Very good full service car wash. They do my wheels better than I do by myself, usually. One time, coming through, they had a mobile glass repair kiosk trying to drum up sales. I appreciated it because I actually had a nick that needed addressing, but you might be annoyed by semi-high pressure add ons.

Horrible customer service. Extremely unorganized. I was never given a ticket when I initially dropped off the car. When the teller asked for my ticket, I told him I was never given one. He very condescendingly told me that I was given one. I told him there was no reason to be rude, especially for a mistake that was made on their end. He left me waiting for 20 minutes "looking" for my car, only to return not remembering he'd left me waiting. He didn't charge me for the wash, but that doesn't excuse his poor excuse for customer service. I will not return!

I have been washing my cars (I have 2-3 memberships). Few weeks ago I went and they hand washed my car as always, the guy that usually washes is a nice older man name Papas that particular time he was not available so the manager asked me if it was cool if someone else did it I said fine he assured me that he will do a good job, good job my a.. So few days later I went back to wash another one of my vehicles and mentioned that the hand wash that was done on the porsche was a s... job the supervisor and kind of laughed about it and said that I would be back and they would take care of it, ok so I was there today the supervisor avoided me and told me to speak to the manager so I did (maybe a bit loud, but after a 30 min run around I was a bit f..... upset) At the end of it all MARK the manager pulled my car half way through the wash and asked me to leave insisting that he had no knowledge of a problem. What a shitshow!!!

I have been using Finish Line Car Wash for many years. The set up is very good. Employees are always very polite. They are very hard working. Their store is always well stocked, clean n organized. It is a well run operation. When u go there for your car wash dont forget to drop a few dollars in the tip box, remember alll those hard working people share those tips at the end of the day.

My first time to this car wash so I was pretty excited. I have heard good things. However, this is one of the worst car washes I have ever been to. I spent $20 on the car wash itself and then tipped generously on top of that. My backseat had not even been touched with a vacuum and windows were not cleaned. My front seat had been slightly vacuumed and my dash quickly wiped down. I left extremely disappointed with towel fibers all over my dark-colored car. I will not recommend this car wash or waste more money returning to it.

A hair more on the pricey side but you’re supporting local, they have water saving practices, and I always get a thorough clean inside and out. The combination touchless wash with a hands on finish is preferred for a long term clean car.

Absolutely not worth your time or money. I'm admittedly picky in my choice of car wash facilities, but was deeply disappointed with my experience here. A basic wash is $9 which is not so bad, but to jump to the next level takes you $19 for a less than premium wash. I did a basic with add on for air dry which came out to $17. Car sat in their pre wash vacuums for ten minutes with no attention and when it finally did come through their tunnel it hadn't been touched inside. In the 15 yards between the end of the wash tunnel and the drying area their car runner managed to kill my manual trans Subaru three times. They finally realized the car was to be air dried after it sat outside with the door open for an additional ten minutes while workers passively dried it with towels, completing the defeating the purpose of the compressed air. Their worked did do a thorough job with the compressed, but it was a little bit too late. So 35 minutes later and $17 lighter, I left with a very poor experience. Will not be returning.

They continually miss things at this wash. Soap on the bottom of the doors... my front windshield has been left with bird poop or spots from not being dried... didn't lift floor mates to vacuum... etc. I try to go to local places, but I may drive further for better service.

I have been a long time wheel deal member and I have to say what a great team and I know most of your long time members of the team and for that I like this place. When you have great long term employees, there is a reason. They are treated well work hard and are rewarded for their efforts. I see that here. And that keeps me here. Waterworks can't hold a key to these guys. I will say, They are very hard to reach by phone, that's the only reason I gave them four stars. I have called over four days, left numerous messages and never a phone call back. Called the front desk, accounting, manager, detailing, never a call back. So they lost two family members cars to detail for B Day presents. How can you do so many things right? Have great people, but not answer or reply to vm. This is a management problem

Takes 45min+ to get through here. If I had known it would in the end take me an hour. To get my car washed I would have done it myself, saved the $20. Then when I asked about my car I was told that the car had been done for 30min. Even though I had asked 2 staff members about my car during my wait time before I went in to ask the attendant. No apologies. I was blamed for not hearing my car being ready even though I was waiting outside with everyone else and asking other attendants. No offer for a reimbursement. Or acknowledgement that they system they’re currently using isn’t working. Shame as I wanted to use this car wash since it’s so close to my work. Very disappointed.

