Our favorite local car wash, the only complaint would be on the weekend, when they speed up the wash leaving the car a bit dirty and wet in spots. Other than this minor issue, it's obvious they take pride in quality of service.

This place is ALWAYS busy. It's a fully automated car wash that offers vacuum service with no time limit. There are various levels of washing that you can get done and it has a floor matt cleaning station. There is a windshield guy that walks around and if you have a crack they will offer to fix it for you. I have been going here for years and it's always been a good experience. It does get packed to the point you could be waiting for a vacuum station but it's worth it.

Stop wasting money at Waterway. I used to wash my car every week to two weeks at Waterway spending $34 dollars a wash plus $4 for my cargo spot in my trunk. I’ve switched to Car Wash Express and I never have any problems. Little annoyed when the windshield repair men want to talk to me about my windshield when I’m in a rush but still great. I never have the machine missing a spot and I love being able to vacuum my own car and wash my own mats. Very great people and great location. Sure it can be busy at times but the membership is a great deal to bypass some of the line too (don’t think you’re gonna cut anyone off though).

I have a membership ship with car was express. I purchased the one year deal and I love it. The stuff always nice and welcoming. It’s in my route when I pick up my son from school so I stop by 3-4 times a week and never got disappointed. Also the vacuum is very strong and clean very well.

I ignored the reviews here that said about the damage the car wash had caused and decided to go there seeing the 4 and 5 star reviews which was a very bad decision. After going through the car wash the side mirror cover was broken and there was a dent on the metal trim of the door. On reporting to the guys there nothing could be done on that day as it was past 5 PM and next day was Thanksgiving. I was promised that Friday morning I will receive a call from them and it will be fixed but I had to call and to my surprise nothing was initiated from their side. Other than the damage the car wash was pretty bad which left spots all over the windshield and side glasses. Not sure how it cleans well for other customers who have rated 4 & 5.

I love Car Wash Express! My wife and I both have the year pass that they sell around Christmas time. I love being able to wash my car and not have any regrets if it rains 4 hours later which is exactly what happens in Colorado. Vacuums are free and do a really great job. It can get pretty crowded during high traffic times like during the weekend and evenings. Of course the first Sunny nice day after a storm always draws a large crowd. Fortunately there are two places for cars to get washed and plenty of vacuums so you're rarely waiting very long for a spot. I like the staff they work hard and they're always friendly. Note but they do have a windshield replacement partner on site so if you have chips or a cracked windshield be prepared for someone to talk to you about getting that fixed. I'm sure they do a great job but I prefer to do it on my own time if you tell them this they'll politely move on. Overall I definitely recommend purchasing the year pass around Christmas or getting a monthly payment plan as these are the most cost-effective purchases. Of course most importantly the car wash does a great job cleaning your car!

Adam the site manager will have no problem selling you a $18 car wash, but will certainly forget to mention that they turn the brushes off for trucks. So your car gets a $18 rinse and then will proceed to tell you that you should have known that prior to entry. I’ve run my truck through this wash before while the brushes were used without issue.

Just wish they would not send cars in with like a foot of space between them two if the car in front hits their brakes or does not go at the end someone will hit them but other than that great! About the past 10 car washes I have been too here their is a weird and bad odar at the vaccums and inside the car wash also the attendees don't pay attention that much when putting the car through and I can feel my wheel go up over the side sometimes

Today, changing my review unfortunately....Normally the car washes are exceptional at the car wash express. Today I had to go through twice and my car looks terrible. I am not sure what is going on but I have to go through a third time. It left some kind of a weird spotted film all over the car. I'm very disappointed.

Quick and easy service, especially if you purchase a monthly unlimited pass thanks to the express lane. Dual side Vacuums can be busy, however, during the noon hour of weekends, which is to be expected. On-site carpet cleaners are also very useful.

I had a wonderful experience at this car wash. Staff were very friendly and helpful, considering this was my first time using their wash. Price is cheap in my opinion, compared to other places I've been. They have a free unlimited use of their vacuums, which they have quite an amount of. My Jeep was pretty dirty; they offered me to go through the wash again, on the house, if I was not satisfied with the result. Little bit of a drive but definitely recommend. :)

It does a poor job on getting the front and rear of my Nissan Leaf clean as well as drying it. On my F-350 it cleans ok but doesn't dry well. My prior half ton truck it did an excellent job on cleaning and drying. The attendants have always been helpful and friendly. One time I had items in the bed that I forgot about and they pulled them out prior to going into the wash and brought them to me at the end.

