The staff was friendly and helpful to this first time customer. What you can do for your car after the wash is wonderful. There are bays with vacuum hoses for both sides of the car, and the suction is excellent. Most amazing are the automatic mat washers. You feed the dirty mat into one side of the machine, and it comes out the other side clean. This is all at no additional cost.

The monthly service is a great deal especially during the winter months when cars get extra filthy. I end up going multiple times a week some weeks. Wash is great, though the water or soap they use smells like farts. The compressed air is a lifesaver for detailing the car afterwards. Best times to go are after 9am or after 6pm.

I have the unlimited wash. Let's talk about it. First, if you have a nice car and someone that operates the machine is jealous, you will not get the premium expirence. He/she will give you the basic wash and that's not okay. I've seen it many times and I've seen it on my self all the time. You can tell you get the basic wash when the color soaps don't show up. The color soaps are items that protect your car for a long time and they are very nice. They give you a shine plus they protect the color.

Just went by and my membership was put on hold because my credit card that was on file had been compromised. The girl ran the new card issued by the credit card company. She said she ran it but the carwash account is suspended. "Maybe next time you come it will work". No manager was around. So instead of just letting me wash my car after driving all the way over there and being a customer for 6 months, she sent me away, so that hopefully it'll work the next time I show up. Side note: the water they use smells like rotting garbage, but as long as you put your AC on recycle, you won't really notice.

This is my go-to Car Wash! There are different tiers of washing depending on the amount of grit you need to remove, but regardless of which one you choose the wash comes with unlimited vacuums, mat cleaning & air for your tires. There is always at least 2 attendants who are there to help and give your bumpers a little extra scrub before you head into the wash. I've even seen them get into the beds of trucks and sweep them out beforehand! This is the best CarWash in central Denver.

My wife and I have two cars paying for the best service they have (Polymer Pro). I came in today to wash one our cars and went through the first time and got the basic service. Okay, not a problem I came back around to let the gentlemen at the register know that we pay for their polymer pro and he had no issue letting me through again to receive this service that we pay monthly for. I go through again and once again they gave me the basic service (which isn’t what we paid for.) We pay $80 of our hard earned money for someone to give us less than what we pay for. This isn’t only disrespectful, but also down right dishonest. We will be canceling our service and will not be recommending to friends, family or, anyone reading this review. Aug 7th 5:11 p.m.

Pretty good. Best auto dry I’ve experienced. The free vac is always appreciated and the free air blast to dust out those crannies is a nice touch. A bit pricy for the ultimate ($14) and I can’t really tell if it was that much different than the next level down. Have not noticed the tire shine or extra protectant that it promises. Oh well. If it were 100% touch-less I would absolutely do their monthly package.

After coming here for about a year now, I recently got kicked out, Yes kicked out of the car wash. I had an employee rudely come and touch my tires to see if they were wet. He told me I had to go because I hadn’t gotten a car wash and there were people who were waiting in line for the vaccum, (I had just gotten there, specifically drove 10-15 minutes to get there.) After asking for a manager, I spoke to the manager Tim who then told me if I wasn’t a paying customer I could not use their free services! How ridiculous does that sound?! He was rude and kept arguing with me. I even recorded him because I have never gotten treated in that manner in a car wash for using their free services?! Doesn’t make sense. Not going back again after that. Be careful that you don’t get kicked out because you didn’t buy a car wash. Lol they need to put CLEAR signs stating that the free services are only after you buy a car wash!

This is one of the better car washes I have found around town. It is a little on the high end for price but over all did a very decent job on my truck. It was fairly busy and the parking lot is very tight. If you have a big vehicle you are likely to have some challenges, especially lining up to get into the wash or pulling into a parking place to vacuum.

The vehicle in front of me had large tires and either jumped the track or got stuck. Unaware, my car pushed the vehicle through the wash. This caused a large dent on my hood. The general manager asked for invoices but then changed their mind and refuse to fix my hood. They said i needed to file a claim against the vehicle in front of me. Please note you are responsible for the car behind you, and in front of you. It is their policy.

Horrible experience today trying to wash my car after a weekend in the mountains. While my car was still on the track, the other car in front of me didn't drive out because they still had a "wait" light. The track tried to push me straight into them! I think we even touched but no damage except to my license plate (and they didnt even notice.) Finally got out of there and discovered that my car was still really dirty in the front... So I had to go through again. They let me go the second time for free but the car was still *very* dirty so it didnt really feel like much a favor. Even after the second wash my car is still dirty in places and there are now light scratches all across the hood! Not only that but I spoke with another customer outside, only to then watch as he accidentally bumped his head against the apparatuses that the vacuums are connected to- apparatuses that hang down directly on the customer path, with no room to walk around them! He was hurt, luckily not too badly, but there really should be padding/warning signs around the sharp metal objects that are literally right in the path! And finally, as a few reviews have mentioned the water also smelled horribly like sulfur... I did not use the vacuum. I just wanted to leave!! TL;DR: I left with a dented license plate, a scratched hood, a car that still needs washing, and watched another customer bleed thanks to poor facility design. 0/10

I like being able to stay in my car, but it allows me to notice the brushes being pretty hard on it. Other drive through washes I've been to aren't so rough. It also consistently misses the front center of my car. I've mentioned this twice and they say I can go through again, which doesn't help and they don't seem to care. The DIY mat washer is great (I have rubber mats). Vacuums are convenient.

