Days before closing for the winter season (didn't know car washes were seasonal, not stated on website) I was a member of the unlimited wash pass. Days before they closed, they charged me for another month of service that I can not use. Over a month now and still no contact from management. I will NOT return. THIEVES!!!

Went to Richie’s yesterday for the first time. While I was vacuuming my truck I noticed my antenna was gone. I went inside and told the employee. He said that there are signs posted in several places and that it wasn’t their responsibility. He said he could get the manager but he’s going to tell you the same thing. My truck is a year old and I’ve been through many car washes with no issues. The car wash stopped half way through for about 15 seconds. Not sure if that’s when it happened. Regardless, I’ll never go back.

Been going here for years, but the last year has just been terrible. I opted for a monthly plan, seems like they are always down for something. I mean a few times is understandable, but has literally happened dozens of times. Taking down the vacuums to upgrade them was ok, but when I asked about compensating us monthly accounts with a small discount or something, I was told since they were just free for anyone to use it isn't part of the monthly plan so "no" Then today was the last straw, I come wash my car, go to the vacuums and the attachment that does large areas has been swapped out for the needle nose attachments that were already on the opposite side! I mean those are good for getting between the seat, but it took three times as long to vacuum out my car. I circle around just to ask why and if the others were coming back and got a super rude answer that sounded like "deal with it". Went straight inside and canceled my $35 a month subscription. News flash! You aren't the only car wash...

Been to about every drive thru wash in a 10 + mile radius and hands down Richie's has been the best. Great costomer service and besides a wipe down to fully dry my truck it looks great everytime! Thank you guys , keep up the good work !!!
