This is the only car wash I go to. My last visit the operator accidently put in the wrong wash code, when I drove back around to let them know, they took care of it, no questions asked. They are very honest and always do a great job. I have been going to them for the past 11 years and completely trust that my car is safe. Thanks guys for doing a stand out job!

was very upset today that they were closed before 7. I work far away and try hard to get to Richies before 7 to make the most of my membership. they were closed already when I arrived at 630 on Saturday and at 645 tonight, a Monday. yes, is has been cold, but there was no rain or snow those nights. If you’re going to reduce hours, make sure your users are aware. I’ll probably look for a new membership with extended hours if I keep seeing them close early.

The only drive thru car wash that cleans my 4Runner the first time. The guys that work here are always friendly and keep the line moving...never a long wait. Vacuums have great power too!

I was able to get a Groupon for $10 for the $15 service. The wash got the dirt off but was quite rough on the vehicle. My antenna was bent and broken loose from where it inserts into the hood, and the mirrors were knocked backwards. Free vacuums were okay.

We came by during opening hours and the sign said “open” but no one was present and the tunnel was closed. Very frustrating!!!

The wash is slightly above average - when you can use it. It used to be no problem but for the last 5 weeks I’ve tried to get a wash 3 times and each time it was “closed for repairs”. I’m seriously wondering if they are going out of business. When it’s not broken down it’s just an automatic car wash. It does a better than average job compared to other automatic vehicle washes. They power spray the vehicle before you enter the wash which makes a positive difference.

Seem to be broke down all of the time. Bought a 6 pack, had 4 washes so far. Been turned around 3 times due to issues. I hope they go out of business and a better car wash comes to town. I'm pretty disappointed. They can't maintain their equipment.

Not a bad place, not the best. Had no problems here. Every time i come here the rear of my cars always has water and soap still on there. Maybe a car thing but its been every car and different types. Dont get me wrong, decent place to take the daily. Wide show tires or race, your in for it keep looking.

I am always coming here to keep my work vehicle clean. The guys always greet me with a smile and take their time preparing my vehicle for the wash. I love starting off my day going here. Plus they make my vehicle look good!

I came in on 11/11 @ 10.:53 I paid for "The Works" and gave the young man a $2.00 tip. He smiled and walked away- talking with his co-worker. No one touched the car- no pre-brushing- no back window. The car was still dirty when I exited. (the back window and bumper was "muddy." This place is so "hit or miss." I realize I could have gone around and they would have washed it again...time wise- that was not an option, and I should not have had to even think about needing to do that. This was my last visit to "Ritchie's"

I used richies for the first time today. I was hoping to save some time on cleaning my car. I paid $15 for the same service i could of gotten at a self serve because thats basically what this was. I tipped the workers to spray my car for 5 seconds before my car was pulled through a car wash. My car came out decently clean but the mirrors were still dirty and thr Windows had streaks from soapy water all down them. Oh free vaccuums? Cool. Except the vaccuum was so weak it took me 17 minutes to vaccuum the floors of my car as it took 20 passes to pick anything up my car is . I should of just passed through a self service and saved some money in the process.

They don't wash the insides, but they do a decent job outside. It be great if they manually dried the car or at least give you a drying towel. For the money it's not that bad when you buy one of those multiwash discount cards.

Surely impressive for its good service and reasonable price. It’s fast, easy, and of high quality. It’s bright the whole way through so it’s easy to see what’s going on. My daughter loves the Monkeys at the end of the tunnel. You can’t beat the value of their unlimited washes.

Clean business with lots of big yellow arrows that direct you to the wash entrance. Friendly attendant and the two guys operating the pre-wash sprayers were enjoying their work on a good Saturday afternoon in the hot sun. They have several big stuffed animals hanging on swings just before the dryers that bounce around to entertain you as you drive through. The wash machinery is modern and does a very good job. The car looked great!

I am editing my review since my review was from last year see bottom I want to say that Richies car wash updated their place. I no longer needed as often as I did and I think it’s still the cheapest car wash monthly speaking around here which I enjoy more for the vacuum since I have kids. 4 stars because not all their vacuums work like they should! Staff is nice and power wash before the actual wash is helpful too. I am a monthly member and so is my husband. Old review from February 2018: This place seems to be always close..I mean really just because it's winter ??? Have a big sign that say when it's too cold or snowy we are closed! I bought a monthly pass but I'm thinking of cancelling and go to Express car wash Instead. I was here yesterday....closed. I passed by today because they say it opens at 7am and it was closed! I called and the voicemail is too full. Please leave a message saying you're close on your line if you are close. Thank you! The washes are great but the hours of operation is not consistent.

The car wash measures your car and made a costly mistake on my Leaf. The rollers hit the rear bumper and removed some of the paint. Another time, the rollers got so close that they rubbed the clear coat too hard leaving a noticeable scar. They of course denied my complaint as impossible. They are wrong not to acknowledge the glitch measuring my car model so fixing it is not going to happen.

Richies, used to be in Fort Collins, and a shame they left. I was in the area and had a punch card left, and got a fantastic car wash. The equipment they use is superior to what other car washes in our area do.

Best car wash in town in my opinion. I’ve tried most others but I come here because it does the best job on my truck. Yea in the winter they’ll shut down due to weather or freezing temps, but they should. The crew is always friendly here as well.

It seems like I’m not the only one with the issue of them closing and opening whenever they want, I stoped using them in the past because some times they wore open then some closed during business hours. I gave them another opportunity and the las 3 weeks I have stopped by and 3 out of 4 they are closed, I’ve been calling to cancel my service and they don’t pick up the phone or return my messages. And they charged me again for another month. I stoped by on Tuesday at 5pm and guess what they wore closed again!! Really hope they get it fixed. For now they have lost my business. New Carwash on Quincy and Parker.
