Best car wash in Reho. Makes your car all shiney and clean. The vacuums are self serve but the set up has a hose kn either side of the car so you dont have to drag the hose across the interior of the car. Great staff and reasonable by the month car wash plan. Great if you live at the beach and want to get the salt and sand off and out of your car

This place is great for what I need. I think some of these reviews are based on expectations of what a full service car wash would do. A quick wash and free vacuums for that low of a price is a deal. If you are expecting full service wash for that low of a price please tell me where you go. Oh, and if I can go to that full service fairy tale car wash as many times as I like for $15 a month that would be great too. Don’t go to McDonald’s and expect table side service. This place is perfect for what it is.

A bad car wash with even worse service. They damaged my car and are taking no responsibility. One day, they started my car through the car wash and it was not on and then they turned it on right before I went through the drying cloths. My car was dry and dirty so the drying cloths caused a lot of scratches all over my black car which is less than a year old. Even though one of their employees watched the whole thing and the manager even knows what happened that day, they are taking no responsibility for the major damage to my paint job. I highly recommend staying away from this business unless you are okay with a company that conducts business in this manner.

Been using this location for years without a problem. A year ago they upsold me on a monthly pass--I barely use it even though I pay for it. Today, my vehicle comes out dirty on the back window. Talk to Ernesto (manager)--Totally rude! tells me I have to pay. He acknowledges the vehicle is dirty but cannot do anything about it?? "either pay or come back tomorrow???"

I will forever miss Chris and the old place as they did it all for you and it was better. Cheaper isn't always better. Now you get a hard sales pitch to buy a monthly program for unlimited washes for 14.99 per month after the first month for 5.00. I'm not impressed therefore I will drive to long neck and get a car wash they way it should be from 8 people working over your car one at a time. Service is everything and a sales pitch is the last thing I want to hear especially at a car wash. Who washes the car every day ? That's right , nobody. So go out to long neck once a week and get a real wash. This is nothing more than a Royal Farms car wash minus the sales pitch.

You can get a full service interior and exterior wash at so many places!!! Be smart!!! $20 for a wash with no interior cleaning available (except for monthly users) and not even free vacuums to do it yourself? What a joke. I can go to Sam's Car Wash in Maryland and get outstanding interior cleaning and a wash for the same price. I'll never use Mr. Wash again. This place needs new owners that care about customers. As for me, I'm off to find a place to vacuum out my car now that I got ripped off by Mr. Wash.

One of my easier job on my to do list for the weekend, taking the my car to the car wash. They do a pretty good job at a reasonable fast pace. I have the monthly pass for $49.95 for unlimited wash daily, which includes vacuuming and wiping the car inside and out. I wish they also do hand washing with the more exotic cars.

If your goal is an interior car cleaning with good customer service, don’t waste your money. Very rude even after explaining I had never been before and didn’t know what to do or where to go during interior cleaning. They claimed to have vacuumed for the interior cleaning, but crumbs were still everywhere. They only lightly touched exterior of car with towel to “dry” after being washed by the machine. Claimed to wash inside and outside of windows, but there were water marks on the outside, and inside still had dust. What did they even do?! Waste of time and money. Only one guy was nice. Others just yelled over loud machine engine noises and over other people’s cars to inform me that my car was ready. When I asked if it was my car (because I couldn’t hear over the noise and vehicles) they said yes and rolled their eyes in unison. Why so unnecessarily rude? Treat me like a valued customer not some obstacle in the way of you clocking out for the day. Never going to this location again! Cancelling my membership after less than 1 day of activating it. Update: Called their location and complained about lack of interior cleaning, even though I paid $10 more for it. Employee on phone said I could bring it back for them to vacuum. I don’t have time to drive all the way back. They should have done it right the first time... or at all! After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time occurence—it’s a repeat offense. Update (again): Spoke with Corporate Office, and the guy was very nice and apologetic. Offered a complimentary car wash and helped me cancel my unlimited exterior/interior membership. Will use the complimentary car wash at any other location other than the one at Gallows Rd, Falls Church, VA.

I would love to give them 5 stars they deserve because they do the car wash right every time and I am especially happy with the mats wash for which you have to pay $3 extra but that’s again rightly priced. The one star missing is for the bump in recurring charges from $39.99 to $59.99 without any intimations. Also cancelling the car wash membership is tedious. You don’t get to talk to a real person. Also they charged me for an additional month for 2 of my car wash memberships I canceled. Management, please fix this and earn 5 stars. You guys are awesome otherwise!