SCAMMER ALERT. "Windshield repair" guy comes up to your car before you get out and then calls your car insurance to file claim. Says you can't go through car wash with minor windshield damage. Claims to be from All Out Management. Beware!

I've been to this car wash twice and both times I've had to wait 20 plus minutes for a basic car wash and then spend an extra 15-20 minutes pointing out the spots they missed drying. The second time I went the attendant had an attitude and moved as slow as possible. They get one star because the initial attendant and cashier were very friendly. I recommend going somewhere else to save time and money.

Definitely don't take your car here unless you have a full hour to watch them fiddle around trying to fix windshields for extra money. I stopped by for a quick car wash and sat behind a car at the vacuum station while a young woman struggled to fix a windshield for 30 minutes. I'm all for offering services that help people, but on a busy afternoon when it should take 20 minutes top to get a complete wash you the windshield bit was too much.

Best car wash in town. We drive from the foothills down to The Finish Line because it is the best. The interior clean is excellent, they are the only company who vacuums all the dog hair without complaint. Also, my SUV with topper (8 foot clearance) fits in the automatic car wash. The membership always saves me money. Highly recommended!

I only bring my BMW to the brilliant people at Finish Line car wash for the best interior and exterior detail. I dont just let any clown detail my hard earned vehicle. I seriously wipe this thing down with a diper every day so i can tell a difference when they clean it. I always have them bring in their dent guy to get pesky door dents out when i have it in for cleaning. Finish Line has taken the time to listen to my wishes and now know definitely what I like. Never again with cheap armorall oilslick junk on my car. Only the best @ Finish Line

I love this place. I drive 20 minutes south down Colo blvd just because I like it. It’s not always the fastest because they are often extremely busy and they do a really thorough job. The people working here do work fast though and are really nice. I’m happy to wait the amount of time they take, for the quality they do and the sake of not having to vacuum out my car and all that by myself. Obviously you can pay for different packages that go up in price but they for sure affordable and again I’d say it’s worth it.

Went in to get my rims cleaned and a wash ask what wash would make sure that the rims were clean and was directed to their 29.95 wash. Fine if that gets the rims clean ok. when they were done and the rims were not clean as I ask I was told that would be extra... Will never use them again!

I have a brand new acura rdx and after my first wash they put a ton of scratches in my car and a big one on the front side. They have a pile of rotting nasty used rags they are scrubbing dirt into your car and scratching the surface. I never asked for a hand dry with a nasty dirty rag. I cant believe this place is still open.

This is the absolute worst service I have had in memory. I'm literally writing this as I'm waiting for my car to be washed - now 45 minutes in. The lines are complete chaos as I've now seen roughly 10 cars go in line in front of me. You basically have to guess which lane is the fastest because the crew doesn't manage the queue. Oh and when you get fedup after sitting in your car for 20 minutes, there's no way to bail because they've designed it so you can't get out.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE! Toyota, Bugatti, or whatever make you have this car wash will tear your car up! I gave them the opportunity to make it right and went back immediately after my wash this morning a second time and the manager on duty told me it was probably my fault and he would have to investigate cameras before they could buff out my scratches they left! Dirty rag, whatever lies you want try throwing at me I don’t care. My car sits in a garage and I don’t scratch it, plain and simple. Please be careful who you trust your car with. I will be going back to doing it by hand since my car can’t afford this kind of abuse. Lance, the manager on duty was very disrespectful and told me he couldn’t check the cameras while I was there because he “didn’t want to”. This man and this wash are a joke and their customer service is even more of a joke. DO NOT GO HERE!! My VW got a huge 2 foot scratch on the passenger side front fender and they didn’t even detail the wheels when I got the wheel package! You will be paying to buff/wax/detail this car since it was your wash who damaged my vehicle and I mean paying to have it done somewhere because your crew does garbage work.

Always a great place to get her car washed if you get the right package. Totally touch-free is the only way to go don't believe it other places tell you that they're wet brushes or roller brushes won't scratch your car they will swell scratch it every time. finish line is completely 100% touch-free love it! These guys work hard for the money on the drive so be sure to tip them well.

