I've taken my truck and they informed me that the wash machine doesn't wash the back of "trucks " because the hitch could ruin the microfiber brushes . So I took my wifes car and still nothing has been cleaned on the back of the car . The tire shine is as spararic as a Florida's thunderstorms.. little here little their then boom one tire is drenched ... zero stars if I could !!

My 2007 Chevy Tahoe passenger mirror was broken off when it went through the dry and shine process at the end. Employee said they knew it broke off because of that portion due to no mirror sensors on that part. Manager said they wont fix the problem because my car is 10 years old. Management is refusing to give me insurance information, saying they dont have to provide that to me. $4 add on cost me $300.

I was greeted right away at pay station. It is self check out. But an attendant was right there to help. Cause I had a discount code.from valpak. I would have been lost.

Does a great job at washing the car, went through this new location 2 or 3 times during the free time when they opened. I came in today to buy the unlimited checkered flag car wash, which is a $36 and change... and I was told you can only purchase with a credit card because they put you on a recurring payment plan. Um, no! I do not ever do any recurring payment plans. I will come in a pay with cash, as I intended to do today. So, sad to say, I backed up and left. To many other car washes that are doing the monthly unlimited for cash to have to do this on credit and recurring auto pay only. I mean, think about it... why would they want to do that?

I am leery of car washes because I do not like Nicks and scratches ... especially with a Suburban !! The staff is always friendly and someone always comes over to the pay station to make sure I know what I'm doing ... I normally get the wash and the whipe dry and each time with the exception of the rear door ... which it seems to never be able wipe dry completely my truck comes out clean and dry !!! The vacuum cleaners are very powerful I lost about $0.45 and change hold it over my cup holder ... bahaha

I got trapped into getting a wash, because I turned too early and didn't want to go through the Bowling Ally's horrible parking lot. I have been a second time because the wash was great and the vacuums are awesome.

Love this place. The staff is always willing to help. Always ask if you need assistance. I like that they have a pre scrub area and you can fill your tires up with air and add water for your wipers.

The kids loved the colorful wash. Did well overall. The wheels were still a little dirty considering we picked a wash with the wheel wash option. At least e could get in and out pretty quickly.

Great carwash. Does a wonderful job of cleaning. The prep area is lacking. Did not help me remove any bugs. Instead reminded me of a larger version of the gas station windshield cleaning areas and the brush was falling off the handle. The prep area was also not well labeled making it hard to find. It's a great concept, but needs to actually help in removing bugs. As I said, the wash itself was wonderful. Cassidy explained everything and was exceptionally kind. Made me want to come back. The only down side of the wash is it kicked up a greasy substance as I was pulling out(maybe tire shine on the driver side). I was able to easily remove, but that was the only issue. It happened on two separate washes 4days apart there. Photo of it added.

I kinda wish they were open a little later but all in all this is a Great Place to get your car cleaned...

Told me I could take my other truck through as long as it is not a Dually I drove miles back with other truck and they told me I could not use it because it’s a flat bed truck but nothing says it does not accept flat bed trucks on there rules and I calle dyne other location and they said they can take a flat bed , management was very rude when I asked where it says I can’t be said deal with it

They did a very poor job cleaning my car. After exiting the car wash I saw that my car was still dirty so I circled back around. The attendant asked me what they could do for me and ended up simply spraying bug spray on my windshield. What a cluster! I won’t be going back here ever again! Very poor.

This place is awesome! The $6 carwash is a really good value, it gets you car pretty darn clean for only six bucks! The vacuums are great, they really sucks in a good way. They are powerful enough to get into all the nooks and crannies of your vehicle. They have a car mat washer that cost three dollars. You feed the cats in and it scrubs them and spits them it the bottom, this continues for three minutes and then your done. Not too sure what one is going to do with wet mats but I guess you can take them home to dry. All in all a very good value and I am a happy customer with my clean car!!!

For St. Pete, this is definitely a 5-star. One thing that new residents learn quickly here is how there are so many businesses and services offering a far outdated product at a price point it has no business being at. I opted for the cheapest wash, the $6 basic. The automated system is much easier and more modern other car washes. Specifically, in regards to the conveyor system, there's less chance for wheel/tire damage due to their modern conveyor. This place is 100% automated which means no one to give that extra final wipe down that I have seen at others in the past. This is a slight negative and personally I would exchange the helpers on the front end for workers like that on the back end. At the same time, this opinion comes from a tech savvy person and I realize the older demographics of St pete may not align well with fully automated systems. The free vacuums are nice as they have 2 different head types. 1 wide angle and 1 pointed head to get into the small crevices. Given that I am a Treasure Island resident, all of the nearby options are old 1950's drive in bays with hand sprayer's + foaming brush that requires you to DIY. I definitely see myself frequenting this location and treating it as my preferred location to clean my car.

This is their newest location qnd we absolutely love it. I used to have a membership but had to cancel it since I moved. Now that they opened this newer one, I may look back into becoming a member again. My car always comes out looking new and clean and the people that work here are very polite and professional.