When it’s busy do not pay for anything besides the $17 exterior standard wash. This is what every car gets. Add $20 if you want the interior done. $37 for a standard inside & out wash. Wow! The demand must be high around here, unreal. This location is automated. The wash comes out okay but it’s really not worth it. For $5-9 exterior only you can go across the street to Sunoco’s automated wash. Save $1 there if you fill up the tank. Good enough, barley, for the work car only.

Was pressured into buying the membership and then told that the car wash wouldn't clean the bird poop on the roof. Attendant told me not to park under trees in the future. How bout just improving the wash. Why should I not park in my reserved parking space in my apt. complex just to get an average carwash?

The place is nice and the workers are friendly , I just hope someday they realize it’s best to leave some space between cars when they enter the wash bay as they try to keep pushing cars thru. Also, a lot of times when folding the side mirrors some of them slam the mirrors back to the open position and I keep asking them to take it easy when they unfold the side mirrors, and try to take it easy when they move the front seats. The new crew they got now is not as detailed as the old crew that used to work there, and you’ll have to keep asking them to wipe off dirt and bugs off the car’s surface. I hope they get the point.

Scammers! This place has zero customer service or even cares about their reputation. They charged me $60 a month for a service that I thought was one month. They tell you whatever to try and sell you the service but when there is an issue they refuse to help or take care of it. This place is a joke and if I can give them zero stars I would . Ran by a bunch of crooks! Response: I Called them and I Explained to them that i was never told it was re occurring. I noticed the charge on my account for the month after so I went there and they told me it is monthly. I was not aware and i said okay since you charged me for the month I will use it. I told them to cancel it. Now this month I just got charged again and the lady doesnt seem to care. I told her I would write a review and she said she doesnt care.

Always good results from this car wash but one star is missing because the scanner didn't read the sticker on my windshield properly today. I had to reverse out of the priority customer line and drive through the window line. Why am I paying for the monthly service if the equipment to make your visit more efficient is malfunctioning? Yes, they said, "GET OUT". it was a long line of cars in front and behind us. This is how Mr. Wash treat you after a snowstorm. They treat you like criminals. Sometime in January I went to Mr. Wash at 3407 Mount Vernon Ave, Alexandria, VA, 22305 for one wash. I was told that there was a promotion going on and that I could have a wash for free. When I finished my 1 wash, someone approached my car wanting to put stickers on my car. I asked him why. He said for unlimited wash, which would be free for the month. I told him no, that I didn’t want unlimited wash or to sign up for any service like that. He insisted. I asked him to get the manager. The manager came over to my car and told me that I didn’t have to get the unlimited wash and that I could just go. I asked if I needed to do anything to cancel the wash, the manager said no. I asked this several times and each time the manager said no, I did not need to do anything to cancel. Yesterday I noticed a charge going on my credit card starting in January to June for $24.99 monthly. I contacted the cancelation email address and let them know, every politely that there must be some confusion. They told me, aggressively, that I had signed a contact and that they would not refund any money- that if I wanted any money refunded I would have to contact my bank. I called my bank and they were able to refund the past 4 months, but that Mr. Wash would need to cancel the first two bills. My bank attempted to go to Mr. Wash in order to cancel this service. My bank stated that a man picked up the phone and hung up both times. I then contacted Lisa at Mr. Wash back letting them know the status. They again stated that any refunds would need to be done through the bank, that if they were done through the bank they would accept them, but they would do nothing further. I have not had my car washed since at Mr. Wash since the one time in January.

Extremely poor service. The manager claimed my monthly payment didn’t go through and tried to mansplain how credit cards work. Customer service was equally unhelpful! Waste of money and mediocre wash at best. Update: Called the number you provided and waited for 8 minutes, was put on hold again, then hung up on. I signed up for the Unlimited Car Wash. I took my Range Rover to this particular location because I had time to kill. It was a hot sunny day...I came out and the guy started wiping my truck down and then holds up my driver side wiper blade! The Supervisor/manager then asks me if it was broke before I got there....??? Ummm wouldn't it have been lost during the cleaning?. I was then told to replace it and they would reimburse me. I had called the parts store with them on speaker and they said $15.79. I don't know why they just didn't refund me then and there?...either way this location is out of the way and I replaced my own blade ..at no cost to them.... Im cancelling my membership!!

I'm not at all happy with this location and the recurring charges. They keep changing the charge amounts on me. They increased my monthly to $34.99 using the excuse that it included Wheel Bright (tire shine) which I was fine with. The car wash was closed for a couple of weeks and then I go in last weekend and find out that the tire shine machine is no longer available, but I was still charged $34.99 on my recurring payment. I'm in the process now of cancelling my monthly subscription.

