Save your money. I spent $33 on a best wash. I would have gotten a comparable car wash at an automated gas station wash and using some armor all wipes on the interior. It looks like they just sprayed greasy stuff all over my tires and didn't even bother to wipe it off, as I it drive it just sprays all over the car. The interior, which they were supposed to "lightly wipe down" is just covered in spray marks and smudges of greasy medium that has already collected more dust than they wiped off. They did a very cursory job of vacuuming, which seems appropriate for a non-detail vacuuming. The windshield looked very clean when I drove off but by the next day I started to see that it was not very clean.

This place is amazing! We have 2 vehicles that r in the unlimited package. The quality is amazing! Plus they have EVERY service I ever need to keep my vehicle amazingly beautiful. The interior details and exterior details r such high quality! I love the little services like the air conditioner refresh! I have been needing that done forever! The staff take care of your vehicles and I trust them 100%!!!! Plus the gift shop is full of local venders and they have the coolest things I have bought so many different products from here my favorite is there local and natural chapstick!! All around this place is awesome!!!! I wish they had more locations because I drive from Denver (which I will continue to do!!!) but I wish they would expand!!! Because they are amazing!!!!

These guys are pros who have a quality control check before they say it’s good like no other. I had pulled a 5th wheel with my RAM 3500 long bed for 5 months with a big shedding dog in the cab. Without saying a word these guys labored heavily to get as much dog hair out as possible. Been coming here for years and this is why!

They always do a good job! For 35 bucks they will do the outside and the inside! They vacuum and wipe down the dash AND wash the windows. The don't get every part, it isnt a detail. But it's a fraction of the cost and does a wonderful job.

I got a detail done a couple days ago ,my wifes sunshades got stolen from the car and i also had 8$ in the glove box for tips that were also stolen..i felt like i got robbed and dont appreciate it. Im also upset about the detail that was done..trash was left in the cracks on my seats.my sons seat and window were dirty also leaving gum on the window.there was trash under my seats. I came in and knew that I needed some kind of seat cleaning services after I had to take one of my pets to the vet. I wasn't sure what specific package to get, but after I thought I got the one I needed, the manager came to me and told me that he talked to the people in the back and had them add a special seat cleaning service, at no cost. The manager was such a good gentleman to all his customers I noticed that day, from providing services on his account, or even walking people to their cars to make sure that everything was done right, that I cant help but follow up with an excellent review. My wife went there about 6 months ago & got some detailing done on her car. She loved what they did. First they clean your car inside and out, then they get to work on the detailing part of it. Cleaning the windows, all of them on the inside. Then the small stuff, if you have stains around your stick shift, wiping down all of your leather areas, if you have leather in your car & so on.

Car wash is good. However, every time I had a car wash from them, I found my car is attracting way for dust then it usually does if I get a car wash from anywhere else. I don't know why is it because, but I have heard the same thing from many people. Latest Update: Revisited, got the most expensive car wash.. Not attracting much of dust this time... But the car wash not cleaned closely... They forgot to clean the back mirror from outside, I was able to see the water marks and for the front mirror they sprayed the liquid but didn't wiped it off completely... I guess they were in a hurry.. Because it was a Saturday Morning.

I just picked up my car and was blown away by the complete detail. The car looks AMAZING. I brought in a 2003 Honda that had been siting for 2 years with paint fade and just filth. Its being given to my kid nephew for his first car. He is going to be so excited when he see's it. The experience was great from the guy who checked me in to the young lady at the counter. Spots all over the car, dirt outside still in some areas, footprints all over the bedliner that I did not come there with, wet floor mats, and unvacuumed dirt all over the interior. I was there for over an hour and the result was I went home and redid everything I paid for. Maybe they do a better job when it's not a busy Saturday, or maybe they are just always this bad. $33 BEST WASH - could you at least vacuum?