The outside was fine, I paid for the $35 service which included the interior. But I still had to go home and use my shop vac under the seat and in the rear of my SUV as they had loose partial and debris everywhere as if that was left untouched Save yourself $30 and just go through a DYI was for $5 with the same results. 1st time there & will not return, I live in Virginia Village

I paid for the pro wash which is a interior and exterior clean $36. When I got the car back there was dirt on the interior and exterior of the car. They said the wash would take 30 min and it only took 20. After the car was washed by the machines I only saw 3 guys clean the car for 5 min and then one sat around the car waiting for the time to end for the next 10 min. Worst wash ever have to get it redone at a better place...

UNPROFESSIONAL people. I made an appointment @ 0730, when I went there, the guy told me they will finish in 1 hour. After 2 hours I tried to check my car, the same told me: we probably didn't communicate well, your car will finish by noon! He showed me several luxury cars owned by rich people lined up since 2 days ago ahead of me, as he claimed! So I understood that, the RICH PEOPLE will served first.

First of all, the tech did a fantastic job with the exterior detail. His rating is a full five stars. The paint on my car looked so rich and deep, all the moldings were perfect, chrome tips polished, rims polished, the whole 9 yards. It looked better than when I first drove the car off the dealer's lot. The reason for the star deduction was the price. Their web site quotes $175 for an exterior detail. When I got there, the concierge told me it would be $225. Huh? I have a VW Golf, a compact hatchback. What are they basing their web-site quoted prices off of, a smart car? Obviously, I still wanted the detail, and did think that the price was still fair, but they need to update the web site to reflect how they price.

Never coming here again. I used to love this wash as they were reasonably priced and detailed; however today I came in and all of a sudden all of the things one would expect were part of a normal wash (dash wipe down, cup holders wiped out, leather seats wiped off, etc.) now cost an extra $11 on top of an already $22 wash! Not to mention this did NOT include simply rinsing off floor mats or anything of the like. When my car was "done" this was what $11 paid for (see pictures). Not kidding. Couldn't be more displeased and the staff didn't even ATTEMPT to make things right.

Disorganized! How hard is it to go in order? If you don't complain, your car won't get finished. Watched cars that drove in well after mine was washed get finished before mine. And the car wash was a B-, and I'm being generous because a couple of the employees were busting their butt. Several were doing a fantastic job slacking. Get get of the slackers!

Be sure you ask if interior cleaning is included with the package!!! Just paid $21 for a wash and didn't even get the mats vacuumed. They do a good job, but check to see what you are getting done. Note that after I said something they did the interior.

Very disappointing experience at this car wash multiple times now. I'm done. Almost every time I go here, there are issues with the car not being clean when they FINALLY turn it back over to me. Usually its the interior doors where your feet sometimes leave mud or dirt on the inside of the door from getting in and out. Other times its they didn't do a good job wiping up the water/soap that remains from the wash. Today I told the guy taking my order that I wanted a interior and exterior wash. He sold me the $20 Super Wash plus 3 floor mats @ $7 and an up-charge of $1 for a wagon which I don't really have, its a sedan. When I got my car back there was still dried coffee on the passenger seat and mud on both front doors (interior) and the passenger side interior door and cup holder. When I asked the guy to borrow his rag so I could fix it he told me I wasn't allowed to use his rag. Then he told me that the $20 Super Wash does not include wiping down the seats and interior doors. I don't know if that's true or not but if so, why sell someone an interior wash and not include doors and seats. This place is overrated, and unfortunately its one of the better options we have. But their service sucks and so does the actual quality of their work. I'm a real estate developer and half tempted to build my own car wash and put them out of business, we should all demand better. I'm sick of paying good money for a lousy wash.

