I have been going to this car wash for multiple of years, and I was very unhappy about my last visit. While I was vacuuming my car, a gentleman came up and started cleaning off my windshield. On my way home I noticed my windshield had smudge marks all over it. When i got home i got some windex and cleaned off the smudge marks and then noticed my windshield had scratches on it. Considering I recently replaced my windshield and noticed no damage since my replacement, I wanted to notify you guys of the issue I experienced as a loyal customer. The next day I called my insurance and let them know what happened and they sent Safelite out once again. I've been coming here for years, I have never experienced someone touching my car as they did.

Purchased the top of the line $17 wash. Had residual grime on the car which this service didn't completely clean off. However, they do offer unlimited washes for $35/mo. Guess I could have signed up for that and gone twice on my first day...

This place gets the job done. They have multiple packages for pretty much any budget. You can go from just washing your car, to getting it waxed and having the upholstery cleaned. Very professional staff and easy to understand process(es). They also do promotional stuff so keep your eye out for deals. They take most forms of payment, ie cash, credit/debit card. However, they do not take mobile wallets or pay apps.

This car wash will get the job done, but it will not impress you. The carwash express on Arapahoe seems much better. This one always has a weird smell, and NEVER dries your vehicle. You always have to get out and wipe your vehicle down, or get hard water spots. The vacuums are fully functional, and I've never had any issues there. The staff seems happy, and they always have a great attitude when interacting with them. Just please fix the smell and the drying options here!

Whenever i need to wash and vacuum my car i always come here (unless i want to pay for someone else to do it). This self service wash offers a drive thru wash as low as $8 dollars that does a pretty good job for my midsize car and then at the end of the drive thru, there are free vacuums which is a plus for me. I can take as long as i need and not feel rushed that i only have 2 minutes to vaccum before like the coin operated versions. They also have a free mat cleaner to put your mats through! Good value overall!

My car always looks brand new after a trip to Car Wash Express. Run your car through the wash, then detail yourself with their free high powered vacs and car mat wash. The day after Thanksgiving (up to a few days before Christmas) they offer a huge discount on a year's pass. You can go every day for a year and get their premium wash package for almost half off the normal package price. I wash my car a lot, so I've happily purchased for 3 years in a row. You can then run through the "Express lane" essentially cutting in line in front of the normal car wash purchasers.

Now my issue is mainly with management. I have several car and got shuffled around to see if they offered a discount. I was told call the manager, he referred me to Corp, and Corp referred me back to him. After speaking with him he said he would return my call the next day. It's now a month later, never heard nothing. The front vacuums don't have as much pressure as the back ones and they have this cool car mat cleaner. You're in and out.. car was is actual good.

Terrible experience... I was told that the they can make detailed wash for my Nissan Sentra and its 100$ and 1 hour. Came here, left car, explained what I want to see clean for such money. They say OK. When back for my car, was told that I need to pay at 1st, but I told that I want to see my car at first, and thanks God I did this. Car was more dirtier than I left it. Glass is in the mud, back seats are in the dust, crumbs, still much soap inside, the side windows are dirty, car was wiped by dirty towels. Need to left my car still for 45 minutes more. Will see how they will solve all this issues. Next review will be after receiving car.

I have an express pass on all my vehicles. Love them. I drive anywhere between 50 and 350 miles in a day and sometimes go here once a day. I get dirt/mud/oil/winter sludge all over my vehicles and they take care of it. If it doesn't come off the first time they scrub it with the brush and let you go through for free the 2nd time. That's why I got my membership here. Friendly staff too!!

My husband and I love this car wash. We pre-pay for both cars and are always pleased with the results. Our windshield had a chip - and it was fixed for us, at the car wash! I have a 4WD that I use like a truck, but I can always get it clean at Car Wash Express. When I thought a mat cleaner wasn't working right the staff came immediately to check it out and helped me get the results I was looking for (the machine was fine - the problem was in my technique). The bathrooms are clean, the equipment works fantastic - free mat cleaners, free vacuums and they are the best anywhere as the hoses are long, the tool is small and narrow so it fits into tight spots with ease, and the suction is super powerful so it gets even dog hair and mud right out of the carpet and upholstery! Plus - the $2 detail pack lets me get my vehicle's interior so clean it looks like I never used it as hard as I do! For the helpful staff, easy access, roomy parking and quality of services offered, it's a GREAT value for the money. Thanks Car Wash Express!

