I will usually say a car wash is typically like any other car wash. NOTHING SPECIAL. But Clean Machine CarWash is something else. I paid for my monthly membership I try to take my car at least 4 times a week because the staff is super friendly, the place is very clean, my car ends up looking like a brand new car and my son really enjoys the light shows while my car is being wash. I almost forgot the free vacuums, air freshener nd the cleaning wipe makes the entire car experience makes anyone’s day!!!!

Great deal for unlimited washing for your car. You pay a monthly fee and you can take your car everyday if you want. They have free vacuums and microfiber cloth so you can clean your car after you finish the wash in their machine.

I’ve been through this car wash with friends many times before and I’ve never seen anything like this happen. So when I needed a car wash I signed up for the email club and got a free car wash. When I went through I was really excited and right before I was done the dryer was blowing with so much power that it lifted my windshield wipers and then the the giant black roller made contact with my right windshield wiper and broke it. Make sure that when you go in you see the long list of things that they are not “responsible” for. I will not be using the “Clean Machine” car wash ever again. Thank you, next.

Best car wash in town. I have the monthly unlimited platinum wash and love it. I can go as often as I like throughout the month and get their top of the line wash for $36 a month. Not only is that a deal the bays to detail your car when you are done are fantastic. They have windshield washer cleaner available, drying towels, compressed air for hard to reach areas and powerful vacuums. They even offer free may washing stations. Best deal in town.

Had to edit this review because they took down their shading. So awfully hot I cant suggest paying to come here. Also today half the vacuums I tried did not work. The towels were still wet as if their dryer was also broken. What a shame. In the past this was the best carwash in town. :(

This carwash was my joint. The wash itself was very efficient and needed near-no touch up afterwards. They also handed out these nifty red/blue microfiber towels when you purchased the platinum wash and bonus*, free vacuums, which was half the reason for my visits. Yet, over the course of a few months, the location has shown signs of wear. While expected, they simultaneously stopped handing my microfibers out, which was apparently my last straw. So basically, I'm devastated. The workers are very kind and everything about this place is pretty great. My issue is strictly with the towels and wash grade. I don't usually rate so low, but I've taken in account that I now have to begin my journey looking for the perfect car wash again.

I used this car wash a lot. Recently I used a coupon code on the Platinum Car Wash and I noticed that my receipt no longer had the 48 hour rain guarantee. I asked the staff about, and they said that when you use a coupon you no longer get the 48 hour rain guarantee, even tho the coupon policy DOES NOT mention that as a restriction.

This is the best car wash around although difficult to get into. Great washing of exterior (you stay in car) and you get to vacuum yourself!! They give you a cloth and air freshener too. Lovely helpful people and great reasonable price!! I have to give a shout out to Stacey who took the time to assist me with getting some sticky stuff off the windshield. I will be back and will become a member-great deal as you buy so many washes and get a few free.

I liked the one in Bonita Springs until the roller caught my antenna, lifted the truck up, and did $2000 in damage to my truck. I let the management know, the shut down the wash looking for the broken piece so it wouldn’t damage another vehicle. I gave them my info, and I was told they would have the manager call. At that point I wasn’t too concerned, it seemed like a fluke incident and I thought the wiper motor would just need an adjustment to realign the wiper arms. I never received the call. The roller had pulled up the body panel while the antenna wrapped around it and wrecked the wiper transmission With the down pressure so now the wipers won’t go down past 1/2 and my passenger door pinches. When I returned with the estimate for repairs I was told nobody had “made a report” and that the one on duty that day of the incident had been fired. They would call me. The next day I received the call that “corporate” said it had been too long and they would do nothing. Reporting it 2 minutes after it happened was too long? Their fired employee not documenting it is their excuse? Despite my dated photos taken after the damaged happened? They said they would refund the month charge and nothing else. It’s been a week and they didn’t even refund that. So instead of behaving honorably I’m having to take them to court and make a claim on their insurance. The amount is below their deductible so all they are doing is being difficult, wasting time, and hoping I won’t follow through

Wow!!! I've been to a few of these- go through the machine and then vacuum the car yourself. But this place is a cut above! They give you an interior cleaning cloth at the start of the wash. When you get to the vacuums, they also provide cloths to take care of the little details on the outside of the car! To top it off, hours go well into the evening. So if you want to vacuum without working up a sweat, the vacuum areas are well lit at night so you can see well! Will be signing up for the membership!

Excellent automatic car wash. If you have the membership you can wash your vehicle once a day. The attendants spray the grill with cleaner before the washer starts and I've noticed it cleans all the bugs off the grill.

Not only does this place have great price points, but the staff are dedicated to customer satisfaction. I commute on the highway everyday and it has been at least a month since my last car wash and the bugs were caked on my front bumper. Staff helped with additional products to removed the stubborn insects and sent me through the car wash two additional times (free of charge) to ensure I left with a sparkling clean car. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone and will most certainly return!

Workers are great one person refused my tip..they have a place to pull in and provide microfiber cloths for you to use a trash can and free unlimited vacuum time too all starting at six bucks can't beat that, the place is really clean too..that's why I was trying to tip one of the workers cause she was going hard in the paint at the vaccuum spot making sure all the towels were clean and stocked and making sure no trash was on the ground.
