If I didn"t want my car to be washed all the way, I would have some child do it. Having gone thru twice and the same spot not cleaned I spoke to the Mgr about the issue. Mgrs story of a new top brush Replacement. Great! thought it would help. Weeks later I washed my car, and the same thing happened again, same area too. Went thru a 2nd time informed the prewash guy about the issue and to wash that area. His poor attitude dismissed my request. Same issue occurred and relayed customer experience. Same answer about the brushes. Check your vehicle before you leave.

The only grip is that I've had my driver side wiper ripped off in mid wash but that's only been in that last 2 washes over 4 years and I don't K one what's changed but it might be cheap blades on my part. Always a good place to go!

I travel a lot and tried plenty of car wash places before. This place offers excellent service. Kind, professional staff. Very powerful vacuums, I mean REALLY powerful! The car wash tunnel is filled with giant brushes and the pressure of water is extremely high. Because the tunnel is long and wash is thorough it almost feels like you are in a theme park ride. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

For a fully automated car wash, it's pretty good. The drying is only by blower fans at the tunnel's exit (no manual wipe-down), so you will have residual water on your vehicle which will later turn into spots and streaks. The vacuums are nice and powerful with great reach. My biggest complaint, like other reviewers have noted, is that the traffic layout is really bad due to the small parcel of land this car wash is located upon. I didn't have any problems at the merge after paying, but I can see the potential for jams/conflicts. For me, the challenge was getting into a space to vacuum after the wash. I had to stop in the exit lane after the tunnel while waiting for a guy who just finished to get in his car, start-up, back out, and drive off. In the meantime, cars are still coming through the wash tunnel behind me. I imagine there may be times when the operators have to stop the tunnel flow due to a traffic jam in the exit lane at the vacuum stations.

Great price and because of that some of the responsibility is on you. Things you do include vacuuming, which is free! They offer towels for the dash and interior for $2 extra. It's not a touch free wash, which is why I gave them 4 stars. They do have a membership fee or punch cards that can save you additional money!

PLEASE UPGRADE THE WASH/RINSE EQUIPMENT AT THE BROOMFIELD LOCATION TO MATCH THE PRODUCT AT YOUR OTHER DENVER AREA LOCATIONS! I have been a monthly pass customer for nearly 2 years and have washed at nearly all your locations in and around Denver with wonderful service and a bright shiney vehicle when done. Unfortunately, the Broomfield store experience has consistently left me disappointed. The wash is not up to par, the rinse never removes the soap solution, and the dryer makes sure to adhere the unrinsed soap to my vehicle. By the time I get the car home, the soap residue makes my vehicle look like it should be on a "Got Milk!" commercial. I will upgrade my rating when you upgrade the equipment.

For the money it makes no sense to go to one of the car washes put in a roll of quarters and bust your hump trying to get your car clean. When going here makes so much more sense, free vacuums, excellent service, and a drive through car wash that does a awesome job. Spotless every time.

The wash didn't get my car totally clean the first time through, in fact it left some pretty sizeable patches of dirt. But the staff was more than willing to let me come through again. The vacuums and mat cleaners are a nice addition as well.

Very nice car wash with special starting from $35/m or $300/y and that includes the package that normally cost $17 with triple foam, wheel shine and underbody blast, windshield Xrepellent, etc. They also have available to purchase a dry pack for only $3! They even have a mirror as you exiting to see how clean your car is. One of the best car washes around! I'm not usually a friend of automatic car washes I prefer hand-wash car washes, but if you want a good cleaning for your car fast, this is a good place.

Thomas was EXTREMELY helpful on correcting a sticker placement mistake made by the Northglenn/Thornton location. Because of its position, the auto scanner for the fast pass lane would never work, which was very frustrating. He also provided me with supplies to remove the old sticker that the other location’s employee could not remove all the way. Thank you Thomas! Solid Car wash. Friendly staff, and the wash is pretty thorough. It does get pretty busy at certian times, but if you go during non-peak hours, you can get in and out in no time. I also like that they give you free tire air, vacs, and floor mat cleaners to use before you go through the wash. My only issue with this place is that the air dryers don't quite get the job done, and if I don't get out and wipe down the doors and bumpers, I get spots all over my car. The subscription plans are a decent deal.

Always great service at Car Wash Express! Washing my truck by hand is no fun... signed up for a reasonable monthly charge for unlimited washes. Had the service for a year with no complaints and 100% uptime. They just offered a yearly contract that upgraded the wash and saved over $100... can’t beat that. Little busy on the weekends, I would advise visiting on the weekdays before or after work.

We have an express pass to this Car Wash for our newer vehicle. It allows us to wash the car as often as we want, during business hours, and to use the vacuums too. It's quick and thorough and hard to beat the price for what it buys. Beware, this is not a brushless facility.

For the price that I'm paying on a monthly pass you would think they do a better job of making sure everything is cleaned properly. The cars are so close to each other going through the tunnel that the brushes and mops always fail to get the front of the vehicle. The guys standing at the entrance of the tunnel with a bucket and handbrush might as well not even be there because they're the ones that are supposed to be getting the front and rear of the vehicle but they half ass it so bad I have to go through a second time just to make sure it's all clean. Seriously considering another monthly carwash pass elsewhere since there are many in the area.

