They did a really excellent job of detailing our SUV with mold all over the inside due to leaving sunroof open during a recent heavy rain. Looking good, smelling good, great service, and fair price. I just left our second car with them to have detailed. Recommend!

Called and asked if there was availability for window tinting. Was told yes, come in an hour. Arrived gave them the keys and was told it was the next vehicle in line. I left and came back 5 hours later (as they were closing soon) and my truck hadn’t even been moved. When I walked in the lady said, “oh we still have one more car in front of you.” “Would you like to reschedule?” Needless to say I grabbed my keys and left. Not the first time this place has dropped the ball. If you go here make sure you are all over them because their professionalism and communication sucks. That was the only day I had available for a while to get my windows tinted and this place totally screwed me.

My vehicle was tinted by Elite Auto Spa of ATL today. Contrary to other reviews I was treated with the utmost respect. Time was taken to ensure a very good job was done on my vehicle. I also read somewhere in one of these reviews that a towel was left in their car and they got mad. I had a towel left as well, however, I gladly brought it right to them lol. I will be returning for other car mods here shortly. I didn't know they do wheel powder coating as well! One stop shop for car customs.

Excellent service from all the staff! I got my windows tinted and one of them ended up messed up and they took care of it with no problem! I went back and got the front tinted as well!! I really recommend coming here for a wash as well, they are super fast and very detailed!

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I was quite alarmed because I came here on two separate occasions (within 3 years) to have my windows tinted and I was quite pleased with their work. But for this visit, they were totally off! I waited 3.5 hours to have my windshield tinted. It was not until the third hour that I was informed that they were having problems tinting my windshield. I wish they would have communicated with me throughout the process than having me wait for hours with no information. Furthermore, my car was left in a mess! They left a cleaning towel in my passenger seat, passenger rug was upside down, and residue was all over my car. I did enjoy the company of the receptionist. She has been always nice. I really try to support African American businesses, but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I doubt that I will return here for any service.

Experience was fine. You feel fancy seeing that you're getting your windows tinted at the same place Usher goes for his. However, the tint fades, especially if you don't park in a garage. My car was tinted at 20% and has now faded to what looks like 50%. If you're leasing your car for 2-3 years, this tint will be fine. If you want real quality tint, go somewhere else. 2 stars because it's cheap and does the job, but not quality, long-term investment.

Third time was the charm apparently. So my first two visits were satisfactory but but not what I expected from the reviews. For the money definitely they best place in town. Coming from someone who normally cleans my vehicles myself these guys do a great job. Most of my original complaints were addressed on this visit. Seems if they miss something just point it out to them. They definitely do a great job on the wash portion but a little more attention to detail could be payed to the interior cleaning, drying of the windshield and windows, drying the rubber floor mats before putting them back in the vehicle. My car creates a lot of exhaust buildup on the exhaust tips and back of the car, my only complaint this visit was they either didn’t use an abrasive cloth like a scotch pad or something on the tips because they were still caked and filthy, had to clean them myself at home. Overall great place.

This place is pretty much terrible. I had to go there 4 times to get 2 windows tinted and everyone was extremely rude all 4 times. I went once and they wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there for a long time so I left. They are the closest in town so I decided to go back and try again. I waited for over 2.5 hours and they finally did the tint only to find damage on one of the films. They told me to come in a week if I noticed anything so I did. The owner was incredibly rude saying he was the only person that could fix it and he didn't have time to do it so I had to come back another day. He seemed extremely irritated when I actually did come back to have it fixed. I finally got the window fixed (I think) and I'll be happy to never go back to this place. The price is good and it's nice that they have good warranties but they are extremely slow and the customer service is absolutely awful.

There is nothing “elite” about this place and Spa should not be in the name either, looks bad, smells worse and being overpriced doesn’t qualify. Customer service is awful and they can’t manage workload so even if you make an appointment days in advance you can show up on time (I was actually early) and over an hour later I was told I may want to come tomorrow, “there is a lot going on today” I was told...wasted my afternoon, didn’t get the work done and staff could not care less, maybe my fault for interrupting them while glued to their phone on social media. Never again. So sad as I usually love to support small local businesses.

I been here twice for a car wash. My second experience was horrible. Im not sure if they rushed on my car but I noticed it wasn't completely cleaned and asked for them to clean certain parts and one of the workers was rude about it. A week later I also noticed they threw away sandals I left inside the car. I will not be returning. Response to the Owner: I paid for a Home run so im not sure why the back of my car wouldn't be cleaned but ok.

