I went here for the 1st time after seeing their rating above 4 stars & reading mostly good reviews. Wow! Was that ever misleading! Pulled over where i was directed by employees to park, and waited more than 15 minutes. Meanwhile several employees walked by my car without acknowledging me in any way, and customers who arrived after me got service. Finally i just left. Found a better carwash by 80th & sheridan. Fast feiendly service for a very good price at that one :-)

179.95 is what they charges me . I did tell thwm about the poor job I was told to go back next weekend but to first pay . So I did as I drove away I notice my chair wet and the big stain on the passenger sit . I told my self why would I go back called ask for my money back drove back for my money the manager was very rude and just me back my money and told me to take my service somewhere else yes I will take my service somewhere else where if they charge me $200 the job going to get done I'm not going to have to drive home put my windows down and wait for the car seats to dry like he told me I didn't pay for a half-assed job I paid for a full detail and I got a $5 car wash.

If i could give 6 stars i would. I bought my wife a car that was a too good to be true deal... Because it was a trashcan on wheels! The previous owners trashed it. I took it in and mega wash had to keep it overnight and work on it for 2days in a row. I didn't really have my hopes up that they could save it. When i got there to pick it up the detailer Josh walked me around it to show me his work and i couldn't believe it! It was a brand new car! Show room quality. Amazing work done by Josh. Ask for him! (This is a real review btw...)

I just went there because i had an emergency and my husband just left out of town. My dog got sick in the car and i called, thay said it would be over 250$ went to the website and saw that they have many packages way cheaper than that so i said i would be there in a few minutes and we could talk about pricing. I went talked to someone and he told me it was closed and that they couldn’t help me. The thing is that it said that they closed at 6:00 , it was 12:45 pm when i got there and they were washing at least 5 other cars. To say i am FURIOUS is an understatement. I DO NOT RECOMEND IT ! Terrible costumer service.

This is the only place I come to wash my car. It's reasonable in price, the staff is friendly & I love getting a full service wash with their hand dry service. They're nearby and get packed, so best time to go is early on a weekday. Friday thru Sunday is very packed. Popular car wash because they're #1. Great place. They do a thorough job.

This place is good for a quick wash. This is not a good car detailer. I should not have black hands from touching my doors after a interior detail. My sun visors were not touched and roof lining is still filthy. Also should not have drip marks on every door if it was hand waxed.

Hands down one of the best car washes I have ever been to. From the time I get there to the time I leave I feel that they really put forth the effort in getting my car the best service possible. I mean they do everything from simple exterior washes to buff and polish and complete detail. I highly recommend going here if you want to keep your car looking as good as the day it came out the dealership.

Would have been 1 star but the lot manager tried to make things right by jumping in and did the detail himself to try to rectify the problem. I Don't get racially profiled very often but I know not to return unless one of my Spanish in-laws are with me to solve being overcharged and taken advantage of.

WARNING!!! I went to this place on Monday for the first time and discovered, after I left, that my prescription Prada sunglasses were missing from the visor in my vehicle. I wondered why the sign as you enter clearly states they are not responsible for any "lost" personal items and now I understand the meaning of this posted sign. I contacted the place to let them know my prescription glasses went missing so they really couldn't use them and was told no one took them from the car. NOT acceptable!!! I always kept them in the visor and now they are gone!!! So the $22 for the car wash actually ended up costing me that plus a very expensive pair of prescription sunglasses. Check your valuables here ladies and gentlemen. I will not use this place again and will try the other car wash mentioned here off Sheridan.

The wait time here is horrible a whole hour and a half. The price is ridiculous $28.00 to have the inside wiped down and tires shined and they still expect you to tip them. Then they have the fresh air freshener that you can put under the seat but you only get one other places at least give you too. Im good ill wash my car myself.

Usually I get a full service car wash, pay about 35 bucks and I have to finish the job myself, I wonder why I even paid. These guys are AMAZING. Not a corner untouched, my car looks brand new when they are done!!! Same prices as other full serve washes but you will actually get the monies worth with these guys!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
