On the first day of my sons pre-k day, mommy forgot to fill the tank and ended up with an empty gas tank right infront of this dealers service department. Miles away from a gas station and dangerous road to walk with a 4 year old Autistic son. Mr. Danny Nieves and his crew didnt think it twice to help me. They assisted my son and I by providing enough gas to get to school and even accompanied my son and i to safety, true gentleman and genuinely great people. I will definitely be heading to the West Kendal Lexus dealer for my next car purchase!! Thanks again.

I bought an advertised Certified pre-owned NX200 at your dealer (received the certificate documents) and now I'm doing the regular maintenance at another Lexua location and I'm told car doesn't come up Certified on the Lexus system. I took the car last year to your location to straighten this out, but it seems it wasn't fixed. Misguided and fraudulent sales, not to mention a waste of my time calling and taking the car there multiple times.
I've always loved this location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I got a great deal. When my lease is up I'll be coming back for another one.

I went to Lexus of West Kendall earlier this week to get some replacement parts for my Lexus IS F. Manny and Frank were outstanding! They were instrumental in not only helping me select the correct parts, but also helping me inspect and load them into my car. While I was there, they made sure that my car had no pending airbag or other recalls. This was the best service that I had ever received at a Lexus dealership - on top of it all, the prices were amazing!
My husband and I began our search for a car in Pembroke Pines on Tuesday with no luck. On our drive back to Miami, we decided to stop by West Kendall Lexus. We were just beginning our search, so were not pressed for time. Dantony Paulo, the Product Specialist, greeted us, introducing himself. Such a very nice young man, respectful and patient. We briefly described what we were looking for and was shown a couple of options. After sitting with Dantony and providing exactly our wishes: a 2017 ES 350, Atomic Silver, he discovered that one was enroute to the dealership, soon to arrive. WOW! ! Well, from that point on Dantony guided us through the process knowledgeably and professionally. This was the most stress free car purchase I’ve experienced. Additionally, the dealership is a one-stop shop, from coordination with loan provider, insurance, registration and tag. I had my car within 24 hours. I recently worked with Ted Atkinson at Lexus of West Kendall on the purchase of my new to me 16 GS350. Highly recommend Ted, he was always responsive and delivered on everything he said. I can't say the same for finance manager, Luis, but that is another story. If you go to Lexus of West Kendall, ask for Ted, you will be in good hands.

