I am not one to write critiques, good or bad, but if you want an amazing job done, from honest people, go the the Diamond Car Wash. I spoke with Cathi, one of the owners, and told her my detailing horror story, from a competitor down the road, and she guaranteed I would be happy with their work. Randy did the detailing on my car, and I was more than happy, it looked like it just came off of a new car lot. It was absolutely beautiful and I have recommended Diamond Car Wash to everyone I know!

The owners of this car wash believe in going above and beyond. I had given in my car on Monday for a detailing. I reached there to pick it up just as the Manager had locked up and was coming out of the office. So, I agreed to come back the next day or so and left. I had reached about half way home when I received a call from Cathy the owner from Dover, DE apologizing for something I did not think was their fault. They drove back from Dover the same evening and delivered the car to my house. Absolutely the cherry on the pie. The car looked amazing. Chris the owner said the engine would look just as good as the interior and he was right. I have scheduled my second car to be detailed. We generally like to support local business and that is one of the reasons we picked this business. But for service like this I would come back even if I moved elsewhere (which is highly unlikely anyway).

These guys definitely give more than what you paid for. They take give your car or truck a good scrub before hand and ensure all dirt is off before going into wash. I have been going here for 5 years and will continue to do so.

We always go for the wash/mini detail for our cars. I just took my Jeep for a detail we went to the Outer Banks 4X4 beach in Sept and have 2 golden retrievers who always are going for rides. No matter how much I tried the sand was never gone.....and the dog hair forget it. They did an amazing job....it looked just like the day I took it from dealer! I was working and they came got it and brought it back. The owner is great and so are the crew that work there. They are always pleasant no matter if it is scorching hot or freezing cold. The price was great $75 for detail and gave $25 for tip....great deal!

Excellent facility, my wife's Malibu and my Silverado come out squeaky clean. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they offer several grades of cleaning to handle your soiled vehicle, even when there's a line of vehicles, it doesn't take long to get clean and shiny and be on your way. I recommend this establishment highly.

It's been a while since I was here, but I stopped in this morning (6/4/19) to take advantage of their Early Bird Special. Plus my car was filthy! 3 Carat Wash and Mini Detail service. Worth every penny! Once the detailing was finished, I was asked if anything was missed. Very impressed with the attention that was paid to make sure the job was done right! After the wash and detailing, both the outside and inside of my car were spotless! I'll definitely be back!

Just went through. Got the 4 carrot wash. Windows (outside) are still dirty. You think one of the five kids at the entrance could have put a little more elbow grease into the initial scrub. Waste of money.

They did a good job detailing but the employees & manager are very rude. Called to them & the manager basically said he didn’t care, as well as calling me a male & when I said I’m a women he rolled his eyes. Never been before & they didn’t tell me nothing to do so I was very confused.

The staff are always friendly and the automatic system does a pretty consistent good of above average cleaning. If you opt for the mini detail, the staff will take care of anything that the system may have missed as well as clean your floor mats and all of your windows for a cheap additional price.
