this place is a little weird to get in and out of, not really their fault more a product of the way the streets are laid out. I like them though. I do think this particular type of car wash is a little harder on paint and trim than other car washes, which could be what you want, but it also might not be. I would probably go here again if I were in the neighborhood.

The people who guide you into the car wash start waving their hands to move forward and they aren’t even looking at you, I wonder why they are there for in the first place, most of the guys are no longer friendly as they used to be. This place is the worst! Took my Tesla through and paid $12 for them to basically spritz water on my car. Their brushes scratched my vinyl wrap off (been through at least 10 other washes that haven't been a problem). Their vacuums have very low suction as well. I would recommend going to Firehouse washes instead. Won't be going back to this place.

The best car wash in town, it's also the cheapest! You get to use the vacuums for free plus there's an area for you to finish up drying your car if it's needed. They also have attendants there to help you with paying for the services. That way you don't have to worry about reaching out the car window to complete the purchase. The different washes are clearly visible too so you can choose the right wash and what price you want to pay!

Got carwash at 11 today got out to straighten my Mercedes emblem and noticed my black car was still full of soap. Went to tell employee they asked what one I buy I told them I have the monthly pass they said just go thru again cause they said the soap was bad. Went thru again and same thing, so I said something to another employee and they said well I don't control the rinse cycle so I said how I cancel my membership. Well you lost my business today.

Cheap monthly rates and free vacuums at a prime location on the north side of town. Easy to get to and get out of. Friendly prompt customer service. Definitely recommend to everyone I know. Nothing to hate ! Spend money here if you can because it won't take up more than 10 minutes of your day!

I brought my newly purchased Toyota Tundra to this car wash. A week later I noticed 2 moldings on the roof of my truck missing. It probably too a week because you normally dont look at the top of your roof on a truck. I called the car wash and gave them a description of my vehicle and approx. date I was in their car wash. The said they had my moldings. One of them. I returned to the car wash yesterday and asked for my moldings. They brought one out. Full in length but a broken rubber clip so it cannot be reinstalled . I asked about the other one, and the attendant responded, "its in pieces". That was all. Nothing else. I called the manager at the car wash who told me I would need to fill out a full investigation report. I said whats to investigate, "you just handed me my molding and said the other was destroyed in pieces"? He said thats the procedure. I told him, so, you destroyed my truck, handed me my broken moldings, made me come back to pick them up and now want me to return again to fill out and "investigation report" . I asked "cant you just take the information from me"? He said no. Never apologized, never acted concerned. And would not let me give him this information over the phone. Remember, they gave me my broken molding back and told me the other was in pieces. I escalated to a higher management level. The Operations manager called me and said there would need be to complete a full investigation report. He also told me if was very rare that their car wash ripped of moldings. I asked if I could provide this over the phone. He acted upset and didnt want to but then asked me for the same information I provided the car wash when I reported the missing moldings. He wanted the exact date which I didn't know. And I paid cash so no record. He asked me again for the exact date. Never apologized never acted concerned about my damaged truck and said again "its very rare our machine tears moldings off. But when I said, :your attendant handed me my exact molding damaged and said the other was in pieces", he said, that might not be yours and could be from another 2014 Toyota tundra? They are extremely unprofessional. As the evidence I have in my possession handed to me by their employee their machine damages vehicle. I never received an apology and I will pursue legal action if this is not corrected immediately. Do not use this Car wash!!!

I normally don't post that much on reviews but I had too here. I got a monthly unlimited plan and was super happy with the prospect of getting unlimited car washes. I have a Dodge charger and I thought I could have a safe car wash that wouldn't hurt my paint or car at this location. Unfortunately I haven't had any good luck here. I had my mirrors completely knocked in. I had my paint scratched like crazy. I'm now going to have to get a touch up paint job. I wanted to cancel my membership but they would not allow me to do it on site. I have to do it online. For all the money I "saved" I should have just taken it to a better detailer in Fort Collins. Complete garbage car wash unless you don't care for your paint.

I bought the monthly Supreme Wash for $17. I love it!! Of course you always have the free vacuums with the monthly you also get a free dash wipe and air freshener per visit. Now that its winter I just run through the wash anytime I'm out and run past the one on Mullberry or College.

Good car wash I like but not great. Sometimes or half the darn wash arms dont work. You go threw and only half or three fourths of them are spinning. Plus the first horizontal one that cleaned the front and back window seems to be messed up. It use to clean the back of my truck window but now it only does the top and leaves the back unwashed. I just wish it worked like intended, ALL THE TIME......

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Just went through the wash, got the most expensive one as our car just made it cross country from New York and needed a good bath. Something happened with the mechanism moving the cars, ours stopped, the woman behind us got squished between us and the car behind her. The manager blamed US for something going wrong and refused to help at all. Cops were called, they also refused to do anything to help. Even when we requested our money back, as our vehicle didn't even get washed, he refused. Not even a coupon or discount...nothing! And we walk away with a dirty car, a scratched up bumper, and very pissed off. Whatever happened to customer service and treating your customers with respect?! Not here apparently. Stay far away... the free vacuums aren't worth the smug attitudes and crappy service.

