The $3 wash... Ahem, I mean $4 wash... Oh wait, actually it's the $5 wash now, is pretty disappointing. It leaves streaks and dirt behind and I end up going to wash it at a power spray wash manually. The sad thing is back when it was only $3 it actually did a better job. Cone to think of it, even the more expensive "higher quality" washes used to do a better job also. This place has really gone down hill since opening.... Pay more for less is their motto I guess! The free vaccums are nice though

Edited to add: Updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars as the regional manager reached out to me regarding this review and went out of his way to order parts for me. I hope that management at the location is either properly trained or processes are updated after this so other customers don't have to jump through these hoops over a broken part. Yesterday while getting my car washed I noticed one of the rollers catch my rear wiper, pull it out and violently snap it back. On my way home I turned the wiper on and it was clear that it was broken. I stopped in the next day and explained the situation, at which point they told me that there was a recall for the wiper on my car and they couldn't pay for repairs as a result. I asked them to show me the recall and they pulled up some random article talking about the part wearing out. There was no official recall anywhere online. Regardless, this is a $40 part and rather than just reimburse me for the hassle they used every excuse in the book for how they are not liable. Just a terrible customer experience over a freaking windshield wiper that caused me to leave there seething. But hey, they did give me a gift card for a place that I will never go back to out of principle. Meanwhile I footed the bill for the damage they caused. Great job Breeze Thru, way to put the customer first. When I went to Advance across the street to get the part, they said they had at least 5 people come in in the last week with damage to their cars from Breeze Thru. Funny, the Breeze Thru manager told me I was the only one who had any issues recently. Lied to my face about that and the recall.

Please dont put your car through this. My car came out no different than when it went in. I thought it would be cleaner after the beating it took in the car wash but i guess not. I felt like my car was getting beat up during the wash i was actually concerned there would be dents. All of that and it didnt even clean my car. I want my money back.

Honestly loved the idea of this place and having a monthly membership comes in handy even though i don't wash my vehicle as often as I should. However in may of 2019 I decided to wash my vehicle before i went on a trip. I pulled into the line and apparently my membership was canceled or not reading and i was told by the attendant that I no longer had a membership and would need to resign up. I declined to sign up for something i never canceled. So I reversed out and went on my way. To be honest it slipped my mind to check my bank account and see if I have been being charged. Today however 6/21/2019 I was charged the $12 monthly membership fee. I decided to look back at mays monthly transactions only to find I was charged in may as well. As soon as I got off work I headed over here to talk to a manager. Did not get her name but she refused to do anything but write my name down and info. I'm pretty annoyed and disappointed this is how a paying customer is treated. I don't wash my car as often as I could becaus I don't live all that close. But i have been part of this "membership since January and so are lots of my friends and family. I will no longer recommend this place. They made a mistake or their machines did and due to that i did not get something I WAS paying for. So now twice i have driven out of my way to this place and both times for nothing. The manager was rude,unapologetic and unhelpful.

I was here yesterday morning to get my car detailed and they did an amazing job. My car was super dirty from my kiddos amd they were very thorough and friendly. It looks as good as it did when I first bought it. I would highly recommend them. Especially the staff that are there in the morning.

Paid for all 4 services. Left it for 2 hours and they were not busy. Had to leave it again for another 30 minutes. Mats were dirty, not vacuumed at all in some places, missed one whole side on the waxing. They finally finished up. Employee told me " we only have 20 minutes per service and we are an express car wash". That for 129.00 car wash.

Absolutely awful! The car wash (even on the upgraded prices) leaves something to be desired so I should have known better... but in a hurry expecting guests I came to have my car detailed. I bought the most expensive option they have including shampooing. What a freaking joke! Barely vacuumed, film on the few windows they DID do, dash and console still had sticky coffee and other mess that i arrived with. Took forever also, over an hour. Usually i just pay my teenager and he does a better job by miles, in a fraction of the time for a fraction of the price, and in my own driveway. Never, ever again. Stick with the crappy wash and free vacs... "detail" is pathetic at best.