Getting a veterans hopes up on Veterans Day only to be shot down and misled. Was looking forward to coming home with a new truck and came directly off shift from the firehouse to gather my kids and pick up my new truck. As a veteran it would have been memorable to get a new truck on Veterans Day weekend. The advertised price was great and as I called to confirm the dealership assured me that it was there and to come by. I then received two additional calls to make sure I was coming. When I arrived I waited 30 minutes as the rep said he would get the keys. He came back and said the vehicle was sold. When I tried to speak to the manager I was told she was busy. I tried calling and they said to call back. She responded via text to tell me the vehicle was sold. I know. Thanks a lot. Won't be coming back here. The December to remember sales event is only to cover up all the disappointment in the November to forget blunder. *Vehicle was relisted the same afternoon with the same stock and vin number but for 10k more. I would have understood if they would have just admitted to me that they made a pricing mistake but to lie about selling it only to relist It is intentional deception. This only added to the disappointment.
When did customer service at Lexus of West Kendall get so bad? I have so much to say about their customer service. Long story short. I emailed General Manager (James Mangano) on 05/01/2019 and then 05/08/2019, and I am still waiting on requested information. I chatted yesterday (Lexus of west Kendall online portal) and I am still waiting for a phone call. I do not comprehend how they can offer good customer services to some customers and such a terrible customer services to others. Below is a summary of what happened. (our sales advisors was Inti, a name I can see in other reviews...) 04/20/2019 Lexus of West Kendall *Not greeted by anyone. * Not approached by any sales consultant. * I had to asked if anyone can assist us. * Sales and leasing consultant (Inti Llanes) approached us stating he had seen us when we entered; however, he thought we were looking for " a specific sales person." * When we asked if we could get a specific car (a different interior color,)Mr. Llanes said "this is not a ford dealership honey, we cannot request cars like that, this all our inventory, what we have here is what you get." * When inquiring about another specific vehicle Mr. Llanes said "that one is more expensive...you don't want to go there." He then proceeded to tell us the requirements on another vehicle without asking how we wanted to proceed with any payment options. *Immediately following this experience, we were dismissed by Inti Llanes. He mentioned he was going to tell his manager that we were not ready to buy yet and offered to give us call when they had a good deal. Expectations based on past experiences *To be greeted and asked how to be helped. * To be assisted by a sales consultant who could answer our questions. * Expected to be accommodated (when possible). * Patiently be provided information so I can make proper decision based on my budget.
The 5 star review is STRICTLY in reference to the sales associate Dantony. If you're looking for a Lexus and decide to come to this place to look and purchase, you will be a great pair off with Dantony to assist you with what you're looking for. He took in everything I was looking for in a car and was extremely knowledgeable on all of them. Amazing young man and most definitely knowledgeable with Lexus. As for the rest (3.5 stars), let's just start it and leave it at we weren't greeted like everyone else smh. I was ready to leave after looking at one car due to it, but Dantony was pleasant enough that it convinced me to see other options.
Best purchase ever!!! Really smooth way to find the car I liked and the process so easy. This is a great dealership, the place offers excellent comfort and the staff is so nice and professional. Reading this comments about how a store looses employees by wrong management and this of course affects the customer service because hiring new people constantly makes the sense of ownership go to zero. I think this is what happens in this store because I remember I visited this place a year ago and was completely full of customers and salesmen in constant movement. I left my car this morning in service and went to the store about 10:30 am and there was nobody there! That's crazy for a place like this. I thought that was only my perception but before writing a review checked others and this is an opinion that will be reaching believers. It's so sad this was the best Lexus store in Miami and now for some reason is a dessert place. How can a store fire all the employees and survive???
Best dealership service
This review is purely based off of my experience with their online parts & accessories store. I ordered a very small part for my Lexus that was shipped to me by USPS by these guys. The part was a little cover for my driver side seat storage compartment. In fact, it was so small and cheap that the shipping charges were more than the part. I never got the order. I had to call multiple times and only got a follow-up call once. While this all happened, I ordered the part elsewhere and already have received it. I just asked for a full refund but the managers refused since they said the shipping was more than the part, so I was only approved for a refund for the part itself. Just be careful if you plan to order here for parts!
I've never had better experience at any other dealership. Amanda Garcia, the sales assistant, made sure we got the car we wanted for the best price possible, amazing business made! I highly recommend going and asking for her to serve you, you won't regret it.

I live in Jupiter Fl and have been car searching for a few months... After I drove down a few days before coming to this dealership and had an absolute nightmare situation with Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, I was lucky enough to find my perfect car at Lexus of West Kendall. I have been a fine automobile enthusiast for decades and I firmly believe that proper maintenance of any vehicle is crucial in order to keep it performing at its best as well as looking spotless. But I also understand that we live in a fast paced and very competitive society within which we can find endless options price wise. It all comes down to how much we are willing to spend and how much we care about our automobile and our pocket. I have known the Bean Automotive Group for many years and how they stand behind their business, but none of it would be possible without the best staff members money can pay and that is what Bean Automotive offers its clientele from the purchase to service and parts. Just recently I decided to take my 08' GS 460 in for routine service and upon pulling into service drive I was warmly welcomed by the service department manager (Mr. Alex Alvarez) which was rather surprising because most people in His position are usually too busy to welcome customers and more surprising was to see Him working on a Sunday morning. After chatting for a little while, I asked Mr. Alvarez about different options in regards to certain mechanical and physical updates that I wanted to do to my automobile and surely enough He provided me with all the options from a professional and personal point of view. One of my goals was to remove liners that the automobile came with in 2008 in order to protect the fenders and the side mirrors and Mr. Alvarez gave me His word to get me a proper estimate next day which He did. When I heard the quote including a full detail, I was blown away in a great way. Yesterday morning I left it getting the work done and was given a courtesy loaner vehicle to use in the mean time, today I went to pick up my automobile and I had tears on my eyes upon seeing how they took my 08' GS 460 and turned it into a brand new showroom quality Lexus. I had no words to express my gratitude enough and all for $199 dollars including the removal of the liners. I was quoted $399 elsewhere just to remove the liners with no guarantee that the paint underneath wouldn't be damaged during the removal process. I can certainly say that Mr. Alex Alvarez and the service team at Lexus of West Kendall have not only met my very high standards but surpassed them all by far. This also applies to Mr. Frank in parts and his team which are always exceptional in every way. Because of this and prior experiences with the Bean Automotive Group, I highly recommed servicing your automobiles there for any service and or parts needs. The Automobile industry as well as society in general need more caring individuals like Mr. Alex Alvarez and Mr. Frank. Don't go elsrwhere, let the experts do the job and you will not regret it.
Alex Alvarez, the service manager was nothing but terrible! We spoke about a concern I had at the dealership and he expressed nothing but a rude manner and ignorance. I spoke with Lexus customer service because I was unable to get someone from this dealership to speak to me about my horrendous experience I had at this dealership. I heard back from the customer service rep after 3 weeks of the dealership neglecting to reach out to me and I was made aware that the general manager James Mangano told them they will not be reaching out to me as they did not see a reason to hear my concerns and that they considered my "matter" to be closed once I left the dealership that day. If you want endless disappointment and slow terrible service then this place is for you! I will never step foot into this dealership again as they are by far the worst Lexus dealership I have ever been too. I rather drive over an hour to get my car serviced before I ever go to them again. It is sad that I have owned two Lexus car, being my most recent is a 2019 and this is the "luxury" satisfaction I receive. Seems to me like Lexus in general provides false advertisement as not even the corporate office can handle this matter since all dealerships are privately owned. Extremely upset and disappointed with this dealership and the company as a whole. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT HOURS.
My review of 1 star is due to the fact that the service department is really bad i had an appointment at 10:45 and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes and they were not even busy all of the service people were standing there just talking and making jokes. Very unprofessional.

