$130 detail later and my truck just barely looks better than when I dropped it off 4 hours ago. A guy came to look at it as I walked up to it and was embarrassed as to how it looked and started trying to clean it up. It's coming around but now he's rushed because he knows I'm sitting here waiting when they said it was ready. For one there was wax all over trim pieces and between emblems, chrome rims hadn't been touched. Looked worse than when I brought here because armor all had been sprayed all over dirty rims. Tired looked like a 3 year old attempted to armor all them. It was bad. I guess I'll have to suck it up and drive to waterworks in downtown Denver. Much more bang for the buck.

Terrible customer service! My wife brought our brand new car over for a simple wash and was there from 1030 Am until 1215 Pm! She politely asked for a refund and the manager on duty Alysha walked away from her mid conversation. I called to speak with Alysha myself after being completely rude and lying and telling me that she was the only manager she HUNG UP ON ME! Do not spend your money here after all that it was a sub par car wash anyway screw this place.

Other than the tires looking good, everything else was horrible! My truck is still dirty on the outside and the inside was cleaned with a dirty towel when it dried you can see dirty swirls everywhere. I even paid for the 4 star. Save yourself 45 bucks and go to an automatic drive though car wash!

Do not waste your money here!! I just spent 30 dollars and had to come home and re clean my car. My windows were all greasy the dash was half cleaned.This is the 2nd time I have been here, the first time was about the same so I thought I would give them a second chance! Never again

They do a great job but they need leadership there customers complaining about there lack of time getting a car done. I was ok with the time they did on my car 30 bucks to wash clean the inside and armor all the dash. One more thing getting into the was tge person that lined me up should smile and like his job.

Came in to get my car re-cleaned and due to rain. I asked how much extra it would cost to get my wheel and tires conditioned. He advised as long as I tipped the guys that the would take care of it. Went through the wash and then asked the guy that wiped my car down if he could clean my wheels and shine my tires. He advised yes and to pull my vehicle up. Due to not having any cash in my pocket I had to exit my vehicle to walk inside to get money to tip the guy for doing my wheels. In the process of getting out of my vehicle my door was dinged by one of their trash cans. The guy that was going to do my wheels advised that the trash can a shouldn't have been there and he will find someone to see if it can be buffed out. They came out and looked at the scratch and advised it was through the clear coat. I asked for the manager and some young kid came out and advised me to go get an estimate and then come back and we would work something out. I went and got the estimate on my time and took it back to the car wash. They advised me after seeing the 500 dollar estimate it was my fault and never should have exited my vehicle. I advised that he told me to tip them and with me having no cash I had to get out of my vehicle and also their own worker admitted it was their fault due to the trash can not suppose to be there and they would get it fixed. Now I can't get anyone to call me back for the issue. I am extremely mad and disappointed due to me bringing multiple cars a week their and never having any issues. Maybe someone will call me back because they know that my car is the red escape. Sorry to have to write this but it is wrong what they did. I also met the owner and is such a nice guy but they wouldn't allow me to talk with him about the issue. Hopefully this gets through to someone and I can get some type of compensation or at least my car waxed and buffed.

I called and scheduled an appointment on 6/8/15 at 8:30a.m. for these guys to come pick up my car. I never got a call on this morning so i tried calling them to see if this was still going to happen. No one called me back or would answer the phone all day. They were either extremely busy, even though the receptionist said the day was wide open, or they do not care about making money. Either way, we will never try to use this service again. It seems as if customers are not important.

Paid to have my car washed and then waited ten minutes for two cars to get through. Waited to get my car towel dried; again I waited so I ended up leaving without the towel dry. When I got home I looked at the back of my car and it was as it wasn't even touched. I try to give small businesses a chance, but won't be back or recommend.

Was not impressed. There should be a no star option on here. Bought the better wash and wax option and left with a truck that was still dirty.. Ran out of time and had to get back to work. Use to be a good place to go but its far from that now. Better change its service or it'll add to the already vacant kmart parking lot. will not recommend nor will I return.

