Love this place!!! Even though the line was long we got through very quickly. Inside is a cute shop filled with some home decor items. Kids can shoot water guns at the cars and has a slide inside. Every time I go here I am always very happy. Willing to pay the few extra to make sure it is really clean.

I'm not going to say much... I just want to tell you that these are pictures of my car after the $25 wash (supposed to be the best). When the car got out of the automatic exterior wash, they moved it to where they clean the inside. I saw a bunch of people working on my car for probably less than 5 minutes, then they moved to a different car. I was wondering if they were already done with my car, so after about 10 minutes I asked them if it was ready and they said yes. The results are in the pictures. I think that If the car is too dirty, then the right thing to do is let the customer know that the amount charged will not cover cleaning the extra mess so the customer is aware of it, but you can't just say that the car is done and leave it like this.

I am exceedingly jaded about car washes and all of the up-sales, protectants, odorizers, sprays, what-have-you... but I came in for a wash, got the $40 "the Works" service, and it was awesome. The wash was fine, but what really impressed me was the pride the attendant took in his detailing work after the wash. Every inch was cleaned, all my missing possessions neatly piled in the trunk, every plastic surface shimmering clean. Very impressed, and will definitely use again. 45 minutes well spent.

I've never been to such an unorganized car wash in my life, with such unorganized people who aren't capable of running a business. They tried forcing me to purchase a carwash after i told them my antenna doesn't go down, and i just needed the interior detailed. That i wanted their best/most expensive package. And i got told they were too busy to sell someone 200 dollars worth of service. There were only a handful of people there, getting their regular service. Once explained what i wanted in detail suddenly their tune changed and they had time to help me. That already left a bad taste in my mouth so i reminded them they were too busy for me, and told them i would go spend $170.00 somewhere else that wasn't too busy to sell their best package, and they might as well go home since they're too busy for more than 3 customers. Greenhill car wash were the lucky ones today since they know how to take on customers properly. Won't be seeing me at any magic car washes.

Very rude staff. For Pathfinder he said third row is not covered in standard and I need to go for ultimate. Even after chosing ultimate, the car had dirt spots all over, vaccum was not done in trunk and the door cup holders were not cleaned at all. The cleaners said at the end it's not covered and you have to pay more!

Made my first visit today. Got the works package. Impressive. The 3.7 rating crises concern. However, I decided to give this place a chance. And glad I did. The team worked diligently in the heat during a peak period. They got all the dog hair from the flooring and dedicated great detail to both the interior and exterior. These folks value their work product. Do yourself a favor, don’t pass this place by without getting the car wash you deserve!!! Thanks team-I’ll be back!

The only magic here is my money disappearing. Paid almost $30 for a car wash because I just got here from a 2,000 mile drive and had bugs all over the front of my truck. I'd say they got off about 25% of them. It's like they just wiped over it once and whatever didn't come off, oh well. The rest of the car that the drive through machine cleaned automatically was ok. I could have gotten the same wash from a $9 gas station drive through wash.

They did a pretty good job getting everything off from sitting under a tree that homes birds and droppings from the tree in the spring. I paid 20 bucks for the upgraded deal but I think they forgot to put whatever they said they would on my car's coat. Didn't seem too much of an upgraded job to me. Was fast though.

I just got only my interior cleaned by paying 25$. The manager was good enough to customize the service for me to get just interior cleaned. The lady cleaning did a horrible job. She did not even clean the carpet in properly.I see food around the seats. I did not notice any difference nor good fragrance. I felt the service was worth 10$.

The worst one in America. They charged 19$ and the service is so worst. It was so quick with less than 3 minutes. Charged for cleaning Rims, windows, interior too. But it was never touched and the exterior cleaning was horrible too.Also, said that they would spray anti-rust on the bottom but never did it. I would very strongly recommend not to visit this unless you want to pay free money.

Do not go to this carwash they are horrible. They ran over a bolt while driving my car out the car wash. They tried to tell me it didn't happened there but the manager clearly stated the tire pressure on the machine blew off a hubcap. So the bolt came from there. And the car was was horrible. Don't know go here if you care about your car.

As a car lover, this car wash gets a fat F. These guys' attitudes stink. The communication is not on point as I came here to get my car completely vacuumed since I have a hatchback and there was sand there. They didn't do it, and one of the guys displayed some rudeness after telling me it was $2. I felt blown off after that as I just moved forward. These guys won't get a dime from me anymore. They seem to be miserable. Sorry, I'm not about that.

Really disappointing car wash. I paid $35 for the works, and they did the worst job I have ever seen. The front windshield had forehead oil marks (which did not have when I took it inn). The front hood still had bird poop, the trunk matt still had dirt (Which the manager stated that matts are not washed under the works package,really!!!). You are telling me I am leaving the car wash which I paid $35 with rocks and dirt on my trunk!! The front dash shows marks of wiping, they did not wipe the entire dashboard. I think this place does not take customers seriously. I pay less money in other car washes and they do spotless work. Definitely this is the last time I will go there.

