Came in with bird $h@& on my windshield and left with bird $h@& on my windshield. You don’t always get what you pay for. I have gone through without bug wash option and my car has been scrubbed completely of any bugs. Just today, I spent the $15 for the top notch wash and the extra $3 for bug wash and the guy scrubbed my car maybe 5 seconds max. Spot free rinse? Yea, after you dry it yourself. Wouldn’t any rinse be spot free if you hand dry? To top it off, they put car after car. So if someone isn’t paying attention for just a matter of a few seconds at the end, get ready to hit the person in front of you if you don’t hit your breaks. Only gave it 2 stars because it had cool colorful lights when it drops foam on your car.

Not the best value for the money spent. Went with the most expensive wash option of $15 and spent the extra $3 for big removal. After the wash, I wiped down all the water off my vehicle and noticed bug residue still on the windshield and hood. I ask the attendant and he came out with a bottle and removed the bugs off the windshield, however it left a oily film on the windshield that I had to go back and clean. They do have nice high powered vacuums that are free with purchase of a wash. Unfortunately, I do not feel I got my monies worth from this car wash.

I joined the monthly membership as soon as they opened and I've had a problem every month when it's time to renew, each time they blame my bank. This time I went to get a car wash and yet again it didn't renew. When I tried to setup payment it kept saying my credit card was a debit card and asked for a pin. Obviously the machine can't tell a debit from a credit card. The attendant said that I had to call the credit card and authorize the payment and get a pin. He told me to try with another card and the same thing happened, the machine kept saying it was debit and asking for a pin. I've never had to call the credit card company and ask for a pin. I highly doubt my bank cares about a $21.40 charge. Obviously their machines are the problem. I will say that the prewash guy is great, always helpful and gets all around your car with his brush.

Terrible car wash DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Unless you are ok with having to dry your complete truck and clean a lot of areas that didn’t get cleaned after the 3rd time through. Go somewhere else or let the rain do the work it will do better then Victory Car Wash could ever do.

I'm a regular at victory. Not only are their prices great their bug remover actually works. Afted this horrendous love bug season the front of my white car looked a little more grey. They cleaned it right up. The addition of the sunshades to the vaccum area is a nice touch.

Just what you would expect at a car wash. Prices were about $1-$3 more than other car washes in the area, but it was a more convenient location for me to get to. At the end I went to the vacuum cleaners and had to switch because the first one I chose was clogged. The second one only worked halfway because it was also clogged. I would rate higher if i knew employees checked the vacuums throughout the day, but from my experience it doesn't seem likely. Luckily it was not busy when I was there and was not difficult to switch to another spot. However, I can imagine this being difficult to do during peak hours.

Overall, the car wash is okay. When I went to the car wash the morning of 5/23 there was only one truck ahead of me and no cars were in the car wash. I waited over 12 minutes while the truck in front of me got an upgraded bug wash. There was only one attendant working at the time and he spent this entire time working on the one truck while I waited as well as the car behind me and eventually more cars behind him. Ridiculous! How about the cars that order the bug wash get that service off to the side while others don't have to wait. You need to figure out a better way of servicing other clients in a timely manner too!

I want to start off by saying that i useuto give 5 stars but now only 1 ..I've been coming to this car wash a little over 2 years and I dont have any complaints me and my husband come here all the time and we had a few concerns and and we were notified by the GM don't remember his name that he would reassure us that everything will be taken care of and the problem will be fixed well we came a few times after we were told that and the same problem with the same employee was not fixed but got even worse.. so my daughter came here with my husband's car and she needed some help with something and the manager I believe his name is Jimmy dealt with him numerous of times the greatest guy that work there at the carwash reassured her that I do apologize but he is handling another customers complained he will send one of his employees over to help out which is completely understandable so this employee I believe his name was Jose started to have an attitude with the manager and yelling at him in Spanish and to me that is uncalled for and very unacceptable in a workplace.. I am a manager myself and I don't take that behavior and nonsense from my employees so he comes over and starts wiping my daughter's car down and he's mumbling under his breath so my daughter politely said no thank you I'm okay I don't need a wipe down he throwed his arms up in the air and starts talking loud in Spanish to the manager .. to me that is very unprofessional because I am Spanish myself and I understood every word that he said and he was very disgusting out of the mouth.. It bothers me today to say this but me and my husband will no longer be doing business with you guys we'll take our business and money elsewhere until you guys really reassure that the problem is fixed correctly this time this isn't the first time or the second and I don't think it would be the last have a great day.