So I got my windows tinted from this place about a year ago. I started noticing the tint pealing off and fading, so I call them to make an appointment to bring my car back and have them fix it. The tinting guy ends up putting the wrong tint on my window and wants to argue at me because he told me I did not specify which tint to put on. You can obviously see it's 5%. He is so unprofessional and also he does not clean up his mess. He was very rude and nasty to me and my car was returned back to me in a mess. He left his blade and his trash everywhere in my trunk. Also, the tinting glue is all over the back of my car. Please go elsewhere for your window tinting because it does not last long. The have better places in Atlanta that won't treat you bad. I also did have a full receipt which is listed below in the pictures. The car was not washed at all and all he does is argue with his customers.

The tint job came out really nice. I went in today around 12pm and my car was finished by 4:30pm. I did not have an appointment. A complimentary wash come with the tint. My car was sprayed down with water and if I didn’t mention my car was not dry. The gentlemen would not have wiped it down to dry it. He told me my car had been washed and after I rubbed my fingers and showed him he continued to advise the car had been washed. I had dry sap on the hood of my car(one spot), he told me this had to be buffed off. Prepare to give half of your day without an appointment. My fee was $189.99 plus 8% tax. $205 a bit pricey for me to have to inspect my complimentary wash. It was the end of their day and I’m sure he was ready to go but give your customer what they pay for.

My first visit here. Friendly staff and I was greeted as soon as I walked on the lot. After a three minute conversation, I was set up with the Silver Detail package and on my way. I picked up at 4pm. Clean as a whistle. Not even a hint of cigarette and they got the nicotine stain out of the headliner. Cup holders cleaned, carpets shampooed, seats shampooed. They told me the seats were still a little damp, so they need a little more air. Overall, very pleased. They were busy but, not too busy.

First time going here to have my car cleaned. Paid for The “Home Run” for my SUV which included outside/inside cleaning plus wax. The outside cleaning was good, no complaints there, however my interior left a lot to be desired. First 2 rows were vacuumed but my 3rd row was completely ignored...no vacuum or anything...said something and that was corrected, after I got in my car there were other things I noticed...basically a lack of attentiveness in making sure the full services that were paid for were provided. Nice staff but I probably won’t be returning.

You get what you pay for. I wasn't pleased with the Triple Play service I ordered because the trunk wasn't vacuumed and the mats weren't lifted either. The dashboard was dusty as well. The exterior was done well but the tire shine was still wet when I left, causing dirty splash marks on my white paint. They do a good job for the price, but depending on your expectations you may leave disappointed.

I've gotten my car washed here a bunch of times and it's a great deal for sure. But I just got my headlights restored and it only cost $60. Look at these pics. Come on--this place is fantastic. I took my car in for a simple interior and exterior cleaning. I usually don’t like to make a fuss but I felt like the customer service representative there was unprofessional and rude. Right when I walked in, I was informed it was predicted to rain tomorrow, as if my business was not welcome. I was also given an up charge simply because I mentioned I have a dog. I do not feel like my car is extremely dirty at all so I felt this was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. The cleaning itself was sufficient but I would save myself the trouble next time and go somewhere else.

I paid $40 for the home run wash which includes cleaning clear floor mats, cup holders being cleaned and some other stuff. When I got to my car the back seat was half vacuumed but I didn’t make a deal about bc i was still there so they cleaned it. When I left I realized they left a cup of water in my car and I threw it out I realized my cup holders weren’t even cleaned there were stains on my door handle and my entire dashboard was not wiped down or conditioned. The only reason I got the home run wash were those reasons. I DONT EVEN HAVE CLEAR MATS. So they could’ve at least made sure everything else was done properly. Rushed job

Windows looked great! However the tape messed up the button on my window The lady at the front said they weren't going to fix it . I gave them a star because the lady in the office helped me with my decision and help me figure out the tint that I needed and tint job was good but the car wash is awful. I got my car back the tag was still dirty the cup holders and in dash console was still dirty. They clearly used a wet towel to wipe the inside windows it still has what they wiped and did not wipe on it. And the lady that was ahead of us complained and demanded that they needed to wipe down her car again witch should have been an indication to me but I didn't want to judge base on anothers experience. We paid $70 pluse a $30 tip.