Let me start off by saying, I've been coming to this car wash for a long time. The last year and half its gotten worse. I won't be coming back nor will I recommend anyone. I got the ultimate package + spray on wax ($40) car wash. My windows look like a hit, left bugs on the front bumper, didn't open doors and wipe away water. I had to use my own microfiber towel to clean off the bugs and water left behind. Good thing I checked out my mats because the guy was putting in the wrong mats. I had to tell them I had weather tech. From now on I'll just go to the newer automated car wash up the street and get a better job done.

I came there today, first they are highly overpriced for the service you get. They are really good at cleaning the outside of the car but when it came to cleaning the inside they rushed. My car was not cleaned at all. Still got dirt inside my car after the supposedly vacvumed it. So freakn pissed & for that will not be returning.

Manager, Dan at the Naamans Road location is awesome! He goes above and beyond not only with customers but while sitting and waiting for my car I observed his interactions with his staff. It's obvious he cares and doesn't hesitate to jump in and work along side them. We live in Newark, much closer to the Kirkwood location but we drive out of our way because the service and experience is worth the trip! I go to Kirkwood Magic Car Wash often. They do a good job for the price. I admit sometimes exterior quality may vary. But overall they do good job on interior windows and wiping the outside. Some staff members can be rude. And seem like they can't be bothered. Tho there are some helpful fellas Brian, Paul, Junior, Bill are all very nice & helpful every time I've been there. Their manager Matt is also nice and helpful. Overall it's a decent car wash and is hundred times better than Prices Corner.

I have used this car wash at least a dozen times. I get the full "works" which is basically a full detail job, and they have always been very thorough and show attention to detail. It takes them a while to really go through your whole car, but I appreciate the fact that they don't rush through and miss spots. I will continue to use these guys. For the record, it is a Chevy Equinox that I take there.

I purchased their $5.00 off special and got the $24.95 car wash for $19.95. Unfortunately, it was way over priced even with the $5 discount. The outside looked fine - after all, the automated system took care of that. The interior looked like it hadn't been touched tough. I didn't see or hear a vacuum cleaner being run but they vacuumed the driver seat and that was it. The windows looked like they hadn't been touched - there was still a big smudge on the driver side door window. I would recommend going to the White Glove Car Wash on Route 896 way before this one. The guys there are excellent about cleaning the interior, the outside is the same and the price is way cheaper!

I paid for a Deluxe package to include cleaning inside of the windows and vacuum. They to say the car wad finished. The windows were not done and I had to tell them to vacuum the car. The windows were cleaned so poorly I had to clean them my self at home. Coffee stain still on the dash.The only thing magic about them is how fast my $18 disappeared. First and LAST TIME THERE.

Disappointed. Paid for Deluxe package which was 25 bucks plus $5 cash tip. Minimum cleaning on the inside. They didn't even bother to wipe the dashboard and console. Had to do it myself when I get home. Dont pay for anything beyond the basic. It's a waste.

They do an average job. If there's is no line, you can be in and out in 15 minutes, but it took me another 15 minutes to have them clean all the missed spots. The young guy who takes your car didn't want to be bothered, and they older gentleman who dried my car was very helpful. Kid friendly. They have areas where kids can color, go through tunnels or shoot water guns towards your car.

I just left after getting the $29.99 wash. My inside still has filth that should have been vacuumed up, I have hand prints all over my back windshield, and my dashboard was not cleaned at all. I will not go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Was the worst carwash and experience ever.... Had to show them all the spots they missed, but Brain M. was outstanding on fixing the problem.... My experience was getting better until a worker accused me of stealing a spray cleaning bottle and slammed my door.....Smh I was livid. I spoke to the manger an his excuse was "we have cleaning bottles too she thought it was ours" even though theirs are red and mines was purple.... I went to this car wash for the first time today because prices corner soft cloth car wash was jam packed. The car wash looks nice and the inside is pretty cool. I got the 25 $ super delux car wash. The specifics of it are that you get better car wash detergents, also of coarse the car is suppose to be cleaned inside and out. You know vacuumed, rims/ tires cleaned, and ect. So first off when my car was finished or their definition of "finished" no body told me it was done. According to my standards for paying 25 $ bucks the car was halfway cleaned. These employees are obviously lazy and do not pay much attention to detail. The super deluxe car wash might as well be called the shell gas station drive through car wash. When I got home I had to clean all the dirt off my rims that they missed, I had to pull out my shop-vac and vacuumed all the spots they missed which was literally the entire car, and I had to use leather cleaner on my seats. I had to re-do the inside of the windshield to get rid of all the streaks left behind because obviously there employees don't know how to wipe in a circular motion and apply some elbow grease. Plus there were some other areas that still needed attention on top of all that. I will say that 3/4s of the employees there look to be beyond the point of just a casual drug user so that's probably got something to do with the poor work ethic. I won't be going back here ever again and will be calling to tell them personally how poor the car wash was and the service . I work hard and my schedule gets very busy at times so occasionally I don't feel like washing my car so I don't mind shelling out some money to get it done the right way! Magic car wash does not do things the right way! I guess it's true what they say, if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Avoid this car wash and save your money people.
