Terrible Car Wash - DONT USE THIS CAR WASH After spending $18 on one of the premium washes tonight, my car was left with lots of soap (the final rinsing stage is really bad) and some sort of very sticky residue all over. Now I get to spend my afternoon tomorrow trying to remove whatever this car wash covered my car in. Not happy at all.

i have used this place several times with cars from compact to large SUV. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of options. Good price/value ratio. Not perfection, but as good or better than any automatic wash in the area and better than most. Plentiful free vacs and mat cleaners is a plus. Easy to get in and out.

One more star if they would just not have conversations with new customers with the gate up for the new customer. There are three gates, and only one will open at a time. Literally EVERYTIME I stop for a car wash one car is in a lane with their gate open while a thoughtful employee is explaining how things work while other cars sit waiting at the two other gates. Dear owners and employees, please do not open the gate for a new customer until they're ready to roll. This let's other waiting customers go. One more star if they add another set of blowers to the long empty rack to help dry the cars. With the extra rack space, adding more blowers would make this the first car wash in history to send cars out dry instead of spotted with soap running down the sides and back.

Free vacuums all the time. $12 for a basic car wash, but it gets the job done.

MY CAR HAS NEVER EVER BEEN THIS CLEAN! What a great deal for a full car wash with wax, super powerful vacuums, and even a mat washer/vacuum! I'll never go anywhere else.

Fantastic car wash. I went to the grand opening and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My car came out clean and dry. Then they had free vacuums and air blowers to really get the loose material and dust off the carpet and out of the vents. They even had a mat cleaner. If you're in the Castle Rock area, I would definitely recommend visiting this car wash. It's located just west of the outlet mall and across Promenade Parkway to the north of King Soopers.

I love this place. I got a membership for a month for $25. I’ve noticed my car’s plate in the front, folds like the top left. It could be because my car is big? It’s a Nissan Armada 2019, but if this happens to you just complain.

My Jeep was covered in crab apples from sitting under a tree. The bits of fruit stuck like glue. After going through the carwash, I still had fruit stuck on the hood. Free of charge, the general manager, himself, and another employee scrubbed at all the apple bits and sent me through the wash a second time. My Jeep then sparkled once more! Super happy with this second-mile customer service. I'll be going back!

Bought the Ultimate for $15. Car looked TERRIBLE! They ran it through again and it looked only slightly better. See pics, they do not do it justice. Still looks terrible. You can see the brush marks in the dirt. Soap left on mirrors, front windows and liftgate. They will not return calls for a refund. Bad business. Go up the street to the touch less wash. Car looks great after the 3rd wash there!

Awesome wash. If you could ever get thru. 3 days now of a traffic jam. Efficiency could go up. Or just less people move here. My suggestion would be to either have built one 4 times this size. Or build 4 more ASAP.

I'm sold and very pleased with the quality of wash job this car/truck wash did on my 2500 HD after a filthy 5 day elk hunt. My truck was filthy but after the $15 wash going through it came out shining! I'll definitely be using this facility again!

Easy in and out.... but if you have a newer car with a primo paint job, be careful. The hood of my wife's car now has lots and lots of tiny scratches on it that weren't there before. Hundreds of them about a half inch long all running the same direction parallel to the travel through the wash. I can't say for sure that it was caused by those brushes but I sure don't recall seeing them before. Just give them some time, read lots of reviews, and see if anyone else reports what I'm seeing.

Unfortunately I give them a chance and bought the top package I have black SUV so it showed where it did not clean. But i loved the do it yourself vacuum however so I gave them a 2.

I have a monthly membership for carwashes and have used car wash Express for a long time. I was excited when they opened this Castle Rock location. While it's a nice, new and clean facility, for some unknown reason, the water smells TERRIBLE. As in, I've been twice in the last 2 weeks, and it left an old, dirty water, rancid smell in my car for the rest of the day. Im not sure why! I went back to the Aurora location, which was amazing, and not stinky. It's really off-putting.

Got the season pass. Staff is always alert and friendly and on their game. Lines move quickly. Only two areas for real improvement... my side mirrors always have water spots and my running boards never seem to get clean on top. I wish if you had running boards they would clean those instead of the front and back which is more needed in my opinion. The second request is I used to really like the small air spray guns that you could use to blow out dirt in your interiorcrevices and small cracks. It was very unique as I've never seen this other than other place. Sad to see the last couple weeks I was therethat none of them were working and I think they might have been removed. Let's hope they are coming back.

Was excited to try his place, will not go back. Spent $15.00 on their ultimate wash, either the car wash was malfunctioning or it just does not do a good job. Not impressed, the touchless car wash across town cleaned my vehicle better. Now I have a coat of wax over dirt. Waste of money!

I prefer the Parker one but I have unlimited that lets me use any of them. I like the vacuums at Parker better though.

It’s convenient for Meadows’ residents and has 3 lanes. Got the monthly wash package- pretty decent pricing. Vacuums are good too. Now for the not so awesome part- their Dryers. All the end of the wash, the dryers do a very mediocre job. There is a bunch of water and even soap all over the car. It’s frustrating. Maybe, they can provide free soft cloths to use to dry off the excess water/wash.

Meh. It did what is was supposed to do. Price is comparable to other car washes in and around the area as well as Denver. Free vacuums. Can't really knock it too much, but I've read a few other reviews and can't agree on some things. So in the end, I paid, got a car wash, used the vacuums, and left with a clean car. My issue with this and others is price in general. Thus the 3 stars.

I came in with window paint on my back windshield and the nice men not only scrubbed it hard the first time, but after seeing how it didn’t come off after the first wash, let me go again for a second wash! They got out scrapers and worked on my car for a solid two minutes. Best customer service I’ve ever had! Thank you to those two nice men who helped get my car all shiny and clean again!

I give this three stars, and the 3 are for the vacuums that are provided. The wash itself is pretty terrible. My Jeep is hard for automated washes to get clean, but I took my wives explorer which was only relatively dirty. We ended up running it through twice and it still came out terrible. If you need to do a good interior clean with vacuums, air and floor mat cleaners i'd recommend it. If your looking for a quick exterior wash, go just about anywhere else and get a better job done.

This is my go to wash! Staff is friendly and my car always comes out clean even after a colorado snow! The free vaccums are great especially when I need to rid trash and junk out of my car. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I think that it is worth it since my car turns out clean every time, plus I think the soap they use smells nice when I have my air on :)

Love that this is so close to my house, and the washes are pretty good too. I would have to say the most annoying thing for sure is their lack of ability to streamline the use of coupons. It usually takes many minutes to get someone to come out to scan their card to be able to use the coupon, and really slows down the speed of the line.

I love this place! Very professional employees, all speak English too! ;) I have a new Audi and it's never been scratched here unlike some of the other reviews suggest, which I suspect are fake reviews from the competition. This place has made the competition nervous and with good reason. I love that Castle Rock finally has other options. Get used to it Motospa! Lol!

I drive a small SUV and it missed dirt on the back trunk/tail and left tons of soap on my side mirrors. Not worth the price for a partially washed car. The line moves fast but maybe that is why there is a lack of quality. I bet if you add 1-2 more minutes so cars come out clean and no soap it would actually help your business. I will continue to wash my car in Denver where they know what they are doing (for less money I can get the car washed, vacuumed, mats cleaned, interior wiped and car had dried for less money) in about 10 minutes.
