I just paid $27 for a car wash. My first time going there and I'm very dissatisfied. They advertised hand drying, I have water spots all over especially the passenger side. The roof and back windows are still dirty, again water spots everywhere. Not to mention a nice big scratch down the driver side door. Better off doing it myself. Will never use there services again.

Horrible service. Kids playing around instead of working. They lost my car keys. Seats, floor mats, dashboard, etc., DIRT.... TRASH. When you call it's of no use. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Corporate customer service who only tells you to take it back so it can get cleaned again... No it should have been done correctly the first time. Plus staying to get redone was not an option. I was already there extremely long with them misplacing my keys........ WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO WASH A TOY CAR.

What a difference a few months make! First few car washes were great. This morning was really bad. Opted for the $29.99 car wash and mentioned that my car needed to be really clean for a funeral tomorrow. I like a clean car but I am nowhere near a fanatic of cleanliness. When the car was "done", I took a look around and could not believe how poor a job they had done. I pointed to each grossly overlooked places; the hatch frame full of dirt and dead leaves, the grimy door frames that had not been touched, the muddy door bottoms. Unfortunately these blatant points made be miss several areas the dirt was just smudged around. I had to go over the car myself with a rag when I got home. For $30, I was definitely expecting better.

I took my 2017 Ford Mustang here for a car wash and the customer service was the best service I have ever receive from any Car wash company. I wish they had detailed services! The interior clean is okay. but the exterior was amazing! They weren't able to clean off the pet hair but the guy offered me and he was very kind and sympathetic about it. He was super kind! I just didn't have time. But amazing prices and great service. Will come back again

I was on a road trip from NY and drove to this car wash..... And let me tell you the level of detail is outstanding. From the moment u enter the car wash to the second you leave the employees treat your car with so much care and respec. I was shocked of how much time and effort they put in actually post cleaning the car. I live in NY and if I could I would always come here to wash my car. Thank you guys for the outstanding job!!!

Nah this aint it if you looking to get your car cleaned here a lazy person of the streets would do better . First time going today and was expecting the car to atleast come out clean in the inside thats really what i wanted so i went and paid for the full service because you know ....gotta have a little faith. I lie to you not that i wasnt in there for more then 5mins when i was given the wave which then i was cautious. I got in the car and looked at the side of my seat to find a peice of plastic. So instead of telling them i just left stoopid of me. To Make it short driving home look out my side view mirror and see debris and streaks both of them. Still driving looked at back of my seat to see the carpet still dirty but the time finally came when i got home and i was eager to check out the back ....it was untouched might have been more dirty. I keep my car pretty clean and going here has left dissatisfaction really want my money back could do way better. But hey read the reviews and ask around before going to a new place. I recommend SamsAutoXpress wash even though you got to vacuum the car your self they have low prices and you can clean the inside as much as you want.

Selection of service is tricky here. You can go with basic interior and exterior, no tire shine included. Got my car wash here, it was okay. Still i parked my car and did clean the windshield which still has some marks. And there is still some water dripping from car doors and had to clean by myself. Can give a try.

This is the worst autobell I've dealt with. Before taking my car here to get detailed I put the back floor mats on the backseat so whoever detail my car could easily vacuum the chips my 3 year old spilled. Once my car was done getting detailed why was it half washed and they had the nerve to put the floor mats down on top of crumbs like I wouldn't notice and didn't vacuum under the driver or passenger mats. I pointed the problem out to the guy that told me the car was finished and he had a nonchalant attitude and acted like it was a problem to fix the issue that shouldn't have ever occurred. I refuse to waste money here again.

As previous poster stated started out as a very good service but the last few cleanings were not good. Carpet was left with dog hair on it. Glass had spots and missed spots. Wheels had brake dust left on them. Dash was not wiped down. This was there premium service.

Wasn't planning on getting a car wash the other day, but stopped in and was very very happy with the results! The attendants were friendly and did a great job inside and out! They vacuumed, did the exterior, my tires too, and even though I didn't get a wax, my car looked super shiny like it was waxed. Maybe it's the process or product they use, not sure. The only thing I feel bad about is I didn't have any dollars in my pocket to tip the guys, so I'm going to double up next time I'm there. Kudos to JaMaree and the crew there.

September 23, 2017 was my first and last visit to Autobell Car Wash. I paid for full service wash. I had to tell the employee about the windows he missed. His response was, "my bad." I also found that he only wiped the inside doors that were visible to me while I sat outside in the waiting area. The vacuuming was mediocre at best. Perhaps management needs to ensure the employees are properly trained. Not everyone had to do chores as a child. Very disappointed.

This Autobell location has exceeded my expectations for just how bad a $20 car wash can possibly be. After having them re-vacuum my car because they didn't even touch the seats the first time, a sales associate took it upon himself to spend some extra time wiping down the interior of my car. I should have reviewed their work again, but I assumed that the second run should have sufficed. It did not. There was still plenty of debris on the back floor left unvacuumed and the plastic molding near the door on the rear seats had obvious dirt marks that could have been fixed with a cursory wipe. I also purchased the fragrance available, but it was either unapplied or so diluted that I couldn't catch the slightest hint of it. I didn't notice much of the exterior of the car until I arrived home to find it was still dirty in many spots, with plenty of bugs splattered on the front. I realize that this is a fault of the mechanical processes in the car wash, but the employees also failed to catch such an obvious detail. I thought I would try Autobell before I try their competitors, primarily because of charging a lower price for their services. However, I am utterly disappointed with my experience at this location, and will not be returning. My business will now be going to Men At Work in Raleigh, a location that actually has some good reviews.

