I’ve been coming here for awhile now & have never had an issue with your vacuums until today. I tried 2 different ones & the suction is so bad that it wouldn’t even pick up a frito. Then when the vacuum turned off, SO much dirt fell out of the thing because the suction isn’t even strong enough to bring it all the way in. Super disappointed this time as I wasn’t able to clean my really at all.

Multiple time this winter I have called the store to verify they are open, only to show up and find what I was told over the phone was not true, they were closed. I understand that the cold weather can cause the car wash to freeze, but I don't understand why you say your open, when you are not.

Recently we decided to try a monthly membership at another place here in town. And they did not compare to quick quack. Staff is friendly and the car wash is alright but those vacuums are worthless. They have a giant nozzle on them making it impossible to get into small spaces. All they do is flick small pieces of dirt around and suck up nothing. I live in an apartment and I can't vacuum my car without going to a car wash. So I'm glad I wasted all my time and money going to this one

Great car wash! Free vacuums, they often give out complimentary interior cloth wipes & they have excellent customer service. If you get a monthly membership for the basic (which always gets my car clean) it's only a dollar or two to upgrade if you need more options.

We like to keep our car immaculately clean - Quick Quack not only does an excellent job, the price point for unlimited car-washes is pretty amazing too! Oh and the new guy, his name starts with T, Trevor or Teodor, he should be the employee of the year. He takes his job seriously and he makes sure your pre-wash is done meticulously, which makes a big difference .

A smiling, friendly blonde man told me told pull around. When I pulled around, an angry condescending kid frantically came up to my car, scolding me, saying I "was told to pull up to the WINDOW." OK. So I explained that, but he wouldn't let it go. I finally requested that he not talk to me that way, and he said, "We're Christians and we can refuse to serve you." OK. So I left. Makes Christians look bad. Won't be back.

Very disappointed with the car wash. I read great reviews of this place but when I went there my car was still very dirty even after buying their best wash. I had to go to a self service car wash after to get the dirt and dust that remained after the wash.

I originally had a less than great experience the last time i went. After talking to customer service, they were so helpful ill be back. Also after thinking about it was 102 degrees when i went here, i would of came back but i had to go to work. This is a nice car wash I've never had to wait. They also have free vacuums that work well, and a seat shampooing machine. It is well worth the trip

Wasn't impressed. Wait was long. Cashier was rude when I was asking questions about getting a membership so I chose only the one time $12 -14 wash and no membership and my vehicle was crazy dusty afterwards. I'll continue to wash my car by hand at a drive up bay.

I would give it 3.5 stars because they do have a great staff, wait times are short, and cost efficient if you get your car washed 2-3 times per week like I do. The only complaint I have with the wash is the drying process. After every wash I have to microfiber dry my car, top to bottom due to the fact that the blowers are pointed in awkward directions and you're only in them for 20 seconds at the most. After you hand dry your car, it looks great.

I really like the carwash a lot so far, I have the unlimited wash and I definitely use to my advantage. Will be adding my wifes car to plan soon I think. My only reason for 1 less star is how my rims come out of wash. I don't know if it is due to the size of my rims or what (19in) but they always have black lines afterwards that I end up wiping manually. No big deal but something I am aware of.

I had a free coupon for a wash. I took it there to try them out. The guy gave me the best wash they had. I left with my entire back if my car still filthy. They need to have people to scrub the back of cars like most places. Also the design of the place is very small and cannot accommodate very many cars with having a traffic jam. The only perk for this place is that their monthly wash plans are cheap and they give a multi car discount.

Love the Quick Quack, only one in city of Colorado Springs, need more! Thank goodness it's near my home area! For a great starting monthly price of $14.95 you can get unlimited drive thru car washes. And being my car is black and in Colorado my car gets dusty, tree sap dots, and bird dropping almost daily! As soon as I clean car next day a windy, dusty, rainstorm makes my car look like it has been sitting abandoned over a month. Thank goodness for Quick Quack!

Nice car wash for being automated. Those who drive lowered vehicles (especially those of us who are slammed 2inches or more) may have difficulty getting into the actual area where your car is washed due to the use of a track with somewhat high guide rails on either side. Also beware if you have an aftermarket intake of any kind as the underbody sprayers are quite powerful.

I Signed up for their "protect" monthly service they where running a special.. 19.99$ a month for the first 3 months June 2, 2018. My debit card was stolen and i went to update my payment info and get a car wash today July 4th was told i was S.O.L and would need to be charged full price and my account was closed.

Not really quick right now. They need to work on a system where monthly subscribers for their unlimited washes are let through while they're signing up new people at the window. I have been here plenty of times where someone is holding up the line and backing up the line all the way to the entrance from Austin Bluffs Pkwy cause they do not know what package they want meanwhile all the monthly subscribers are just sitting and waiting when they could've been through and done with their wash. There are two lanes but hardly ever used and not sure why. Maybe use one of the lanes for people that are signing up and the other for people that are already signed up so you can keep the traffic flowing. Until then its more like a Slow Quack Wash!

They aren't open in the winter. They say they are open and will gladly charge you every month, but will refuse service anytime it snows. which happens to be when I need a car wash the most. Some people might be ok with a a few days without a wash, but my job requires a clean car every day and I don't pay for unlimited car washes to have a dirty car all winter. Especially When ever other car wash in town clearly is open for business.

Wash quality ok, residue still present after selecting the "shine" wash. The rollers adjust both mirrors during wash. Only four vacuum bays. I asked a question that only a Supervisor can answer, still couldn't answer the question and was given a dirty look before I started talking. Getting out of the lot is awkward after vacuuming.

Love quick quack! I have been a member for years and it is really close to my home. Two washes a month and you paid for your unlimited pass. Free vacuums that work really well and friendly service too. I love having a clean car and this is a quick easy way to achieve that. They also sell cool duck car fresheners in all different scents. I have always liked coming here and will be a member as long as I live in the springs!

The car wash part is actually good. However, the free vacuums are, well, good also!!! and for a vacuum that's not good because that means they don't SUCK (pun intended). Terrible attempt at humor. The truth is out of the five vacuums available, only 3 were working and by working I mean they turned on but the suction was non-existent and also all three operational units had the same hose attachment, the wide-end kind that is usually used for large flat areas. I'd hate to state the obvious here, but in vehicles, I think the areas that only a good VAC is effective for are those only a narrow tip attachment could get to.

The workers here were kind and considerate. They’re always willing to help and answer questions. For example, we asked if it would be okay if we spent a little extra time than the recommended 10 minutes to vacuum the car because we were given such a messy car that day, and they were totally fine with that. The only downside is that two of their machines (the shampoo and the fragrance one) seem to always be broken when I come.

Come here a lot for work since we take our converted vans through the wash every night. Wash is solid, free dash wipes are very useful (don’t use on windows though they are definitely made for the dash or plastic surfaces), and every employee I’ve dealt with so far has been extremely nice and has really been the epitome of customer service. The cute girl and the guy with the glasses need a raise btw, poor guy is there like every day!