This car wash is OK as far as car washes with free vacuums. Of course, the fact that it HAS free vacuums puts it above all the ones that don't in my book. The vacuums are very strong, with long hoses. The car wash itself is decent and the lowest price is only $5.00. However, I'm used to Carriage Car Wash on Fowler. Not only do they have $5.00 washes and free vacuums, they also offer $3.00 washes after 6 PM and all day Tuesdays, but they also have a free mat beater, a free mat washer, free cleaning spray, and free use of micro fiber towels. Victory could learn a thing or two.

Love this place!! I go every week and keep my car nice and clean. The guys are alway curtious and helpful. Super fast and efficient. I can do a quick wash and go or even fully detail my car in their covered bays. The vaccumes are powerful and dona great job getting th white sand out of my black carpets.

Average car wash not bad not the greatest did a okay job. The wash could be more powerful to get all the bugs off. A positive side was the vacuums were powerful and strong to get dirt and getting seats in the car good.

Great car wash place but don’t join their car wash membership program. I had my windshield replaced and couldn’t transfer the window sticker with the RFID. Went multiple times and the attendants on duty are clueless saying it had to be a manager to provide a new sticker. Tried to call the number listed for a manager and you get nobody. Guy today told me the manager won’t be in until tomorrow. Not bothering with them anymore. Shady business practice here.

The attendant was courteous and the best part of my experience. I paid $11 for what was a quick and mediocre wash. The roof looked untouched and there was still suds left in and around the truck’s hatch. Was not impressed with this facility and will most likely not try it again.

My husband and I bought the $8 car wash. I know we shouldn't expect much from it, but it left a couple of places on the car with this weird glue that only came off with rubbing alcohol. I don't know if it was there before, but I believe it may have been from the machine. Otherwise, quick service, very clean, and great perk of free vacuum!

Price is good for what you're getting. Its a quick wash for lightly dirty cars. Won't remove bugs or dirt that's been there a while. Service was ok. Guys there kept the line moving fast but weren't very good at the first scrub on the car before going in. My whole passenger side wasn't even touched. And one guy was more worried about what was on his phone than doing his job.

Been here a few times so far. Right now the main reason has been for the bug wash and they do a great job. Just make sure that if you pay the extra money for the bug wash that they’re actually doing it by hand before you enter the car wash. Edit: My wife had an issue with a car wash she had just received. We returned to the wash, spoke to the manager, and they fixed the issue for us.

I have a membership here, I love it, but the guy never scrubs the passenger side before I go in- only the drivers side window.... they have me pull all the way to the entrance and drive on the pulley instead of scrubbing from the beginning of the pulley like they used to. Kinda frustrating. But it’s a good automatic wash and good vacuums.

Got the Max $15 car wash. The attendants could care less about what they were doing. NO EFFORT, with the scrub brush. After directing me into the bay, and requesting I put in neutral. Half way in the attendant is screaming, Turn the wheel right, seriously? You can't even direct your customers properly. After coming out of the wash, there was still Bird Doo on the roof and down the window, the reason I came in for the wash. Wonder if a soapy brush would have helped that? Now, if I was spending $5 on a basic, I could see the stuff not coming off or crappy scrubbing. NOW I have waxed on Bird Doo. THANKS. And as a regular driver and regular twice a week or more at car washes. I won't be coming back!

This car wash is down the street from my house so not only is it convenient but it gets the job done for $15 (their most expensive wash) and I am not disappointed! This is the only place that I take my car to get washed, the employees are nice and do a pre-wash on your car before it heads inside to the wash. I would recommend coming on a weekday as the weekends can get a little hectic and finding a free vacuuming spot can be a nightmare but that's not the fault of the car wash. This place gets the job done and right! I would highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. It's by Dunkin Donuts and a BBQ joint so if you're feeling hungry or need a quick sweet treat, it's all right there in the strip!

Fair at best. Lots of better places near by. I paid for the $8 wash and it didn't even clean the front bumper. The guy who cleans your windshield before you enter didn't even do the passenger side to get the bugs off. I had to go home and redo some of the car. A gas station one does the same for 5 bucks so I won't be back. Mister Car Wash in SR 60 us much better.