I've been having my cars washed at this new Autobell car wash #70 since they opened and have been happy with the results. A recent experience really showed their commitment to customer service and I thought I should write something to thank them for it. After a wash there, a small plastic piece covering the tow hook on my car bumper fell off and I asked the manager Nate to check if he could locate it in the wash drainage area. Nate went out of his way to have another piece ordered, painted and delivered to me in a timely and cheerful manner that was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend autobell car wash service especially this location at 5606 Park road.

Paid $24 for the better wash package. But got a $5 service. Dirt still visible along door jams and seams. Didnt even wipe out cup holders, windows and windshield half wiped, inside and outside. I pointed out a few things but they still did poorly. I got the rag and wiped sum areas myself. This is the 2nd time i tired them because of convenient location but the service still sucks. I would've gotten better wash at a gas station carwash for less. Poor service. Dont waste your money or time!

After searching for a decent car wash for a couple months, I found Autobell and have been going here ever since to clean my SUV. The employees are always friendly, the car wash does an excellent and thorough job cleaning the outside of my vehicle, and the employees always try their hardest to vacuum all of the dog hair inside my vehicle. One very minor issue: each time, the employees usually miss one small spot (different spot each time) during the inside wipe down but it takes me 10 seconds to wipe it down afterwards. I highly recommend this car wash above all others in the area and I will continue to come here exclusively.

When I pulled up I asked the associate to give a little extra attention to the black tar at the bottom of the car. He said sure I'll spray something on it to get it off. After my car went through the wash he was not the associate working on my car and he did not relay the message. I honestly didn't notice until I got back to work and I wiped the sticky substance off with a Kleenex but residue still remained. Is this something that I should even have to ask them to do? My car is white and the spots of black tar at the bottom is very obvious. I also had a coupon and I was under the impression that armor-all the interior came with it but it was not done. He barley wiped my dash and I had spots all over my windows. I am not satisfied at all. Updated.... Shortly after submitting a review online to their office I received a phone call about my experience. It was very nice to hear from someone so promptly. I returned that afternoon and they did an amazing job to fix the issue and it did not take long at all. I will be returning!

Obviously I could clean my own car. However I choose to pay someone to do it for me. This was absolutely the worse job I’ve had done. Even called customer service she assured me that the manager would contact me. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I Pacifically asked that they don’t streak my windows as they have done in the past. When leaving I noticed my windows front and back looked as if they had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. The vacuum was not that great either. I could barley see from the glare. Even purchased an advance cleaning so of course I feel ripped off now. Beware when going to this location service has declined tremendously in the past few months.

I do not like for them to wipe down my black car you can see the swirls!!! I would like to continue going bi weekly but with the price keep going up that will change. They were not busy, rolled right in. They were 5 guys present, but it was the worst car wash I ever received for 21.99. I went home and hand wiped my own car. to get off marks that they left, just road dirt. The back was missed by the machines and not cleaned at all by the guys there. I keep going here because it's convenient. Less than 1 mile away. Every time I go here they always do something wrong. Today I got the $20 wash and my car looks the exact same. They didn't put the mats back in correctly. Looked like they just threw them in there because they were crooked and not latched at all. I am going back to get what I paid for. What a sad inconvenience. I'm sick of their terrible service. I'm not returning. I'll take that drive after this to avoid their poor service. Quality over quantity!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a monthly plan and at the 2 visit i got my car damaged. Making a long story short . Its been over a month and still my car hasn't been fixed . I call the company secerla timea juat get answers on who was in charge to talk my claim . Finally they arange with thier insurance to send an Apraiser, its been a month since my car was damaged and still can't get things straight . Very disappointed with this guys , and btw they dont even say im sorry for the inconvenience and the $75 that i paid for 2 times of car wash. Auto bell really needs to train their cashiers how to handle money. I went to them to get a 21.99 car wash and paid the young man 2 ten dollar bills and paid the 1.99 on my debit card. When I check my account online the cashier charged my card 11.99 when I paid 20 dollars cash! I come back to explain to the store manager what happened and he counts the drawers and tells me there no extra 10. So either one or two things happened here, either one The cashier stole my other ten and lied about it and charged my card anyway or two the store manager didn’t care enough to check that his incompetent cashier is misplacing money. Never coming back to dishonest place.

One of few full service carwashes in this area that's been modernized. The staff there is young but they seem to hustle and take pride in getting your car cleaned. It can get hectic when busy so try and go when there isn't a line. There's new conveyor system but it's still track based and thus its not great for large wheels/tires, however that being said I haven't had any issues with 255 size tires.

They have a two car lane that merges into one. I was next after the car in front preceded but the attendant felt the need to stop me and let the other car go ahead of me, even though the lady was clearly behind me. Was it racially motivated? That was my first thought considering the location. Was the lady his close relative? Girl friends mother? Who knows. But I wasnt sticking around to receive more bad service. U turn.

