Lexus of Winter Park is excellent in Customer Service~!!!! Each person I have been in contact with have been extremely friendly and extremely helpful. From our Product Specialist Jeff Taylor who was fabulous with helping us in finding the car we desired and extremely friendly to work with,....to our Service Advisor Dominic who is the best with taking care of all the maintenance or service needs without missing a beat. He does his work with such an amazing attitude dealing with issues. The Technicians are patient and friendly and do the job right. Lexus of Orlando (LOO) is closer to go to for us and we have been there twice, but we will drive to Winter Park for their service. LOO may just need to get adjusted since they are fairly new. Michael my consultant is a good fit for Lexus of Winter Park. He is professional and he knows how to do his job. I have no complaints about Michael. In the contrary he went above and beyond to solve the problems I encountered on Monday. Michael was patient respecful and treated with decency and got the job done. He is such a problem solver and very competent. By the same token I have nothing positive to say about the loaner department. The staff is rude not very professional and incompetent. This staff in that department needs to be trained and educated on professionalism and how to treat the customers with decency and respect. The loaner department gets a big zero on professionalism and competency. The manager I dealt with on Monday was as horrible as the staff. How can he be a leader by acting like that?. My advice to that manager is" Keep your sarcasm to yourself it is not needed and it is inappropriate. Know that if Lexus has no customers ,you have no job. Therefore change your attitude and be a better employee and a better leader. Dealing with Finance department is the worst part at Lexus, Everett Kimble is the Finance manager I am dealing with. I was supposed get money back and its been more than 2 months and I did not get my money back even after constant reminders. In the mean time he also reduces the money they need to pay me.

I want to start out by saying I have never written a review before ...but consumers need to know about this dealership....3 1/2 years ago I leased a Lexus ...was a great car and I wanted to buy it...but that never happened...took me 2 1/2 weeks for a call back...then I went in to see the financial mgr...after driving 2 1/2 hours he stated I needed 6000.00 down...have an email that stated only financing..tried to get me to lease a new lexus ..you know its the end of the month and they need to make another car deal... that was going to be 974.00 a month so then he stated I needed to see financial mgr but he left for the day...general manager would not see me...by this time its 8 pm at night...I knew due to my mileage I would need to buy my car...I went to my bank and sent an email seeing if they would take 4000 off the car seeing they told me it was only worth 15000 due to my mileage ....so I sent an email back stating I would just go ahead and buy the car....I waited a week for Mr. Froberg to reply...3 calls ...I texted...nothing....sooo....I guess they do not want my business...traded car into a dealership that was willing to sell me a cadillac....XLT4....Thanks Huston Cadillac....

STAY AWAY FROM DAN WARREN (in sales). I purchased a new RX350 yesterday and have never dealt with such an unprofessional person like Dan in my life. Ive purchased 6 vehicles in the past and have been a previous Lexus customer. I have never been talked down to or treated the way Dan did yesterday. He took credit for a sale that he never worked on and kept trying to raise the monthly payments even after it had already negotiated with another sales rep days before coming in. He never followed up (after saying he would) and treated my wife and I like dirt on two separate occasions. After going over the numbers I was quoted by the online staff, he got up, said "have a good day" and left the table rudely, like a 6 year old. We had to request someone else to finish the deal. Do not work with him, he is condescending and his ego is going to bring Lexus' good name down. We saw Dan treating and talking down to another couple the same way when we first arrived yesterday. As a current Lexus customer I am still waiting for an apology from someone at Lexus for the terrible experience we had with Dan.

Anyone be alert of leaving any type of money in your car cause they might steal it. Came to this lexus for normal oil change and they stole 220 dollars from inside my car. When i call to report this they told me they will look into this and i still haven’t got a call back. This has never happen to me in any other dealership. The Finance gentlemen (Asian guy Chad) is very racist. I’ve been car shopping all week and I was very aware of my credit, I even got approved by 2 banks at real car dealerships (no pay here buy here lots) but never took the deals because it wasn’t the car I was looking for. Was highly interested in a certified Lexus that they had so I contacted them seeing if the major things could be worked out though email since they are over 2hours away. Had several written appraisals (CarMax, Carvona and others) on my 2019 trade in with 6,000 miles. Asked Adam Gomez if they would or could match them and it was a done deal. His response was typical car salesman “ oh I must have our used car guy look at it or I won’t be fair. “ when they all run the Vin# and determine the price to offer. Had several competing Lexus dealerships provide everything by email and I purchased from one of them. Won’t consider this dealer for any purchase.