One of the female clerks is always super nice. The other one not so much. I have the unlimited $20 a month washes. So far so good. You can use the vacuum for free. The vacuum does not have a lot of pressure. I wish It had better suction but it is what it is. I have the unlimited in two of my cars. It's close to my home and open everyday. They have a dedicated lane for the unlimited washes. I try to go when it's not busy because service goes downhill when they have a lot of cars. I dry and vacuum my own car and put tire shine on the tires. I keep all the cleaning items in a bucket in my car trunk and works fine. It's a car wash and it's just ok don't expect a red carpet or to be treated like someone important because you won't be.

A RIP OFF. Told them I needed a cleaning inside my car. The guy at the window sold me a wash only and didn't tell me that it wouldn't include the interior. After I paid $25, I was told I had to vacuum it out myself. If I wanted an exterior wash only, I would have gone through the exxon car wash or anywhere else for $12!!!!! Don’t go here! Paid extra for wheels to be cleaned, they came out filthy. Asked manager to fix it and he said if I want it properly washed I should just go to my Mercedes dealer. Ha! What?! You’re a car wash right? He said members can get wheels cleaned by hand for an extra $5 but since I’m not a member he can’t help me. Paid for a Super Wash. Nothing really super about it or different from their regular wash. No hand drying at the end which left my car with dry spots mostly near the trunk area. Side mirrors were folded over so I had to get out and undo themselves. Employees are lazy and rude.

This is the absolute worst car wash I've ever been to, today is the first and last time I will ever go here. Right after the car wash I realized that my front right turn light had been ripped out of its socket completely, and the wires were hanging loose out of my new Subaru BRZ. They also dented the front right edge of my car's Hood, and all over the front of my car there were small scratches and dents, including over the headlights. Do not go to this car wash if you value your car and dont want to pay $15 to have it destroyed.

Paid $15.00 to drive through the machine for a basic exterior wash that included tire washing. That is way too expensive PLUS they only take credit cards. The young girls working there had no idea what they were doing. I still don't know what the guy standing at the entrance to the machine did besides guide my wheels in to the track, which I'm capable of doing myself. Not going back, obviously.

I had no idea they had changed everything. The woman was very helpful when we pulled up to the post. She did everything for me. Drove through and the car came out spotless. Pulled around and used the free vacuums. They had amazing suction and a place to hang up floor mats to vacuum them off. My only complaint is the lot is so confusing and not well marked. I'm still not sure which way is the exit after you use the vacuums and I'm not entirely sure I didn't go out of a place I wasnt supposed to.

Unfortunately like other recent reviews this place felt extremely scammy. They pressured very heavily to join get an unlimited pass, which I really did not want. Without that, they do not clean the interior of the vehicle. Basically you get half of your car washed, the outside.

This is easily the lowest quality car wash I've ever been through. The machine really just brushes off your car for about 30 seconds or so and then boom you and your still dirty car are out. This wash really doesn't just spray down your car the way most do. Water is very minimal. I paid $15 and could have done a better job just straying my car with a garden hose at home for a few minutes.

At Mr Wash for $25 you get a Lava wax - a 1 plus minute car wash and machine blower drying. No final exterior dry wipe down by staff with towels, No interior wipe down by staff, No vacuuming, No interior windows washed, etc. You get a minute + car wash and that's it! And since the car is not thoroughly dried by the machine you get water spots....... I took my car to AutoSpa and for $25 I got the soft cloth wash with lava wax with the machine dryer PLUS staff wipe down of exterior with towels and interior wipe and a vacuum, wheels cleaned and tire scrub and tire shine and interior windows cleaned. My car looked so much better than compared to Mr Wash... Mr. Wash is a RIP OFF. It's like a gas station wash. Wonder how often they change out their soft cloths. Look around and you'll find a car wash that gives you more for your money.

Beware of buying a plan. They require you to cancel by phone 7 days before the end of the billing period, but then never answer their phones between 8-4:30 (the times they stated), so you get stuck with another month. Then they refuse to honor a refund. Horrible customer service.

We paid $20 to get our car washed and it had streaks from where it was rubbed by the cloth wipers that banged against the car not cleaning it. There were also soap suds that the dryer didn’t blow away nor did the water rinse away. Before the car wash at least the dirtiness made it look consistent but after going through the car wash it only made it look dirtier. Mr. car wash was contacted to right the wrong , but elected to ignore my contact so hence the open review of their poor service. Update: We have reached out twice now to the email address recommended with still no response. Simply saying to contact customer service doesn’t rectify a situation of poor service and now customer service. It exacerbates it. UPDATE: 26 August 2018. Still no response from management or the email I was told to contact. Very poor management and customer service tactics. You really should consider change to ensure a positive business model.