Car Wash Express as a whole gets 5 stars. For $35 a month, I get unlimited washes. The fact this is on my way home works out great. This location compared to the others I have been too, only gets 3 stars. It's good, but always seems to have some issue. Lately I have been left with a lot of soap on my car at the end of the wash. I've mentioned this to the staff and every time in told they think parts are on order... For about two weeks, the whole right side of my car wouldn't be cleaned, nothing was ever posted about the wash not working properly, so I feel bad for the people that paid to go through. Also, this is the only location that will push my side mirrors in when the brushes go by. The tire shine here doesn't seem like it's meant to do tires larger than a golf cart, it only gets about a 1/4 of my tire (275/65R18), the one in Highlands Ranch will cover the whole tire. The owners of Car Wash Express should look at this wash and figure out why it never seems to work right and get it fixed up.

The staff is amazing! They always have a smile and genuine kind tone, while welcoming you to their location. They never have the trash cans spilling with trash like other locations. The restrooms are always very clean. I have not had the pleasure of meeting the manager, but from my experience, when a store is this clean and staff is this friendly usually they have a great management team.

Friendly staff, free vacuums and mat cleaner. Car wash does a fair job. The body gets clean, however, it never seems to get my rims very well. Next time I might try spraying them with a presoak before I pull up. Vacuums are adequate but I have to agree with other reviewers that some people blast their music while they detail. Not sure how the staff could handle that. Over all, a decent place to wash your car. It’s fun for kids to be inside the vehicle as it’s pushed through. My son enjoys the colored soap!

I have visited this location twice. Both times the associates that assisted with purchase were not rude nor exceptional. They were simply a body on site. The wash each time was $9. It was not sufficient to truly clean my car. My car had road DUST, no mud or heavy dirt. It is a below average cleaning. I will not be using this location again. The premises was clean. The vacuums worked well. For the money, I will search for better service and clean car outcome.

Ever since this place opened up, this is the ONLY place I go for car washes. It's cheap and close to my house. There are a lot of vaccums so I don't ever have to worry about not being able to use one because across the road, the car wash is pretty small and the vaccums aren't good. The wash broke my back wiper. I brought it to their attention. Never heard back from them. I went three weeks after the fact to say something. Didn't believe apologies that it must have gotten misplaced. They offered two months of washes. Why would I do that again. Then we do have the wiper covers we could use so my question was then why not use them all the time. Was more excuses in my opinion. Myself and my family will never return. Poor customer service.

My car always looks great after it gets washed, and the monthly membership is a great deal. It pays for itself if you wash your car 3x per month (I use it way more than that). I think my favorite thing is the floor mat washer though. Makes getting those things clean so much easier and mess free than if you had to power wash or something.

Quick, fast and the facility is clean. They have everything you would need to clean your car etc. The pay month lane is LIFE. They have vacuums (the ones in the front don't have any pressure), and they have a mat cleaner that looks pretty cool... Why I gave two stars, is because I have a lot of cars and was informed to contact the manager to see if he could give any kind of discount. I did just that, he referred me to Corp and they referred me back to him. After the tag your it game I spoke back to the manger and he said he would give me a call back "the next day", a month later still nothing. I didn't want nothing for free, but was hoping for a discount. The manger also said Corp does a business discount when it's a certain amount of cars, but didn't know if they were getting rid of that all together. But again he would give me a cb the next day to see what he would be able to do.............. Nothing!

Not sure if I like this carwash yet. They seem to omit the tire shine, air dryers aren't as efficient as others I've been to, lots of trash on the ground in the vacuum areas.

It's a great place to get your car wash quick and fast. It also has free vacuum, floor mats cleaner, and air pump for your tire. However, there are many people who goes to this place just for the free services that they offer. This causes some purchased customers to unable use the free services because there were too many cars. In a busy day, the line sometimes gets too long but not that long that you would start honking. I do wish that it opens earlier so I can wash my car before work.