Can't beat the price! I pay $20 a month for the most detailed wash and can go however often I need to. Vaccuums are free all the time so it's a great place to keep your car clean and decluttered. Only complaint is sometimes the equipment gets a little rough with your car. My mirrors usually get pushed in or back and my license plate gets bent in half sometimes. Not the worst problems to have!

They eliminated the bug scrub station #@?!! I have gone here about 1.2 times a week during the spring and summer and fall, as well as almost every dry pavement day during the winters since it opened. I always get the $13 wash. I just went there, paid my $13 and you should see the front of my truck :( I was told about the monthly plan that is supposed to remedy bug guts but in my expert opinion I would have to spend about 3 hours and 12 trips thru to get the front of my truck clean. Thanks Breeze Thru for convincing me to break out the bucket, sponge and hose and save myself some cash!!! Let me know when you wise up and I'll be back

All the windows had dirty water spots on them. The 3 inches of mud I had on wheel well were still there after the washing. When I complained, they said they couldn't guarantee that your vehicle would come clean. What a waste of my money.

Breeze Thru is always so helpful and affordable to get your car cleaned. Typically I can get in and out quickly and I like the fact they have recycle bins. Also, for being a self service place their employees are always friendly. Just recently Chad came and chatted with me and was very professional and kind. He then went to go clean up a mess in the dumpster enclosure-clearly he has pride for his place of work and is willing to go the extra mile with a smile on his face.

The wash has been down for three days. I had a milkshake spilled on my car yesterday by a kid in a parking lot, I ran across town as quick as I could for a wash seeing as I have an "unlimited wash pass" and it was closed for a second day, now I stop back by and it's still closed. I understand that things break sometimes but the manager said " its not my responsibility to offer refunds of any kind and he doesn't have the power or ability to try and make it right " and "it states in your wash pass contract that we have the right to close for technical issues." It's been three days since they shut down and a high school "manager" just shrugged me off like my Big Mac took too long. Wow breeze thru. Just wow I can't believe your business practice accepts this as okay.

With two locations in Fort Collins it makes it easier for those with a unlimited pass to get their money's worth. The breeze thru car wash on College does not have a drying sheet roller, rather it relies on the dryer only. The breeze thru car wash on Lemay and mulberry has a dryer and drying sheet roller as well. Although both locations will seem packed and with long lines on nice days, they do put extra Staffing out to keep the traffic moving and in a controlled efficient manner. Even with a long line it does not typically take very long to get through the car wash. There are also free vacuums for anyone with an unlimited pass or a single one time through car wash. These vacuums are very convenient, powerful, and if you have someone to help they have a vacuum hose for both sides of your vehicle. This means two of you can be vacuuming your car at the same time.

An automated wash facility that offers several levels of cleaning. The system works well except for the rear of the vehicle, which remains streaked with dirt/mud/soil and the inside of the wheels. If they are out of balance because of caked mud, this wash does nothing to improve that. The "unlimited washes for $10/month" option is a good deal for superficial dust-off cleaning.

Cheep and Very quick run threw the machine. No one to dry your car or clean your windows, it just drops you out and your expected to just drive off before the car behind you hits you They also don't give people jobs to vacuum your car for you, I guess this is a thing Colorado people don't want to pay for. I'm from CT tho, I don't even vacuum my own car so I wasn't about to vacuum a rental myself. I had to pay my friend to do it for me

Love this car wash! I have the ultimate package and use this about 1 to 2 times per week. Love the free vacuums that are always in great working order. Staff are always visibly around to help if you were to have any problems. I have never experienced car damage to my cx9 from this particular car wash facility.

I typically go to two of their locations. The drying stage at both locations falls far short. It leaves lots of water behind and therefore drips, runs and streaks. Their system also leaves fine scratches in the clear coat when used regularly. These scratches require a mechanical paint correction to eliminate them (at a cost of about $400) for the whole car. If you go later in the day, especially during cooler weather, the pavement leading toward the exit is always saturated, partly due to the poor drying cycle. My tires spit dirty water all over my freshly washed car as I drive away regardless of how slow I try to go. Its a decent, basic car wash but leaves much to be desired. I have clients in Detroit who's business it is building car washes. I suspect Breeze Through invested in a fairly low-end car wash setup relative to some of the higher quality operations available. I wish there were other options in the area but unfortunately it's pretty much these guys or nothing.

Update #2: I talked to someone from the company and they apologized for my situation, as they were still charging me 8 months later. This gentlemen offered to refund all 8 charges since I hadn’t been there in 8+ months. The next day I received an email stating he would only be refunding me the maximum allowable amount of two months. Upon a strongly worded email, I received an email from a different person stating that I would receive six out of the eight months previously stated. I received my refund and hopefully they stop charging my card. The person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. Update: from 5 stars to 1 star. Total scam. I’ve filled out their online cancellation form 5 different times but they continue to charge me every month. They also raised their prices 20% without even mentioning it. Why is it so difficult to stop charging me? I haven’t been in several months and the only solution appears to be cancelling my card and getting a new one. Original post: Friendly staff and a decent enough wash considering you get unlimited monthly washes for only $10!

The equipment when it is working does not clean the back of your car. I went through and the right side of my car was completely missed. I will never use this car wash again. They do not keep their equipment working. So washes are hit or miss. There other car washes. It is your choice.