This was a unique visit in that I wanted the matador red mica matching side molding installed on my new Lexus NX300 Hybrid. Michael LoSardos did an excellent job of welcoming me to the dealership and explaining the side molding application process. Michael was very professional and prompt with the process updates. Not only did it take 2 hours less than quoted, but the cost of the service was about $180 less than quoted. The ideal "win" "win" scenario. I was also impressed by the service lounge and its terrific layout to accommodate business people; families; and singles. One of the darker lounges allowed me take a few cat naps. I initially had a good experience. I test drove a mini van. We couldn't come to terms and I left. I reached out with a question which led to terms being discussed. And an agreement being made. They told me I needed to give them a time I would be I or they couldn't hold the car. I told them I would be in on Monday between 3:30-4pm to sign the paperwork. I asked for the VIN on Monday morning to get insurance in place. I was told there were other interested parties. I asked how that was possible if we had an agreement and I would be coming in later to sign. He said we didn't have an agreement. I asked him to email me the paperwork and I would sign it as I was busy at work. They sold the car to someone else. Very disrespectful and not classy in my opinion.

This dealership is excellent. They are willing to work on vehicle pricing and are open to reasonable offers for both what your trade is worth and what their sticker price is. The Sales Manager David Lane is fantastic to work with and I really suggest you request him in your transaction with this dealership. I have leased two vehicles from Lexus of Winter Park, and both times they have worked to get a deal done for me to my satisfaction. Their service department is exemplary and there is not another service experience in the car market that beats Lexus. Lexus (Toyota) is extremely strict when it comes to both reliability of Lexus vehicles and the service level provided to those who require Lexus maintenance. You will not find a better service Department in BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Even GMC Denali Service level doesn't compare. ( I know because I have seen them all. ) It also helps that Lexus vehicles are made to exacting Standards, seldom found in other car brands.. so really you shouldn't be visiting the service department too much at all really :) This is car buying DONE RIGHT!

From the moment I spoke to him, he had an attitude and had the tone that I was wasting his time and did not want to gain my business. Stay away, they promote no dealer fee but when you try to do a deal they’ll kill you! Asking for crazy down payment and exorbitant interest rates. In my case $8,500 down payment and 18.5% interest rate. I went to David Maus and got me a Lexus RC 350 with no money down and only 6% interest rate. Unbelievable!!!

I haven’t been in the market for a new vehicle in a long time in part because I was cringing having to go through the hassle of the car buying process. It isn't unknown the stigma of what the public views as “car salesmen” and how unpleasant it can be to buy a car. I’m sad that not much has changed in the process and that the negative connotations to car buying are still a reality. Sunny Zou created a very different experience and it truly was a pleasure to work with him. I felt he actively listened to any question I had and thoroughly answered my questions. I wish my experience could have ended the way it started but it didn’t. Once the test drive was over I was transferred to someone named Steve in finance. The interaction went downhill there. Steve was the typical car salesman that was more interested in talking me in circles rather than listening to what I was asking for. I have been in the financial industry for over 14 years however Steve felt it necessary to walk me through how payments work and interest rates as if I had no concept of how to do my own math. He clearly didn't pay attention at the beginning of the interaction when I mentioned I already had financing and did not need that from them. So needless to say he wasted my time and I walked away without making a purchase.

When going through the trash in my trade-in they pulled things aside that they thought could possibly be important to give to me later. My recent experience with this service department was anything but pleasant. We are getting ready for a short road trip to North Carolina, and recently when I turned on the car, the dash showed a message that said service would soon be required. I called Lexus, and they advised that the car would need an oil change and tire rotation. They kindly offered a loaner car, but since the appointment was likely to be under two hours I declined the loaner car, and said I would just bring a book to read while I waited for the car. At the subsequent morning check-in I was advised that this was to be a big 30,000 service even though the car has 27K miles on it, and it would be 3 hours or more. No one had called to advise otherwise. I had afternoon appointments, so they said a loaner car would be made available. Unfortunately I did not bring my proof of insurance with me, and it took several phone calls to my wife to get a photo of the insurance sent along, and though that was eventually worked out, I had to listen to the young lady admonish me for not being prepared to present the necessary documents for the loaner car. I have a copy of my insurance on my phone, but in my flustered state I forgot about it. I picked my car up the next morning and my service agent was understandably busy. Fortunately I was not in a hurry, and we eventually retrieved the car. The first thing I noticed was that the programmed driver seat setup had been changed. It was not a huge change, but I should have suspected other possible changes, though I did not. Later that day my wife and I went to an evening meeting. It was dark after the meeting, and when we got in the car the dome light setting was off. Once again, I should have been wary, but we got onto I-4 and drove toward home. When we got off of I-4 and onto dimly lighted Markham Road the road seemed dark. I engaged and held the lever for the bright lights because it was hard to see the road. Eventually I was able to pull over, only to discover that the light settings on the stem had been changed from automatic to off. I had driven home on I-4 with no headlights. Once we got home a further check of the car revealed that my plug-in charger for my phone was no longer in the center console, though it had been there when the car went in for service. Needless to say I am disappointed.
