Great location easy to find and easy free turns off 301. Easy access and soft touch or touch free especially for pollen starting at $8 for basic wash $11 with clear coat and undercarriage pretty solid. Personally I prefer soft touch..

Horrible...paid and then car wash did not work. Nobody onsite to help. Get your carwash fixed or put up a sign when out of order!! Now I have to waste time tracking you down to get my money back.

My car was covered in salt and chunks of dirty ice, it was 430 in the morning needed a good wash. Green hill is 24-7 and fully automated. In a few mins my car was looking great.

Went there 2 days in a row first time the dryer didn’t work second time with a different vehicle same wash didn’t clean the car and dryer still didn’t work both times I used the jet wash

They have a number on the building to call for any problems, but never pick up the phone. I paid $9 for the automatic car wash and it never started. An error saying that the car wash was busy stayed on the screen. After 10 minutes I went over to the self service side and put a $5 bill into the machine. The sprayer busted a hole and this wasted the rest of the cash I had on hand. Extremely disappointed with the equipment and the non-existent customer service. Luckily I had a pen, paper and tape and left a note for future customers on the machine. I put in a formal complaint on the BBB wesbsite. I hope this helps for future customers and please file a complaint if this happens to you.

Not even going to give it one star! I went to wash the salt from the last winter "storm" off of my car pulled up and the machine asked for a card or cash....so I try to pick a wash option and cannot ....so put insert a card. It charged me $9 then I was able pick a wash which I chose the $7 wash...thinking that it must have wanted to verify card information before starting the wash... The car wash never even started and kept giving me "the wash is occupied" and still charged me both the $9 & $7 after I hit canceled the wash I Tried calling the business to at least them them know that their machines were out of order and to ask them to stop the transactions, but to no avail. There has been no answer for 2 days. NEVER AGAIN! :(

On Nov 2, 2013, the car wash was out of order. After I paid the $9 fee, the speaker on the machine still announced “The car wash is ready, please drive your vehicle into car wash” repeatedly for about 10 minutes. After I drive into the car wash, no lights were on and the car wash machine did not move. I backed up my car and drove in again for few more times, nothing happened. I pushed the “Cancel” button, the announcement was stopped. I thought I could get a refund. I called the number on the machine several times, no one answered my call. A week later, I did not see refund on my credit card. I found that the floor of the machine was dry, indicating that the machine had been out of order for a while. They should put a warning sign on the vending machine if the car wash did not work. I spent $9 for nothing. Very disappointed. I will not use MOT Car Wash in the future.

Unfortunately , we can't give them 0 star. its extremely poor service. I used two vacuum machine to clean the van. Both not working. It takes my 2 dollar for nothing. I called the service, they ask me to travel to office to get the money back. So it means , we spend 10$ gas to get 2 dollar back. This is called free money business.

The Presoak in two of the three bays didn’t work. The floor was covered in mud left by some inconsiderate patron. Tried 2 bays. Figure fool me once shame on you fool, me twice shame on me. Didn’t t try the third bay. Won’t come back.

Wish I had read the reviews before going there. Purchased complete car wash and detailing. $32.00 The most incomplete car wash and detailing I have ever experenced. Windows streaked or not done. Interior about half cleaned. Wheels dirty. List too long to go through. I used their materials to do some of the cleaning. When I was about to leave they scattered like cockroches. I was unable to find anyone to discuss the experience with. If you decide to use this facility I wish you luck.

Vacuum has zero suction and the timer is way too short. Didn’t even get past the drivers side. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Diamond up the street.

Low pressure..charged me $11 for $7 car was...on top of that the in bay wash wouldn't turn off with red button...horrible place will be disputing.
