The only thing decent about this car wash is that it is brand new so the cleaning devices don’t have a car dirt all over them! Vacuums are great

Nice new updated place. Great vacuums and it does a great job. On my boyfriends car it was extremly rough. Part of his plates bent up and they said to just get a cover. So hopefully that wont happen again. Look how shiny it is... really nice looking!! This is with the premium version.

Awful car was experience. The car was 1/2 cleaned and certainly not worth the $24 price. I pulled back around and the person standing at the kiosk got the manager who proceeded to tell me at first it was because my car was really Dirty. I said it’s salt like what is on every other car and it’s obviously still there. He then proceeded to blame the fact that my car was black. Stating black cars are hard to clean. I asked for a refund and he refused. I will never return here again. Unless you expect poor service and a partially clean car I would never recommend.

Great car wash. Free vacuum with a car wash. The vacuum hoses are big and the suction is great. Nice long hoses on each side of the car. Very clean facility. Car wash with undercarriage was was $11.00. There is one was that is cheaper but it does not have the undercarriage wash.

This store is awful the wash is okay. I called today to speak with the manager of the store. When someone answered I got an 18 kid on the phone who could barely speak proper English. I'm telling him my card was used at your establishment unothrizied. I CANCEL it after the first month. Now he stated that we been there 27 times in the last when I didnt even attended the shop. Now requested to speak with a higher up, he yells in my ear to say by to his friend. Then came back to the phone to say hello. Completely disregarding anything I had previously said. This is a recently new business and my family has tried it. now my card is getting charged twice a week of 30 dollar and some change and when I asked for a refund and his higher up and he hung up right in my face. Now I dont know who to contact about this matter but I will be going to the better business buro and submitting my complaint. That I canceled my subscription over 3 months ago and I am still getting charged and have no one to contact. The employee I spoke today blamed me for my mistakes and hung up on me. That isnt a way to be treat after I got charged over 120 dollars and had an issue. I have brought business to this establishment and referred other friends and family now I will never go there again from the poor mangagment I talked today about my services. I wanted to be contacted back by a higher up or I will keep writing bad reviews until I speak to someone who can handle my issue and I will be reporting to the better business buro about the horrible customer service I received today.

Personal Touch stopped personally touching your vehicle. They no longer hand brush the bad spots or bumpers or rocker panels before the machines take over. When I pointed out areas that didn't come clean, they just say the machines don't clean that. Wasted $15 for no personal touch, oh they did have a person to tell me that they don't clean your vehicle.

They opened it 1.5 years ago and it is state of the art with automated gates for monthly members, affordable and competitive prices, easy docking with a large mirror above car wash as you drive into the paddles and rail that push your car through through the carwash, and even neon lights. It is clean for a car wash and free 18 vacuum stations so there is never a wait for a vacuum! By far my favorite carwash in my lifetime and I have been to more carwashs than I care to remember.
