I highly recommend these guys! I've never had my car cleaner. Tim shows up on time and really takes pride in what he does, it shows in his work. After he's done with my car it looks and smells like it just rolled off the lot. Not to mention the fact that he comes to my house to do it and I don't have to take time out of my day to drive to a dealership and wait for my car to be done. I'm a loyal customer to black diamonds mobile detailing.

After having another car detail service (not Black Diamond) no-show on me I called Black Diamond Mobile Detailing and spoke with Tim the owner. He was very accommodating and was able to schedule an interior car detail the next morning for me. He showed up promptly with his crew and their work was impeccable. Tim remained in close contact with me via text to confirm the appointment and even texted when they were on their way and let me know they would be a few minutes late due to traffic. VERY courteous, professional, reliable and responsive team. The interior of my car has never been more clean. I would definitely 100% recommend Black Diamond services and will be using them again in the future without question.

Here is my fiances review on yelp: "Not the type to leave a bad review but I've been extremely patient with this detailer. First, they were scheduled to arrive 7 hours earlier than they actually did. I get it, things come up and you run late...but 7 hours?! After the detailers left, I noticed that my navigation screen had a cloudy film over it. Turns out, the product they used was too abrasive and damaged the screen. We contacted the detailer and they initially agreed to cover the damages; we were extremely happy that they were willing to take accountability for this. However, once we got a quote from the dealership, the company changed their stance and said that there was no way they could have caused the damages. This was a month ago!!! I'm extremely disappointed in how this company handled the situation. In addition to the detailing cost, we are now down another $900 to fix the screen...I tried to stay patient with this company...after all, it took a month to come to a resolution...but the way it was handled is completely unfair!!! Upsets me that we have to pay for the faults of another but I am over it, I need to be able to use my navi". Tim refused to take ownership of the problem and took it as far as saying, "how do I know you didn't just damage the car and now you're trying to make money?" "You took my kindness for weakness." Two months later, the damages were paid for by a completely different company! It's unfortunate because the detail itself was not bad. The way Tim handled the issue was not professional. Don't let this happen to you.

Without a doubt, the best in the business. Anyone with kids will know just how bad a car can get over time. I’ve used several services before including mobile cleaners and the big shops. None of them have ever returned my vehicle to me in as good a condition as Black Diamonds. My rigs are 16-17 years old but after Tim and his crew finished they looked brand new. Scheduling was super easy and they arrived on time. I found them to be honest and trustworthy; returning some money I had left in my vehicle. Black Diamonds’ attention to detail is unmatched. Their proffessionalism and pride in their work is evident the second you look into your vehicle. I highly recommend Black Diamonds to anyone looking for the best detailing services money can buy.

I have never scheduled for a mobile detail before and honestly, wasn't to sure how the experience would end up. I searched out a couple different outfits and like many of us do now, based a decision off of ratings online. First thought was skeptical since the means of communication were by Text but almost immediately after sending my first text, I got a response back answering all my questions originally sent and with pricing. I followed through and scheduled for my wife's Altima to be done early October but Denver shot that down bringing in weather. A couple days before the weather event I was notified by text that we would need to reschedule. Not a problem, completely understand. We rescheduled for the 12th and these guy's held true to their schedule and came early to start the work (of course after checking my availability first). On time, pleasant greeting and professional appearance. Not to mention, I didn't hand them a menial task. My wife's car is the primary transportation of dogs and what a hairy debacle it was. Price was honored and an exceptional job making her car look like it just drove off the showroom floor for a second time! These guy's have our business going forward and I can't say enough about their performance. I look forward to having them detail my truck here soon and I will recommend Black Diamond every speaking chance available.

I love this company I use them at least once a month. I have two different cars I have them do. They're prices are completely fair because the job they do is amazing. I use to go to a detailer which was super inconvenient to drive somewhere and drop my car off. The nice thing about Black diamonds is that they come to me and they're always on time. I have had them come to my house and my job. They are always smiling and so nice. They do everything thing I want plus more. I would never go anywhere else for my details. I have recommended them to so many people. Cool thing about that is they always give me $10 off my next wash when someone makes and appointment.