This is one of the worst run businesses I ever come into contact With. I live close by, so out of convenience, I have unfortunately gone for washes all of which have been mediocre at best . Yesterday I made an appointment for today, for an inside detail on my car . The price online said $175 . The guy ushering in the cars and selling washes quoted me $200 . I called him out on it and he was like ... “ oh ok ... $175.. “ I knew in my gut I should not give this place my money , but I was a bit desperate to have the inside of my car look really good. I am an outside sales rep and have someone coming in tomorrow from out of the country to ride around with me all day . I arrived exactly at my app time . They were slammed . I even said to the guy ... “ I can come back another time... “ out of courtesy because it was a nice day and they were super busy . He said “ OH NO . We are good . “ He told me to pull into a detail spot and leave my car running . I walked home and back four hours later with my son . There is my car . Still running . Unlocked with the key in it . No detail . They simply forgot about it . No excuse, no sorry , nothing . In fact the manager just put his hand in front of my face . There are bigger problems in the world. It’s sad that just because of a location a business can SUCK and they will stay busy , it just does not matter .

A really slow and disorganized car wash that didn't do that great of a job for the price. No one greeted me pulled up and the gentleman who finally met me after several minutes didn't seem happy that I wasn't in my car. Inside the register wasn't working and there was a very long wait just to pay. Outside there was no organization or system that kept The cars moving Forward. the only way people got their car was to ask if it was ready and then the crew would focus on it for a few minutes hopefully until it was done. if all the crew didn't know that car was the one that customer was asking about then the customer had to wait several more minutes. I gave 2 stars because the hard-working crew are doing the best they can with the lousy management they clearly have.

I brought in a tough problem today - remove white water based paint that has just spilled on the mat and carpet. The gentleman explained that he couldn't save the mat. It made no sense, but I agreed. They then cleaned the paint - which they insisted was oil based - it was not - and charged $100 to do so. When I picked the car up, white paint remained. He insisted no promise was made that all paint would be removed. It was promised. And again that it was oil based paint. When I asked why it wasn't steamed out - I was told they couldn't do that. Had they told me from the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere, been a happy camper and they wouldn't have refunded my money. They manager agreed to refund my money if I never came back. What a shame. My other experiences here were great.

Bad bad bad. Don't waste your money. Had bird. Poop on hood that didn't come off and fly specs. Took truck back after I looked at it ten minutes later. They tried to tell me it was GREASE. Showed them how easy it come off with rag. Was told this is a touchless car wash?? Oh and by the way got charged a two dollar SUV charge I knew nothing about! 20 dollars wasted. Completely

I was pretty sad when I decided to get my brand new car washed for the first time. Even though it was a little dirty and needed washing, somehow it felt like my car left in worse condition than when I arrived. That's a bit dramatic when really it's just the windows. Yet, after a year, it seems like the windows will never fully recover and considering that's what I look at the most in my car to see out, it seems like a big deal. There's just really crappy residue left over from after they clean them. When I went in a second time, I pointed it out and asked if they could really pay attention to it this time to make sure it's all wiped out. The guy who wrote my ticket scribbled some illegible thing in a highlighter that was barely visible and said they would read it and know what to do. Nope, just as I expected, my windows and mirrors were worse off than before. I ended up driving to target and buying some cheap Armor-All window wipes that were old and dry and they cleaned the windows and mirrors myself and even old crusty wipes cleaned the windows than this "professional" car washing business could. Really? Should I just open my own place then?

I took my ram 1500 here to get detailed and was told it would be about 4 hours. That’s absolutely fine with me because they do a fantastic job at a good price. I drive about 15 miles to get here but it is well worth the trip for the great service and speed they detail. I would recommend this car wash to anyone trying to get a proper detail without the appointment.

I just tried this place for the first time and I will never be going back there. Firstly they are really rude towards you, which when you are paying $36 for a car wash is a really rubbish way to be treating your customers. Secondly the express payment system does not cover getting the inside of your car vacummed as well. So if you want that you physically have to park up, and then go and pay inside. Had there been signs telling me this then that would have been fine, but there were not and the staff there make you feel like a total idiot then for not knowing that. I will be finding somewhere else to get my car washed in future!!!

Polite people, trying to stay organized in a busy spot. I came 9am Thursday and there were at least a dozen cars ahead of me. Cashier came out to tell me she had not given me enough change and I didn’t realize it. Traffic coordinator was polite and friendly. Car is clean and smells better inside. Way better for me when I want an option between self service quickie and expensive full detail. They have several options to meet my needs. I will be back.