Update 1/12/18: In case anyone is curious...I did contact the email as the reply to this review states in the first week of December. Again, I never heard back. Pros: Carpet cleaning, no appointment needed Cons: Poor attention to detail, expensive, confusing signage/explanations Not worth the price. I paid for the three detail services. Upon picking up my car an hour later, I found that the "interior clean" must have been a quick wipe down with a dry cloth, maybe. There was still dust on my dashboard. I found a french fry under the driver's seat so the vacuuming must not have been very thorough. "Seat cleaning" seems to mean quick vacuuming of the seats and nothing more. The "carpet cleaning" did appear to be thorough and the carpets look better. I've been to competitors and paid half the price for the half the time and had double the attention to detail. And to round out the poor experience, I tried to email them before writing a review but never heard back Attaching a few photos of the car upon pick up... The first photo is the dust on my hand from one wipe along the dashboard. The second photo is the french fry. The third photo is a close up of the dashboard where there had been spilled fast food sauce. The sauce was still there upon pick up and then I picked it off to see how easy it would have been to remove. The photo is after I had picked the sauce off, which was very easy.

Tried to get my car washed today, but there was some sort of issue two cars up. I sat there 15 minutes while the other two lanes continued moving. 15 - 20 other cars got through while I sat there. When I finally got up to the kiosk, the attendant said pretty much 'Oh Well'. I asked to talk to the manager and he wasn't any more help. I will not be going back any time soon.

The automatic car wash is fast and affordable, but I'd recommend going to a touchless car wash or just washing your car at home. I first went through when our car was covered in caked-on dirt, and when it was power-washed/brushed away, it created small scratches in the car's finish. I went again when the car was a bit cleaner, but that time, my car's finish (mostly on the top and sides) was scratched up even worse! Plus, the dryers barely worked that day. I won't be going back.

I go here often as I have the unlimited pass, which is well worth it. The car wash is pretty good, I get one of the higher level washes, so it usually gets my car squeaky clean, though occasionally some really baked on bug guts don't come off. Oh well, no biggie. Other services are good, though I use those rarely. Vacuums are great, but they are sometimes very clogged up with trash from other users. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately sometimes they are too helpful. After my first visit, I no longer needed any guidance on how to use they system (didn't really need it to begin with) but even after telling the staff I don't need assistance when they approach, they still insist on helping. Now that I have an unlimited pass and the process involves one simple touch on the screen, the employees still insist on doing it for me. Meanwhile, the other day, I sat behind a guy with handicapped plates on his car who was clearly having issues reaching and using the computer who could have used some help, but no one was to be found. I almost got out of my car to help him out, but as I opened the door he managed to get the credit card swiped. And, you guessed it, after the guy pulled up to the wash, someone appeared out of thin air to help me press a button. Perhaps employees should just keep an eye out for people who actually need help and stay back otherwise. I do like this place though, the value on the washes is unbeatable and the staff is friendly and (painfully) helpful.

This is part 1 of 2. Ah, Breeze Thru Car Wash. There are not enough words to say about this wonderful establishment. The employees, the staff, the workers - they're all amazing. I've had the pleasure of getting a detail from (almost) everyone in the aftercare, so I'm going to knock out all their reviews in one in alphabetical order. First order of business... Alex. Alex is like a pink dolphin. I will explain later. But, Alex is terrific at giving my car a quick clean wash and is an excellent towel folder. I've never seen someone fold towels the way she does. It blows my mind. Back to the pink dolphin comparison. She's like a pink dolphin, not because they are rare, but because she loves power washing the vacuum lot with the power washer, which we all know pumps out water and dolphins live in water. Now for round two. Antwon. Antwon was an outstanding player in the first annual Breeze Thru Turkey Bowl™ catching 23 passes for 485 yards. His car washing skills are also above par. Like in football, he uses a gentle touch while cleaning the interior and exterior of the car, and when I return to my car it feels like it has been taken care of and loved by someone with gentle hands and a gentle heart. Thank you Antwon. Third up to the plate is Brandon Ingram. Brandon Ingram is a class act. He has so many great qualities as a CSA that it's nearly impossible to list them all. He just takes my breathe away. Next. Brian "Boochie" Cab. Such an articulate man. Get's every syllable down. A well-versed and calm manager such as Boochie is ESSENTIAL to any successful business. And did I mention he totally ROCKS that Breeze Thru uniform? The man has class, style, and a knack for washing cars and taking care of business. Now. Brian M... A once shy, curly haired kid was transformed into a man during the Breeze Thru initation process. Not only does Breeze Thru deliver an excellent product, but they set everyone up for the future and, more importantly, turns each and every employee into a rock solid man. Hmm. Where to next? Oh, I know. Brice. Chicken Fried Brice. The Big "B". His smile and warm colored hair leave a great impression. It can be seen all the way from the vacuum lot. He is great to customers and knows a thing or two about XI. Interesting fact that I've learned while talking to Brice, he LOVES to make candles that smell like Asia. Ask him about it sometime! Christopher Feete. This guy has character. From his rainbow shoes to the way he matches his outfits with whatever drink he's drinking. He is very coordinated. He knows what's going on at all times. And not only that, but his last name is perfect for him because he has two of them. Splendid man. Now it's Eric's turn. From CSA to manager. A true underdog tale. I have witnessed this man grow into who he is today and all I can say is I like it. He gets the details done quick and gives lunches on time. He's on top of his game, and I don't think he will be peaking anytime soon. **Note** I'm sorry this are getting shorter, I am extending my vocabulary and it's a very difficult task for someone that only knows 200 words maximum. **End Note** Gavin. Chieftimous Prime. Let me tell you something. Gavin is a man's man. He takes the reigns of this company. He is not afraid to tell a customer they can't be using the dry down towels or window cleaner. Straight up Gavin is brute force. His downfield blocking has filled up hospitals (metaphorically). When he details my car it feels like I am watching a garlic and testosterone fueled demi-god at work. I would not be surprised if his official title was Alpha Chief or if he had someone below him as a Beta Chief, or something of the sort. Now onto Gavin's sister, Monica. Monica is a hugger. Jesus would love her. Monica may have a soft voice, but her love and passion for washing cars is rock hard. She is petite thus making her more aerodynamic and more quick than others, so she will get the car done in no time. She always had an acronym for her style of washing cars. She calls it the D.A.L.E. System. (D)o (A) (L)ot of (E)ffort.