I have been going to Jazz since 2015 and I have had a consistently great experience. It all started one cold winter night when my car broke down on me while coming out of Denver Seminary. The people then helped me and that how I was introduced to Jazz. From the people that welcome me to the last person that hands me the key to my car, they are nothing but kind and very professional. If they have specials, they explain what it is for that day. They make payments and membership easy for customers. Plus, the boutique has some cool stuff including Colorado grown products. I highly recommend this place for your car wash and detailing needs. Big up, Jazz!!

Everyone was very nice! The service was quick, too. I paid for the “Best” car wash and only waiting maybe 20 minutes from start to finish. It is an automatic car wash, so the wash is a bit spotty, with some areas still visibly dirty. They did a good job on the inside. My only complaint is the car wasn’t vacuumed well. The entire back was still covered in dog hair, so I had to pay to vacuum it myself when indiscovered it. I’m sure had I noticed it while I was there, they would have had no problem taking care of it. I will definitely return again for another wash!

I have been using the Jazz Car Wash for 3 years now. I subscribe to their monthly unlimited wash package. I could never imagine going anywhere else. I am so picky sometime it is not fare. I have used several detail shops in the area and by far the Jazz is where I spend my money. I keep my vehicles very sharp and cannot stand my interior not being perfect. Twice a year I get the full service detail on my vehicles. They make my truck and car feel like its brand new and keep my paint in great shape and I feel my truck is ready for trade in at any moment. This past year I used their boat detail service for the first time. They exceed my expectations!! I did not expect the work that I received on my boat. It looked as good as the day I purchased it. The only complaint I have is they don't do motorcycle detail and Im working on that LOL. The ownership is class, Kieth and his wife are amazing. I had an issue with a broken vent in my truck last year and before I could present my argument Kieth had part ordered and replaced on my next visit. Facility and their car wash tunnel are state of the art. Their employees address me by first name. I would recommend the Jazz to anybody with high expectations of their luxury vehicles, boats and custom rides. Easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Thanks Jazz!!!!

This was my first time at Jazz. I chose to have my Jeep receive a hand wax and detail. I was greeted by a very nice and professional gentleman who processed my order. I walked in and the lobby/gift shop/ staff were wonderful. Not your typical carwash fare. The lounge has REALLY comfortable cushy chairs, coffee, large TV with news playing, and the Ladies bathroom was large and spotless. Very organized, too, with announcements that your car is ready relayed via speakers inside the lounge. Definitely worth every single penny and I've found my new full-service car wash. Nope. Not impressed after spending $423.00 and 6 hours later. Although my car looked nice at a glance from a distance, I noticed the whole inside back window was still dirty and untouched as well as my sunroof glass. I paid extra for headlight restoration and the corners were untouched still looking faded. My expensive prescription Oakley glasses were taking out of the sunglass holder next to my dome light and put in a bag with my glovebox contents risking scratches and broken frame. Luckily they were fine. Lastly, I asked the young woman that answers the phone if I can get a shuttle to pick me up and she said the guy that drives the shuttle went home for the day. However, when I came back with an uber, who do you think was standing inside the shop near the young woman?? Yep, the guy that gave me a shuttle ride in the morning...so the young woman lied to me. That said, had I spent 30 dollars for a wash or something like that, and they missed my back window, it would not be the big of a deal..but at $423.00???...there's no excuse. I'm not the type to complain but again...$423.00!

The first time I brought my car I was very happy with the service, the second time I was very dissatisfied because I had thought I had found a decent place to get my car washed. While I was driving to my business that’s nearby the carwash I knoticed that it wasn’t detailed inside, and when I arrived I knoticed my tires didn’t have the shine either so for $24 it was not properly washed. I asked my brother to take it back for me an hour later with the receipt since I had to attend my business, and they said it’s my fault I should have said something. And yes I would have said something if I had knoticed it while I was there, I expected to get what I paid for! So if you go to get your car detailed here inspect your vehicle before leaving!