I went to this car wash place after being recommended by a friend because it’s a new car wash on the island. I opted for the $29.99 for 2 wash deal but oh my I don’t even want to go back for my 2nd wash even though I paid for it. It was my first time and I was totally disappointed by their service. It literally took 7 mins from the time my car entered the washing rail to when the guy (one who wipes the car dry and vacuums/cleans the interior) came and told me that my car is done. The guy didn’t vacuum my car at all, didn’t wipe the center console (picture attached), didn’t wipe the exterior, and didn’t shine my tires properly. I had to instruct him to clean my car. These employees are not trained and don’t know what they are doing. This place doesn’t deserve a single star for rating. I can’t wait for them to go out of business.

I was greeted by a friendly young lady, and my car went through the wash. It was then dried and vacuumed. when I came out, there were still some dirt marks here and there. The dash was also still covered with dust and fuzz. I did pay for a full inside and out cleaning, so I was a little disappointed. However, they are new, and I will try them again.

Con: Paid for the 3rd option carwash with the seal inside and out I believe 21.99? Outside carwash looked fine, nothing great but clean. Inside however, I could’ve done myself for $3 at the self vacuum next door and done a better job. More than half of the inside hadn’t been wiped down, including the steering wheel (pretty basic and obvious place to wipe down I think?) and spots on carpet completely missed with vacuum. I do understand that dog hair is hard to get out of the car and I don’t expect every little hair to be gone but I can tell this was minimum effort. Now I’m still cleaning out my own car and I’m down $21. I was hoping to use Autobell because it’s closer to my house but after this I think it’s worth the extra mile and extra buck to go to Flagship, or do it myself. Pro: They are conveniently located, I didn’t have to wait for them to take my car, and my car was finished in exactly 10 minutes....but probably because they did a less than mediocre job of wiping and vacuuming the inside.

I brought my wife's SUV in today and had to bring it right back because of spots they missed and even on the 2nd go around they still missed the area's I pointed out. I asked the gentlemen for the rag and did it myself. He told me couldn't get it off with the the little bit of water that was left the areas came clean. Wait water left? I thought they were supposed to dry it? Another thing to tell me that my wifes vehicle was parked under a tree and neglected for quite some time was pathetic. Take some pride in your work might and you might be better off. Pollen is everywhere, you washed it two weeks ago I have proof, do you?

NEVER GO HERE!!! Was in a hurry yesterday but my car really needed a good cleaning.. so, I purchased the managers special that cost $40... they waah, vacuum, armorall, tires, the works... wasn't paying much attention she i left but in looking at my car 1) the wash sucks, 2) they didn't even touch the inside with armorall what so ever, 3) there are spots all over the outside... needless to say, I will never go back here and I suggest you don't either.. Today was my day off and one of the things I wanted to do was get my car washed. The location of this Autobell is within a few minutes of my home so I thought I'd give them a try. I got there paid for the $24 Super Polyprocess which includes washing, polishing, vacuuming, tire glossing, window cleaning, fragrance spraying and underbody cleaning. I paid my money, didn't argue the price because I expected quality and was more than willing to pay fro quality. They worked on my car for maybe about 6-7 minutes after I sat down in the waiting room. When I got to the car, all seemed well, until I got in the car. My seat had been adjusted and not put back the way that I had it, my rear-view mirror was completely askew, my air conditioner had been put on full blast (normal at half blast), my vents had been turned to a completely different angle than I normally have them at, my driver side-view mirror and window were dirtier than when I brought it in, There was some tough sticky stuff left on my driver front window and not to mention they didn't even spray the "new car smell" that was included in the package. I made the internal adjustments that I needed to make with my seats, vents and mirrors and went home to finish the job that the company had started. I also had to add my own fragrance to give the car new car smell. The residue left on my windows that I mentioned earlier, was very tough to get off and I have no idea how it got there. I was very displeased to have to spend my valuable time on my day off to continue working on cleaning my car after I had just paid my hard-earned money for someone else to do it. You only get one first impression and I am not impressed. The only thing done right was the tire glaze and washing. I just don't know how one can half-way do a cleaning and make windows and mirrors dirtier than when they arrive at your shop. I work in auto care and I would not subject my customers to such a half-effort job. Thanks for nothing and enjoy my money.

I needed a car wash bad. Car was a mess. The gentleman who worked on my car today was so thorough. I was soooo impressed. I just wished I remembered his name. I even looked as his name tag. But my stupid short term memory loss won’t let me give him the credit he deserves. He was so awesome and deserves a raise. I have never gotten this good of a car wash in my life. I went her because my sister suggested them, I won't be back. I told them I'm from out of town and I was getting married in town the next day. The inside of my car was not vacuumed properly, and I have Weather Tech mats. I had to rewash the inside glass because there was an oily substance on everything. The front of the car still had bugs on it after getting the $30 full treatment! To add insult they "manager" gave me a coupon for a free wash, as if I would trust them again. I was there for an hour and it still wasn't right!