Always efficient. Reasonable monthly unlimited fee. Only reason for deducting a star? I have a very large truck (barely fits in wash) -- does not get entire truck as clean as it could, misses certain spots. Overall, happy though. Have been doing unlimited wash for over a year with no complaints.

Went there yesterday and were greeted at the pay kiosk by a very friendly young man who explained the different options to us. This was helpful as we hadn't been there before. We chose the $23 option and the young men who cleaned the interior were polite and efficient. We were very pleased with their service, but they refused our offer of a tip. Kind of a pain to find this place, get on the track, find where to get the interior cleaning done, and it took a while to get it done. Everyone there is young; teenager or 20's I'd guess. 3rd time my car wasn't cleaned properly. This time I paid for detailed interior cleaning. Waited 20 minutes, got in my car and just a courtesy wipe down was done. Showed my receipt so they drove my truck to the back of the line to do the job I paid for. Another 30 minutes wasted. Just got my car back after 1 1/2 hours. Streaky windows, seats hadn't been vacuumed, dirt and dust on the dash and doors. Dirty on the outside too. They did refund my service but it doesn't really matter since I wasted so much time and have to do it myself to make it clean.

I LOVED this car wash. The drive through wash is so incredibly thorough and FUN!!! The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly!!! I got the $23 wash and dry plus interior. NO TIPPING ALLOWED! My car smelled bubbly fresh and clean instead of like old rags when I used to go to the car wash in Boulder. You can just choose the drive through for a reasonable fee and vacuums are free too!!! Love it!!!!

Great customer service--I lost a magnet in the car wash, so I stopped by a few days later to ask about a lost and found. A super polite employee checked and couldn't find it, but took my name and number and said they'd call if it turned up. I figured that was that, but a manager called the next morning to say that they didn't have it, and would clean the trap out that night in hopes it would be in there (but he was calling because he didn't want me to think they'd forgotten about me). The following morning I had another phone call to apologize that it hadn't turned up. I'll miss my magnet, but I am truly impressed at the level of follow up over something so very small (and so very not their fault)! Great job with the customer service, folks!

I once was a very happy monthly pass member and used the wash often, with no damage on my car other than a bent license plate (which I quickly fixed with a frame and a couple extra screws, so I could keep using the wash). Last weekend I took my new truck of a few weeks through and the wash snapped off my antenna. The truck has gone through numerous times before with no damage. Why this time? They are claiming the wash did not malfunction but I have yet to see that tape - only their word and communication on my request to see it has been unresponsive thus far. No signs to remove antennas prior to entering the wash either. I'd remove if there was or if I was told to. Now I am stuck with an almost $200 repair from in my opinion a faulty wash. Be careful with your cars here... you may just pay for the cheap monthly pass with an expensive car repair caused by the wash. Don't expect any help if this happens to you too. I hope they will take this opportunity to do the right thing and help with my situation, but I'm not holding my breath based on how this has been treated thus far.

The was is great, however the inside out detail was not very good. This is the second time I have used this service and the second time I have disappointed. The windows in the back were not wiped down. The outside rear of the vehicle was not wiped down. In short there was no attention to detail.