A bit pricey for an interior and exterior cleaning ($320 for an SUV) considering they left the headrests untouched (which they immediately fixed) and the front floors wetter than I would hope for. Otherwise very nice work cleaning the interior and exterior. They did miss a few spots and could have spent more time on the front seats but not a huge deal. Lastly, I had received a courtesy shuttle ride that isn't more than 5 minutes round trip in the AM when I dropped off my car, but when I was notified my vehicle was ready I couldn't get a straight answer on whether or not I was able to get a return shuttle ride. After 45 minutes of waiting and checking I ended up taking an Uber to get back, since I had some things to do that afternoon.

It's been about 2 years since I've been to this car wash since it's far from home; but, I remember they always did the best if jobs. They have not changed, only become better. The facility seems to have been slightly redesigned and the crew is still super nice and awesome. The little shop is always fun, they sell local foods, clothing, or artistic work. Do keep in mind that there may be a wait, and it's not due to people working slow - it's just a popular place that's always busy.

Came to have the exterior of my car detailed..their website and brochure state prices are based on vehicle size. I came in and was then told because my car is black it's an extra $110. After complaining, the Manager said they would do it for advertised price. Come to pick it up and my car still has wax residue on it..still has swirl marks and light scratches, all of which I was told they could be removed as long as they weren't in the paint, which they are not. Do NOT waste your time and or money here. I will NEVER come here again. Consumer beware!

Bought a used car. Always got great car washes from this place in the past, but brought the car in for a full detailing $250. Upon inspection in their detailing garage I accidentally accused one of the ladies that worked on my car of painting the door trim very poorly. I was informed that they do not paint trim or do any paint touch ups. Ok, I went and paid full ammount. When I returned my car was now parked outside of the garage facing the street, the car was running. I get in the car and in horror find that it was run in FULL TIME 4X4 ON DRY PAVEMENT. These incompetent people backed my car out of the garage in full time 4x4, not part time no, full time too. Any sane person knows not to run full time 4x4 on dry pavement, not to mention backing up a car in full time 4x4. Paid these people to detail my car, they pay me back by damaging the differential. Do not trust the people that work with cars here, they have no experience with cars, just washing them.

I'm really disappointed with the pricing of service and lack of customer service.... they want 160 to shampoos the floors in my SUV. I'm sorry but that's Ridiculous I might as well go down the street and pay Deluxe car wash and detail 250 for my whole car to be washed, polished, cleaned, shampoo and my engine cleaned. Did I Mention they have a 5 star rating and they also don't make you sign a waiver... it may take 4 hours but better service then you can offer. I'll pay the extra for good customer service that you guys lack....

Brought my car in yesterday and paid for the $33 wash. Attention to detail is very poor. I understand that I didn’t pay for a detail, but I still expected a decent vacuum job, and a wipe down. Went I grabbed my car I should have known to look it over, because as soon as I got in I had to ask the nice lady for a wipe as there was clearly something spilled on the vinyl. She was very nice and quickly cleaned it, but it was so obvious I’m surprised they missed it. After going home I realised they also didn’t wipe my cup holders at all, and I can’t even tell they vacuumed. My back seat looks exactly how it looked when I brought it in. I will have to go get it washed again somewhere else.

My dad got me a gift certificate 3 years ago to Jazz Car Wash and I finally got around to it having it detailed about two years ago. When I got it back there were oil stains on my back seat that were not previously there. I asked about it at the time, and they said that it just wasn't dry yet. Then a week later I called and I was told that the stains were there already and they couldn't get them out. I had never seen the stains before so that seemed a little suspect. Here I am 2 years later and I am still upset every time someone gets in my backseat and asks about the stains. For such a expensive service it left a "stain" of an impression.