There is a comfortable place for clients to sit - with heaters in cooler weather. Just another example of their attention-to-detail at this location. I drove 15 mins to get here only to find a damn cop blocking the road and saying it is full, I could see it was not full and there was plenty of space. Screw this place and its management. PS. This review was not meant for this facility. It was meant for the one on Glebe road in Arlington. I have to say this place is actually good and I did not have a problem here at all. It is the one on glebe road that people should avoid.

My car gets less service and is run through faster than a car driven by a man. And it's never really clean. There has been a steady decline in attention to detail at this location. It seems they spend less and less time on the interior of the car. This is in addition to silly things like requesting me to move the car to a different stall after it's already parked, staff speaking in gruff tones, yelling across the garage that the car is ready etc. Today I was there and had my car washed. After the interior was detailed I noticed my rubber mat on the driver's side hadn't been washed, I figured they forgot stuff happens. I pointed this out to the staff who stated, "You didn't ask us to wash them so we just vacuumed them." This DESPITE the fact that the one on the passenger's side was still damp from being washed. He didn't even offer to do it real quick for me. I didn't want to get into a verbal confrontation with him so I left but this is unbelievable that you should need to be asked to do your job. I understand mistakes happen but when you make them you correct them. I think there are definitely some service kinks to work out at this location. Meanwhile I plan to return my business to Montgomery Hills in Silver Spring closer to my home.

Totally a RIP-OFF for a one time wash!! If I could give this place zero Stars,that’s exactly what I would’ve done. For $25 which is the lava wash, it’s a regular car wash that you can buy at the gas station. All they do is make you go through a car wash machine and that’s it. It lasted 2 seconds. Really no joke. They don’t dry the car or anything. You have to be a member in order to get an interior wash and for them to dry your car. That’s totaled rip off. Please don’t waste your time or money!!!! The only way it is worth it is if you live around the area and then you can have unlimited wash , wash your car everyday for the low $17 otherwise DON’T bother going!

Went to this place for the first time for an exterior wash. The tire shine was barely on the tires and the entire car had water spots. I guess im not surprised as there is NO one to dry the car or put on the tire shine. Save your money.

Every time I go there they tell me they can not vacuum my car out because that’s for unlimited only customers, so I guess paying customers don’t get anything but a clean wet car which will be dirty in 10 mins bc of the pollen... you just lost me as a high paying customer

BEWARE!! I took my Chevy pickup through the wash and afterwords I found that the wash had bent my front license plate IN HALF. The license plate was properly attachtched to the front bracket on my front bumper. Assuming that this was just a one time fluke I took my other vehicle through a few weeks later. This time not only did the wash bent the license plate and break the plastic frame, it also COMPLETELY tore the front license plate bracket off of my car! If the wash is capable of doing this, It must be capable to doing far worse damage to vehicles. Plus it doesn’t clean the wheels very well at all, the tire shine gets all over the wheels and the car, and there’s always spots that are left dirty all around the car. Horrible wash.

The last time I went here, I was able to get both the interior and exterior of my car washed without signing up for the unlimited membership. They did an ok job, no complaints. When I went back today, I found out that they no longer offer interior services unless you’re an unlimited member? Furthermore, I didn’t appreciate the aggressive sales tactics used to try and get you to sign up for the monthly membership, or the dismissive behavior when I politely but firmly said no. I won’t bother visiting any Mr Wash again, and I suggest you don’t either.

The facility is no longer a full service car wash. The wash quality isn’t great, still had bugs and grime on my car afterwards. Exxon and Royal Farm car washes are both just as good (better) and right down the street...and you don’t need to buy a membership.

My car got damaged and the manager on duty Claudia she’s a joke .. No customer service skills and shouldn’t be in the front of house .. I’m a business owner and I understand accidents can happen but I can’t understand a bad behavior and attitude.. I hope someone from management will read this review and reconsider her position and send her to take some customer relations classes..

Beware, the unlimited car wash is a recurring charge and they increase the charge from $30 to $60/ month without notifying you. I was not verbally informed when I signed the contract that there would be a recurrent charge and found out 7 months and $420 later. I only received 2 car washes :( Even if it is my fault for signing the contract...it is a common and ethical business practice to verbally inform your customers what they are agreeing to in a broad sense. When I called their customer service line to get some refund for services I never used, they gave me 3 car washes total. Only a business that doesn't believe in their product would use such slimy methods to make money.