Car wash was pretty powerful, but still had a few marks left afterwards. The free vacuum and cleaning tools are really nice but we had to wait about 10 minutes for one to open up. The location is somewhat difficult to get in and out of as it is right off of 6 East where 6th Ave begins. Overall a good experience and I would go back. Definitely better than most of the self serve car washes in the downtown area!

Doesn't scratch my car at all unlike other car washes that leave swirl marks. Car wash was not really great, not the worse, but paid $12 for Super and expected more. A little dirt was on the windows and the shine wasn't there. Basic was $9. Down in Dallas, I paid $10 for the wash above basic included hand dry and the car looked fantastic. Maybe I needed the $15 car wash above super? Now that is getting a little pricey for something that will last until the next rain storm or less lol. Don't go to this one or Waterway(Glendale). Give me a subscription car wash for $20-$25 a month for a good car wash place and I'll jump on board. Technically I be paying more instead of saving. Usually get a wash once every month or two. The search continues.....

It cost me over 1900$ to fix what this car wash did to my paint job. I had scratches on my brand new black Mercedes from the head to the rear end of this thing. And when I talked to staff about what had happened, they called me a liar and grabbed their junk while they told me to screw off. Run by teenagers who obviously let a muddy vehicle in before me that packed the wash with rocks and dirt. Then neglected to clean it and let other cars get scratched. -4 stars and a hard lesson learned that you should just do things yourself that you can’t trust teenagers to do for you.

If you are in a hurry, just look at the pictures of what happened to my car when I visited this location to decide whether to go here or not. Full review: I am not the type of person to post negative reviews about businesses because of a bad experience and never have before, as I firmly believe that a single bad experience shouldn’t affect the reputation of a place. However, I do believe that the way management handles a situation does indeed deserve a review. I came to this location on December 4th to wash my newly purchased car. After I paid and went into the lane, in the middle of the wash, I heard a loud sudden cracking sound that startled me. I then stopped at the vacuuming location to try and figure out what happened and where the sound came from. Turns out my passenger side mirror literally broke in half (pictures provided). I took a few pictures and then went to the employee to speak about what happened and he proceeded to give me a form to fill out about my claim. I filled the form out and went on my way after I was told that I will be given a call on the 5th of December. I called on the 5th and no one answered then I got a call on the 6th by a manager (I would rather not mention names). He proceeded to tell me that because I had a scratch (notice he said scratch not crack, because I didn’t have any cracks) on the mirror then that is what caused my mirror to break. According to the manager, when you have a scratch and then high pressure water hits the location of the scratch, it will cause it to break in half. With this logic, if you have a scratch anywhere on your vehicle, just a scratch, then any damage is your fault since high pressure water + scratch = broken in half. When speaking to me and explaining, He kept repeating that this was “in his opinion” as if he was asking me to take it with a grain of salt, and he spoke in a way where you could tell that he himself didn’t believe the excuse he gave me, especially when discussing it in more detail. Coincidently, my mirror broke from the top and bottom part, but no where near this scratch area he is speaking about, that I didn’t even notice was there. For the sake of fairness, I have posted pictures of the crack the car wash caused and also the scratch that apparently caused a big side mirror to literally break in half. You as the reader can make your own judgement on whether to come to this location or not. During our phone call, I was extremely respectful and was just having a conversation with the manager. He ended up becoming more defensive so at that point I told him thank you for your time, as I didn’t want to argue or anything nor was that my intention. I told him that I will be posting a review of my experience, and he gave a big sigh and hung up the phone on me while I was talking. I thought that was extremely rude and disrespectful. Forget about the money, at the end of the day it may cost 200 or 300 to fix the mirror which I am ok with swallowing the cost. But the way I was spoken to is what made my experience complete. Had the car wash spoken to me in a respectful manner and not hang up on me while I am talking, as if they are doing me a favor, I may have not even written a review. I was actually a member at this location with a different car but then I moved further and now I am closer which made me go back to the location. Nice attitude and a respectful way of talking could have gone a long way. Instead, they preferred being rude like I was wasting their time. Sure they may have saved 200 to not fix a mirror which is not a big deal, but they lost a customer and could have easily made that 200 back in no time. Maybe they are right that a scratch and high pressure could cause a mirror to break in half, maybe they aren’t and are just trying to avoid dealing with my claim but regardless of all that, I would have definitely appreciated it had they talked to me with more respect. Go to touchless car washes especially if you have big cars to avoid this kind of situation. Do not go here if you have a scratch on your car lol.

I have the unlimited monthly wash pass and it is the best for me. Any and every time I have went it is fast and smooth. The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is due to the fact that they can work on keeping non paying vehicles out of the vacuum stations and freeing them up for paying customers. Like I said just a small improvement and this has only happen to me a few times.

The carwash takes less than 2 minutes to drive through. There are many vacuum stalls with air for your tires and a place to wash your floor mats. The wash is great, a bit expensive if you get the super wash, but they try to get you to buy the membership, which if you go often, really does make itself useful. Their wax is a little lame, it will come off after a few days. They don’t get upset if you use the vacuums for awhile.