Edit: After my review, the store managers has contacted me back and invited me to back to the store to correct their mistake. When got to the store I've met the manager Lucas and he was very nice and professional about it. I appreciate them for taking responsibility. I highly recommend. Great price, fast service, the only problem is inconsistency. I take my car here at least once a month and I buy the most expensive car wash and leave a decent tip. Whenever I'm leaving this place, I either have a brand new looking car or a vehicle with a dash covered in dust. You never know what you are going to get. I don't like being rude and telling their employees to re-do something. I wish they delivered consistent quality.

Whenever I specifically ask them to do something ... example: wash the rubber floor mats... which is included in the wash I purchased, it never gets done. So it doesn’t seem to matter what level of wash you pay for, you get the same quick service which is not thorough. This place is fine for a quick once over but they didn’t do a good job vacuuming or getting sand out of car. Sent it back twice for more cleaning.

I don't think a worse job could have been done. On top of it all my license plate holder was bent almost in half. They should be paid for winning a world record for the worst car wash ever.

This place is conveniently located near my work. I shouldn't keep coming back but it is too convenient not to. Every time I have the issue where they do not vacuum my entire vehicle. I could do a better job at a gas station parking lot than they do. It seems that if you don't own a Porsche or a range rover they don't spend as much time on your vehicle. I I just left on my way to dinner and now have a soaking wet back because my car seats were not dried properly. I have placed a formal complaint and will be using the services offered in the building parking lots from now on.

I paid $19.99 and my car wasn't vacuum good. Along the door seats, trash and DIRT clearly visible. Don't know what they did in the trunk, because it was still dirty. I came home and cleaned the inside of my car better than they did.Only the outside was clean. Then I didn't get any deodorizer and my car needed it.(The guy who cleaned the inside clearly had onions for lunch). Cactus has you guys BEAT, on price and cleanliness!!!!! A year later (4-14-18), and they still deserve less than a one. If you have car mats, they will not vacuum underneath, which is ridiculous. They still don't clean the insides good. Even after I had the young man go back over some spots, when I got home, and did a thorough inspection, I paid 19.99 once again for nothing. Shame on me for being lazy and not going to Cactus or simply cleaning the inside myself. The outside was clean, but didn't look like I just came from a car wash. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO CACTUS OR CLEAN IT YOURSELF!!!!

I paid $30 for the best interior/exterior package they have. At first it seemed great. The exterior looked wonderful and it was quick. But almost too quick it took only 15 minutes. The inside was okay. You coukd tell it was vacuumed but the center console was barley wiped, the rear view mirror and side panel of the passenger door were still wet with cleaner, and the cup holders still had dirt in them. I tipped the guy who cleaned it and thanked him. But I will never return here for a car wash. Not even a $4 one. I would not recommend this place.

First, I would like to say that the young men who were working were very friendly and nice. However, the quality of the work was awful. I got the manager's special for $33 plus tax which was $10 off of the regular price. The vacuum job was poor, they did not wipe the leather parts of my seats. The armor all shine was missed in many places. The doors were not wiped very good. I had to go home and redo it. I was very disappointed, and would not recommend them to anyone, or return.

I did my car wash today. Giving 2 stars because at least they cleaned the mess which they made. I got a special “C” package with polyprocess but was highly unsatisfied. I had to ask them to do a internal vacuum once again, had to ask to clean doors and remove tar from side panels. I don’t understand what they do in polyprocess, and auto gloss. They did not used any fragrance. It is better to use gas station car wash and do it by yourself. See attached picture after redoing vacuum.

I went in 2 week for the full $25 service. The outside looked OK, not great but it was sufficient. When I got inside, I noticed right away the paper flier still on my floor that I placed there specifically since their sign says put anything on the floor that you want removed. There was a candy wrapper in the drink holder and as I pulled out, I hear a glass bottle rolling around that I didn't even know was in my car. In addition the trash, the car needed to be vaccumed better since their was still dirt and they didn't even vaccine under the trash they left. It's completely Redicilious! I didn't go back because I didn't have the time to go back. This seems to be a common complaint in other reviews so I would think they would take the extra few minutes to vaccine well but that's was not my experience.

Don't waste your time and money here. It's another big business that cares more about money than actually doing a decent job. All they do is a more expensive auto wash. There's no detailing here and therefore not enough time actually spent doing a good job on a car. They don't even dry the car with proper towels, they use regular house towels which any car person will tell you should never touch a car. There was lint all over my car, I can't imagine how bad it would have been if my car was black. I'd much rather just spend a little more money and get a much better result at an actual detailer.

Horrible car wash. I actually got my car back with windows that were dirtier that before I brought it there. You could still see my dogs slobber all over the inside of the windows. Also they never touched my floors at all with a vacuum. I got the premium wash and there is no way I will go back. Would have been happier going to the gas station car wash. I never leave reviews but I was so dissatisfied I figured I had to so I could warn other people. I will not be going back.

I went there for the first time last Thursday, October the 17th, 2013 because I had a funeral to go to. The service was amazingly fast. The last time I did my car, I did it myself. It took me two hours. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes, the car looked better than when I did it before. I will be back. When I asked about the plans they had available, one of the guys showed me the brochure. I think I will sign up for a monthly plan for the winter.

