Went for a simple car wash. Ask for no interior. After the exterior wash they wiped the inside of my car down with filthy, smelly rags. And there was a puddle of green antifreeze that they tracked onto floor mats. My car now smells like cheap bubblegum car freshener, wet dog, and cigarette butts. Awful.

my wife and i got the same problem, she complained that they did not clean interior and i had a feeling that she did something wrong, however, later I went there to clean interior and exterior, tell to the guy at the gate, he prints $16 receipt, which to me seems to be a reasonable price to do both interior and exterior. when you get the car on the other side of the building, it appears to be dirty inside, because i ordered only exterior!! come on only exterior can be done for $7 by Danbury road!! very unpleasant experience, never come back.

Went to the car wash today to wash some road trip grime from my truck. The truck wasn’t overly dirty, just a layer of highway grime. After leaving the wash, I noticed there was still soap all over the truck. As all the water started to dry off, I could see tons of dirty water streaks on the truck. The car wash just moved the dirt around, and didnt actually wash much of anything. I will not be using this wash again.

Buyer beware. My debit card was used for $4.12 but no wash. The owner Tom told me it shouldn't be charged to my account and if it was, just come back and talk to him. Dishonest, no integrity. despite having said talk to him, he insisted on me showing him my bank statement This business charges your debit card and does not provide a service. Do not use this car wash.. go someplace else.. any place else.

I got the super deluxe platinum mega wash for like $35 bucks. Ended up cleaning my car again when I got home myself. Next time I'll just throw $35 in the garbage and let the rain wash my car.

I had went to the car wash today and when I got home I notice that my car was not vacuumed correctly seemed like they didn’t even touch it. Also when I looked at my car there was scratches and dents all over my car that was never there before. There’s little dents scattered all over my windows and the front of my cars I had paid 40$ so basically I paid people to ruin my car if I would have thought this was going to happen I would had done it myself. They would not be seeing me ever again!!!

The car stayed basically in the same condition it went in. Only difference was the external dust was gone everything else still the same had to re-vacuum and dust/ wipe my windows and everything else down.

Had to take time to write this. Came into the car wash at 7:10 a.m. with dried berries all over my car. It was a mess. I figured that I would at least start with a car wash and then likely have to go home and scrub/scrape the rest off. But the attendant (Brian?) saw my car and started cleaning it and cleaning it. He worked on it until the entire mess was cleared off. Totally unexpected- best customer experience that I’ve had in years. It was my first time going there. They just earned my business!

Didn't get bird poop off car, and front windows were streaked and partially clean. So had to clean them at home. Other than that car was washed pretty good.

Paid ~30$ just to be told that dirt marks were “scratches” until I started wiping them off myself. Also the two guys who do the vacuuming are annoying as hellllllll.

First off 3 different prices posted for same service. I had the platinum. Ranged from 23.95 to 26.95 to 27.95 plus tip. So I spent over 30 dollars. My windshield was full of sors and they don't even bother to move mats when vacuuming. If I wasn't pressed for time I would have gone back in. The girl went asked about prices stated we just use it for list. A simple black marker or paint could fix this. I am also handicapped and they park my car in the farthest possible location. And it was NOT busy. Car wash in Mill Plain road in Danbury or Brookfield car was do a far superior job for less money

Really poor job overall. Car exterior is still dirty, carpets still have sand, windows are streaked and outside of car wasn’t fully dried. I won’t be back. Had to go to the other location to properly vaccine my carpets myself. What’s the point of this place if I have to do everything over myself???

Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than seems reasonable based on the number of people ahead of you. I like this place and they do a good job but they never seem to get the car quite as clean as you expect/hope. It can be hit or miss.

I have had a monthly car wash subscription for over 4 years at this location and am very satisfied with the service I've received. For less than $40 a month I keep my car sparkling clean. During the winter i go almost every day.