Ghetto old and dirty. Charged me $20 for a car wash and vacuum. Waited 30 mins to get in the wash and one hour for the vacuum. Business looks out dated and the staff look unhappy. No more definatly happy with Waterway Carwash even though it's a drive. Forget this place. (writing this review waiting in crappy lobby) A customer just walked in screaming don't bring your cars here. Serious a Jerry Springer circus show going down!!!

First of all, all I can say is WOW to the hot blond lady who took my order for which car wash I wanted. All I wanted was a cheap quick wash and she talked me into getting a five star detail. By far the best car wash I have ever received, every nook and cranny was cleaned and it looked like they licked my tires clean. Must be under new management because something has definitely changed for the better. Wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!!!!

I highly recommend this place. After a first attempt the car didn't get quite cleaned right maybe by some younger crew. But Alicia did a double take and made sure she pulled my car right back in and got it done immediately.. I highly respect her professionalism and would come back again.

If I could there would be ZERO stars. They left a truck unattended in the car wash and I rear ended it. Causing scratches & dents in my front bumper & issues to my alignment. Took me honking on my horn for at least a min or two before an attendant arrived to pull the truck forward :/ Edit to my review - Attention Manager: You’ll be hearing from my lawyer. REAL POOR taste in customer service blaming me a paying customer....Business Ownership 101. Your employee blamed their co-worker and his repeated mistakes. I didn’t enter an automatic car wash concerned I needed to hit the breaks b/c the car in front of me was unattended....that disclaimer is no where listed on your premises.

I would like to say, if I had believed in receiving a performance according to some of the reviews I would have expected far fewer positive results. It is because of you who downgraded Atlas that I felt more encouraged than ever to believe they would do a great job on my car. And that they did. In fact, Mike informed me of a process and application that was unfamiliar to me. He discussed it in detail so I could understand why he recommended it. It would not only benefit my car's appearance, but maintain the original soft, smooth and seamless finish on the car as I first purchased. It repels water, dirt, dust, bird doo, bugs and tree pitch. I bet I'll discover more in the future. This man knows his stuff. He is professional and diplomatic in his approach to the public who come into their business to care for your car, truck, etc. He goes the extra mile to do the detail work he would want for himself. So, you greasers who want to give them a hard time because you're afraid of the competition, find someone else to browbeat and try to rep-ruin. Only those who care for, and about longevity of their vehicles will patronize this business. Excellent work, competitive pricing, and very friendly expeditious service with the desire to please. Can I give a ---5 star? I have never been treated so rudely anywhere!!!!! I called and made an appointment a week - week and a half in advance for an interior detail. Took my 4Runner in this morning for an interior detail, dropped it off at 9:00 A.M. told them I had to have it back no later than 3:00, "oh, no problem" is what I was told. The 2 girls at the front desk weren't friendly, someone needs to be given them some instructions on customer service. I told them I also wanted the $30.00 premium wash which includes a lot more then just a run through the car was and a wipe down, along with the detail. Asked if they would call when it was done, yes we will call as soon as it is done. 1:30 I hadn't heard anything so I decided to call to check the status, was told again no problem it would be ready before 3. Got there at 2:50, car was sitting in the vacuum station, as I walked by I could tell it had not been washed yet, so I went inside, stood at the counter for well over 15 minutes, no one there, walked outside and up to my car and it was locked. One of the detailers asked it was my car told him yes and he replied its all ready and they could take care of me inside. I asked if the car had been washed and well of course he didn't know anything about that, ten about that time one of the girls that helped (if that is what you want to call it) me this morning came up and said she would get my keys, well I asked why it hadn't been wash so she made the detailer take it and wash it. I could drag this review out to a 3 pager, BUT to get to the nitty gritty, THIS PLACE DOESA HORRIBLE JOB, starting at the front counter down to the wipe down crew. My interior was very nice, the only reason I would give any kind of a star rating, BUT the windows were not cleaned inside or out, they wee so smeared that when we were driving home from dinner with friends, (the reason I needed it no later than 3) it was so badly smeared we could hardly see when the sun hit the windshield. I WILL BE BACK there tomorrow morning and will expect this to be corrected. VERY DISPLEASED!!!!!