Car washes nice people they are really nice didn't wash my car that gray last time and they would let me go through again. They do have free vacuums if you go through the carwash so you really can't beat that either way. The vacuums work really good too I may have a Mac cleaner as well. They also have cool little car detailing kits so you don't have to buy a whole pack of wipes, although I wish they included one more cleaning and Shining wipe.

Car wash does a decent job for the most part. When they are busy, they pack cars in and the brushes cannot seem to keep up from one car to another. If the car is not to your satisfaction, they will allow you to run through again at no cost.

I had never been to this kind of car wash before and told the manager at the entrance this after he asked. We pulled in line and wanting us to be impressed with the job so he took over and scrubbed the front down. Then the issue happened. This metal thing tried to push us forward while I had it in drive with my foot on the brake, waiting for our turn to drive through. $18 for the car wash was incredibly impressive, but the $150 new tire for our car was not. Plus we were going home and we had to stop before we left to put air in it and stop again in Kansas to put air in it. If he would have told me to put the car in neutral I would have left 5 stars, because I really was impressed with how clean the car was. This could have been avoided.

This is the most awesome car wash I have ever used. They have dozens of vacuums to use, the actual wash is far more elaborate than any other I've seen (longer, more rollers, more sprayers), and if your car isn't perfectly clean when you exit you can pull back up to the entrance and they will let you go through for free until it's clean! Great find!

For $17 the damn wheels better be clean, they were not; they didn't give me a towel to wipe interior and they told me on the phone before I came that they wash "the entire car with hand brushes"... they didn't. I won't be back

Please fix the express pass scanner, if I need to hit my truck mirror on your scanner to be close enough to work, there is an issue. And please stop skimping on the washes, I routinely go through and only 1/2 the brushes even work.

I used to come here all the time and haven't been able to find another car wash that I like as well since we moved. Great prices, great layout- free vacuums along both sides before you go through the wash and then 2 after so you can vacuum after too if you prefer. I like their pre-packaged kits with wipes and air fresheners. If I don't use them all, I keep them them in my glove box for touch-ups. I love that they do a quick pre-scrub with soap and brushes before you go through- helps to get the "tough gunk" on the front especially.

I got the yearly package. I’m kind of sorry that I did. The bar reader that lets me in usually doesn’t work. Whenever it’s busy they funnel three lines into one with no one directing who goes next. It’s always a cluster **** of confusion. I just got through all of that and the side panel washers weren’t spinning and no soap came out of the cleanser dispensing apparatus. There are spots all over my windshield. Really disappointed.

The guys are really nice. Great customer service. The set up is awkward. First of all there are three lanes feeding into one wash - so you have to hope folks are being courteous and taking turns. Second there are two sets of vacuums. One before the wash and a set after the wash. The ones before the wash you have to work through the three lanes merging into one lane. Then same problem getting out of vacuum lanes into the car wash lane. The wash itself is okay and 30 day unlimited washing price is good. It leaves soap on the vehicles, doesn't dry well and misses my front quarter panel on passenger side everytime.

Despite having reasonable prices I was disappointed in the overall quality of the wash. I purchased the $15 Ultimate Wash, yet nothing was ultimate about it. Bug splatters remained on the front of my truck around and onothe grill, and also on the windshield and windows, something I don't expect from any car wash regardless of cost (especially since the bug residue is less than three days old) The body panels came out alright, but their "enhanced" tire cleaning and shine didn't seem all that special, I could have gotten better results from a $1 can of tire shine from Dollar Tree. The wash also left a lot of large soap suds on my rear window which have turned into spots. Overall I would not recommend this car wash, at least for a heavily soiled vehicle. In some ways my car actually looks worse. They claim to offer an underbody flush with rust prevention on washes Ultimate and above, but I could find any information about what chemicals they're using or if it actually works. Some transparency about what is being used would be nice.

Call me Jay and this Car Wash Express is the best wash yet. Recently got an 8 dollar wash and it was amazing. Suggestion: Add blue mitters to also get the roof alittle better. Love the free and powerful vacuums, and friendly staff. Definitely coming again!!!

The last 3 times I have gone there, the car was not rinsed well. I left there with soap on the car (yes, colored soap). When I went yesterday, the blowers left a fine gravely dust on the car. I kept thinking it would be just a temporary problem, but now I'm not going back. I gave it two stars for the vacuums, but way overpriced for the quality of wash (it used to be good).

Terrible job at getting either one of my cars clean. Wheels were a mess. Dirty streaks all over both cars. I had to go behind and re clean them both by hand. A couple of the rotating wiper arms never even touched the cars ( SUV And full size car). On top of that, the tire shine didn't even work. Don't waste your money here. If you care about your car, it's appearance or getting your money's worth, go elsewhere. Been reading the "good reviews" and it must come from folks who don't know any better. If your a car guy, like I am, trust your vehicle with someone else.