Best wash in town! All of their people are polite and courteous! Bumper to bumper this is the place to go to keep your new car looking new! They offer a monthly plan with unlimited visits - this is the best! They do waxing and detailing, both inside and out! I have our cars waxed there often, and they always come back looking great! The manager Jose is the best: friendly and always willing to take care of anything for you: if they miss a spot, he comes right over and takes care of it himself!!!! GREAT personalized service. I go there every week, sometimes twice a week! You should try it, and I bet you will like it!

I have been to Jazz quite a few times, but yesterday will be my last. I waited 45 minutes for their middle-of-the-road priced wash (still $24). I have no idea how they prioritize their lanes (or if that is even the issue), but this is the third time I have watched cars come through the wash area to be vacuumed and finished up, 5-10 minutes AFTER mine has been out and they are done and gone before anyone has even started my car. Yesterday I watched the employees clear out the first two lanes while my car sat in the third. Once all those cars were finished, it was like everyone went on break. Two guys started on my car, but didn't totally finish it before they moved on to the next behind me. My car door was open, no one working on it, no one checking it or flagging me down. At 45 minutes, I have now spent almost my entire lunch break at the car wash and I have to get back to work. I finally just went to my car, got in and left....to find they hadn't wiped anything down on the inside and there were still bugs all over my windshield from a road trip I had just gotten back from. I understand that these things happen, especially at place like this where they get totally slammed and maybe lose track of who came in when because it's so crazy busy. Yesterday, when I was there, was not that busy. This is the third time this has happened to me at this car wash. I have been to many different facilities like this in recent years. This literally never happened at any of the other similar car wash places. After this happened yesterday, I called when I got back to my office to see if the lane prioritization was a thing there (which would of course lead to sub-par customer service for those of us who aren't purchasing the most expensive option) and the lady who answered didn't know. She was very nice and she tried to fix this, but for me, the damage is done. I feel like I definitely gave them a fair shake. I will never, EVER go back to Jazz.

Jazz has been my car wash of choice for several years and I'm an unlimited wash member. I've rated Jazz 5 stars before but with the change in the equipment configuration in the tunnel, I have to point out that the new rotating brushes are fairly harsh and have torn off my front license plate three times.Although I drive a heavily modified Jeep Wrangler, I've never had a problem with the equipment until the additional rotating brushes were added earlier this year.

My truck is 10 years old and never had a detail. I have kept care of it. I had a new factory seat cover recently installed and a friend got grease all over it! Took it to Jazz and asked them to do what they could during the detail. Not only did they get the seat looking new again the rest of the truck was amazing! #1 BEST CAR WASH HANDS DOWN!!!!!! It is a bit pricey at $33.00 fir their best wash but worth every penny. My car always leaves here looking like it did the day I bought it brand new! They take great care with each car making sure your windows aren’t streaked, no water marks and drips. NEVER a spot missed by the machine. Inside is always meticulously done. I have never picked up my car and had even one complaint.

Customer for over a year with a subscription. I love the cleanliness and thorough work. Once in a while a new employee may not so well but when I point it out, they correct it fast. I always tip well so perhaps they remember me. Regardless, highly recommend if you want hands on clean with consistent work year round.

This is one of the better car washes for the area. And I drive a fair distance to get there as I am coming from the South end of Parker. Great crew from the drop off to the register, then the pick up of the vehicle. I am usually very happy for the service you get for the price. I have done several of the deep clean on the inside and wow they docs good job. And fortunately last two times I've done the deep clean not too impressed. This would include the service I had done yesterday where I did a deep clean with the wax job and this is the second time that the inside was barely touched . I am a little frustrated now and need to decide whether I want to keep using this business Kevin

All in all, the service was fine. Staff was polite and effecient, even while they were very busy. The wheel shine left a bit to be desired this trip, but it won't prevent me from returning. My only suggestion for Jazz, please role down the windows and clean that top edge. It will be done if I ask, but I have to ask every time. I believe that should be an automatic for a full service car wash.

