Was washing my car & the employee walked right in front of me with a leave blower, so I had to put in another dollar to make sure I got all the dirt and dust the employee had just blown on my car. Then when I went to vacuum my car the vacuum was very weak, but got the job done, and with 1:40 left I thought I would use the fragrance sprayer, I sprayed for 5-8 seconds and the thing stopped & asked for more money. This place used to be good but now it’s just a total rip off. Can’t wait to try the new car wash coming to Cleveland.

The manager and I spoke a bit today about how the tunnel car wash works and now I have a much better understanding of that. He actually took the time to remove 8 spots on my car as well as show me how I can do it in the future. He is very good with people and a great problem solver. I had a great experience there today and hopefully will be by everyday now with my new car wash package. Thank you so much for your help and advice.

I’ve used other automatic car washes in the past and I always leave with my car still dirty. The new tunnel at Foothills does a great job and the products have a great smell. I love the new vacuums too, they are very powerful. They also provide towels and cleaning products for the interior. Living in a small town, it’s nice to have such great customer service and smiling faces when you do something as simple as washing your car.

Have been here many times over the years and have never experienced any troubles...until yesterday. Used the automatic wash for $8. The machine only did half my car with the liquid wax. Today I see I was charged $10 on my credit card. No phone # to call. No one to talk with unless I drive back there and hope an employee or owner is actually there. Appears thus is happening to others, too. This is too small a town for shady business practices. Perhaps it under new (and worse) ownership.