Two accidents in two months. One inside their facility. Do not go here. Also the sticker in their window will not come off so plan on spending few hours peeling it if you get a membership. The manager is a smart ass I call to cancel and he says “guess you don’t need it since your cars wrecked anyways” uhh it’s repaired now but if I show up it’ll get wrecked for a third time from you guys

This was the 1st time using them and I was not impressed with them. I use Squeeky's Car wash on Tyrone Blvd most of the time and much better over all with the wash but a lot better with the rinse is way better at Squeeky's. Also Squeeky's has towels to wipe your car down as well.

I go to both locations in Pinellas county. You get the same great service at either location. The wash is clean and all the equipment is functioning. The staff is very friendly, someone always comes by when your vacuuming to check on your experience. NASCAR Car Wash certainly stands above the other washes in the area. The monthly membership is a great deal. I highly recommend them to everyone that asks about my clean car.

we stopped by for a carwash and went through my tire was fine, when we exited to vacuum our tire was totally FLAT I mentioned it to the management and nothing was done about it. my tire was fine all day...i go thru their wash and it was punctured .... Poor management this place won't survive with this sort of customer service

Even though my car wasn't damaged by the wash. I would never go back. Short on staff and on knowledge of what they are offering. You also have to pay to lease a towel where other washes have employees do it for you for free. Plus, you also have to pay extra to clean your floor mats!!! Im surprised the vacuums are free here. What a joke, I'll be avoiding this place.

It's just a little weird how they have staff who come up to "assist" you when you reach the self-service payment kiosk. Seems they could be sweeping or filling up the multicolor suds dispensers. Let me see if I can do it myself; give me a button to call for help if I need it.

This place is a disaster. I’ve gone 4 times. First time I lost a center cap an employee walked the tunnel looking for it couldn’t find it as I walked around the drive Thur area... then I went through a second time at night with my son (fairly certain everything went fine), 3rd time after getting back home I noticed a huge scratch all the way done the driver side. I was running late and getting ready for a flight out of state so didn’t have time to deal with it then I give them the benefit of the doubt and go again just this past week but I get out to inspect while still onsite and I now have TONS of scratches in one spot alone there are over 30 swirl scratches(spinning brush) in vertical line... I approached the manager and he proceed to tell me it’s not possible that they never had this happen. He then continue to pull up photos and verified the scratches were not there and says maybe there’s scuffs even tho 5 mins prior he was out there looking at them and feeling them with his finger. He continued to tell me it’s probably a scuff and will come out with a rag. I said okay let’s true because we both know that’s not true. He went out with some cleaner and a rag and tried, then said well I don’t know I guess we can fill out a Damage report and either him or his General manager will contact me same day or next... here we are several days later and I received a voicemail telling me they won’t cover anything upon their investigation.... this is absolutely ridiculous and I do expect a call from the general manager and coverage of all damages. I will continue this until they have paid for all damages! The fact the “Manager” lied to me is what pisses me off the most telling me this never happens. After reviewing their BBB complaints along with Facebook I’m not their first time damage at their property. OWNERS/EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT: If you allow someone to operate your business with these types of ethics and integrity not only will you pay for it 10X but jeopardize your entire business model.

Shark fin antenna cover came off during car wash. Noticed it was missing when I got home. Went back to get it and the manager told me about a disclaimer excusing them of any responsibility for the shark fin damage. Mine not only came off but was damaged as well. it was obvious they didn't care. It would be a good idea if an employee there would notice this 'shark fin ' problem before heading into the wash system(I'm not the first one to have one damaged in a car wash)and call it to the attention of the car owner. But judging from the attitude I doubt that would ever happen. I guess they work in a car wash for a reason.

Best place I've been to hands down but if you get the tire shine make sure it does all the tires because the system is clogged up at the very end and they will hand put the tire shine on your tires for you I pulled off last time and it only squirted the tire shine on one tire I went back and I made it right no problems I would recommend this place over any other especially Mister Car Wash

Well I changed from Woodies Wash Shack. But, truly I miss my Speedway touchless car washes in Bellaire. It just takes the paint off your car. This one if you are not straight it puts all the tire shine completely down the car. But it's ok vaccuums and air can be purchased and if you have special air in your tires Bob Lee's is the only place to go for air anyway. You'll know by your hubcaps, if they are like a silver cap with a green or blue jewel do not put regular air in your tires. Towels cost 3.00$ at the beginning and are exchanged by you at each wash. It is what it is. I think I'm going to take off tire shine and do it myself. Yesterday it was all over the left side of my car. If you are not lined up properly it all goes on one side..

This place cracked three of my fenders covers. And won’t do anything about it , there car wash stop 2 times on my truck, but they have me keep going through and they say that is normal I would not recommend this place to anybody. The 1 star is for there are employees , the district manager is no help. I’ve been in business 30 years if you break it you fix it especially if it’s your fault

This location has a place you can stop before you go thru the wash to presoak your vehicle if you have bugs on it. I like that. I also like that when entering the was it has a mirror above so you can see your wheel and lignin it up on the track. now a staff member is there to assist you but I have a large vehicle and I just appreciate the mirror. the vacuums were powerful enough and when hanging up the hose there was a staff member that said I wil get that for you so that was very nice. the only thing I have complaint for is there needed to be more drying agent. I deffinatelly had spots on my vehicle. Over all I was pleased.
