How can a car wash be closed on a Sunday?

Paid for the most expensive wash. Payment was quick and automatic, although there is a payment lane where you can talk to an actual employee if you have questions. Wash was fast. However, got home and our front license plate had been completely bent in half from the brushes and the back of our car wasn't even clean. This car wash has a monthly subscription plan that we were thinking about getting, however, we changed our minds when we saw the license plate and poor cleaning job.

I was there on Saturday, their opening day, and was very impressed with how well the system washed my car. It worked much better than the other drive through car wash near me. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and there is this overhang over the back window that other car washes never seem to clean under. Hot Wash even got that tough to reach spot! I loved that the vacuum is part of the deal too at no extra charge and It was very powerful and cleaned my very dirty car floors and seats with ease. I will keep going there on a regular basis!

I was a monthly member of a car wash where I used to live, so I can't help but compare them. My previous wash had people with scrub brushes before the wash to scrub at bugs or bird droppings to ensure they were completely washed off. The wash itself was fine, but I don't think the tire shine did a very good job. Also, my old place provided towels and cleaner by the vacuums so that we could get any missed spots/water, plus wipe down inside the vehicle. I could get my entire car spotless in 20 minutes, tops. Finally, the directional signage could be a bit more helpful, like how to get to the vacuums from the wash.

Got both of my vehicles super clean, the people that work there are nice friendly employees. Only place in El Paso county I will go to clean my vehicles from now on. Only single bad thing is there vacuums are not that great.

I literally just left here it’s new and I thought I would try it out, came out of the wash with my Windesheild having a noticeably large amount of scratches that weren’t on it before I went through the car wash, very disappointed, very upset. Won’t go here again, will let my friends that are military near by know how it ruined my car. It’s not worth an overly priced wash for your car to come out with scratches on the Windesheild. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Would love for management to reach out to me about this not happy about my Windesheild being scratched up after this experience. My car is new and has marks all on the front window now.

Ok so I pay for their $30 monthly for 2 vehicles. I went this morning 10/31/19 to get some of the crud off my car from the weather. I go back after work around 5:30 pm. I was told only one car wash a day when clearly they advertise unlimited wash. If that's the case then I'm not getting one a day since they are closed on sunday. People are being cheated on a monthly plan.

Did not clean My car at all I actually went up and told them about the large smudges and all the dirt that still on the vehicle they gave me a free wash came out in my car look exactly the same very irritating- None of that was on my car prior I even pointed that out to the staff again that’s why they gave me a free wash I never write reviews but this really got to me going seeing how it’s expensive and didn’t clean anything (going twice) just made it worse just don’t wanna see others get ripped off hope you guys get better though this seems like a on going problem from the other reviews

It doesn't get either of our cars clean - There are large swaths of normal dirt and grime which remain after exiting a second time. A woman got salty with me for going through a second time even though the first wash left a lot of dirt. Forget getting your auto clean if you've driven through the mountains. It has also left weird marks on the plastic veneers on my door frames. They're not open on Sunday.

My first time going through this car wash was awesome and I really appreciated the staff's attention to detail. The vacuums worked wonderfully and were honestly better than any other car wash I have been to. My second time going was actually even better (which most people know is rare at a car wash) and I felt gracious hospitality from every staff member there. Definitely my go-to car wash now!

The actual car wash is fine. The vacuums on the other hand suck. I’ve been to this location twice and tried a few different ones. They haven’t been open long so I really don’t understand. Today I tried one more time because of the grand opening and a free car wash. After going through 4 different vacuums, I came home and used the shop vac.

This place is great. People that works here are nice too. I always come here every time my car is dirty. There is only one thing that I think needs an improvement. I wish cars that has monthly membership can wash their car at least twice or 3 times a day. Sometimes my car gets really dirty and one car wash is not enough. One day, I went for a second round of car wash because there are still some spots that are dirty but found out that I can only wash my car once per day. The lady was nice to tell me and she gave me a second car wash for free that day.

Super great! If you don't know what state-of-the-awesome car washing looks like - go here. They're always improving (kaizen). I met the owner and talked with him. He's a human phenom in his own right. I'll be back.

Definitely worth getting the monthly car wash package.Unlimited washes and the free powerful vacuuming is a bonus ! This drive through car wash actually works much better than other ones I been to , very happy with how clean and shiny everything looks after .

Get a subscription plan to this car wash. I have been a member since about the day after they opened. I was eager to have them at this location I am so close to giving them five stars but the few reasons I have May be trivial to most. They are not open on Sundays.
