Even when the lines are long it moves decently fast. Provides one of the best washes for the lowest price at only $6 up to $15, they also now offer a pass too. It is a touch car wash which is much better than the touch-less if you're not concerned about that. Provides free vacuums and mat cleanings afterwards with plenty of bays and an air freshener if you want it beforehand. My only complaint is that sometimes they half ass the pre scrub and it can get a little too crowded as the only non self service wash around this area.

Enter at your own risk!!! I had a monthly account with Colorado Express Car Wash in Henderson, Co. On 9/27/2019 I went through the wash and it broke my 3rd tail light on my 05 Escalade. When I ask for repairs ($500.00 Light) they refused and said it is a known problem with this vehicle plus they have a sign not responsible for vehicles over 10 years old. I searched everywhere on the internet and also, I called the Dealer and repair shops didn't find anything about 3rd brake lights that fly off and this company could not show me any documentation showing the this is a known problem. Also, this company refused to give me any contact names or business info so, I can pursue other options. My light just didn't fall off all the clips that hold the light were broke. When I purchased the monthly pass, they did not disclose to me about the 3rd light problems with the Escalade. If I would have been informed of this issue, I would never put my car through this car wash. Also, the DM was so disrespectful and nasty she would not even show me the respect and take 2 minutes and walk out and look at the damage. WOW!!!

Efficient staff, a short wait, and a good cleaning wash. All the ingredients to a great car wash experience. Great place with awesome vacuum stations that are completely free to use. I have driven past here several times where wait times exceeded 40 minutes just due to the lines. This is the only reason they have four stars, even so I don't see how they could help if everyone wants a car wash the same day. The staff are great, I highly recommend this location. Other note however, they do use certain brushes, if your driving a classic, sports car, etc you may prefer a hand wash as sometimes (super super rarely) it can scratch paint. Especially on older cars.

Was there on an extremely busy day and the line appeared to move very quickly and there were plenty of employees. My only criticism is that the vaccum bays were quite littered up. It would greatly improve the experience if one of the team member were tasked with ensuring large debris was picked up timely.

Colorado Express is a great service with friendly employees and well-managed. I bought the monthly membership recently so I can wash the car unlimited times for $29.99/ mo. It seems to be a popular car wash that gets a steady stream of customers. They have a floor mat washer which is very helpful plus free vacuums. Love this place for a great value overall!

We are members here and before they did all the renovations here it was one of the best washs around by far. Now everytime we go there are always spots on the hood and glass. I think when they apply the wax it's to close to the rinse and ends up going on at the same time in my opinion. It was even worse with the new drying system they put in but they since reverted back to the old dryers. It wasn't broke guys why change it?

I don't think I got the car wash that I paid for? Definitely didn't get tire shine even though I paid for the highest package. They pack you in like sardines in the wash so there is a lot of pressure to get out of the way on the exit side.

I have been going to the car wash since it opened and never had a bad wash. Since the “remodel” I have been twice and both times were absolutely awful!! The first bad wash I just assumed it was bad luck and ignored it this time was even worse. I went in and complained and they did let me wash again but it did not help. They no longer have workers that wet/scrub your car down as you go into the wash, I paid for the $15 wash and my tires looks like they weren’t even touched by soap or a brush, there is not enough water to clean the soap off so I have dried soap streaks all over my windows and hood, and it seems like they shorten the dry time so now my car comes out just as wet as the cheap washes. I now need to find another wash because they don’t care anymore about providing good service.