Went early avoiding lines. But it was horrible. Paid 34 dollars for the large package and they didnt clean my mats. Had to get the girl that was working on my car. She said she will spray my driver mat but will need to pay an extra five dollars to wipe them down. Unbelievable. If they are advertising opening at 7am, then have enough people that can complete the job you paid for. Within the 34 dollars package was tire shine. After driving off and not having time to go back, I noticed the car did not have car tire shines. It was one girl working on my car from check in to finish. And she completed my suv less than five minutes. I should of fully inspected before leaving. But I thought with a name of auto bell services in other cities were superb. But not this one. It is sun par and the quality is bad! When I called to complain, found out the number on google is disconnected. Please advoid this place and go to a real quality car was in order to get what you paid for. If I could I would give it zero stars.

I have not been to a car wash that cleans the interior of your car in years! I went today to get the most expensive interior and exterior wash and let me tell you—the worst job ever. No fragrance—they didn’t even ask! The console was not wiped down at all. It Still has sand, dust and gunk caked on it. I am in shock this is the product this place is supposed to specialize in. I am so disappointed I spent $27.00 and it looks so bad. They were busy but no excuse. I will never come back. So glad I didn’t get the 2 washes for approx $43.00. I told my husband and he is going to actually clean it as it should be cleaned. I was just trying to take something off of his plate for him and wasted almost $30.00 time and gas in the process Good deeds never go unpunished I guess... Stay away from this place!!!

I have been going to this location since 2008. I too my Honda Accord in today to get the total price of 28.95 inside and out done to my car. When I was first told it was ready it had not been vacuumed nor was the Windows cleaned. Then I seen the steering wheel was not clean .After getting home I seen the rims were not cleaned. Paid almost $40 (including a nice tip) for the full service "Special C Package". Definitely should have held off on the tip until we looked the van over. There was still bird mess on the windshield and bugs on the front bumper. The door jambs, outside mirrors, and back seats weren't cleaned. There was some sort of spray that wasn't wiped down on our seats, center console, and a-pillars that made them drip. The weathertech floor mats were soaking wet. Absolutely unpleased.

This new car wash took the place of the one that was in the same spot for years. Yes, they did a good job of cleaning the car, and the workers are friendly and prompt. But. . . the facility is now "sterile" and bare; it used to have all sorts of stuff available to buy, not to mention coffee, and a nice little place for children to play, etc. There was absolutely no one and nothing inside the building. NEVER AGAIN will I return to this or any other Autobell Car Wash. I had minor damage to my vehicle and pointed out identical damage to another vehicle behind me to the employee that dried both of our cars. The attendant failed to tell the other customer about the same damage, and sent her on her way unknowingly. This place doesn’t even send off claims to a third party (insurance company, etc.) for further inspection. They conveniently rely on their internal investigation performed by their employees. I sincerely encourage anyone to go elsewhere to spend their hard-earned money. After all, I was here to make my vehicle look better, not worse.

I took my car to get a full service cleaning at this location yesterday. When I was told my car was “ready” the inside of my car was not even cleaned. It was left the same exact way. All they did was run it through the car wash. I do not recommend getting your car washed here. They will charge you for full service & will not do it completely. Dear Autobell… I wanted to write to you today to let you know I’ve really enjoyed the fine job you guys have done keeping my car nice and clean for me (since 2004). I love a clean car, but absolutely HATE cleaning it myself. Unfortunately, over the years (starting around 2008) I’ve been noticing a slow decline in the quality of wash you guys offer your customers. There appears to be more “main” areas being missed like wiping the door jams, cleaning the windows, wiping down the interior, etc. In my most recent visit, the entire interior was not cleaned---even though I’d paid for it to be (it was vacuumed out though). So, I went back to have it done and to add my requested fragrance that was missed in the first visit. While driving away for the second time, I realized my fragrance was not included---even though I’d told the manager it was missing from the earlier visit. At this point, to get it, I’d have to go back yet a THIRD time specifically for fragrance. Naturally, I did not. So… in lieu of all these reasons, I think it’s time for us to call it a day for this business relationship. But before I depart, I did want to offer this idea as to how you could improve the quality of your service… How about---before you release a car back to the customer---the ‘manager’ gets in the car to observe that everything’s been done and that the car looks good. Realizing if you’re the person cleaning the car, things can easily get overlooked. Having a fresh set of eyes look at the car before the customer gets in it will ensure an extra layer of quality check(s)---which would be good, as I’m sure I’m not the only customer experiencing these and other problems/disappointments.

Took the best package they had, got the worst cleaning I could have paid for, apart from the tire and plastic trims everything else was a disappointment. Carpets were left dirty with hair and dirt. Dirt marks and dead bugs left on the hood. All this after I asked the boys to do it again. Not their fault as there was no one to supervise these high school kids trying to learn a job.

The kid/guy that cleaned my car went to great lengths to make sure ALL the dog hair was vacuumed out of my car. I'm not kidding when I say I couldn't find one hair in my car after he cleaned it, even though my dog spent 12 hours in my car on my move to North Carolina. I tipped the teenage guy 10 bucks, but wish I had more cash on me to tip him better! The car was that well cleaned! And the crazy thing is he apologized to me for how long it took, he was great at his job AND polite. Only wish I got his name so I could request him to do my car again next time!

