Very poor wash. None of the dirt got cleaned. I tried 20$ lava wash. Worst service I ever had for my car. Not worth it. I am never going to be there again

The rocky hill wash is the best! Excellent service and the staff is super kind and friendly. Both the manager and assistant manager are great. I have the unlimited wash pass and its sooo worth it. Really recommend the unlimited wash pass i literally wash my car everyday and there’s free vacuums. I have no complaints about this place. They get the line goin fast!

I have also posted this review on yelp, but I feel as if I would do a disservice to my community not posting on google as well. This car wash is the best! By far the best wash for your money. I was extremely satisfied with my first few experiences. The employees truly care about each car getting washed and dried to show its true shine. The manager, Demetri, is amazing, and I have spoken with him on multiple occasions as he makes sure to interact and make sure that his car wash location is exceeding expectations . He has shown his dedication to make sure each customer is satisfied. Will highly recommend to all friends and family, as each experience I have had at Golden Nozzle is a personable and exceeds my expectations

Because I am a Lyft driver, I signed up for their monthly service. I like the convenience of just driving up and through with minimal wait time. I particularly like the one in Cromwell because they offer free vacuums.

Be careful when you get the monthly wash membership especially when they "transfer" your membership from one car to another. It will never work. Other than service is great, they got free vacuum for everyone, and the wash doesn't suck too much.

Excellent and conveniently located car wash with free vacuums. Love that. Love the monthly unlimited as well! One annoyance is that I like to wash first then vacuum and dry my car off myself. The configuration here forced you to vacuum first and once you're in the wash line there's no where to go. My one suggestion is that they have someone toweling your car off as you come out. There's room to pull cars to the side for sure so they don't jam up behind. The blowers don't work all that spectacularly and I hate water spots. They don't do it for you AND there isn't a good place to do it yourself.

The service was better till last year...but now it's degraded...the staff is rude and casual in approach...the driers are not so great as I see water spots on my windscreen as I come out of the wash alley. Need improvement.

Love everything about it BUT the experience last night with the young gentlemen with the dread locks is another story!!!! Sorry but after turning away people after the cones were NOT properly placed to accurately tell people it was closing is number one, number two his mouth(huge attitude)and is demeanor, and number three NOT guiding my car in accurately because he wanted to go home! Sorry not whom I would want working for my company! WOW is all I have to say and I spoke to a young nice gentleman about the issue THIS MORNING!!!!

Went through the wash today at the Rocky Hill location. Noticed immediately that there was tire shine all over the side of my car. Immediately returned and have the car re-washed. Unfortunately the attendant said he wasn’t able to make it not spray tire shine on the second pass. I got home and had to re-wash my car by hand. Would not recommend.

Got a monthly pass for unlimited washes and 5 minutes free 5 minutes vacuuming. Car comes out like new each time . The only downside is the staff is not always friendly .

Great Car Wash which offers Unlimited Monthly Washes. Those nicer days will increase wait times, but generally they are pretty good about moving through the line.

Good to maintain your car in winter with where you can wash it with hand. This quick two minute wash help to clean your car. Best thing it you get unlimited was per month. Vacuum also free with your subscription and has no time limit except on busy days. Some time you need to wash your car after vacuum or if have lots of durt. If you request staff to wipe rare winsheld to wipe with cloth they are more than happy to do it. Take underbody wash as it help to clean salt residue accumated in snowy days.

FYI: There is a new sign at the Golden Nozzle in Rocky Hill, something like "In and Out in 5 Minutes." That explains why cars at the car wash are being rushed through it quickly. When I came out of the drying stage, just as I started to shift out of neutral to move, I felt the car behind hit my car, leaving 4 little dents in my bumper. When I got out of my car to look, amid the noise of the dryers, the fellow behind me shouted, "YOU'VE GOT TO MOVE ALONG. THE CARS ARE COMING THROUGH FAST!" When I saw the damage, I went to "Phill" -- the one who was rushing cars through -- and he had me fill out a form, which he signed, for the manager, Dimitri, who would be contacting me. It's a week later and I have not heard from Dimitri.

Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Yes, unlimited wash and vacuum is cool for $19.99, but why are we not talking about how awful the washes actually are? Theres other places that offer the same deal that do better. Never again.

This car wash is terrible. I just went there today and pay $20 lava bath wash. After I finished the car wash, there was a lot of dirt on the side and on the back of the car. It's not 100% clean. I would not definitely go there again. Better to find another car wash.
