I have been looking for a good wash for quite awhile. I have found that in Bucky's. I have to give them credit. Good prices and above average quality. I would also like to add in response to the owners comments that I have to agree that the monthly packages are worth it. I personally use one and I feel it makes an even better value.

This car wash scratched my car!!! I noticed scratches after the first wash... And no, they are not "old scratches" that are made visible after washing--believe me, it doesn't even leave it that clean. These are scratches that weren't there any of the other times I washed it elsewhere (and those other car washes always leave it cleaners for the same price). I stupidly gave it another couple of tries... I tried all their wash levels ($6, $9 and $12), and not only did I not see a difference in the wash quality in each level (they were all half ass washes), but MORE scratches kept appearing! I tried a couple different places a little further since then... And I conclided that I am happy to drive a little more for a decent (more affordable) wash. Anyway my poor hood is forever scratched. My husband tried scratch removers and they didn't work. If you want a half assed wash that SCRATCHES you hood on top of it... Go for it. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Dirty water for a spot free rinse. Could stop there for a $20 wash, but personally I don’t like paying to have my vehicle look like I just came out of a rain storm. Half of the drying fans don’t work either. The employee said “it could be a breaker. I’ll go check. We’ve been waiting on an electrician”. If you’re waiting on an electrician to fix that problem then you know the damn things don’t work so why keep open. If you like a car wash that mixes soap, rain-x, bullish!t wax’Ish stuff, tire shine, and everything else all together to then rinse and dirty water spot free rinse your vehicle with some mediocre blinking lights in a smelling (very short) wash tunnel, this is your spot.

Overpriced and run-down. After $14, there is still grime on the car, the dryer left wet spots everywhere, the vacuum pressure is as low as a 90s DustBuster, and the mat washer is broken. Pretty sure the equipment left scratches on my paint too, but I didn't take pictures before to prove it. Go somewhere else if you can't wash your own car.

My wife and I drove our separate vehicles there. Paid total of $22 for both cars and upon leaving I noticed BOTH front ends of vehicles grills, bumpers, front plates, cowlings, hood edges (Subaru & Honda) were still filthy and full of winter grime and had not been touched by brushes or sprayer. I walked over to bring it to someone's attention when a little guy with a BIG attitude acted as he didnt give a rats ass but hesitantly put his burrito down and walked over to the street where our cars were and looked for 2.1 seconds and walked away mumbling something. I had to ask "what would you like me to do?" He mumbled again c'mon up as he walked over to one of the drive thru gates. He got both my wife's car through again only to come out with the exact same dirt and grime still present on both cars. (See photo of front of Honda) WILL NEVER BE BACK MAINLY DUE TO THE LITTLE GUYS F*@&$% UP ATTITUDE, as well as the waste of money!

I used this car wash on June 1st and I will never use it again. All I wanted was a quick car wash and instead, it ruined my vehicle, my entire afternoon and has been a drain on my time! The young man who was working the car wash and was hooking my tired onto the track was half playing with his phone and not paying attention. Immediately after he had put my SUV on the line, my vehicle lunged forward and hit the woman in front of me. I was so scared and also stuck in the middle of the car wash with my infant son in the back seat. It was clear that something was wrong. At no point did they ever turn the car wash off. I went through the complete car wash and after exiting, parked my car and met with the other customer who I had rear-ended. She said she had used this wash many times and it was obvious that the employee had put our car's way too close together AND something was wrong with the equipment. We both had minor damage to our vehicles. When we walked over to the office, we explained to 3 employees working what happened and they immediately said "This is ya'lls problem" The younger employee who had been working the line, then said, "Oh yeah! I saw that you two hit each other!" To which I must ask "Why didn't you turn off the car wash to see if we were OK?!" The manager did not want us to speak with the car wash owner. We had to ask repeatedly. Finally, when we spoke with her she denied any responsibility and said what happened "isn't possible" She then said that she has over 200 cars through there a day. I of course said that with that many vehicles, her equipment had to malfunction at some point. She said "When our equipment malfunctions, we do the right thing and take care of our customers" followed, by her saying "but what you describe isn't possible". She wouldn't take any responsibility for either her equipment or her employee. She didn't even inquire if we were OK. She even tried to intimidate us saying that our insurance was never going to win and this was on us. That if we tried to call Lakewood PD that they wouldn't even bother coming. For the record, myself and the other customer did file a police report because our insurance required that we do so. Lakewood PD did respond to the situation thoroughly and professionally. Now, I understand that as a business owner, she has to mitigate her responsibility however, there is a human component to running a business that she clearly doesn't care about. As her customer, my vehicle was damaged using her car wash. She flat out did not care about either my vehicle or my well being. This is ridiculous. I'm extremely concerned given her attitude about the situation that this could repeated and someone could be hurt or have more vehicles damaged. As customer, I am left not only paying for my car wash which resulted in my damaged vehicle, (and also didn't even clean the back of my SUV!) but also dealing with a situation that is a drain on my time. I caution everyone to avoid this car wash. It's definitely not worth it!