They no longer let you load your card with 8 basic washes at a discount. They now only allow you to load 4 ea $14 washes. Bad idea. If you allow people a $1 discount for a basic they will come more often. That little card gave me a psychological “win”. Now I have to pay an extra $1 for each wash and will come less often. Do the math, guys, I think you will find your bottom line goes down not up. The wash itself is fine and that is why I gave 3 stars.

This place is great! It can handle a lot of cars in a quick amount of time. Vacuum stalls which allows for 2 people to vacuum car at the same time, and a car mat washer that works well. My truck had not been washed in months and came out very clean - entire experience from vacuum to driving away took maybe 15 minutes.

The heated fans towards the end get my large truck the most dry compared to other car washes. This place rocks compared to the other locations in H.R.. I come here every couple of weeks to use the free vacuums they offer. The vacuums are surprsingly powerful and easy to use, unlike many of the paid ones I find at gas stations. The car wash can run a little on the high side, about $12-18 per wash depending on what you get. My car has always come out exceptionally clean though so it's worth it. The customer service is good. Everyone is friendly and very efficent at what they do. They make the experience relaxed yet fast. This location also has a window repair service on site. They do free quick windshield inspections while you vacuum. I haven't used this service because it is WAY more expensive than the nearby Safelite. The salesmen are nice, but SUPER salesy. Watch out for them. Bottom line, if you need to keep your car clean, this is the place to go.

This is a brush car wash with vacuuming capabilities included in the price of your wash. They have a floor mat cleaning station and an air pump that is included as well. If your front or rear bumper is dirty around the center, or if you have extensive bugs in your windshield, make sure you ask the attendant to clean it off as you enter. They are more than willing to, and the automatic wash often misses those areas. You can buy a monthly pass for $30, which pays for itself during the harsh winters.

This car wash and service is great. Special mention of Randy at this location. I accidentally vacuumed up a USB cable. He came out and searched the tube and canister and it didn't come out, but took my contact info for when he would check again at the end of the day. He did just that, found it, and called me that evening. All with a great friendly attitude. The location has good vacuums :), car mat washer, and the wash does a good, while quick job. I'd suggest bringing a towel to dry off a few left over drip spots after going through the wash.

I dont even know where to begin with my experience(s) at this place. Let’s start with the vacuum/mat area. Pull up to use the vacuums that barley do anything, are louder then any car wash vacuum I’ve ever heard. Next you take your mats to somewhere that’s suppose to clean them right. Upon placing your mat into the machine look at the rollers you will notice what appears to either be a company that doesn’t care or employees that don’t care. There is a ton of hair stuck on the rollers in the place that’s suppose to “clean” your mats. After the hair infested mat cleaner your mat then falls into the rustiest trey I’ve ever seen. Cars on the east coast have less rust then that basket. Next you put your “clean” mats back into your car and get in the driver seat of your “vaccumed” car. And proceed to the car wash. You will be greeted by employees that don’t smile/wave instead they just slap water on your windshield and roll their eyes. Now I’m not saying this next part is gonna happen to all your cars but this is what happened on my experience here. (Everything else will true be there so enjoy!) About half way done with the wash and a loud crack happens and a slam on the passenger door. What was it? The passenger mirror that was ripped off the passenger door and left black wax and scratches all over the door. Pulled out and immediately found the “manger” what a “pleasure” it was meeting Dayne. Dayne had a poor attitude upon representing a company that just damaged private property. He looked around at the damage and had no sympathy or remorse almost as if this was a common problem.... goes and grabs a incident report. He proceeds to tell us that all damage will be covered and if a rental car is needed we will be provided with exactly that. We then notice the aetena is missing with scratch marks along the car. Dayne did mention that it says to remove the aetena upon entering. He proceed to tell us that this is a 8 year old car and it basically didn’t matter. So someone put this guy in the position as a manger and he is telling me the car and damage doesn’t matter because it’s 8 years old?? Had to go to ace hardware and buy zipties to get myself and the car home not once did Dayne offer a hand instead he decided to raise his voice at us with the 8 year old car insult. He was told to wear his manger shirt with a bit more pride. Nicely done car wash express. Their “insurance” is handling it now and it appears their rolls have dented the roof as well. $3,000 dollars in damage, best part their “insurance” can’t do anything for 8 weeks, excuse me? Oh then their insurance said they cannot supply a rental car? So why is your manger spreading false information? I would save the trip and avoid all Express car wash as you could end up in the same shoes as us. Go wash your car yourself and don’t have the pleasure meeting these people.