Would really like to like this place, but paid for the most expensive wash and got the following: a wet driver seat that no one could explain since they don't shampoo, a super filthy backseat I had to ask yo have vacuumed again, a halfway-done vacuum job elsewhere, windows that are still dirty, and a dash and console that still have dog fur on them. And the exterior wash left spots and didn't get it super clean as I was expecting (It's a brand new car--its not hard to make it look good). Had to ask for a trash bag to put on the seat so that I could drive back to work. Absolutely no pride in the work they do. The search continues for a good car wash.

Not satisfied at all. I have used this place to wash my truck on several occasions and never had any problems. I was always satisfied. Had my truck washed at Autobell on 6/19/19 and noticed when I was putting my antenna back on that my right front fender had multiple scratches. Before having truck washed I took antenna off and the scratches were not there. I talked to the Manager they took pictures and wrote a report and denied it happened there. Well Im sorry it did I informed him. He stated that the main manager would call me first thing in morning and here it is 1:00 P.M. and still no phone call. So I got the main headquarters involved and if I hear nothing from them then I guess its BBB time.

I got the manager's special which was supposed to be a pretty thorough cleaning, but my car was still dirty. So bad that my car dealership asked if I wanted cleaned again when I went to get my car serviced. The higher price packages are NOT worth the $$. I wish I would have asked for my money back or releasing but I didn't have time because I needed to get to my service appt. On time. With the 3 or 4 people wiping people wiping my car down at the same time... it should have been spotless. Not me pointing out areas that the messed. This has happened to me multiple times. They just lost a customer for good. The one in Knightdale doesn't do a good job either.

I have some time to pass since I'm sitting here now and having my car REDONE. So I thought I would write this review. I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. My car looked the same almost as it did when I took it in. Doors were still dirty, they barley vacuumed the inside, mats filthy and car on the outside was still dirty. Save your money I paid almost 30 for a poor job. The only thing decent about this place was the friendly staff. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

We used to live in Charlotte, NC where the company started and we are so thankful they have a franchise here. The 3 attendants including Linda took meticulous care of my car. This is my 22nd experience at this car wash and both times they had to run my truck through the wash at least twice (first experience took 3X) to give my truck the service I paid for. I decided to give them another chance since things happen. Update: I’m knocking my review back a star after visiting today. Their service isn’t consistent and I’ve been less impressed with the quality of the exterior cleaning now. It doesn’t remove all the bugs from the front of the car. And since they raised the price of my wash to $10 I would expect the quality to go up or at least stay the same! First time here, was looking for a quick exterior wash without much waiting. The wait was short but that is probably just luck. However the $8 exterior only wash was a great value! I️ opted for that over the $6 wash so that they would wipe it down with hand towels after the blower. Would definitely recommend it too after seeing the car behind me come out covered in water.

Thanks for helping to resolve my concern. Original review: Friendly team but they didn’t do a great job. I would have rather been able to vacuum myself. At first glance it was okay but when I checked it out in detail there was still lots of stuff that could have easily been vacuumed up ( I have a 4yo who leaves a trail) and wasn’t - no attention to detail. Now I have to go find another place where I can do it and do it right myself... bummer cause I’m pregnant it I was originally pleasantly surprised to find they were going to do it for me :(

First time trying Auto Bell - The facilities are spotless and new! State of the art equipment, nice waiting area with comfortable seats and view of crew detailing on flat screen to watch for when your vehicle is ready. Came at a time when they weren't busy and received service straight away, in and out in 15 minutes. Outside of car was clean but inside detail of car was ok. Since there are cheap, automated options nearby, sprung for the $30 cleaning for the inside detailed and was a little disappointed. Some spots on dash untouched and not clean, doesn't look like they really vacuumed. All and all satisfactory service but would suggest a bit more attention to detail with the interiors.

I have high expectations when I went here and availed the most expensive service (Manager's Special). I decided to pamper my car since I haven't hard a car wash since I got it. The exterior wash was just fine, it made my car really polished well but what made the disappointment is the interior clean. As someone who paid for the top service, I would have expected at the least to have the vacuum done well (except for some missed spots on the sunroof of the car) - it was not. It was still dusty and is no different than me vacuuming it with a portable vacuum cleaner. Also, the seats are still dusty and it seems like there's just some sort of liquid applied to the interior but still the same. So is the 36USD cleaning worth it? Definitely not. The scent didn't even last that long. I might go back here next time but never will I ever take those detailing again. It's such a waste of money.

I would give negative stars if I could, not even a zero...but negative. So I purposely went here because of the reviews but I will never go back because of the service. The people that are at the beginning of the car wash when you enter were not welcoming at all and definitely not worth the price. When I pulled up I could hear two of the guys complain about cleaning my car because of the size. My biggest problem is they only spent about 7 minutes cleaning my car, there's NO WAY a proper detail is finished in that short amount of time. Usually, that would be good if they were finished that fast but they did not do a good job at all. They did a very poor job IF they even cleaned it, I honestly could not tell the difference. Maybe people have a different standard of what clean is but if you pay for your car to be cleaned I should at least be able to see where my money went aka it should be clean. If you were complaining when I pulled up about the size and then rush to get my car done, that shows you did a half assed job on purpose so you could be lazy. At the time I arrived and left, I was the only car so there was no need to rush. As I was leaving another car started driving into the entrance. I would have asked for a refund but I didn't feel like going through the hassle. I ended up cleaning it myself when I got home and will try another place next time. I do not recommend this place and I will make sure to let others know not to go there.

