Price is right and staff is friendly. Only problem is for $35 a month you would hope the entire car was clean and dry at the end of each wash. Frequently had streaks on the back hatch of my suv, and water drops were not removed by air blow system leaving lots of water marks. It’s ok, but could be better. Good for winter months to at least keep your car clean

Bubble Time is the best!!! I’ve never gotten a better carwash, especially for the price. Their monthly pass program is great - I got the Ultimate monthly (“The Total Package”) and it’s paid for itself within two washes. The environment is always fun and happy! Love this place.

The man at the front of the line before you enter was very friendly. Powerful vacuums with mat holders to use after of no charge. Only issue I had was I went to the wash to get all the bugs off the front of my car and this wash did not do that.

I’ve been a long time resident of Denver for over 35 years, using many car washes wherever convenient. I used Bubble Time Express Car Wash for the first time one week ago and loved it. I’ve been back two times since then, noticing each time how welcoming of an environment the employees are. I’ll drive the extra mile to come back to this car wash, no doubt about it.

Started notici g scratches on my older car in new places. I went for a third time this weekend and have more new scratches. I have not used the car washes with the spinning brushes ever this was my first time. I have no way to prove this but I will not be returning.

Ok using a mop to pre soak the windshield, and whatever else does not enhance confidence in this place it looks nice but for $18 there should have been more. My car is still dirty. The vacuum suck a lot so that’s something. Next time I’ll just ho to Walmart buy everything i need for a lot less but just added time.

Horrible service I have a standard service truck and they wouldn't let me through because it's too wide. Truck isn't a dully or anything. The service bed a small one and no wider that a regular bed. I've been through dozens of other kinds of Express washes and this is the first time I've even been questioned by it.

Been here twice. The first time i had a bunch of water spots on my car that I had to remove once the car was dry and the second time something happened with the wash and my car didn't get clean at all. They did give me a coupon to come back though. Update: Went back to use my coupon. The coupon was good for one Ultimate wash but that is not what I got. The attendant didn't pre scrub my car and seemed like I only got the basic wash. When I got home I had water spots still and dirt that was completely missed.

I brought my bug-laden car in this morning at 8:00am. I buy a wash and proceed to go through. I see a welcoming sign of a bucket for the employee ushering cars in to use on the front end of patron’s vehicles. Kid pops out of the employee room and ushers me in. Doesn’t even touch the bug washer. Same with the guy behind me. I get out of the wash and sure enough, bugs are still there. Even the guy behind me gets out and looks at his front end. After he shakes his head in annoyance he drives off. I didn’t drive off. I go up to the kid working and nicely ask about the big wash and he seemed annoyed, saying the car was usually gets “90% of the bugs”. I told him it didn’t and he said I could re wash. I chose to and he was there ushering me in but this time actually scrubbing the bugs. I came out and all the bugs were gone. If he had just done it the first time me and the guy behind me would’ve gotten what we paid for. Instead, I have to rewash my car; wasting my time and your soap for nothing. If you have a bug wash bucket mandated for the employees to use - enforce its use. Otherwise the wash is fruitless. I have a white car and it had bugs all over it. This should’ve never been skipped.

Paid $14 to wash my car, and while the sides look fine, the front and back don't look like they were washed at all??? I know they have a "clean car guarantee," and they'll run it through again, but if it didn't clean it the first time, what's the second wash going to do? I ended up rewashing my car at home, which is what I should've done in the first place and saved myself $14

Hands down BEST car wash place I’ve been too. Not only are their vacuums free but the car wash leaves my car shiny and my car looks almost brand new again. I love that it also sprays my wheels and tires. The staff is also super friendly and helpful! This is my go to car wash. Also, they have you can clean your floor mats for free as well. Free things are un heard of these days and it’s super helpful especially for a single mom like myself. I pay $10 for every car wash and I think it’s well worth it! You guys rock!

The best carwash - $7 for a basic wash and dry that's quick and effective. Automated entry, gentle brushes, and gentle drying. Possibly my favorite part is the free vacuums, though; good suction, and it's unlikely that all 10+ spots would ever be all filled. Very pleased.

Decided to try this one out, and was disappointed that they don't even scrub your front bumper and rear bumper with the cheap option. Wife's car was left with a dirt strips on the front and rear bumper and also dirt along the lower door frame down both sides of the car. Sorry for the 1 star, but won't be going here again.

Been here twice with two different cars. Just a so so wash and the air dryers don't work very well. Ended up with lots of spots both times. Also, it looks to me like a lot of fake reviews here.

If you have a Black car don’t come here. My car never comes clean even with the most expensive wash. I have gotten it re washed before and no change. I come here because it’s right by my work and can come in lunch so it’s convenient. Unfortunately I leave disappointed each time. This last time today my plastic number guard came off and I was trying to put it back on. Didn’t want to go in because I doubt they can do anything. I wanted to like this place, but it’s just not gonna happen.

Customer service is top notch! Before signing up for a monthly package I was able to test out the car wash to determine if I wanted to commit to a package. The car wash does a good job and I've definitely seen a difference in higher quality chemicals being used. The vacuums are some of the best and the mat cleaner does a great job on all-weatger mats. Remember that customer service is #1 here and they will make sure that you leave happy!

They have monthly memberships that are affordable and all you have to do is pull up to the car wash and it recognizes your license plates. The best part of this car wash is the vacuums are amazing! I definitely recommend this place! I canceled my other monthly memberships to keep this one as they are completely New and all equipment works up to par!

If you own any type of work truck...don't go here. Apparently, you gotta have a clean truck bed before you have the truck bed cleaned. "No debris, cigarrette butts..." Never had any issue at any other car wash in the 10 years I've had the truck. Guess vehicles that actually serve a purpose...aren't good enough.

We wanted a basic wash (which is $7), but the machine charged our card for the next level up (which is $10). The guy at the kiosk was no help at all, and the manager wouldn’t refund the $3 or make any effort to compensate us for their mistake! Then, when we went through the wash, there was no soap! What a RIP OFF!!!!

I recently applied here for a store management position. I had an interview scheduled with the operations manager, Matt. At a first glance the site looked clean and well maintained. However once you get to the inside and start talking to employees you quickly find out that there is a huge internal problem here. There is a lack of leadership, empowerment, and accountability here that isn’t being addressed. Once I had my interview, Matt said he’d get back to me later that day or the next to let me know about my employment status either way. After waiting for a call all weekend I try to call the store to inquire. No one picked up, and not even a voicemail to leave a message. I Finally received a call from Matt the following Monday, at which point he had told me that he would have to call me back again later that day to let me know about my employment status. I have not heard from him for about a week-and-a-half, and am now assuming they did not hire me. I have called this store so many times without a single person answering, and no voicemail. Clearly there is a huge internal problem here that starts at the top. I have no issue with this company or it’s model, just the employees that are representing it. If Bubbletime is looking for a operations manager that can lead and teach a culture of success my door is open.

Decent car wash got the outside of my car clean, the vacuums aren't the best, they are angled and line up flat against the carpet not allowing air to pass through and too wide to fit in small crevices. The trash cans were SUPER small and full. Decent but not the greatest.

Very poor respect for customers. An employee damaged the paint on my vehicle and the owners of the wash refuse to make contact to resolve the issue. Not a good place to take your car.

Unlimited in their definition is once per day, NOT unlimited at all....Its actually LIMITED....car wash isnt that great hence the need to go through more than once even though I purchased the "UNLIMITED" best car wash