The absolute worst car wash I've had. EXTREMELY slow. My car still was covered in water spots when I left. I was late for a meeting due to the long length of time spent. Didn't have a chance to complain or have it redone.

To the point, go somewhere else. The management is rarely there which is why incidents like what I am dealing with today occurred. Today I went through the car wash like any other time with the difference being they had an unmanned vehicle go in front of my car. As I was going through the wash I noticed that the car in front of me was at the end of the wash stopped with no employee getting in to drive off with it. I was still approaching that car thinking my car would eventually stop…. It did not. I was inches from hitting that car. I had to continue to slam the breaks and honk the horn in order to get an employee to get in the car for me not to hit it! Once I got out, I asked to speak to a manager and they said the same thing I have heard previous times, we are understaffed, and management is not here to talk to you about the incident or cancel your membership. They asked me to come back in an hour or two and a manager should be there to assist. After I told the gentlemen what had happened, he said my car should have stopped 3 feet behind the car in front of me…. I left a voicemail with the office to make sure they have a record of the incident and the employee said that they should have it on tape. I will update my review with managements response but as of now I would say do not waste your time here. The customer service is horrible, staffing is always an issue and the fact that something like what happened today can happen without management present is disturbing.

Joined the unlimited car washes for both of my vehicles. Moved in November, stopped in a told the girl at the kiosk to cancel my membership because I moved. Told her to make sure both cars were cancelled, she said they were. Just looked at my credit card and they have been charging me $30 a month for the second car since December. Called and the manager said there is nothing they can do, you have to submit it in writing, even though they found where I discontinued my membership. Called on July 31 ,, the day they charged my card and was told I could not get a credit for even July. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he lives out of town. No one would tell me how to contact him.. I just received a response from the owner.. It was from Alesha the manager not the owner. Once again I was assured both vehicles were cancelled. If you all née the 200 dollars have at it. I will be sure to tell everyone I know in Brighton not to use Atlas

Awful customer service... I was told the manager would be there in a minute to talk to me about getting my car shampooed, I watched her ignore me for 15mins while she helped everyone else behind me... I LEFT!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! MINUS 1000 STARS!!!

Never have I ever had a problem with Atlas. In fact they were kind enough to hold some invisiline braces they found under the seat and give them to me before I left. Alicia is the best...hell yes. I don't ever dare to go anywhere else. Period!!!

I love this place, sure they have had to cycle through employees but I have stuck with it while they tried to get the most qualified people willing to put in the effort to actually work. The fact that some of these kids are actually working and willing to learn and put in the effort amazes me, they do such a great job. Occasionally things get missed but it's nothing that if you bring it to their attention they don't jump all over to fix. I always see this one teenager (or she appears as though she is a teenager)there Haley and she always has a smile and working hard and quick to help the other team mates if they have questions. I know she's been there awhile and seems very strong to help taking charge. I wish all teenager has this work ethic as these kids do on the weekends at this place. Give them a chance and lets help support them instead of trying to break them down.

Took my car in for the first time heard that they were a great place lower prices and better quality agreed it's not true. First I was going to be charged $165 to detail my very small car I said no way that's outrageous so then they dropped it down to $135 my car was still left with Gunk inside the doors and all of the storage components my glove compartment was completely emptied out and yet not wiped out there was several parts on my car that hadn't been wiped it is still very dirty and I'm very upset. I even took it back right away and had told a lady Hispanic lady who are assumed was the manager what it happened they had the guy reduce some parts on the car as I was sitting in my car the next day I noticed more and more stuff that hadn't been done I'm going back there on Monday and asking them to either redo my entire car or give me back half of my money if they redo my car or give me back half of my money then I will write a better review but as of right now I am a very displeased first-time customer and would not recommend this place to anyone. I also witness the Hispanic lady being extremely rude to one of the employees that was asking her for tools to redo parts of my car. I can kind of see why my car wasn't done correctly to begin with maybe if she wasn't so rude to people her employees when it be afraid to talk to her and ask her for what they need to complete the job correctly the first time.