This dealership is facing the worst era in sales due to the lack of professionalism of the GM James Mangano, who has charged customers over MSRP, violated employees schedule, etc. My salesman was fired and he told me another amount of salesmen have resigned or been fired because the GM is making everything to bring his own people. If you visit this dealership you will find no salesmen at the floor and you will have to wait a lot of time to be attended. Also you could be charged over MSRP or you could buy a car with any issue because recently the used car manager was fired after he attacked a salesman with a pencil and left a lot of cars looking as certified when they are not. If you want to buy a car you may go to the East store, same owner but working as a dealership and not facing this craziness. This is my little cent to help you in your decision. I don't recommend this dealership at this time.
Came in for a testdrive. Very hesitant but well received by Dantony Paula. The process of buying or even just testdriving is no longer a hindrance in this business with Lexus of West Kendall. If you value your time this is the place to go . I drive from 30 minutes away and it's worth it. They have always taken very good care of me and my vehicle. They make repairs so easy, if its not something they can fix right away, they give you a loaner till your car is fixed. They dont pressure you into getting services you dont need and they are very upfront. I even had a recall i didnt know about and my service advisor let me know and set me up for the repair. I have been there 4 times now for service and repairs and will continue to come back.

Run away from the service department. They have changed the leadership and become white collar thieves. They will overcharge u inappropriately for services they don’t perform. I drove my vehicle with one of the mechanic to show them the problem and they charged my for a “diagnostic test” $ 165.00. The mechanic told me the symptoms the vehicle showed did not needed any diagnostic or computerize test since it was very clear n straight forward where the problem was. This was not a vague complain..!!! However, the manager Alex insisted that driving a vehicle with the costumer was “a diagnostic test” worth to charge $ 165.00. Seriously... buddy I drive my vehicle every day, did know that sitting one of the mechanic inside my car and drive for 200 meters will be considered “a diagnostic test”. So if you ever find yourself in the situation of them telling you “we need to run a diagnostic test”, make sure you stay with your vehicle and check such test is actually perform, and get a copy of the report.!!! From now on... neither of my Lexus, my girl’s, or brother’s will be servicing there. And I will spread the word to my friends who also lease or own Lexus to advice them not to go there!!! I want to be clear, this is Service Department, not sale. Mechanic staff personnel do work hard and I believe they are honest as well as few of those representative who receives your car at the entrance...however leadership need reshaping. Hope that $165.00 balances the lost of couple of costumers and potentially even more.

I booked an appointment to do my annually service for my Lexus. They took 4 hours to do it. This is unacceptable since the Lexus is suppose to be a luxury car brand.If they don’t become more efficient, they are going to lose a lot of customers.