Ripped part of a decal off the back of my Jeep. There was still a lot of mud left behind on my running boards and the sides of my Jeep. Not worth the money. It would have cost less at a fo it yourself place. I suppose if you're just dealing with road grime it would do a decent job.

I’ve been coming here since its inception . I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience . Is it the most meticulous detailing you are going to get ? No, but for the price it can’t be beat . Pros : The staff is great . Shout out to Monica for keeping it 100. I’ve been to many car detailing shops , and I can say the level of professionalism here is top notch . In addition , the fact that they pay their staff a respectable wage ensures that they won’t get sticky fingers like some detail shops I’ve encountered . Cons: This has nothing to do with the business , but some of the customers should learn how to swipe their credit card properly so I’m not waiting in the cue for the equivalent of 4 Drake songs . All in all , great addition to Longmont ! Unbeatable price . And they even have a dog run !

Today I went to this car wash, and as I was going thru it, I noticed one of the main cloth brush systems wasn’t working (or spinning) on the right side. I then told a staff member who admitted “its been broken.” She offered me a one level higher upgrade — to go thru again — and hopefully gain added sprayers on the right side, not included in the initial $8.00 wash. Then, she comes back to tell me that the manager would not approve the upgraded re-wash. That didn’t sit right with me, given her offer was already extended to me, so I went to speak to him. I asked about the broken equipment, and how customers are told about not getting the use of the main cloth brush on right side? He responded “well, we tell them if they ask!!!” He finally allowed me the small upgrade, but it seems to me, NOT entirely (or proactively) forthcoming to omit advising customers about the non functioning (main, rt. side cloth brush) state of the equipment — in advance of payment. Signs could have been posted at pay stations, so customers could decide. In addition: if you have a box top on your roof, they disable the brushes that wash/clean the hood and rooftop!! No advance notice or signs about that either!! “BAD.”

I took two cars on the same day, thirty minutes apart. Paid for two different interior and exterior cleanings. Both cars looked the same in the end, very poor quality of cleaning. Didn't see any adults working, just young kids who I didn't want to bring my complaint to.

Plusses: my car got reasonably clean and the free vacuums are great. Minuses: For a new car wash, I was shocked to see that it was not touchless. By the time I saw the inside of the wash building- I was paid and had cars behind me. The machines knocked the daylights out of my mirrors, and Icdrive off amd couldn't fix them until I pulled over and parked. I guess my bad for not checking up front but I really expected the newer style wash here.

Full service car wash is quite mediocre, especially for $26. More spots are missed when vacuuming than cleaned. Windows are not ever fully wiped inside and out, and windows are almost entirely streaked. Monthly basic membership is convenient and a better value. If you go through the basic wash multiple times your car’s outside will be cleaner.

It is great to have a good quality drive through car wash in Longmont. The staff here is always helpful and they almost always have someone at the computerized service/pay stations to help those who need it. The wash is good quality and my car always comes out clean. The free vacuums post-wash are also a nice touch. Prices are just as good as other similar establishments, and their monthly unlimited wash plans are definitely worth the price. The only downside here is that they get busy and after a storm on that first sunny day, you should expect a long wait. But this is an issue of Colorado weather and living in Longmont, not a critique of Breeze Thru. The staff here really works hard to expedite your experience, even on busy days.

Drove all the way from loveland to longmont for a full service wash and detail. Used to live here and was always satisfied with this car wash. They ran a rag over my dash, did a vacuum job I would expect better out of my 9 year old, and when I pointed it out they were just like, oh well. Asked to speak to the manager. He walks over looking like hes 12. Offers me a refund but wont attempt to clean out my car and fix it so I get what I paid for. Apparantly it's not their policy to let go contact management. What about embarrassment. I will save my money, can do a better job in my sleep.

Quality of Facilities and customer service have gone way down hill over the years. They hardly ever change out the brushes and so they look all raggedy and worn out. The second set of side brushes some time ago were reprogrammed to spin backwards against the vehicle ripping out my power side view mirrors that are not cheap, every time I go through. The over head rinse pressure is turned up so high I’m surprised it doesn’t rip the paint off. It is extremely loud and scares my kids and dogs when going through. I’ve been to every location and ken Pratt location is the only one that has the pressure turned up that high. They do not use spot free rinse as advertised. Everytime I go through I have water spots. Which could also be because of the blower not blowing like it used to and leaves the truck still very wet leaving the wash. It used to have more air pressure and other locations are still good on that aspect. I have compared spot free water quality with other car wash locations and have found that when using their spot free rinse, it does not spot even when not blow dried. And last but not least the customer service is awful to say the least. It’s all just kids in bad moods making sour faces at everyone. Not an adult to be found. I paid for the extra details a couple times after road trips. They wiped my dash and glass with the same already dirty towels leaving streaks all over the glass. The bug removal they just used a bucket of black water and dirty rags to scrub the front and didn’t clean it off. Had to go through the wash again after they “detailed” it. Spoke to the manager and was told I had to pay even more for them to wipe it off and do wheels and door jams. Cancelled my membership.