Not only a waste of my money, but it ruined my car! I usually go to a self-service car wash, but today I was in a bit of a rush, so I stopped by Bucky's. The whole time I felt like my car was being abused. Afterward I noticed missing paint and scratches all over my car! I would have much rather had a dirty car than this... I bought the premium package ($20). It left snow on my vehicle, did not even get my windows partially clean, and their vacuums are all clogged. "Free" vacuums with a $20 wash. The attendant was nice. The wash takes all of 30 seconds. No wonder nothing was cleaned.

First of all the name on Google is not the name of the business (and it's not $5). Second for as new as a car wash as it is (or advertised anyway) it's poorly built, the track your car is on doesn't work well, the dryer was a joke (and it's an extra $1 for the base wash) and the employees did not seem very friendly. Definitely take your business to a better car wash.

Pricey for basic wash, and if you have rubber mats forget about getting them clean they have nothing to wash them. The vacuums are weak at best. I pay same price at other places and get better amenities. I understand you have a rug beater, I can accomplish the same thing by shaking my mats, which I had to do. However other places have a free mat wash station, that uses hot water and soap to actually clean any sticky dirty residue, not just shake the mats. You may offer ArmorAll, but it is not free, and the surface must be clean then you use that chemical.

DO NOT go here. Took my car through and the automatic track didn't push my car all the way through and it was almost hit by the car behind me. Then the vacuums weren't even working or picking up dirt. I just wanted a refund so I could take my car somewhere else and they tried arguing with me and saying they could just do a gift card. When I demanded a refund because I wasn't risking my car again they said come back tomorrow and the manager will give a refund. Will update. Never again, this place is horrible. Go to another car wash.

The car wash itself is mediocre. The fans at this location are awful! Your car comes out soak and wet. Worst part, this wash broke my wiper. If this car wash can't handle not breaking wipers; what else is it capable of breaking. The car wash attendant gave 2 shoots about my $29 wiper. Will NEVER be back. AWFUL car wash. Again, AWFUL car wash!

I used to love this car wash. Now the vacuums do not work anymore and i went to pay for the eight dollar car wash, used my card and got stuck on the upgrade screen. Ended up paying more for something i did not want and my car wasn't even clean. I am very disappointed with the last 2 times I've been there. I will be looking for a different car wash.

Stay away! Bucky's doesn't wash your car very well at all. The smell inside the tunnel is horrible and stays with your car. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed at this car wash so be careful. Seems like something is always broken, whether it's the vacuums or the actual car wash itself.

Pretty pricey compared to others. They can get really busy during peak hours so chances are you won't get to use the free vacuum without waiting. Overall though it gets your car pretty clean. The dryer could also use some improvement. Main reason we go here occasionally is for the under carriage wash.

Went there to get a carwash and in the middle of it the machine pushed my car into the car in front of me leaving a dent and scratch on my front end. I spoke with the assistant manager and he said there was "nothing they can do." I asked them to look at the camaras to see how it happened and OF COURSE he said the camara that would show the incident was broken. I then went to the police station to report it and the officer I spoke with said he has heard this happen once before. I DO NOT recommend going here!

I own a 2009 ML350. Later after the wash I find my intire car is scratched up form there wash. Like it was washed by sand paper. There is no way they will own up to there mistake and will have to take care of the problem myself. So consumers be warned. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO WASH A CAR.

Eric Trahern and his crew over on wadsworth are amazing they go above and beyond to make sure that your car is clean and that you are satisfied...they are always in good helpful moods and ya sure the car wash is awesome especially because of the free no timed vacuums love that but mostly I go back because the manager and his crew are great ppl and I love tipping them because they deserve it and appreciate it!! I haven't been to any other locations but I will say wads is a slam dunk everytime!!!