Was quick and easy to get the car washed, but I have some complaints about the service. First, I watched them hand dry my vehicle and they only used two separate microfiber towels and used them for the windows, paint, and wheels... And not in the order... They dried the wheels and used the same towel on the paint and this WILL cause scratches. I had to point out several dried water spots that were very obvious. And I gave up after the first 5 or 6 spots. I took several pictures of the still dirty windows, headlights, and the dusty interior. I also now have a small paint chip above one of my wheels that was not there before I went through the wash. My car is not even 6 weeks old... Update, a few hours later: The GM contacted me and they will help me with the issue. Will update tomorrow with more info. Final Update: After speaking with Mr. Woodside we ran it through the wash and had no replication of the damage again on the car. He personally made sure it was cleaned and dried properly and I would approve how he handled the situation. I'm sad I have a chip in my paint, but it is more than likely from something else. That is why I am pushing my review rating up to 4/5. Thank you for your professional response to my complaint.

This is my 3 time visiting this car wash. I will not be back! The experience is just horrible they rush everything and I always have to have them to take my car back to the front to re vacuum 2-3 times witch is really annoying because of the money I am spending. Last week I got the managers special for $30. And once again they had to re vaccum my car, they never lift the feet mats to vacuum from under any seat and I had to get one of the guys to wipe a few bugs the car wash missed. I had to drive around to get my fragrance because they didn't spray in any like they we're supposed to. Next time I will just go to a gas station car wash get a $9 wash and vacuum myself for $2.

Today, for a full interior and exterior service took one hour and forty minutes to complete. Several vehicles who came in after me were completed ahead of mine. We have had the minivan and the truck washed multiple times at Autobell so far and the results have always been great. They don’t provide a full detail service but we have gotten the top package and for as quickly as you get out of there, they accomplish a lot of cleaning. I don’t recommend the rain repellent treatment as the product they use leaves a visible residue on the windshield, but it’s easy to skip that treatment with their wide selection of wash packages. The crew members are always pleasant, friendly and efficient. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and it’s nice to have a place to wait while they take care of your vehicle.

This was an exceptional experience. It is a traditional car wash where the car goes through the tunnel and gets cleaned. What is different is that prior to entering the car wash, they take the time to vacuum the car, clean the windows, and pre-treat any "heavy" grime areas (like dead bugs on the hood). Then, as if that wasn't enough, when the car comes out, they spend time double checking and re-cleaning the windows and heavy grime areas. It is not a fast process, but that is okay, it is the most thorough car wash I have been to in a very long time, and I will be going back regularly!

I'm very disappointed with the quality of interior cleaning of my car. I paid for the extra mat cleaning but no cleaning was performed to my floor mats, only the rubber mats on top. My door cupholders and center console do not appear to be cleaned at all with many visible particles that could have very easily been vacuumed away. The trunk wasn't vacuumed. It seems all they did was a quick vacuuming and speedy wipedown with neither being done remotely close to a baseline standard.

This car wash isnt good been there a few times, the guys there dont clean inside of car properly or the outside, I always inspect everything before I leave, I need my car to look good and everything cleaned, I always keep telling the guy clean this, ill be back tomorrow to get clean, and speak to manager

I am a 46 year old male who has use car washes for years no time to clean it myself. I literately took my truck for a full service and it truly wasn't bad at all when i got there. I have never in my life felt so ripped off at any car wash ever. I literately have had better job done at fund raising car washes I both 2 premium car washes at 1 one for later I will be getting a refund for the second. I have never wrote a review for anything not something I do but I am thoroughly disgusted at the service I got

This place is the best. I don't know why anyone would wash their car themselves when you can bring it here for so cheap. They do a great job and get it cleaner than I ever would on my own. Prices are cheaper than most automatic washers, and here you get an actual person to take care of your vehicle. Washes range from $6 to about $30. They do inside and out.

My first and last visit. Just got the “Managers Special” for $29.99 and the exterior is decent, but the interior is laughably bad. Don’t waste you’re money on the interior because they won’t actually clean anything.

All one has to do is expect what in return your mood is... we are humans too! We all have bad days but speaking up, espcially about what you need from your de-tail process will be handled beyond specifications unquestionably. I really want to like this place and have been there six or seven times, but it never gets better. I repeatedly have to ask for basic things to be redone (vacuuming, cleaning inside door windows, wiping down the edges when you open the door, etc.) I've asked managers if this is what's normal at their place and received varied responses, including that the staff is tired, they don't clean that part unless asked, or that things have been busted on other cars so they don't want to fool with mine (window shades). Usually I get an apology, but not always. Today my windshield was actually HARDER to see through then when I went in! I have a dark vehicle, so the lint from the towels made it look tacky, too. Drips from the mirrors and the door handles were not wiped down. Thank goodness I had a coupon and didn't pay for a more expensive wash!! The icing on the cake today was the kid who took about three minutes to take off his hat and primp and play with his hair in the reflection of my van's side window. Then he put his hat back on and meandered around to work in my car some more. Meanwhile, cars are backed up and I'm waiting for my car to be complete. Unfortunately, I'm going back to Cactus...slightly more expensive and 5 miles away, but worth it.