I recently purchased a car from them and i wasn’t even offerred to test drive the car before i bought it. They also didn’t bother to ask if i was interested in any accessories for the car and the finance guy that did my paperwork said he would call me the next day to see if there was another bank with a better deal deal but as soon as i left he locked the deal with the bank and now im basically stuck with a car that i dont like how it drives and i called them and told them about it and now they’re giving me the run around. Im really not satisfied with the customer service.
Gone to take care of some problem with pre owned certify car which is not even purchase 2 weeks ago and they told us to go back to Kendall store to get it fix. Too bad I’m not going to refer this company not even to my enemies.

I purchased a Pre-owned Certified Toyota Tacoma. 1st When I purchased the vehicle I purchased the extended warranty. When I purchased that I asked could I return it if I decide I do not want it or if I find a better deal with a separate company. I was told yes by the Financial Personnel at the office. But he told me I had to wait a set amount of days to return it. Well come to find out that was a incorrect and a matter a fact the amount of days I was told I had to wait conveniently enough was the amount of days that would have been to long to return without losing a percentage of what I paid for it. Luckily I double checked with my paperwork and found that out so I did not lose out there. A couple of days or so after purchasing my vehicle I received an email from what seemed to be the branch Manager. Asking about my purchase and how I felt. I left out the issue with the warranty because it was no longer an issue but I did have some concerns about the 100+ inspection that they claim to all pre-owned vehicles. In the picture below you can see what I was concerned about. #1 Dried Mud in my fuse box that sits just below the hood of the truck #2 The hub cap that came off on my drive home from the dealership and the other 3 that were extremely loose. Up until this point I was just a stage above frustrated the next part is what got me upset. No response back to my email..... from the manager of the branch. So I waited 3 days and sent another email asking for a response and still nothing. So it seems to me I would I have been better off buying my truck from any use car dealership (typically a bit cheaper than a Lexus dealership) since the 100+ point inspection apparently doesn't cover the fuses. Or it does ( which I would think ) and the inspection was not done properly. I just really felt like purchasing a vehicle from a dealership was the way to go since the back themselves with there award winning customer service. Well, I just was a courtesy phone call away from driving a Lexus. This is my experience: On Wednesday morning I went to Lexus of west Kendall to lease a CPO ES 350 that was advertised for 279 a month with a down payment of 2399. I was ready to make a trade with a car I own and this way cover the cost of the down payment. A seller meet me at the door and after negotiations ( car appraisal, etc) the seller told me at this time they don't have a car available but they have one not yet certified, because of that, the price changed to 289 plus taxes. I was agree. The seller described the car, color, mileage, etc and promised to send me some pictures. The seller told me to make a deposit to hold the car and I gave 200. The rest of the Wednesday and all day Thursday I was waiting for the pictures or, at least, a phone call. None of them happen. Today Friday i went to auto nation Nissan Miami and got a lease of Maxima SV 2019 with a little more price but I'm very happy. Excellent customer service and great people. After I got my new maxima I went to Lexus of west Kendall again for my deposit to be refunded. I meet the seller one more time and he started to explain me why he didn't send pictures. I just asked him Why you, at least did not call me?, Why you didn't make a follow up?, Answer: he was off yesterday, nobody helped him to get the pictures". Well: I just feel I was underestimated as a potential buyer. This is my history, I couldn't get my dream Lexus but I proudly drive a Nissan. Customers are customers 7 days a week. Not satisfied with the service received when looking at cars. Went in to look at potential cars to lease. Was met by an underinformed sales person. When told we were going to test drive the car we were interested in, we were told to "wait" after seeing the car because they were filmed a commercial for a sponsor in the parking garage and the sales person did not want to turn on the car. We were told by the sales person "lets go look at numbers first and then we'll test drive to give them time to film". We went and looked at the numbers. They came out RIDICULOUSLY high. We were told "they can change if you buy NOW" meaning the numbers were NOT realistic. The manager attempted to justify the numbers after he himself stated that they were high, but when I stated facts about the numbers and the car, his story would change. After that, we were dismissed without being able to test drive. Maybe if we would have been able to test drive as promised, we could match the cars value to the numbers but that never happened. Seemed as if the commercial for one of their sponsors was more important than a sale. Not satisfied, will visit Lexus of North Miami and have a test drive there and discuss potential business there.
I had an excellent experience with Lexus of West Kendall!! My sales professional Adilen was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The sales manager John was able to make concessions so that we could get the deal done. Luis in financing was also very helpful and made this a great car buying experience! They have a great team of professionals that exceed your expectations!!
I bought my car here and bring back every time it's time for service. Usually in and out within one hour, and hassle free. They have a little cafe in the waiting area which is nice for a quick snack while waiting. Never had a problem here.