I have to say the car wash I got today made my day. I have an 11 year old car that was beyond dirty, inside and out. Brighton Car Wash made it look like a new car, and I’m very picky and hard to impress. I have been to several car washes in the area and usually have to finish the job when I get home. Not today. They did such an amazing job I could go on and on. If you have had a below average experience with any car wash, you need to give Brighton a chance. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I have used the car wash at 104th and 85 hundreds of times, I happen to be in the parking lot of this car wash and thought I would give it a try since it's closer to my home. Bought the $6 wash to get off the dried slush. To say it was a poor job is being kind, not only did it only get about 75% of the dirt off but when I went through the dryers it seemed to blow dirty water all over the side and mirrors. It's an old car wash so maybe that's the problem but I went down to the car wash at 104th and 85 and spent another $6 on a obviously prewashed car but it came out spotless. Live and learn.

This has got to be the worst and slowest car wash there is around. I pulled up and waited nearly ten minutes at the pay station until I got out and walked inside to get someone to help me. The response was, "Someone is supposed to be out here." I watched about a dozen employees walk back and forth and look at me before I got help. It took the employees about an hour to do one of the more basic options. I was told there was no possible way for me to get a detail as they were booked solid for a week. When I left there were still chunks of bug all of the front of the vehicle, the windshield was covered in spots and dust, and the back of the vehicle was clearly not vacuumed. I'm not sure what they were doing as I watched them do what appeared to be work on the car for nearly an hour.I have used this wash several times, mainly as they are the only spot around. When Brighton puts in another detail place, Atlas will be out of business.

The quality is very poor here. I understand there are bad days but it seems like its going down hill and becoming more frequent. I paid for the 3 star service @ $25 and the windows nor the dash/console were even touched. If I hadn't already been there an hour I would've had them redo the car. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

My pickup had tar all over it from freeway construction. They cleaned all the tar off, waxed and detailed my truck, it looks new again. I highly recommend them. Their prices were phenomenal.

My car sat in the sun too long after they continually serviced cars in the express lane. So they didn't bother to wipe it down, leaving spots. They then broke the button to the headrest and insinuated that I did it. Saying "They would need to check the video." Then suggested that I just glue it back.

I have been going there for years and this was the worst car wash I have ever had. Back seat was not cleaned and missed some areas on my dash and still had things on the floor and seats even after they vacuumed. Time to find a new car wash dealer that will take pride in there service. I would not tip since it is shared among the employees and a few did nothing but stand around chatting or on there cell phones.

Glad to see there's a new manager - hope it improves their service. The last time I had my vehicle washed and detailed there, it was the most expensive car wash/detail I've ever experienced. My sun roof was damaged - the least expensive repair estimate I got was nearly $2,000 ($1896.91 to be exact). Interestingly enough, one of the repair shop's estimator said that his wife had the same problem! With a $500 insurance deductible, it remained pretty outrageous. When I initially contacted the manager, she said there was nothing they could do about it and said to turn it in to my insurance. I got the deal on Groupon - quite a deal it was. Even with a new manager, I'm not willing to give them another try - even if they were the only car wash/detailing shop in Colorado. I'll go to the reputable one I've gone to for years now that they have re-opened again after being remodeled.

These guys started out strong but service has declined quite a bit. The quality has suffered along with the customer service. And don't get me started on the hours! Why post hours on your website if you aren't going to keep them?! I get inclement weather etc... But I have been by on a clear sunny day like today and they're not open yet! Maybe someone will open another full service car wash in the area and maybe that will motivate Atlas to get back to why we loved this place.

One star is actually a compliment. I paid 22.00 and they didn’t even wipe the inside of the car. 22.00 gets you a wash and vacuum but nothing else.

Paid 12.00 for a self service carwash (I drove through and vacuumed) specifically for the undercarriage wash... didnt get it... car half washed .. not really worth the 12.00 would not have been very pleased paying 33.00 for them to do this.... also no management to even bring this up to no staff at front counter to ask about the quality of wash... won't return...