This place is great the wash works well. it's totally worth it to buy the month membership so you can drive through anytime all the salt that they put down on the road badly damaged is the undercarriage of a car recently I've seen an undercarriage completely fall out engine on the ground so I wash my car a lot

Great customer service. The employees here are great!... however... I spend $70 on a wash plus interior cleaning and I can’t get my rubber floor mats hosed off unless I pay an extra $30. Really? $30 to hose off floor mats? Local competition is including that service at a far cheaper price all around.

Unfortunately, I can't say I am impressed: I chose a "royal" car wash at the check-in screens, paid with card and was immediately able to enter the carwash tunnel (good). However, the carwash itself left alot to be desired: especially in the front and the back there were a lot of remanets of bugs and dirt which left streaky residue on the car. Not even the windshield or the mirrors were properly cleaned. When I approached the staff about this, the only suggestion was to purchased the top of the line package next time - I felt this missed the mark somewhat since the purchases package was far from the cheapest one and the received product was clearly not as expected.

The car wash does a good job of cleaning loose grime and dirt off but dried on bugs and other stuff needs a little extra attention. The extra services are OK but they focus on speed over quality, especially when busy. I've had dried on bugs waxed over with the hand wax. The inside services always leave a film on my windows I have to clean off. I recommend the monthly pass as it pays for itself with 2 washes a month. Also, try and find off times to get your car wash, If the queue is 5 cars deep in each of the three lanes you are looking at 20+ minutes to get to the wash.

Went in for an interior detailing, car came back looking like it hadn’t been touched. I had a few light stains in my upholstery, service attendant blamed it on my car “being 18+ years old and it’s natural for that age of car”.... my car is a 2015. Asked them kindly to re-touch those areas and was met with attitude and disrespect. Not worth it. Definitely will not be going back for interior work.

Ran through the "bubble" wash package. Worked great except for the wheels. Ask attendant if he could help. Comes back 5 minutes later and says nope, nothing he can do. Offers to talk to manager to see about another run through or a voucher. Waited 15 minutes. Never returned. Spend your money where they care because it doesn't look like they do here.

Car wash works ok, but I always have to go through twice. Having the monthly plan makes that fact easier to deal with. Detail services are mediocre and not worth the price once you add enough extras to get a true detail. You can get to $150 fast with detail add-ins and you do not end up with anything near the quality you would receive from true detail shop. Bottom line, a monthly wash sticker is worth it, but schedule with a real detail shop if your car is very dirty inside.

However, upon taking my car through for an interior clean two weeks ago my car now smells like something died in it. Every morning I open the door to a nauseating wave of vile scent that demands I drive with all windows down. Great service but I'm literally contemplating getting rid of the car if the smell doesn't go away soon.

Not worth the star- ran my 1 week old brand new vehicle through their wash and it scratched the clear coat on the entire vehicle. The place is run by kids, and the assistant manager blamed the dealer and said no way his brushes could do this. He’s trained well in displacing the blame, but there is no question they damaged my vehicle. So, save your anger and your money - and wash it yourself.

Can't beat the price. Plenty of option from $4 simple clean with free vacuum (two per car) to complete detailing. They also just introduced unlimited car washes for $10 a month. Plus annually they have buy one get one gift cards for an unlimited amount. No tipping allowed. The staff is always very helpful, through, and fast.

I've been very pleased with breeze thru until recently, perhaps they've had a management change. Today I went for a express detail with floor shampoo. Upon returning home I discovered that they didn't even touch the floor in the back of my van. I called them up and they offered that I could come back and have it redone. The place is a 30 minute drive from my house so that would mean I'd lose an 1.5 of my day. I told them this and asked if at least I could get the super clean service (and offered to pay for it) when I came back to justify the lost time to get back there and they said I'd have to pay for the entire wash all over again! They said it was my fault that they didn't clean the back because they don't empty the back of strollers etc without permission of the owner... But they never asked me ... I would have removed the things myself if I knew that was a requirement! I will probably go back once more to get them to finish the job but after that I will never return.