It was okay. Got the middle of the road offer for $15. They were supposed to clean outside and dust inside. The outside was fine. The dusting inside was 80% done. I found many areas in plain sight that were totally missed. I am sure the more expensive offers give better results. The dusting that was missed would probably have taken an extra one minute. There may have been more dusting missing in the back seat. But I mainly noticed the dash in front of the driver's seat near steering wheel. The heat / a.c. vent covers in that area were dusty. There were a lot of customers when I was there. If I were the person running that business, I would want to take care of as many people too. But I would concentrate a little bit more on the driver seat area. The person paying sits right in that part of the car. The employees directing traffic and cleaning were friendly. The cash register guy was neither unfriendly or friendly. He should smile more. There was an older lady who had already paid. She kept talking to him. He had a line. He had a look as if to say: this lady wont shut up. He was correct in wanting to help the other customers. But I personally would work a register with a big smile. I would tell the lady, pardon ma'am, may I help these people pay for their washes, and I will be right with you. Instead be had this weird annoyed look to his face. Again, he was not unfriendly or friendly. But I have always believed that a smile makes people want to come back to a store. I probably would recommend this business. But not for the low price plan I bought. My mom has used a more expensive plan for her car right here, and she is happy.

I used to frequent this place a couple of times a week to keep my car nice and clean. After a horrifically bad experience with an inexperienced detailer who swirled my paint to death, I probably won't be back. When a 50 dollar car wash turns into a $500 dealership buff to remove paint damage, it just isn't worth it. I will say though, there are a couple of guys who always do exceptional work, which I always appreciate. One detailer in particular always kills it back there. The gentleman who is often taking the orders always took care of me as a long time customer. If that was the level of quality throughout, you'd easily have a 5 star business.

One and done for me! Very slow, very expensive. And that would be okay if they did a good job, which they didn't. Very poor interior cleaning with "full service" package. I pointed out a large pad on the drivers side floor they didn't clean, and was told it wasn't a floor mat (which I paid extra to clean) so they didn't have to clean it. Classic bait and switch -- promise you one thing when you enter, then fail to live up to their promise. A friend recommended them...I'm calling him to have his eyes checked to see if he needs glasses before looking closely at the job they did on his car.

Meh. First of all, they advertise on their website that an interior dash polish is included in the Deluxe wash, but when I got there they charged me an extra $9 for it. Even when I showed them their website which said it was included they did not honor the advertised price. So, I'm not super impressed by that. They did a pretty good job on the car and I didn't wait long for it or anything. The reality is that you would get about the same quality of a wash at a third of the price by going to Octopus or The Wave.

My first review was 5 stars. After my last visit on 01/07/2018 I will not come back. Every time I get a wash my car comes out with dings on it. I asked a worker since the water gets recycled does it get purified to make sure no rocks are coming out? He said "I don't know maybe"? They need a tech to look at the water recycle system. They are damaging peoples cars.

Some milk spilled in my car, the smell was unbearable after a few days even after thoroughly washing it myself. I brought it to finish line and had them do a full interior detail and shampoo the seats and carpet, but even after I let the car air out the smell was still distinctly noticeable. At first I was displeased and worried I had been scammed out of a hefty sum, but when I brought the car back and voiced my concern, the staff were absolutely willing to continue working on the car until the smell was gone, as they had promised it would be. I had to come back in a few times, which was the only downside to the experience, but the staff eventually eliminated any and all trace of odor in the car. They were always courteous and willing to work until I was satisfied with the result. I appreciated their professionalism and the extra airfreshener and odor eliminator they gave me as a consolation for my having had to come in more than once. I will definitely be back for all interior or exterior details and washes.

They took 45 minutes but gave me a free carwash when I complained. Came back in for my free wash and it is taking longer this time. Used to be a good wash but has gone down hill. Too bad. I won't be back.

Make sure you have plenty of time if you're going here but would not recommend. Left with brown streaks and spots on my brand new truck after being there for 35 minutes. I mean it was pretty muddy but for 31+ dollars I would expect it to be washed properly. They also forgot to do the windows which were still dirty and spotty. Save your time and money as there are plenty of car wash places that actually wash cars/trucks properly in the area.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! every time I have visited finish line car wash because of its location I have received very poor service. The last time I brought my friends car to be washed and they took a mat out and didn't replace it. I called to get the mat back and was met with "we'll call you back" then no call back. Finally spoke to some one who was rude and blew me off.