They did really good on the outside! Really good actually. But the inside was far less attention to details and missed a lot of stuff. For $33 dollars I expected a little more. However, they were very busy so I can understand. But, they misplaced my Keys and didn't tell me my Jeep was done for well over 20 minutes.

Been here a couple times and I always get the best wash with seat cleaning. Spend 41 bucks for that and disappointed every time. If you are going to charge that much then at least do a good job. I get that it's not a detail but damn it's sad. Today was the last day for me going back I'll do a better job myself for a fraction of the price. Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the front desk customer service is always above and beyond. Unfortunately when the job is done I'm disgruntled and today was the worst. Sad to say but I won't be coming back even with a free wash lined up for me with points!

On and off user of this carwash for several months and I must say the staff is very friendly and the waiting area is comfortable. A few days ago I had my vehicle cleaned and paid for the "Best wash." I specifically asked the attendant to have the weather tech mats in front cleaned and dried off. When the car was done my wife got in on the passenger side not realizing that the mats in front were still wet and quite slippery. Her left foot slipped on the mat and she ended up hurting her knee as a result. Not good as she is an avid runner!!! So to management, please tell your employees to, if asked, to make sure that mats are DRY and to maybe use some other cleaner that is not so greasy.

Jazz is always professional, friendly and efficient. I go to Jazz because I know it will be done right every time. This visit the wheels were particularly grimy from the recent weather, so the normal run through the wash didn’t touch it. Without saying a word, they pulled it off to the side where they sprayed it, put solvent on the dirty wheels and hand cleaned every wheel. It looked great when they finished. No drama, no asking them for special treatment. Just a clean car and friendly smile. Thank you Jazz!

Awesome! Joined the Jazz unlimited wash program for $33 per month. Able to come as often as once a day. Car was vacuumed and windows cleaned as well as towel dried and door jams wiped clean. Very professional and super nice inside to wait until your car is done, which doesn't take time at all. Would definitely recommend and glad I can go unlimited.

I love coming to this car wash because they do a good job. I speak both Spanish and English so the only thing I can really go without is how nasty some of the workers are they talk explicitly sometimes and their actions are quite derogatory theirs a new worker their I think I have seen him before I forget his name he’s a short fellow and he worked with Robert this day and they both gave excellent customer service and did everything right the first time it’s nice to be able to have a conversation with anyone their but those two are wonderful and make sure from what I can tell that they are satisfied before they leave I recommend coming here the rest of the crew is fantastic and do one hell of a cleaning job

I noticed yellow paint splatter on the side of my car and tires from all the road work going on in Denver, and immediately drove over to Jazz car wash. The manager Jorge was incredibly helpful and was able to remove the paint quickly and thoroughly. He didn’t even charge me an extra fee even though the service they provided went above and beyond a routine car wash. This is undeniably the best car wash I have ever visited!

