In August, we took my husband's car here for an almost $40 wash after he purchased it near by (used car), and after 15 minutes; it was done! Awesome right? NO! The car was still dirty! There was dust inside the cup holder and dirt on the corners of the carpet! SERIOUSLY? $40 for that service? Unbelievable!

We just pulled out of the parking lot and were driving home and realized that the interior cleaning we paid for didn't get done the dash is filthy and the cup holder area is dirty. With a $50 price tag attached you expect to have the services you paid for actually performed we are very disappointed in the quality of service.

Visited today for carwash.. prices are very high. $17 for a basic wash and vacuum... does not include tire shine. Multiple people set up to do car washes charge $20 for a full service car wash on a sedan. The interior was remodeled nice, they didn't push sales, and my car was done quickly. One of the guys kept spitting on the ground while drying my car... kinda gross to watch and to also think he's spitting in everyone's walking space to get into their clean vehicle.

Don't have a way to post pics to prove my words, took number 5 on the menu, their best car wash, 49.91 and I would have cleaned it better my self on a bad day. I went in here on a friend suggestion and never coming back again. The guy asked me if I liked it, I just closed the door and left. Windshield was dirty, all doors were semi polished, boot was just vacuumed on top and there was dirt on all sides. Don't waste your money here.

i got my car to get all wash and clean inside and out,charge 41 dls after they finish i check the inside and it was the same way as when i drop it off very disappointed,i dont recommend this carwash dont bring your car here better do it ypur self

This used to be the Florida Car Wash and is under new ownership. They have remodeled and it looks nice, but the older waiting room was more comfortable. Prices went way up. Even though the car was clean and service was good I'll probably find another place to get my car washed. The complementary sir freshener does not make up for a $7 price hike.

I spent $40 today on a car wash. When I got home and pulled in my garage and looked at my car it had blue spots all over it as well as water spots. I had to redo my car. Don't waste your money there. Do your self a favor and go to the competition. There employees are not well trained.

My car was clean inside, just the driver's side needed to be vacuumed. The outside is what needed to be cleaned mostly because of pollen and bird stains. I got "The Works" and by the time tax and tip were added it was almost $45! Water stains, some bird stains, etc. remain and it looks like maybe more... The staff were very nice, and it was rather quickly done but too expensive to still have a not very clean car. I don't think I am going to be going back... I wish I could post pictures. Two stars just because the staff was very nice!

They provide the service you need and if anything else seems to be wrong they tell you but don't bulldoze you to do it right away, and always write it in the receipt for later. I hate pushy places!!

Beautiful Saturday and they were busy but had enough crew to handle it!! The manager was amazing. I drove up in the most dog hair covered Tahoe you’ve ever seen after three huskies blew their coat in my car. While I was advised it needed detailing to get it all, I was suggested the number 4 would work for now. Y’all it looks like I had it detailed!!!! And under 30 minutes. I’m driving from Lakeland from now on to get it done here.

My boyfriend brought one of our cars here to get the inside of it detailed. After the first time they told him it was ready, it didn’t look like they did anything to it. Their was dog hair and sand from the beach still all in the car. My boyfriend then proceeded to tell them that he will not be taking the car until they actually clean it. Unfortunately we are unsure as to who he spoke to about it, but the man that he spoke to had an attitude about fixing it, and then proceeded to speed off in our car to go “clean” what should have been cleaned in the first part. After we got the car back, still dirty. Will never be going back, I could have cleaned the car better than they did for a lot less money.