If there was 10 STARS I would give them all!!!! Sales consultant YUSEF NASSALL, is the most HONEST car salesman I have ever come across. His knowledge of promotions and incentives for his customers is refreshing. After leasing an IS350 F Sport for 3 years, my husband and I came into the dealership to lease a RX 350. Yusef advised us when to return to the dealership for the best lease rate and incentives for our purchase. Upon returning recently as per his advise, he was able to give us a great lease on a RX 350 with very little out of pocket cost. His knowledge of the on hand inventory at the dealership is nothing short of amazing. We all know that buying or leasing a car can be a horrible experience. I came by this dealership one night to see a car I found on Auto Trader. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and happened to be in town. When I called the dealership before arriving that night, I was set up to meet with someone and when I got there, they had left. I was introduced to Amanda Garcia instead and rightfully so. She was helpful and informative from the beginning and answered all my questions. I drove back the next day and we sealed the deal. She was patient with me throughout the whole process and was very welcoming to my family, whom I brought along as well. I absolutely love my new car and the experience I had in purchasing it. I purchased my first Lexus there a while ago with Javier, he was great, very acknowledged, friendly and nice. Went back today and talked to Inti, he was actually very rude and made some comments like he was doing me a favor because he was not getting anything from selling me the car. That he will actually get money selling it to someone else. Ok, so sell it to someone else. I prefer to drive 1 hour to North Miami. I think that sales persons have to be a little more friendly and nice.
We when to see a specific car we saw online but when we got there someone else was testing driving & purchased it,but the sale person was very helpful and patient Carlos Cuervo tried to find a car within our budget .He when out of his way to find the car right car that fit our needs. The only downside was that we have two young kids & it would of helped if the dealer would have a small area destinator for kids to play with some Legos, coloring anyting. We were there for more then 5hrs. The kids room would of help ton!
This location is absolutely rude, and not helpful at all. We went to purchase and negotiate a Lamborghini and had the worst experience. We know how to buy, and have purchase experience. Sales people were ganging up, hard stares, and have an attitude like no other. They need to go they a Grant Cardone training program badly. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location EVER. Cheap shark tack tics, all the way down to creating a fictional stand by purchaser from California.... yeah right. When that supposed deal fell thru, they called religiously to acquire our business. Extremely rude front desk girl doesn’t greet, and called saying we missed an appointment... what appointment? We never made one. If your an Exotics purchaser don’t buy from them......
I’d like to take this time to write the experience I had with Lexus Of west Kendall. When I had first arrived, I initially had set my appointment and was assigned ESTEBAN MUNOZ for my service appointment. Getting into the department, we were introduced by a amiable employee named STEVEN RUTH. I let him know I was here for service, and my email read it was with ESTEBAN MUNOZ. The gentleman STEVEN went to let ESTEBAN know we had arrived. ESTEBAN MUNOZ was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He stated: “I’m going to lunch at 12:30, so they are either early or late” and walked away...I was in utter shock. As a customer, if you’re goal was to make me feel valued, well ESTEBAN MUNOZ, you failed. Luckily for us, STEVEN RUTH quickly assessed what was said and took us right into his office. With the utmost professionalism engaged in conversation with us and assured us that we would get taken care of. STEVEN RUTH later provided us with a voucher for the cafeteria. If it wasn’t for STEVEN, we would have once again had ANOTHER horrific experience here at Lexus of West Kendall. As far as ESTEBAN goes, I really feel management needs to have their employees on check when it comes to customer service because I was not valued what so ever by him. I felt like an inconvenience, and a burden. To conclude, thank you once again STEVEN RUTH for your time and your service, because of you I rated a five. I GENUINELY DO NOT FEEL THAT THE WHOLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DESERVES A FIVE STAR FROM ME.