How could Colorado Express Car Wash Improve....? Well let’s start with actually giving a decent car wash for one. If I am going to pay $15 for a “High quality” wash I expect it to actually clean my car. The actual car wash pushes your car through so fast didn’t even have time for the suds to really do anything. Didn’t even get the bird poop off my window( I did use the prep station before entering the car wash). Now let’s get to the Car-Mat cleaner machine, one was out of order so there was a line of people waiting for the one that was working, then the water that was being used in the actual machine smelled like rancid fish, so now my car-mats in my car smell the same. Then you had to run them through the machine more then once because the thing didn’t clean really anything off the mats.. I definitely will never come back to this car wash

They damaged by brand new truck. 3 months old. Check out the photos. I noticed this immediately after getting home from the wash. These scratch lines and large chip are from a machine. This can't be caused by anything else. They sold me on a monthly pass and this was the third time I used it. Management wouldn't offer to fix it, they didn't have the balls to even call me back. If you care about your car, find somewhere else. Or even hand wash it. 66K truck damaged by a car wash. Unreal.

People here did a very nice job of making sure we were satisfied with our wash. Our pickup was really dirty, and the first wash didn’t get our vehicle very clean. So they let us rewash for free, (which they upgraded), came out to make sure it got clean, AND gave us free air fresheners and a microfiber cloth. We will be returning! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They closed for a week in May 2019 and the new equipment they installed is a downgrade. The car comes out very spotted, the dryer barely moves water across the car and the attendant doesn't scrub the front anymore. Time to find a new car wash.

I’m pretty disappointed this time. I paid for the $15 car wash and my car still had a ton of dirt on my running boards and residue on my bumpers. I’ve had better cleaning at other automatic car washes so I know it’s possible to get a better end result. I would ask for a refund but I didn’t get a receipt.

Paid $30 for monthly package and no notification, signs, etc (even from guy working by pay machine) that you have to go into the office to register after you pay. Car wash broke less than 2 weeks later and my membership wasn’t able to be found when it was actually working again since I didn’t register (again the guy working the pay machine when I bought it said nothing of the sorts). Paid $30 for one wash and $15 to renew the membership by the time it was actually working again. Does a good job washing my work truck. We’ll see if it actually stays operational for more than 2 weeks, $45 for 2 washes is excessive. If it can’t stay operational then at least Carwash USA is opening in Brighton in a couple months....

My only real grip is that the guide rails are too high for my car and it somewhat scrapes due to the incline of the entry ramp. Wish they would reduce the overall clearance but then again there are lots of trucks up in this area so it's probably fine for them

best car wash in colorado, they have guys that will give it a quick scrub before you enter the state of the art new age car wash machine, It is pretty good, leaves the car spotless and looking like if its summer when its winter. Rivaling the lickety split car wash in brighton, which does leave water spots. Its pretty cheap for the quality and efficentness. Can be confusing when going there for first time but easy to figure out, workers guide you onto the tracks

Not good you could see it just got washed,but didn't come clean. This place is a joke don't go here.They tried saying nothing could mess up the car. Wasn't trying to get anything just an apology for ruining the rear wing. On top of that they have one mat wash for the whole lot the other one was broken.Over all very dissatisfied with the employee I dealt with as well as the wash itself. I paid $15 dollars for what will end up costing me more to have it repaired. If you value your car like me please don't take it here. They will not take responsibility for a 1/50 mistake/acccident. Will update with results of outcome on the actions that they take. Couldn't upload video but it's loose.... update it took a month to get a reply back. My boyfriend did fill out a incident report. Before he was able to, one of your managers in charge of incidents rudely denied that his car was messed up and that she would deny the claim even if he filled it out. We believe that the rear wing being knocked loose was a simple accident. The fact is that it did happen there and instead of being apologetic and finding a solution,she was argumentative and rude.

Everyone is so nice and it’s not just one or two, the entire crew is top-notch! It never fails I always see the team running over to the pay stations to help people that don’t know how to swipe their card. It’s almost instant help and they’re on top of it. Seriously everyone has a smile on there face! The vacuums are crazy good and so is the drying process at the end of the wash. VERY excited to see the new equipment they’re putting! Can’t wait.