I had a monthly pass for H20 carwash on the west end of town. I cancelled it after going to this carwash. Carwash express is usually open when others are not, they have heated dryers, and the have faster more friendly employees as compared to the H2O complex. I had accidentally deactivated my debit card and the charge wouldn't go through (embarrassing)... But the young man comped the wash. I drive out of my way to give them my business now.

Get the yearly pass, it goes on sale toward the end of the year and there are occasional specials. Worth every penny to be able to come through many times during winter to get road grime and salts off the car. The facility is clean and tidy all the time, the staff is quick and helpful. The vacuums are very good especially if you park on the stalls toward the building.

This is my favorite car wash in town - interior kits are available at extra cost, but when a quality contact car wash is made as affordable as it is here, it's no big deal to go the extra mile for your vehicle. It's also quite convenient that game vacuums are free (last I checked - a couple days ago) so if you're just needing to clean up a little, that's an option. I recommend this wash to everyone I know.

Full service car wash, it has vacuums, matt cleaners, tire pump, and of course the wash all included with every wash. It's all self service and the wash is automatic you just sit in your car. I like to purchase the yearly unlimited pass usually sold in the fall, but you can also purchase the monthly unlimited.

This is the best self-service carwash I’ve ever been to. The car wash itself does a pretty darn good job. The vacuums are really strong. If I had any complaints, it’s that they are pretty busy on the weekends and the vacuums can all be full, But that’s not their fault. If you like keeping a clean car, I suggest their unlimited monthly service for $30 a month and go as often as you’d like.

I love this car wash experience!!! Been coming here for years. I've moved out of the area, but still come here to clean my vehicles. The staff always takes amazing care of me and, my vehicles!!! Love that you can spend all the time you need to vacuum. You can also wash your mats here free!!! They have all the items in a vending machine you need for a beautifully clean vehicle.

I have been coming to this location for over six months and over the last few months I t is progressively getting worse. I have tried to call repeatedly to talk to management but mailbox is always full and I can never get a hold of anyone. I have tried to bring my issues to the attention of the attendants working but all they say is “thank you for letting me know and telling me how busy they are, so it’s normal the products run out” The car wash is consistently out of product and I have noticed the last few times I have been here going through the car wash has a terrible mildewy odor. I pay for the monthly pass and find that I have to go through the car wash multiple times for my car to get clean. It’s sad to have to write this review, other locations I have been too are amazing and my car looks great. The Highlands Ranch location needs some attention!!!

No joke, this company is brushing the front and back of cars with mud and dirt caked on cars. My car is black and is badly scratched. I am offended that a professional car wash would be so stupid. Mud has to come off first. Common sense! I will not be going to "The Car Wash Express" Big chain that clearly doesn't care about the product. Stupid!

I'll never poke quarters into another gas station vacuum again. This is a MUCH better deal. I paid $2 for the "detail kit" (a bag with 2 windex wipes, 2 ArmorAll wipes, a towel, and an Air Freshener) and got unlimited time at the vacuum. Considering the fact that an Air Freshener alone is about $2, not to mention the amount I would have spent on just a couple of minutes of quarter-fed vacuum use, I think this was a great deal :)

Also it is annoying to have the auto glass people try to repair windshield chips every time you come in. Try to vacuum as quick as possible to avoid them.

Paid $15 for the "ultimate" wash, and got a half job done. Still had dirt in my wheel wells, and mud still left on my door sill, no tire shine was applied. The car was so dirty, I had to drive to a DIY car wash center, and pay even more money for something that should have been done properly the first time. Should have complained, wish I had my $15... Definitely won't be back.

This place is fun. You can vacuum and use the mat washers. So you can take your time and get all the dirt in all the nooks and crannies. Their vacs are super strong. Much easier than doing it at home. Once you have done the interior you get to ride through as the exterior is done by machine. I like the combo. And super friendly staff.