Wash wasn’t that great to be honest. Car still has a lot of spots that aren’t clean. Definitely better off at a car wash where they clean and dry your car with the towels after since the auto wash and dry is not that great. Also no interior clean unless you’re a member.

We tried to get our car washed today both inside and out. When we pulled up, we were pushed into buying their monthly membership at $54! We decided to just go with a one time inside and outside clean. We were told that they’re only allowing their membership customers to have the inside done. Are you kidding me?!?! After declining the Unlimited Wash package, I was told that my car was too dirty for their system and needed to be hand washed. I left and did as she said and took my business to Champion Hand Wash in Tysons, never to return to any Mr Wash establishment, ever.

Went there for the first time today and picked the top of the line detailing service for my Honda. And did not hold up to my standards. The cup holder compartment in my vehicle was still uncleaned and car mats were not put back in properly. Definitely my first and last time going there. Customer tip:You are better off cleaning your car yourself and save on half the price they charged me. Spent 45 for the best service, but didn't get the best. Peace.

I have an unlimited membership with Mr cash . I almost go every Monday to wash my car but I am not satisfied with the service that I am getting because inside the car and looking glasses don’t get cleaned today . Carpet under the driver seat never clean properly because inside car is very clean except the carpet under the driver seat. The reason I go to the car wash is to get cleaned the carpet under the driver seat.I have been noticing it since I signed up the membership. It happens to my car today around 4:00pm too . I am thinking to cancel the membership with the car wash because it is not worthy of paying $50 every month if I don’t get the service.

Horrible offer for the $25 deal. Sales woman told me I’d stop paying g after the 4th month and would stop paying which is s complete lie. The cooperate office was no help and the manager there was a rude POS when I told him how the duped me. Steer clear of this place because all they will do is take your money

Line was ridiculously long...out of their lot into the street and through the light. It definitely obstructed traffic. The wash didn’t get all the salt and winter gunk off my car. They still use the old rubber brushes that are notorious for damaging your paint. I called and the manager Claudia told me that it takes more than one wash to get a car clean and offered me a free rewash with much reserve. I opted not to go and went to Sunoco across the street instead, who has lower prices, pressurized wash and way shorter line.

Car wash is fine but they trick you into signing up for a recurring membership saying it’s a good deal, but when you realize you don’t use it enough, if you cancel even a day after your card is charged they won’t give you a refund. Bad policy.

They really push their reccuring membership. Don't sign anything here. Can't even clean the trash out yourself unless you have a membership. Very pushy. Also on busy days they mess up traffic for the entire area with no care for anyone but themselves. They should have the decency to be good neighbors and pay police to direct traffic.

I only came here for a quick outside only wash. Which is cheap and does the job. Yeah like all other low review it is quick you might have some bubble left, or cars being clean too short of time. I mean this place's is way cheap and others. What would you expect for a outside clean...honestly just some water and bubble. Of course I can do it at home with a garden hose and a bucket of water with bubble. But it would take me 30 mins and tons of labor and time to set up and clean. I would rather pay 7.99 for my 30 mins.

They do such a great job. I had noticed an accumulation of debris under the outer border of my trunk lid, and asked them to clean it, as well as the rear window below the lid line. They did an excellent job without getting any water in the trunk itself.

Scams! I went for a car wash. These people made me take an unlimited car wash plan stating they can only do interior cleaning once I take that and I can close any time. It was called lava wax and interior cleaning but trust me its no different to basic cleaning. For interior, I asked them to vaccum the trunk windshield area but they asked me to vaccum myself!! I tried to cancel membership but they said that I need to give them 7 days notice and its in agreement form. Such a scam!! I want my money back

DO NOT USE MR. WASH!!!!! I had the service for a long time. I was good enough for a quick wash but they never did an awesome job. When I traded in my car, I went to cancel. Turns out there is a really long process to do this. After sending them everything I had, the customer service couldn't find my account but was somehow able to charge me my monthly payment I normally pay. Bottom line: DO NOT USE MR. WASH

Decent car wash with lots of options from a basic wash to full detailing. I chose the $20 exterior wash only which was fine. My car was super dirty and the machine wash got it 90% to 95% clean. A hand towel afterwards would have been nice.

Paid for the unlimited service a few weeks back and realized that their system was scratching my rims. I let them know and went through the whole process of filing an investigation report like they asked, waited weeks for a response, only for them to say "sorry, you have after market rims and although we were at fault, we have signs saying we arent responsible for damage done to aftermarket additions". This is a pretty reasonable exception except for the fact that no one informed me of this when i signed up. FYI my car has black rims and a wing and they didn't feel the need to tell me this. Also, the people directing you in the entrance dont pay attention so don't count on them.
