Robert at CCAD is a true professional. I had his team tint my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee back in February. The temperature was really too cold, which caused the water to freeze between the tint and the window, causing the tint to have millions of tiny bubbles. I called Robert, and he scheduled me to have the tint removed and re-done, free of charge. At that appointment, he not only re-tinted the Jeep, but he also cleaned and detailed the entire vehicle, inside and out. When we picked up the Jeep, we were shocked by how great it looked! On top of that, he had his team tint my Genesis sedan for free, as a gift for being so understanding, and as a house-warming gift. Due to an unfortunate family emergency, Robert was forced to go out of town the day before the appointment for my Genesis, but instead of cancelling, he had Rosanna (the owner of his tinting company) come to my house to do the job, and it looks great! Robert's professionalism, and dedication to his customers has made me a lifetime customer. I will not bring my vehicles anywhere else! I have recommended CCAD to my friends and family, and my uncle recently had his Toyota Tacoma tinted at Robert's shop. He is very happy with the finished product, and the service he received as well. I found Colorado Custom online and was initially impressed with the reviews. I stopped in without an appointment and he made time to discuss my problem. Large scratch on a vehicle and had a lease turn-in this week. He took time from his work in progress, pulled my vehicle into the shop, dropped what he was doing, and then fixed the scratch perfectly. I had moved back to Colorado from Illinois and I had a tarp in my truck bed to cover all my stuff from getting snow on it when I had arrived to Colorado my truck had been badly scratched on the sides of my bed I got online to see where I can take my truck to get those scratches removed and I came across Colorado custom auto detailing I brought my truck in and Robert checked my truck and gave me a lot of info about my truck paint he is very dedicated and very passionate with the work he does he made me feel safe leaving my truck with him. when I went to pick up my truck words can't explain how amazing he left my truck it was so shiny and just looked so clean he removed all the scratches and mind you it was so many of them in my bed and there is not one scratched or a swirl mark I was running late to pick up my truck and he went out of his way to keep waiting for me until I recieved my truck thank you so much Robert please come here to get your work done here you won't regret it !!

I took my new truck to get tinted at a shop in Parker. The were kind to take it through their neighboring car wash to go the extra mile however, that car wash scratched the hell out of my new truck. Robert was referred to me through a friend for paint correction and ceramic coating. When I picked up the truck, it looked as though is was newer than new. As if nothing had ever happened to it. It looked wet, glossy, shiny and new. I could brush my teeth or style my hair in the paint if I needed to. Robert is authentic and genuine. He is thoughtful and a slow seller, not a quick closer which shows me, as a salesman, that he is looking for the long lasting business relationship. His professionalism and compassion has developed in me a level of trust for him. Nothing short of amazing! We took in our Land Rover LR4, and I felt like what I was wanting done was impossible! Best-of-the-best! Finding Robert at Colorado Custom was an absolute blessing. No need to look any further -call him. Robert is the Picasso of auto-detailing. My Mom exploded a 1/2 gallon of milk underneath the drivers seat / rear-passenger foot area of her Subaru Forester while visiting from out of town. This nastiness permeated through through the carpet, saturated the sound insulating foam and creeped its way into the under seat air-conditioning vents… I called around. I can't say enough how happy I am with how my truck turned out. It had scratches all up and down the sides from trees off roading over the years and on the door from my 90 lb mastiff jumping out the window a few times. When I picked it up it looked better than when I bought it. All the deep scratches everyone told me would have to be repainted to remove Robert made them all disappear. Saved me so much $$$$!!! I went to a few different detail shops and this shop was the most knowledgeable shop with years of experience. Customer service is on the next level. He made my 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser look like it was repainted! Looks brand new and amazing. Great attention to detail. Pictures do not do it justice. The hood was repainted at one point and you use to be able to tell. After the detail, you can't! Amazing work.

Robert is absolutely amazing! I found him a week before my kid was to be born and wanted to get my older car detailed in time to get the car seat in before he came. Robert worked the weekend to get my car in and done so we could have it in time for his birth. My car is older but Robert treated it just like it was new. After Robert was done, it liked BRAND NEW! I never would have thought it could be brought back to that condition. If you think the price is high, wait until you see his work. I have a pretty small garage for my apartment and even though I have a small hatchback, I'm still getting used to driving into it. Because of this I've had some scrapes with my car against the entrance of the garage. Whoops. Fortunately Robert at Colorado Custom is good at his work. The first visit for my first incident with the garage, he was able to buff out most of the scratch on the paint to where it was not very visible unless you were looking at it. Recently, I was worried the front of my car was badly damaged because of all the paint transferred, but he just removed the paint quickly for free and there was no damage underneath (which I was glad). He's a good honest man and I'll be going to him for any car detail work I need.

I own a Mercedes SUV and brought it in to be detailed and to have a door ding removed. Robert, the owner, is very meticulous and detail oriented. He did a phenomenal job with both of my requests. He took the time to explain to me the technique he used to remove the door ding. He chose to remove the door panel to "message the dent" from the inside rather than applying more aggressive techniques from outside the vehicle for the type of dent that I had. The results were magnificent. I can't tell at all where that not so socially minded person decided to rudely slam their car door into my beautiful car. I had mentioned having the car mats done forgetting that I chose just an external detail only, and though he didn't have to, Robert did the mats for me anyway. Everything was reasonably priced. Robert and his team also stand behind their work.