Disappointing. My car cannot be washed at Auto Bell because their automatic process could break my side mirrors—a design flaw by Hyundai. Anyway, I thought I'd go there to get the car vacuumed out, scented, wiped down interior, and washed windows inside and out. You know, the classic stuff done with a $16.99 car wash but without the car wash. I was told the charge for the non-carwash option would be $23.00 plus tax. Really? I asked to speak with the manager and was told I was speaking to the manager. I doubt that, but whatever. It's amazing that they could not accommodate my request at a more reasonable price. I actually would have paid up to $15 for a good basic vacuum and wipe down of the interior of my car. But they would not even budge off the $23!!! They did not offer anything else. Lack of foresight. Hugely disappointing. I'll find someplace else.

My husband as used Auto Bell several times an has been satisfied by their service an worker's. Then we decided to get my Jeep friday (July 12th) and one of the workers was unbelievably rude about the dog hair in my car. He and I quote " OH MY GOD THE DOG HAIR! NO! NO! NO! " then tells his coworker to come look at the amount of dog hair in my car, going on an on about it. That shouldn't have been said in front of PAYING customers! Don't wash cars for a living if you don't want to clean up dog hair! So rude!

I had a remarkably positive experience at this Autobell. The service got my car really really clean and looking phenomenal. However, this wasn't the best part. During the process of running my car through the machine, a piece called the tow hitch cover came off and was lost. This could have been a very disappointing experience but the amazing folks like Nate at Autobell completely took care of it for me and got the part, got it painted, and got it back to me. A++++ experience when in all honesty, it could have not been. I will forever be an Autobell customer because of this experience. I truly can't thank them enough.

I was super impressed with the attention to detail. I have 3 kids so my car was a mess. The time the spent vacuuming, my car almost looked brand new... They got between the cracks, my cup holders look good. I would definitely recommend this place. Staff was pretty friendly as well. The guys at the end have a pretty hard job making sure they got everything. And they ask you before you leave if there was anything they missed.

Understaffed. Got out of the car at 2.37, regular wash, vacuum, dry, wash inside. Finally got back in the car at 3.22. That's 45 minutes. Meanwhile, there are 2 cashiers just taking in more cars. Cars are drying in the sun. Unacceptable wait time. Car was cleaned well. Attendant was polite. Update 9.6.19 The manager contacted me immediately after previous visit and made a concerned effort to address the problem. So I got the same car wash and was out in 15 min. And they were slammed. They added a well needed awning to shade people while waiting outside. There also is an conscience effort to park cars in shade while detailing them.

We paid for the managers special supposed to get 'the works'. They did not do much of anything on the interior. Had paw prints on the back seat. Still there no attempt to clean that. Water drops on the mirrors, windshield has smudges all over it, hood still has dirt marks on it. Will not be returning. Very poor job at cleaning and paid way too much for it.

I went to this car wash yesterday. Paid for the most expensive wash plus extra for Armorall. I specifically asked them to clean the back seat. You would think paying almost $40 would get my car reasonably clean. The backseat was still filthy... they didn't even wipe the seat off. They didn't vacuum the back of the car, which I would definitely expect at that price point. And they did not do the Armorall. I had to return for the Armorall, which they did finally do, but they did a piss poor job at it. Also, I did not ask for cheap car deodorizer. My car didn't smell, but now it smells awful and my kids are even complaining. The two stars are for the politeness of the employees. But the service sucked.

Service wasn't as expected. I trendants were nice. I paid extra for under carriage cleaning and tire wells remained full of dirt. Car scent spray only lasted for approximately 6 hrs and then disappeared. I won't pay for the extras again.

Felt compelled to write a review after the remarkable experience I had at Autobell today. While sitting and waiting for my car to be detailed I overheard a conversation between an employee and customer whose car had just been finished. This employee was very polite and professional in his interactions, and asked the customer if there was any spot he could touch up on- to which the customer replied that the car looked better than they had ever done and gave him a 10$ tip. The employee moved on to his next car, which happened to be mine, and I watched as he meticulously cleaned and re-vacuumed my car efficiently. After calling me over I inspected the car and it was, without a doubt, the best service I had ever gotten from this location. I asked for his name, which is Joseph, and asked if I could request him anytime I come by. He unfortunately said he is leaving to go back to college the coming day, but anytime he is back and I see him I will be sure to request! Props to autobell for hiring outstanding young men, and props to Joseph for doing such a great job! Highly recommend him and this location!

Arrived just a little after 7pm. I ordered a full service wash. Upon pulling off I noticed that the windows were dirty as if no one cared to clean them like I paid for. The console and dash was barely touched. All they did was vacuum my car and sent it through the washer for $19. I’m livid.

I’ve said twice now that I would not go back. Well I did and they proved me right. This place is garbage. Paid my money to this place basically to run it through there terrible machine. I had to get the rag and clean it myself afterwards. I’ve had to do this in the past as well. You can’t blame the kids out there trying to make a dollar. It boils down to the management not being there and not training their employees to create customer service or to even wash the car correctly. The guy who helped me was like “oh I never knew to wipe down this area.” Autobell will NEVER have any of my cars again!