They did an absolutely amazing job! Even polished the tires and rims. Best car wash experience we've ever had. A sign says it's under new management but since it was our first visit we have nothing to compare it to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The car wash breaks down pretty often, the prices are too much for the kind of service because I paid 19 and the car wasn't really clean. The kids kept wondering off to who knows where and no one really worked on my car for more than 2 minutes. Maybe needs new management and someone who really knows what's going on.

This car wash is exceptional because of the people who work there. I found a significant scratch on my drivers door after leaving there and thought it was possibly caused from the automatic car wash. Veronica the manager was very kind when I spoke to her on the phone as were the other employees I encountered. She assured me she would watch the camera footage and get down to the bottom of it and they did within 24° of my visit. She found my car coming through on the camera footage and saw that the scratch was indeed there before I entered the bay. She was kind and didn’t accuse me of being dishonest. I had only been there that day and certainly thought I would have seen a scratch that size on my drivers door upon entering it that day but I was wrong. She took the time to check the video and get back to me promptly. She asked me to come in so I could view it myself, I was happy to. She then offered to buff out the scratch for me even though it wasn’t caused by them, I agreed. She even buffed out another small one I had and then had another kind employee take it through the car wash bay, he then towel dried it. She didn’t have to do that, this was exceptional service and kindness from the heart. The way this business is ran is one to be proud of; thank you Veronica and staff it’s nice to know we still have such good people in this world.

What a mess. It is like the owners threw their hands in the air and told the employees to run it any way you want. We had a Groupon coupon. They had no idea what it was for. I pointed out to them that it defined the service on the coupon. They finally washed my vehicle, but it was not very good. Good thing I did not pay full price. I would not been real happy.

Worst detail ever had my life and I’ve had a lot of details . They charge you $190 to do a full interior and exterior detail they forgot to do the door jams the undercarriage they didn’t even wipe out The cupholders. I don’t even think that they touch the windows. It’s sad whenever you have to walk around with them and tell them what they forgot as far is two of the wheels didn’t even get touched. I really don’t understand how they’re still in business if they do this to everyone’s vehicles and charge him extremely way too much for a half assed job

As we talked he explained the many questions I had to improve my trucks overall appearance and maintaining the paint, chrome, plastics, and interior of vehicle. Thank you Atlas. Seven months ago I rated this a 5 star.....well sadly that changed after a horrible experience today! About 2 of the 10 or more employees (including manager) actually care about what they are doing. The rest of staff must be related to manager because there is just no work ethic and she seemed to be okay with it when I was complaining at how they left my vehicle and how disgusting the restroom and waiting area was. I don't see this place staying open much longer!!

Wish I could give a negative 10 review. This business does not even deserve one star! I am beyond frustrated. This is the 4th or 5th time I have been turned away for service. They obviously don't need my money, so I will keep it and will not be back! Twice I have been told "Oh, we decided to close early" and then other times "the systems are broken" and then when I went to get a detail "we don't have time to do your car because we close in an hour and have 4 cars in front of you." Brought my car, with no damage, in to be washed and left with a cracked windshield. From the time I parked my car after being washed to the time I got back in after they vacuumed it, I had a two foot crack in my windshield. The source of the crack appeared to be caused by something hitting the windshield. The young manager told me that it was caused by a rock hitting the windshield, even though the point of impact was a the base of the windshield behind the hood. Instead of checking the video system to see what happened, the young manager chose to dig his heels in and suggest that I was attempting to get a previously damaged windshield replaced by them. I have no time supporting a business that operates like they do. You build a business one customer at a time and lose a business one customer at a time.

Recently opened. New owners. I have to say, they did a great job on the outside of my car....especially with all the dead bugs all over the front of my car! I'm quite pleased. Hopefully they will start an unlimited package soon as I'd like to wash my car weekly. I was told that will probably happen in the future. They have misc outside packages and inside packages too. The bug cleaning was an extra $3....way worth it!