So, here's how it works: you drive up, there are two barriers. There's an electronic panel where you choose your car wash. The cheapest starts at $5. That's what I did. You pay cash or credit/debit card. You can opt for extras that I didn't pay any attention to. Once you pay, the barrier opens and you drive up to the wheel rail. There's a guy who directs you and once you're settled you put your car into neutral and the rail will drag you through the wash. The guy at the beginning will scrub your car, but routinely neglects the right side. So, if you have a lot of dirt built up on the right, it might not get cleaned. The hub caps don't get cleaned properly, but so far I haven't come across a car wash that cleans hub caps thoroughly anyway. Then the automatic program starts. It's not touchless. Blow-dry at the end. When you're out you drive into one of the bays and self-vacuum your car. The vacuum is pretty powerful, almost too powerful, cause it can seize up on you and so you have to try and keep the nozzle at an angle to always keep an air-hole to make the vacuum work. The vacuum is push-button activated and runs for so long, not sure, 5 minutes? It'll turn off automatically. If you need more time, push the button again and you get another 5 minutes. Theoretically, indefinitely. The vacuum is included in the car wash, no matter how many times you activate it. Overall, it's a decent car wash. Pay, wash, vacuum. You can be done in 10-15 minutes. You stay in your car during the wash.

Been coming here for about 6 months and today was the last time. Paid for the top of their line wash ($15) and added the bug remover for $3. "Bug remover" is the guy who is waving you in, scrubbing the front with the brush before you go in the washer. The guy waving me in was very annoyed that I wasn't going in fast enough so I rolled down the window and told him to chill because I'll bottom out if I come in fast. He told me he has been doing this for a long time and can see everything and to come on in I'm fine. Still rolling forward at a normal speed I tell him that I've also been doing this a while and I will hit, so chill. He continued waving me in doing a faster (come on) motion with his hands. So, when the rear end hit, I asked him if he heard that, and that's why I told him to chill and no he can't see everything. He starts with the attitude with body gestures and shaking his head. Slings the brush around the car like he's Tinkerbell waving fairy dust over my car, and didn't scrub the front (like I paid for). I went through the wash and parked so we could chat. He said he didn't do anything wrong and it's his job to wave me in and that's all he did (cupping his half smoked cig). So once I saw the cig, I figured out I had likely interrupted his delicious dose of nicotine and wanted me to hurry the hell up and get into the chute. Told him about everything I've typed above, he said you're right I didn't scrub the front, and I said that's right because you were too busy arguing with me instead of listening to me about my car, which I know better that you. He said well I can scrub it right now, and I declined. Told me he had everything on camera and didn't say anything wrong to me or try to rush me through (no one else in line BTW, just my car). I said all right, don't know how to admit when you're wrong, give me your managers business card. He came back with a bit of old receipt paper and wrote a number on it, then handed it to me. No name, just a number. I asked what this managers name is, he paused, then said Francisco. I didn't call because I have no way of knowing if he handed me the real managers contact number, or just a buddy of his. Anyway, this guy and his younger coworker seemed to be pretty annoyed that they were having to work at a time that should have been slow to dead (1325 on a Monday). As if that's not bad enough, came in with bird scit on three spots, one on the hood, two on the decklid. Left with the bird scit still on my car (but less scit), after going through their "top of the line" wash. Could have done a better job myself aiming a hose at it in my driveway standing on one leg 20 feet away from the car. Ridiculous, and never again! This place has gone to the dogs.

Best car wash I've ever used. I highly recommend getting a membership it's an amazing value. The cheapest option is 5 bucks and for 20 bucks a month you can buy a membership and take you car up to once a day. Love this place

I have the monthly pass and use it often. Decent wash. I switched from Washed Up Brandon on 60 due to location convince. This wash is fairly slow, so you do get a good wash, but it can backed up and you can wait a bit to get through. The dryers aren’t great, and my truck is usually wet leaving the wash. I have a truck with oversized tires and it does well. The tire shine they use sticks well and doesn’t sling all over my truck.