I had been coming to Jazz for a few years until earlier this summer. I would always get a car wash and sometimes a quick interior clean. The prices were fair along with the work. Earlier this summer I decided to get a detail. I knew that it included a wash, clay, polish and wax. I wanted my car to shine especially since my dogs decided to add their scratches in a few spots over the last few years. So I took my 2016 truck in and pointed out the spots. 9 hours later it was ready and looked beautiful. It shined and I was ecstatic. No more scratches either! When I picked it up I noticed a few spots of polish here and there. One was at the top of my windshield in the center. You could see where the pad had come over the edge a bit, but I shrugged it off along with a couple other spots I saw on my side bars. At the time I didn't know it was polish and what that meant. I figured they just slipped with the wax and it went off a bit. I thought the next rain or a day or two and it would disappear after setting. I know...I was an idiot. I didn't understand the detail process and how the products work. Hence why I am here now. A week later the spots remained and looked worse. I had noticed more white splotches throughout the week. The more time passed the more it worsened. It looked as if my trim was fading here and there too. I decided to wash my truck to see if that would help. It only got worse. It dried it out in spots and I started seeing every where they had gone past the paint and hit my plastic trim. My wheel fenders, bumper, tailgate handle, window vinyl trim, side mirrors, windshield trim, and side rails all had white marks of polish adhered. I looked closer on my side bar and saw the swirl marks left by the polisher. I was confused because obviously something was wrong and I wanted to know if I had messed something up. After weeks. And I mean weeks, of researching I tried to remedy the problem. I bought trim restorer, but it wouldn't cover the white. I bought wheel acid (hydrofluoric acid) and tried buffing it out. I finally bring my truck to another shop who details to see if they can fix it along with a crack in my windshield. I didn't tell them yet what happened since they were busy when I arrived. The owner immediately looked at my trim and said, they didn't tape did they? Nope, they did not. (When polishing you need to tape trim so polish doesn't adhere and stain, permanently.) I asked him if he could do anything and he turned his head to the side and said, "I don't know if I can save your trim. I can try a couple things out but this is bad." He pointed at my side mirror and said, "It's like they didn't notice half of it is trim and ran right over it." He walked around my truck and shook his head. "This is just lazy." Yeah, to say the least. So I ask him how much this is going to cost. At least 70 percent of my trim is affected. 400 dollars people! I thought that was a bit high so I went to another detailer. He wouldn't touch it and said its a lost cause. Said I could consider painting it or even plasti-dip but he didn't think the dip would grab it properly. I asked another detailer and he offered 300 dollars, but no guarantees. So I can keep my damaged truck the way it is, pay 300 to 450 for a maybe fix, or paint(?). Oh, and my side rails are shot. 350 gone there too The kicker? All they had to do was tape the edges. It is one of THE BASIC steps of polishing. I found that out by research. Hell, it's all over google and youtube. Now I'm stuck with their mess. If I had documented things better I would consider suing. If I had more knowledge and forethought I would of known things were not right. If you want a car wash, great. They do a fine job. But don't get a detail. And the added windshield protectant didn't last longer than my rain-x applications did/do. The disaster on my exterior trim far outshined the wonderful job on the paint. It looked great. Too bad laziness ruined a loyal customer and will potentially lose more. Good luck, don't be me, and best wishes for you and your ride.

I have been coming to Jazz for the last 3 years to get my car washed. This is easily the best place in Denver. The "best wash" is very thorough, and is always done quickly even when they are busy. The staff is very friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. When I go to other places I always leave feeling like I could have done it better myself, but with jazz that is never the case. Keep up the good work!

Not as good as they have been in the past. Last 3 trips (always the “best wash $33) the wheels and the roof rack have been dirty. This time the front grill, front bumper and back bumper were still dirty. I even asked them to fix it ... they got some of it but missed the rack and I didn’t catch the back bumper till I got home. I broke out the detail touch up stuff and started the clean up process and discovered just how poor a job they have been doing since we had it detailed there this summer. The Audi logos had all kinds of crud built up in them, door sills were silly dirty, just generally bad. They need to bring back whomever was doing their qc previously.

Do NOT go here. I took my well maintained Toyota Tacoma in yesterday for a detail as well as an engine bay clean. Based on the reviews I assumed they knew what they were doing. They used a PRESSURE washer on the engine and fried my spark plugs, battery and starter. Put me out about $1000 because they deliberated sprayed high pressure water into every electronic crevice possible in my engine. You are supposed to manually clean the engine bay. Hey..it looks great, because they did it wrong. I am going to make sure my friends don't go here and will post this review elsewhere to warn others. Edit: In response to the owner's comment, my engine was misfiring cylinder #4 & #6 the second i was given my car back and I could barely drive home. For those of you who saw the owners response, they use the waiver as a way to cover themselves so that they can do a cheap/fast job on your engine with little regard to your components rather than take their time and do it right. I do not believe that a waiver should be used in place to completely mistreat someones vehicle. I'll make sure to make as many consumers aware as possible.