Since moving to the area last summer, I’ve taken my Jeep here almost every weekend that I get off of work. I work on pipelines so I usually bring a mess with me, but I leave with it spotless. Friendly management and team onsite, and be sure to bring a good tip, because they will definitely earn. Get the steam clean on the inside. It’s the best. Thanks guys

I once wrote a review of Atlas and gave them five stars. Unfortunately, I have to reduce my rating to one star. I became a member to have unlimited washes for both of my cars for about $100 a month. Then, all of a sudden, their car wash was broken down quite often. So, I couldn't even get my cars cleaned when I wanted to. On the times that it was working, they had a really great crew who would always go above and beyond in making sure that my cars were really clean. However, LITERALLY because they were going above and beyond, they got fired. Now they have a crew that barely even touches my car. Even when I pay beyond my $100 for something extra, the job is still not done right. So, I have decided to cancel my membership. Even after I have gone through the proper steps of canceling it, I have been charged for two months after canceling! I really used to like this place, but it has gone downhill in a hurry. Unless they get their poop in a group, I will never be back. Please bring this place back to what it used it be.

FYI - The $25. wash does not include a clean windshield. That's extra $$$$. My car dried completely before anyone got to it. They deserve a 1 star rating due to the time it took to get the job done and the quality of the service. Won't be going back and neither was the guy sitting next to me. If you want a clean car, scrub it down well yourself before you take it there.

I had a nice young man taking my cc, my Nissan went through the wash twice because it wasn’t clean enough (the employee requested it) and when I got into my car, I was amazed! Just got my ride back from them and was blown away instantly! Every nook and cranny was sparkling, between kids and dogs they were able to get every stain out. They did a killer job and I will defiantly be going back!

Upgraded without asking, service was very slow and very unfriendly. Have been there three times now and all three times service has been slow and each time I have had a bad experience. Would not recommend especially if you are in a hurry or if you don't mind throwing away money!!!

I purchased the option to have the carwash crew wipe down my interior and clean my windows. Windows were left with finger prints and dust on the dash, water marks all over the outside. I went over the outside with them but was beyond frustrated with the interior so I left. Huge disappointment.

Took my truck to be cleaned and washed today purchased the $30 package that I've had a decent experience in the past under other management. My truck came back with several places dirty on the outside it barely looked vacuumed or wipe down. I understand that I didn't have the top dollar package but I expect the outside the truck to atleast looked washed and wipe down. Service still is incredibly slow especially if they're not cleaning your truck. service has been poor in the past however I would have expected that the new management to have realized that and rectify the situation. Unfortunately it's just more of the same.

This place has gone way down hill. The prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down significantly. I used to recommend this car wash to everyone....not anymore. They used to pre-wash vehicles when entering the wash with a power washer...now they want you to pay $10 more for that same service. They used to hand dry your vehicle. Not any more. I was told they no longer offer that service. I paid $12 for an exterior wash today...my car came out nearly as dirty as it went in. It would have cost me $22 to get a decent wash because it needed a pre-soak. No pre-wash, no towel drying, no more wheel shine service. Don't waste your money here. The "under new management" sign means a big downgrade. Good luck to the new owners growing their clientele this way.

Walked in as a new customer and was pleasantly surprised by the clean, home feel of the facility. The furniture is comfortable and the staff are ALL helpful and friendly. Most importantly, my car was clean inside and out when I left. They have a self serve dog wash too!! Something I plan on using.

I have contacted them for the past 3 months or so in an effort to have them do the right thing and stop charging me for the membership that i've cancelled months ago (I had 2 memberships) never was late in any payments to them. Every time i speak to the so called manager she gives me empty promises and nothing gets done. The last time was a couple of weeks ago where she was supposed to send the info to higher management and assured me i would get refunded the money and i think everyone can guess that nothing happened. I am too civilized to go there and make a scene and call them out on their BS but they are basically ripping me off. Ive had to call the bank and file and stop payments to them cause they do not have the decency to do it themselves. Shame on you guys this is not the way to run a business

Bad management/ supervison. Employees spend more time eating slushes than cleaning cars. Horrible work ethic. Took an hour and 30 and wasent even that busy. Car was not cleaned. Highly recommend going to a different full service or doing it yourself.

