth, he refused. It was hot outside, so I chalked that incident up as a tired and fatigued employee; but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I wiped the exterior of the car and cleaned the windows myself. With this most recent and LAST visit. I intended to get the full-service wash again, but apparently the full-service bay was closed. No biggie! After I went through the wash I pulled around and began vacuuming the car interior. At very best, those vacuums are pathetic! Anyway, while wiping down the interior I noticed a cloud of dust flying around inside and outside my car. Much to my dismay, I looked to see an employee using a industrial strength blower in the parking lot! PEOPLE, COME ON! I literally JUST finished having the car washed! I spent $25 on this wash! Now, there is sandy dust all over the outside and settling in the car!! Why was that allowed with freshly washed vehicles lined up at the subpar vacuums?! It baffles my mind, to think other patrons of this car wash feel it's worthy of 5 star ratings! At best - On a good day, Goo-Goo is worth maybe 3 stars and only on very rare good days! Those days are few and expansively far between! At worst - They really should be ashamed to the point closure for poor customer service and generic quality. I'll go to Tsunami or Oasis from now on.

I just recently went through Goo Goo for the $7 wash and came out with smudge and dust still on the back of my white car. In fact, after coming out, the back of my car looked dirtier than before entering the car wash. Super disappointed. This was my last time using Goo Goo. Anytime that I am in town again, I will instead drive out of my way to Oasis Car Wash on Slappey and give them a try. Not to mention, the last two times that I have gone to Goo Goo, their vacuum cleaners had barely any suction. This place has really gone downhill over the years.

I made an error when I came through and wanted a full service carwash but didn't see it on the screen. After my carwash I talked with two different employees who both told me that I would have to go back through and pay for another carwash to accomplish this. The gate was closed to the vacuums so I couldn't even go in and vacuum my car myself. I left more than unhappy and doubt that I will return.

Not happy with the $18 wash. My last quick wash looked better. Especially since i had to wipe it all down myself to get pollen off and wash around the handles and gas cap. I should have made them run it through again. Like the last time. Also the credit card display is backwards from what it should be. Showing card on screen the wrong direction. Had to go in backwards.

I would have left zero stars if I could.this is the worst excuse for a car wash.ive spent tons of money at this wash but not anymore.i will not be back.when I first got there and the guy that washed my windshield left soap all over it so I couldn't see which way he was telling me to go I had to stick my head out of the window to see him.then he was so busy talking to the other guy that he let me drive up on the rail and when my tire came back down it nicked my rim.then after I went through the wash it tore up one of my motorized side mirror.it will not open or close anymore.and the top it all off there was a ton of soap still on my truck.poor wash job.ill go to djs from now one.dont waste your money with this place

January 8 2018 I when to get my truck wash and I payed 22 dollars for the full service and did not get that full service drit was still on the floor in corners and the door jam was not clean dashboard was not wipe down and inside doors windows was not clean at the top I left my keys in my truck so they could let down the windows to get the top cup holders not wipe out is why I rate full service a 2 out 5 and 5 people work on my truck got home and just did it myself .......PISS ME OFF....... it can be better the was part was good if there is a next time for me I will just pay for the wash only and clean my own truck out......... FULL SERVICE MY ASS AND .......AND I TIP .......... NEVER AGAIN

My car was damaged and GooGoo's is refussing to pay for the damages. Said it was not their fault that their car wash dragged my car into a truck that got stuck in their car wash, breaking my grill and scraching my car. I have over $850.00 damage to the front of my car and they refussed to fix my car. These guys will run pointing their finger at somebody else, if something happens to your car. Beware

I have been washing my car here for the last 8 years and I usually detail my own car but today I decided to get the works (just bought another car). Well the guys didn't vacume under the floor mats, did not dry the front of the car, left the rims dirty, so I call to inform them and the person I spoke with "Arthur", was rude and argumentative. I will NEVER go back again.. There are too many places in town that appreciate your business to put up with this!!!!

I came in today and was told you couldn't run my credit card, than asked to drive out gate. You guys are a joke. No compensation, no sorry, nothing, just told we will be open later. They were very nice from the start. My truck had every bug from Kennesaw, GA to Panama City, FL splattered on it, but I was told that they would try their best. Demetries was very nice and had great customer service. My car smells so good. I will definitely come back.

What do you do before you take off on a road trip? You get your car washed and detailed. After many stops running errands my bestie decided to get this done before we get in the road. The workers where dressed up uniforms ar the front. They fancy. The process is pretty quick. Pick what you want done from the machine and they direct you when to put your car on the belt. They give you air fresheners. You go through the car wash. Always and fun/scary experience lol and then afterward you pull into a covered shelter where they do the detailing. Now the difference with this place is the lounge where you wait for your car to be done is pretty nice. They have a television, nice bathroom, table and chairs, sofas and wing chairs and some snacks and coffee or water. But most of all some good air. When the car is done they bring it over to you. This place is a win win.

I hate I had to give them 1 star because they don’t deserve that!! Worst experience ever!! Went on April 25, 2019 to get a full service wash and the attendant broke my antenna off my truck when he removed it. Called several times and spoke with a manager who said my antenna had been ordered and I should expect to hear from a body shop to schedule a date and time to have it installed. Here it is, June 3, 2019, and I still don’t have an antenna! I had to call back, speak to another manager who told me I had to call the body shop to schedule an appointment! No apologies, no compensation, nothing!! NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this establishment at ANY location!!

If I could have completed a review and left no stars I would have! I have been a loyal customer of Goo Goo getting full service details from them for the past couple of months. That was until the experience I had with them earlier this week. I had the unfortunate experience of having someone working on my car that was just plain lazy. After several attempts of getting him to correct the dirty areas of my car I just drove off. What’s even more upsetting Is that no one answers the phone. The biggest kicker is that even after leaving a voicemail on Tuesday no one has reached out to me to address the complaint. I will NEVER go back and spend another dime and wouldn’t suggest anyone else go either