He provided great service, while being very professional,courteous, helpful, at his job. Completely changed my mind about this place . Worst place ever to buy a Lexus. No inventory, no salesmen, nothing. Only a few salesmen if you find one will tell you they feel bad working there because of the management. Too many things to say. Read the reviews and find what happens there. They are selling cars over MSRP and with recalls. This is a scandal in this business. I can't recommend it at all.
I took my RX 350 for a routine oil change at Lexus of West Kendall to take Advantage of Synthetic oil change for $ 49.95 "great deal" regular price $ 82.85 but Steven Ruth took advantage of a women not knowing much about auto maintanance the total bill came to $ 1,419.98 He laid to me and told me that my car needed a brake fluid flush( it was done a year prior from lexus of North Miami) also claimed that my AC was not cooling propertly I never stated having problems with the AC He charged the Warranty depertment $ 1,059.71 to repair something that I did NOT had any issues, i never agree having issues with the AC. Verry dishones people DONT trust them, a $ 49.95 bill I end up paying $ 385.27 unnecessary. Where is your "Mission and Vision " statement ! that your tean promises "is our goal to ensure that your experience with us satisfies your every expectation" where are your values, Respect, and Trust that YOU promise to deliver!! Ladies be aware check your bill before you service your car. SHAME on you Lexus of west Kendall stuff.
My wife called on Friday for a used Lexus IS200t and I was told to go this sunday and ask for Triny, Sammy or Adai or Idy. so I came from Miami Gardens all the way down to Kendall. When I arrived Ady was busy with two customers at a time, Sammy was busy too and Trinity was a manager and was busy. So there's not other sales person to take care or myself coming all the way down to this huge building and I only had three names to ask for??? Why do you attend a call to show only three people working and one is just a busy manager !!!!!! Is this fair with a black 65 years old man who is looking for a 5 stars dealership to buy from and just had this great experience? and did not want to say but also a veteran? This incredible. Maybe cause I'm old and black and look like nobody but had the cash I saved to buy this car. I regret when I was coming inside there was a black dressed guy looking like a priest and I said no cause I was told to see just these three. Maybe God punished me !!! Bought the same car with less miles at Pembroke and lot of salesmen asking for business.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because it took a lot of deception to get me to buy the vehicle, the vehicle had been in a crash and extensively repaired. Even after finding out I didn't complain and decided to make the best out of it, the scary thing is that your personal information is not safe with this fraudulent dealership. They used my personal information and registration to sell a vehicle last year and issued that vehicle a plate not registered to me but with all my information. After what seemed like hundreds of calls and emails they assured me they would take care of the red light ticket issued to me in Miami, I don't even live in Miami, they didn't, after contacting the police department they finally dismissed the ticket, but just today I received over $400 in toll violations because whoever is using the vehicle knows it's not coming back to them. I'm a CDL license driver so you can see how much this will affect me, the dealership is simply crooked from the salesman to management. Now I have to hurry up and get a lawyer to make sure this is taken care of, to the public, please know that your personal information is not safe with this crooked dealership. What a headache, its like the dealership from hell.

Dantony was great during the options that he gave us on choosing the proper Lexus RX350 he may us relax in arriving to our demanding vehicle selection not only did we get an upgrade in a better vehicle but he assisted in getting a better deal out the door then we could possibly ever imagine. He is extremely compitant and professional. He then gave us the inside electronic teaching with detail and proper introductions in all the high tech this Lexus RX350 has. This is about the 4th time I have experienced this and I have had it. This morning I called in at 10:03AM and spoke to a woman about having my car washed. I explained to her that I do not live close and I need to make sure the car wash is available. She paused for a second and then confirmed that I was able to go in and wash my car. As soon as I arrived, I spoke to a gentleman working and explained to him that I needed a car wash. He stated that they were not taking cars at the moment because they were "backed up". He then explained to me that if I wanted to wait it would be 3 hours? For a car wash?! This is not the first time I have dealt with this and that is why I decided to call and make sure it was available. The customer service and communication in this particular dealership is ridiculous. I understand that a car wash is not something to be upset about but when you go through this several times it becomes an inconvenience. I am not one to go online to complain about things because I, myself, am in the hospitality and tourism industry. I am aware that companies have their hiccups but as far as I can see nothing has been fixed. Please Lexus of West Kendall, get your operation organized and stop wasting people's times. I am a paying customer and would like the service provided to be of Lexus standard. I am not asking for anything over the top, but the essential service that should be provided at ANY dealership.
I bought my 2019 Lexus NX at this facility and the experience was awesome. Adi Rivero was my salesperson and she was wonderful. I was never rushed on the contrary. At the end, Adi was able to get me the car that I wanted. She matched the price and got me exactly the color combination I wanted it. Adi also has followed up to ensure I did not have any questions. I'm in the market replace my vehicle, since my lease will be up soon. I've been shopping around. But so far, Yusef has been the most helpful and most knowledgeable sales person I've encountered. He took his time and listened to what I'm looking for. He was very courteous and patient. Also, he was never pushy. Yusef, is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product line. I even fact checked him online. Although, I have still not replaced my vehicle, because I'm still shopping around. I would highly recommend Yusef, as your sale person at this dealership.Overall, a great experience.