Sub par service, sub par performance, high prices. Waited over 45 minutes when things were not very busy. The bare minimum wash was performed even though I chose one of the higher priced washes. Still had dust on my dashboard and center console. Windows were not wiped down from the inside. Someone's car was damaged in front of me which caused total chaos and disorganization. Won't be coming back here.

Worst customer service ever. I left with spots (looked like chemicals sprayed) inside driver side window and outside driver side passenger door. I noticed these identical spots in both places when I was driving back to my office. They clearly weren't there when I brought it in as the inside windows were clean. When I went back they said that didn't happen here which could have been possible on the outside since car was dirty outside when I brought it in. But not possible since it was obviously the same spots inside and the pattern clearly demonstrated that the spray was sprayed with drivers door open because of where it was in and outside of my car. They told me I was wrong, that it was impossible that it happened there and that there was nothing they could do. I said: "You are a car wash and you're telling me you can't get this off my car." He said rudely: "we can but we aren't going to do it for free!" I asked for my money back and he laughed at me. Definitely very rude management on top of a terrible job on the wash.

For $30 I couldn't even tell my car was "cleaned". I had to get out and ask them to even wipe down the inside which was only a slight improvement ... Won't be coming here again. Don't waste your money.

WASTE OF MONEY! I have tree sap all over the hood and roof of my car so I took it to Finish Line and purchased their “Exterior Super Wash” for $20. After about 10 minutes of waiting they told me my car was finished but the moment I walked up to my car I could see the sap still all over it! I said something to the detailer about it and his only response was “yeah, that’s tree sap.” There were several spray bottles marked “tree sap remover” right in the car drying/waiting area.... I know I’m not the only one dissatisfied; they told another woman her car was finished twice while I was there only for her to tell them to wash it over again. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience. Had to come back 10 min later after realizing my rims were still filthy and water marks all over vehicle from bumber was the same. Spoke with cashier very sweet was able to clean vehicle again but had to wait double the amount wait the first time around. Vehicle was finally cleaned just to realize they did the same half ass job. Talk to the cleaning crew ask them to clean the rims since I originally paid for it he flat out told me NO I had to get the cashier once again to clarify the clean job I paid for. Never again very ex expensive to go through all the B'S

I have had two experiences with this place, one great and one beyond disappointing. After paying $50.00 (about) for a car wash/ mats to be cleaned we watched as our car sat in the sun and dried before it could be hand dried - not the biggest deal but our car left Finish Line unfinished. The exterior was dirty with debris and smudges all over. The mat wash left a pool of dirty, soapy water sitting inside. When I reached out to request this action be taken we were given two free car washes, however, that is not what we want as we do not wish to return here (my partner lives an hour and a half south). When we reached out again we were told that they "do not do refunds once the services have been given"... So, heads up everyone - sometimes they do a great job, other times they do a poor job. You pay the same value either way and you are not entitled to your money back if they do a horrible job. In a world where you have a car wash on almost any street this type of customer service is laughable. I'm not a huge fan of them but Waterworks never treated me this way nor left my car visibly dirty. I provided a few photos but trying to capture the exterior debris on a camera phone was like trying to capture the sunset - you can't get the whole picture.

I was a customer at Finish Line for over six years. I had previously received thorough and efficient service. I went in three weeks ago for a detail cleaning of my interior. After four hours and $160, I received my car which was still soaked thoroughly and noticed my dashboards had streaks and that there were areas that had not been cleaned (console, side panels). My seats took two days to dry and left a musty smell in the car. I left a voicemail two weeks ago about my services and have yet to receive any follow up. Thoroughly dissappointed in the service and experience.

They do a great job cleaning my car. Even if you get the cheapest wash, they take care to get everything clean. It always includes vacuuming the inside of the car. They have a membership program and I've been surprised with free washes. The employees are friendly and professional. They work quickly and get lots of cars cleaned. There is often a line and sometimes a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. I've tried other car washes but they didn't clean my car as well and the employees weren't very nice. Finish Line also has better prices than the competition.
