I drive for Lyft and unfortunately a passenger got sick in my backseat. I called Mountain View and was told they weren’t going to be able to get me in for another 6 days at the earliest. Nothing I could do so I said okay and hung up. An hour late Mike called and said they had a cancellation and that he could get me in at 1 that day. LIFE SAVER! I brought it in they were all super friendly and my price was super reasonable! My backseat looks better now than it did before the puke lol. Thanks so much for getting me in Mike & team, you guys rock! So appreciated!

I just paid for a full inside-outside car wash, and gave a $5 tip. My car is still filthy inside, and there is even still dirt on the exterior. Seems they were in a rush, and do not take pride in their work. I had considered scheduling a detail, but given this experience, I will be taking my car elsewhere.

They do the job, but it's rushed service and most of the staff here are a bit gruff. I usually end up washing my own car at the other end of town because it's less stressful.

I go to this car wash at least once a week when I am here in Steamboat. My past 2 years of experiences have been awesome with this place. But the last 2 times I have been it has been awful. Today the gentleman who was wiping my truck literally only dried half of the truck. Normally I’m pretty leniant, I get it they’re busy and it’s just a car wash. But today I said to the guy,”hey man do you think you could finish drying off the rest of the truck please?” He proceeded to laugh and then told me that the towels were in the coolers if I wanted to finish it myself. I wasn’t really sure what to say to that. The time before they did a awful job wiping the truck off but I didn’t say anything because I always feel bad being that guy pestering them. But today was a little ridiculous. (Spoke with owner. He was very pleasant and understanding as I explained what happened. I was comped for my car wash. Will continue to go here)

At the self serve side, there is a dog wash. $5 got me 10 minutes in which i was able to deskunk the odor of the decomposing fish, shampoo, condition, and rinse a 20 pound dog and an 80 pound dog (hubby assisted). So!totally!worth!every!smelly!penny!

This place is great, but I recommend going while staff are there. Some of the mechanics are a bit out of date, but technology is going to be technology so you can’t really blame Mountain View car wash for that. When there are staff members there, you can expect an amazing experience!

Worst car wash. Dirt and trig's came out of brush. I wasted 5 mins waiting for it to clear out. Never did. 1 bay worked out of 5. Drain is plugged I was standing in water before I was done.

Took my F-150 in for the best interior clean and they shorted out everything in the steering column. They tried offering to fix it and the place they took it to, Steamboat Motors couldn't repair it correctly neither the 2 times in their possession I am currently working on it and have allotted $50 in electrical parts trying to get my truck running. Be careful of this business as of March of 2019

Self Serve Wash: Both first and second soap options were out of soap; wash/rinse power nozzle was inconsistent pressure; spot free rinse left spots; bugs still on windshield. Apparently no one cares to maintain this. Don't waste your money, especially on a weekend.

My car comes out much cleaner, but I do not appreciate the employees asking me personal questions while they prewash and dry my vehicle. I purposely make phone calls while I'm there to avoid their prying questions.

Full service! Pressure wash first then cloth wash! Always get the gold wash. Hand dry at the end! You don't get out of the car! Full service! They also have other self service, but full service itithe only way.

Hard location to notice from the road, only $2 to start but time starts immediately once you hit that mark. 5 bays, but only 2 of them worked, and it didn't look like they clean them out on a regular basis. Good place to spray off your work truck, but wouldn't recommend taking your Corvette there

If you think you're going to save money by just going to the coin operated machines think again! They'll make sure you're leaving with no streaks, no water spots and you don't even have to leave your car! Did I mention it's quick and the staff is amazing?!

Went there today. Asked for the $10 service. The guy was on his phone the whole time. I handed him a $20 and he gave me back $4. I told him again it was for the $10 and he laughed and handed me a $5. He then walked away. I’m no mathematician, but he shorted me $1. I went through the wash and I let the guy drying the vehicle know his co-worker overcharged me. He said it was his first day and he wasn’t sure. I would have much rather tipped the guys who actually worked than the guy who couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone and stole a dollar from me.