This is great if your car doesn't get any real dirt or mud on it. If it does, you might need to take it through a couple of of times. I had to go on a dirt road with my Murano while it was raining and the back was still in bad shape when I got home. Look before you leave and have them do it again. I wish they had the brushes still out there for us to use before we ran it through the car wash.

At least they don't stop shampooing carpets before 11am like the other place told me. This place has coin operated shampoo machines so you can do it yourself. Except, the half the machines were out of shampoo so I wasted money in 2 machines before finding one that worked. Before shampooing, 1 of the regular vacuum machines stole quarters from me. After shampooing, the fragrance machine spit two dots of fragrance for $1 and acted like it wanted to spit more for the next 45 seconds so obviously it was out of stuff too. Does anyone maintain this place at all?

---READ ALL FOR BEST INFO--- Short and sweet: Pros: Great price, good value, reasonably priced monthly plan, friendly staff, fast service, free vacuums, free mat cleaning Cons: Awkward lot, lack of noise control, under-body washer out of service(???) Long and drawn: The location is superb, right on the way to our kids' school, so it's easy to drop in on the way to or from picking them up. Quick and friendly service, hasn't taken me longer than about 5 minutes total wait and wash time to be in and out. Obvously this can change if you vacuum, hand dry, wash mats, etc (all of which are free). The pricing here is excellent. After testing out the wash a few times on my wife's Forester ($18 protectant wash package, best they have), it became clear this would be the place for us. Did some digging online and found they offer a $35 monthly plan for unlimited washes. Well worth it. A wash a week and the plan pays for itself twice over. A separate vacuum area is offered with plenty of nicely spaced stalls. Only once did the vacuum not perform well (must've been clogged, moved stalls and works great). Enough space that two cars parked in adjoining stalls can both open all doors without interfering with each other. Trashcan by every vacuum, the free mat washer are great, plus a vending machine for detailing items. Now the downsides. The parking lot is awkwardly designed. Come out of the wash and go right to the vacuums, go left to exit. However, if you have a larger vehicle and try to go right when someone is exiting the vacuum area, it can create a jam. Not ideal with another vehicle coming up behind you automatically. I wish there were some kind of noise control. As I've mentioned I usually have my kids with me, aged 4 and 6. When we pull to the vacuum area to suck up the dirt and crackers, there is inevitably someone blasting gangster rap with all 4 doors open, as loud as they please. Now I have to explain to my daughters what b*itches and n*ggas have to do with making money. People have no respect these days, so have some ordinance to deal with this. IT'S EMBARRASSING FOR YOUR COMPANY TO ALLOW THIS. Lastly, I beleive the under-body blasting isn't working. I recently bought a newer truck. It was a work truck for the previous owner, so it saw a lot of dirt roads, construction sites, etc. After I got it I went straight to the trusty Car Wash Express to get my monthly pass. I've brought my truck here at least twice per week (it's on my way home from work, too). After owning the truck for a month, which equates to 8 washes at least, I had to get under it to do some work. I replaced a catalytic converter, and O2 sensor. The entirety of the undercarriage was still covered in caked-on mud. I scrapped off bits and pieces in an effort to break up the mud for the next wash. Fast forward 2 weeks and I ordered some running boards. Well, 4 washes later and I'm installing running boards, and there is still massive amounts of mud under the truck. So either the under-body washer is very under-powered, or not working at all. This is evident by not even hearing jets under the floorboards as you do at a gas station washer. In my experience, the pros far outweigh the cons. I would give 5 stars if the under-body blaster worked properly. With Colorado switching from mag-chloride to salt for ice prevention, this may make or break my decision to use this wash. Salt will obiously cause rust, rust is bad when you're the kind of person who likes to maintain their vehicle. Leads from adjusting parts to replacing them. PLEASE FIX THE BLASTERS. Hopefully this review helps you make an informed decision regarding your washing needs. I cannot comment on the scratches left on paint of new cars, as none of my cars were new. However, I can say that if you have a new car, you NEED to get a proper detail done as your first wash. Without a good wax on fresh clear coat, any washes will scratch it.