I loved this car wash when they first opened. They have even done some work on the place since opening by covering the vacuuming area - Great Job! The 3 stars is because it seems like they started recycling the water and it stinks. My car smells horrible when it comes out of the wash now and I can smell the stinch of the car wash area while vacuuming my car afterwards because that area is so close. I understand the cost savings of recycling water but I think they should monitor that a bit better on when they need to use fresh water again. Just a tip guys!

Took my car here for the second time since they opened in south Riverview, excited to have a car wash by my house. Well their automatic car wash ripped my valve stem in half deflating the tire. The manager told me I must have touched the steering wheel and they are not responsible for it. Their 25 year old manager then tried to offer me 2 free car washes! Why would I want to come back? And you blamed me! Terrible place to go, don’t recommend to anyone.

I have a truck and the car wash does a pretty good job. However, I do have one issue. After I paid and proceeded to drive toward the entrance of the car wash, the gate arm came down on top of the side of the bed of my truck. When I brought it the attention of the attendant, his comment was, 'That's happened before.' He didn't apologize. Didn't check for damage. Didn't take my name. Nothing. I've called the number for the car wash but no one answers. I would like for someone to contact me.

Payment machine wouldn't take my credit card, when I used my debit card it took it. Paid $16 for a wash, my car was still covered with soap at the end. The manager did help towel dry it. There was still black stuff, almost like a thick ash all over the car and bugs still on the grill. I like the car wash but today, it was a very bad experience.

Very unhappy with my car wash today. Paid for the $15 wash option and added the bug remover. It doesn't even look like the $5 option. Unfortunately I for me, the machine I paid at was out of receipt paper which would be nice to be able to go back and justify a rewash. I tried to call and see if there is anything that I could do, and no answer. This was my second time here, and the experience was vastly different. $21 and almost 30 mins wasted and I still have a dirty car.

Best Car wash ever!!! Great service. I highly recommend

This place is garbage, workers are very unprofessional and really need customer service skills. I also bought a membership but when I pull up to the scanner it didn't work, so the guy changed it and that one didn't work, then tells me my windshield is too thick for the scanner to read the transmitter, so then he tells me don't worry about it and to just ask for him everytime I come in, uh no, the purpose of the membership is for everything to pretty much be automated, why would I get the membership and then have to find him so he can let me in the gate to get my car washed when I'm supposed to just be able to drive up to the gate and it reads my transmitter and let's me in automatically, on top of that what if he's not there that day, then I have to explain the situation to someone else, negative. Now let's get to the wash, it leaves soap all over your car and doesn't even clean the car good, I still had bird poop on the window that just got on there the previous day, the only good thing i have to say about this place is the vacuums work really well but it's a new place so I'm sure that won't last long. I think I will stick to Jules carwash, a little more expensive but i have absolutely no complaints when i go there, they give you a showroom shine but i guess you get what you pay for.

The wash was disappointing. I bought the most expensive package and the results were poor. My car still had water and soap on it, the wheels were still dirty, the tire shine was only applied to half of my tires, and the mechanism knocked my passenger side mirror out of place.

Just tried the new Victory Car Wash on 301 in Riverview. We decided to try the full car wash and extra cleaning experience and we weren't disappointed! After going through the wash, 3 or 4 guys got to work and did a very thorough job both inside and out! They paid attention to every detail of the interior and finished it off by putting a protective sheets on the floor mats before we got in. We bought the package and will definitely get full use out of it! Great Job Victory - Welcome to Riverview!

Didn't get the bugs off the front of my car, there was a big spot on the side of the car and a big spot on the back of the car that it missed. Although, the guy put my car through a second time for free, for a $16 automatic wash it should have gotten it on the first time. After the second time through the 2 spots were good but the bugs were still all over the front of the car. Great vacuums though!

I took my 2011 Camry there shortly after I bought it. It was clean but they made it shine! Great customer service and clean environment. Definitely a place that will treat you and your car right.

Fast Carwash, Does a good job if you get the package that comes with wax or higher otherwise it leaves water marks on rear fenders of your car.

Every time I go to this car wash I have a good to great experience. I got my car washed there today and the manager, Jimmy, went out of his way to help me dry my car and get a little soap that had remained in a door jam out. Customer service is always on point.

Do not Go here!!!! It used to be great! The last 3 tries have been the worst!! My car came out worse than what I drove in with! All 3 times I spoke to someone..was told nothing they can do! Why was it good then totally down hill?! Don’t go unless you like washing your car by hand after going through!