I'm giving them a 3 because they do offer free vaccums. However, I wouldnt suggest using their wash. Ive used it twice and have noticed sinve I did, the top coat started peeling in spots on my car. After chatting with a friend about it, she said she had cancelled her monthly membership for the same issues. I dont know for sure if thats what it is, but I never had any of these problems until after I used them...

This is a great carwash. It really does what it's supposed to do, wash your car! The staff is helpful and friendly and the wash does a great job. They also offer free vacuums that are really well kept and easy to use. I recently had an issue and reached out to their management via email. They promptly acknowledged my concern and made the situation right. Good company and a good product.

I usually go here because it washes my truck really well. Other drive thru washes typically leave some dirt along the side and wheels. The vacuums are free to use which is another bonus.

I've used this car wash three times and each time I've paid for th undercarriage wash and every time I never feel the high pressure under the car. I asked the young girl working inside the office and she yes it's a high pressure undercarriage wash. I asked her for it being such "high" pressure why do I not feel anything underneath my feet? She said to me in a very sarcastic voice to come back and talk to the manager then yelled at me to have a great day. Very immature. I've been to numerous car washes and I can always feel the "high" pressure washing under my car. I've think in paying for a service that I'm not getting.

This place is a joke 2 times I've used them first time my car was washed poorly so I went and had to run my car through the car wash a second time .. they gave me a cupón so i came back today my car had some egg residue on it used my cupón end of story they left my car worse then what it looked like dirty it came out of the car wash with egg shells still stuck to it and tons of soap as if they didn't even rinse it .. the soap dried and well I'll never go back again

My young daughter got sick and threw up a little out the window of our Yukon. The attendant said they wouldn't scrub off throw up from the exterior of the vehicle because "it has human acid in it which is bad for our chemicals and brushes". Huh? It's a couple ounces of puke and it's going to defeat their multi-million dollar tunnel wash?? I grabbed the brush they have out front and scrubbed it my self in a whole 20 seconds. I tipped the attendants $4 too on my way in to be cool knowing there was a little extra scrub to be done. Not coming here again.

Well I do like this place and its super affordable, however that affordability attracts dummies and idiots and no need to go any further! The staff here is awesome. They space the cars way too close through the wash. Some idiot put their car in reverse and hit my car. If we would have been spaced further apart they would not have hit my car but because we were so close....and because I'm assuming these dummies are so smart....yes....this is what kind of drivers we deal with beside us every day.....UNBELIEVABLE!

The place is great, they have $20 a month subscription that works out pretty well for me. Especially with all the wet weather and mag chloride, they have been putting down. Only thing I would suggest is loading the cars a little further apart when it's busy. You have some people that would stop on their breaks at the end of the dryers ( not supposed too) and create some close calls. Great place and great value overall if you want a good auto carwash. I have always had a problem with touchless carwashes, these guys have the brushes that work way better in my experience.

I absolutely LOVE coming here, as the staff (and one awesome guy in particular!) is always smiling or laughing, and they ALWAYS do an amazing job!! I am contracted to keep my vehicle as clean as possible. With all the dust, pollen, rain, and hardwater spots from the sprinklers, I'm over there several times a week, and they never tire of taking care of me. It's nice to feel appreciated as a customer!! **Bonus: If you have subs and bump through the wash, they turn the lights on in the wash for a strobe effect

Great customer service. I had just finished vacuuming, and realized I locked my keys in my car, while it was running! I walked to to the front office to ask for help, and without hesitation, Eddie said he would gladly help. Within minutes he was able to unlock my car! This has been my go to place since I first got my car I've never had any issues with this car wash and it's even better with the free vacuuming, it's always nice to be able to take my time to take care of my car the way it deserves to be taken care of! I would highly recommend this place to anybody who washes their car religiously like I do. The $30 membership per month really does pay off, I wash my car at least twice a week during the summer time but even if I were to only do it 3 times a month it's a huge bargain! If you love your car as much as I love mine then this is the place to go to without a doubt!