We went to the Lakewood location and had the worst experience. First the person working was on the phone and was very rude when directing us. We expected the clean fresh smell but we got the smell of old water or wet dog. Very dissapointed.

I've never had any problems. Been going here for 4 months now. I have a membership which is very reasonable and I get to go through twice a day everyday of the month. Gives us a bag with an air freshener, shammie, and interior cleaner...all for $35 a month. Thanks guys.

I finally was able to get my absolute favorite car a week ago. It isn't brand new, but it is only a couple of years old I was super excited. I definitely wanted to take the best care of it possible. When I received the car my salesman and I did a walk around and noted all the damage on the vehicle, it was minimal. I took my car to Buckys two days and not only did the wash lift the plastic seals on my windshield, it left my car covered in scratches. I called and they said to fill out a report, which I did and one of the employees inspected my car. I was told to go get an estimate to have it buffed and we would go from there. The employee who inspected my car told me in situations like this they are tought to "Deny, Deny, Deny!" Upon taking my car for the estimate I was told that buffing is not going to be an option. When I returned to Buckys the very same employee told me he didn't think they would be able to buff it, which is frustrating because he knowingly wasted my time. He also showed me a video of my car in the wash and pointed out what he said were the scratches. All I saw was a dirty car and light glare. When you get your dream car you pay super close attention to it. So many friends and family have seen my car and know that those scratches were not there. Deny, deny, deny is not good business ethic and this wash does not deserve your business based on that statement alone. I have never needed a hand out or expected something for nothing in my life. I work for everything I have, including my own business. I would never expect someone to fix my car if it wasn't their fault, but the scratches were not there before and are now. Where people choose to do business is important and as business owners we need to be responsible with or clients and their hard earned money.

Normally I enjoy going to this wash. However, my last experience was not as good as usual. I went a couple days following our last snowstorm and was rushed through the entire experience. I was stopped mid-way through the wash because of another car and then my car rapidly went through the remainder leaving it sopping wet with wet marks everywhere as I exited. I stopped one of the guys before I left to ask for a towel INSTEAD of what I probably should've done and asked for another wash to do the upwards of $10 wash right and then guy replied "Well you can go buy one." I was highly astonished with the poor customer service from that particular guy adressing my issue that way after I told him what happened. Busy or not they should be meeting their customers needs.

I've been coming to this location for a couple years. Fantastic place to get a good car wash until recently. 3 days ago I purchased a quick $6 wash, drove to the entrance and as I was directed to enter, the associate proceeded to guide me through without telling me immediately that my rear tire was off track. As my car slid into the wash, it ripped off the stabilizer bar on the back axle. As I continued through the car wash, the left wash bar that wipes the drivers side forced my mirror forward and broke the mount. When I turned into the parking area for free vacuums I asked the worker if he saw anything or noticed that my car entered incorrectly. Of course he acted as though he saw nothing. From there I had to call a personal repair guy to inspect what happened on site. Total cost of repairs to my vehicle are $70. I know it's not a lot but places like these should care for the damage to their customer's vehicles. I understand that they posted a huge sign stating that they assume no responsibility for anything but like all businesses, management should at least do something to make up for either their faulty equipment or lack of training their employees how to use company equipment. I wish there was a way to speak to the owner or general manager. Guess I have to eat this one.

Went in for car wash.machine damaged my trim on top of my car. They refused to have it fixed because it was too old a 2006 Honda accord and in very good shape. Beware taking your car There! They lost my business.Their insurance won't cover a car over 10 years old..thats the excuse I got. Sorry business.

I've been here a few times and had mostly good experiences. But the last experience left me with multiple deep scratches on my hood and on the side doors. During the wash, the machine also pushed my car into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to have to jam on my brakes. That should not happen

Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. My new car got severely damaged in the car wash because the attendee failed to operate the car wash correctly. My roof top tent, roof rack, and the top of my car is damaged to the tune of $8,000. The owner/manager of operations Laura has been incredibly unhelpful and is not taking care of the matter like she should and is not holding accountability for her negligent employees. I have been through this car wash many times before with the same roof top tent and rack but I assure I will NOT BE BACK and I am sure to tell my many friends who also go to this carwash to not return.