Mike has taken over once again and has Veronica Rodriguez in charge. Now it's top notch and I am so happy I don't have to drive way over to Arvada. Reasonably priced for top-notch quality service. The car wash employees are always concerned about doing a great job, with a quick turn-around. I have never had a bad experience. If something about their work has not been to my satisfaction, I have always been able to get it corrected—simply by pointing it out. No one has ever been upset about a request to wipe something down a second time. They are a hardworking crew of people who aim to please. As with any service job, they greatly appreciate tips and are fully deserving of them. Be generous! It helps them and will make future visits even better.

After a road trip I went to this car wash to have the car thoroughly cleaned and to have the dead bugs removed from the car. I waited for approximately 25-30 minutes in a car line. I was then asked what services would like and paid for them. I waited a little longer and then once I reached the vacuums, I was able to get out of the car. I waited inside. When the car was done, it was extremely well cleaned. The extra fee for the bugs to be scraped off ($3.00) was well worth it. The manager, Veronica (?) was very kind and ensured that I was happy with how my car was cleaned. I did not enjoy the wait, however, they exceeded my expectations by how well they cleaned the car inside and out. I recommend this business if you have the time to wait.

I would rather rate this establishment a "0" than a "1" but it wasn't an option. My wife dropped off her car at 8 am so they would have plenty of time to work on it doing a full "detail" job. After several failed attempts to reach someone on the phone and messages were never returned to inquire as to the status of her car in the afternoon. She decided to just show up and check on her car after 5pm! They claimed they had been working on it for most of the day. BS!! The floor mats were still dripping water and needed to be hung up at home to dry. She had to point out to them that they hadn't vacuumed or wiped out cup holders or storage compartments and there was still visible grime on the doors, door threshholds, spots and film on the windows, dash and guages. A complete and total lack of detail!! Kids at a fundraiser car wash would have done a better job for 1/10 the time and money.

This place has had more managers and names in the last decade or so than anybody can count. The "manager" Ronald Weaver, is a glorified babysitter who has no authority to do anything. And the owner, Bryant Gordon, will not do anything but hide behind his "manager." Tried them again a few months ago. Lot attendant ran an F-150 into the back of our car smashing another attendant in between. Ronald was too busy trying to convince his attendant, probably illegal, to let him drive her to an urgent care rather than let the ambulance that was there transport her to the ER to talk to me. I politely gave him the time to deal with that and called back a day or two later for them to handle it. I politely gathered estimates and Ronald still didn't want to pay for the damage. It took me getting loud in his lobby for him to get somebody to cut a check finally. Long story short, they damaged my vehicle, didn't want to pay for it, and didn't want to pay for their illegal employee's proper healthcare. Two months later and I finally got this "car wash" over with. Don't waste your time or money here. Edit for Bryant's response: As I said, the last decade or so. 2019 minus 10 years (a decade) would be 2009. It is relevant because when you change the name to make people think it's a new business or hang an "under new management" sign to make people think the services will be better it is is deceptive. But who cares about deceptive business practices when you operate a business in Brighton but live in Texas? The fact that this is the single part of my review you took exception with is most telling.

Came in Sunday 3/24/2019 with the wife Jeep she delivers mail out in the country so she’s gets Jeep caked with mud she asked if they could get the mud off they said yes for twenty dollars more she the are you sure lady that was helping her said yes no problems so we left and came back forty minutes later Jeep was parked walked up it mud still hanging off bumper and inside rims didn’t have to bend over to see if so they washed it again and again saying they will get it 1 1/2-2 hours later had to go to a real car wash to get it done new management not doing good. Now that’s on the Jeep l drove a Durango little mud on it cost me a extra 10 bucks soap still on outside vehicle help wipe it down mud was ok front windshield was cleaner before I had it washed so had to clean windshield to get down the road