Helps everyone very quickly and resolved any issue in no time. Find a solution to things instantly and is a very caring person. A very good employee here that always has a smile and very hard worker. I strongly recommend him to anyone that comes here for service.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! After going to so many dealerships who just wasted hours of my time, it was such a relief to find this one. I drove 2 hours to go pick up my lexus is and it was so worth it! I emailed them and we agreed to the numbers before I even made a trip. A lot of dealers would not do this or would not be straight forward with me so they lost my business. They gave me a deal I was extremely happy with and also did not try to be pushy, or trick me at all, which a lot of dealers do. Extremely professional. Upon arrival, Robert the manager greeted me and paired me with Ted. He made my experience excellent and stayed over 2 hours after closing to make sure I was situated in my new car! Even the insurance guy at the dealer found me a MUCH cheaper insurance policy than what I was paying. I am sooooo pleased with my experience! My faith in honesty in dealerships has been restored! I am a 20 year old female so going to buy/lease a car can be intimidating knowing that many people see you as an easy tip off. I would recommend this dealer to anybody. I have 2 lexus dealerships that are MUCH closer to me but I am happy I drove further to go to this one.

This LEXUS of West Kendall dealership have Crooked people working for them, staring with Finance Manager LUIS HIDALGO. Be aware of this dishonest guy. Luis Hidalgo is a Lier and a crook. He will increase the total amount of the car price by adding different service plans and insurance plans you don’t need or are NOT required in order to obtain lease finance. He will add this expense service plans you don’t need to the contract behind your back, without telling the cost of the plan to the customer at the time of signing the lease papers. Like I said before This prepaid services plans are optional an NOT required or mandatory in order to Optain finance for a lease or a purchase. This Crooked guy Luis Hidalgo never told me about this prepaid services plan, instead he add it to my Lease agreement , increasing the total amount price of the car by $1,395.00 which by the way I want back. The Owner and Finance Director of this dealership Chris Roberts and ORESTE Alfonso should fired this Crooked guy ASAP for dishonest. I want to cancel this car care service plan that I never requested or wanted it in the first place and get my $1395 back in a check payable to my self.
I would like to give it 0 star, I have a lease and had 2 free oil change, and now I have it I want to charge $ 200 because supposedly they the first time they rotated and scrubbed, when everything is a lie that the first had until a punched rubber and no air swindled him

I have always been a big fan of Lexus Service in general, however I had a problem with the Lexus door locking system that I had replaced in the service department a few months ago to the tune of $1000. I replaced the part and was happy with the service provided. I thought that having the locking system replaced would take care of the entire locking system of the vehicle. It turns out a few months after, I was having the problem again this time the locking system was not locking the front passenger door. I called the service department hoping this issue should be covered with the part I had already replace. I was shocked to find out that it wasn't covered and that this would cost me again to the tune of $1000 and that the other 2 doors would likely give out also and they too would have this expense. I think this an issue that Lexus should look into as apparently (as good as I believe Lexus vehicles are) this is a manufacturing problem that needs to be resolved at the source. I am very disappointed to say the least.
Get a great deal! You may have to negotiate but that's all part of the process of getting a deal you are happy with. Straight shooters here. No funny business.

Your information is not safe with them. They will use your information to register a vehicle to another person. You may never find this out until you start receiving notices about a traffic violation with a plate in your name but not a vehicle you have ever owned. It is taking forever to clean up the fraudulent mess they have have created.
