There is only one complaint with this location and it's that it's too busy! But since there is no way to correct that, I'll still give them 5 stars. Whenever something has gone wrong, the customer service is very quick to do anything in their power to fix it.

Membership at Autowash is a good deal even if the individual services leave a little to be desired. With the automatic wash wheels don't quite come out anything near clean and things like bug guts tend to remain after the wash. For these I would have to recommend the self serve wash. The self serve under membership is a fairly generous fifteen minutes. It's much better than automatic if you have specific areas you would like to target but you lose undercarriage wash. To get the best results you really need both options. However since you are limited to one wash a day, you'll either need to drop a couple extra bucks on self-service in addition to membership with each visit or come multiple days. What really puts membership into the win column for us is that in addition to the car wash and unlimited vacuums it includes the dog wash. This is another thing where there are better, more expensive options available nearby (U Shampooch) but as part of a bundle becomes too good to pass up. Altogether the membership is a really great deal on serviceable if not perfect services.

I have the monthly membership, I like the price point and options. My only issue is that the automatic car wash leaves the rear of my car dirty everytime. The good news is this is easily remedied as the self wash does a great job.

By far the best Car Wash I have ever had a membership with! A multitude of amenities all in one location. Automatic, Self Service, Fragrance, Spot Removal, Shampooing, Tire Shine, Air, & Even a Dog Wash Station! Talk about a convenience! $32-$35 a month !? That's literally just cents over a Dollar a Day! The membership pays for itself in like 2 maybe 3 visits just wash your car 2 maybe 3 times in that month. You can't beat that, not to mention the customer service is Always "On Point"! 5 stars for sure. The only downfall in my personal opinion is with the best car wash and best membership in and around Denver, more and more people are finding out about Autowash and depending on what time you go, the wait could be unfortunately long. Another automatic and another self service bay (at Each location)would definitely bring in more revenue and further expedite the flow of traffic creating a Win for business & a Win for customers! Overall, pretty damn impressed!

Purchased the premium automatic wash, which was quite pricey. It left the back of my subcompact hatchback dirty along with patches of dirt on the windshield. Also it costs extra money to use the vacuum. Won't be going back.

The vacuums wouldn't even be able to give a teenager a hicky, the change machines are pieces of $#!^, and the hoses have significant delay before switching over to your desired function. Built pretty with amenities, but otherwise only built about as well as anything else put up in Stapleton in the last 10-15 years.

Fantastic quality and value. Whether I'm using self serve or automatic, the wash always comes out clean and the management are very generous with the time and chemicals used in each wash. Monthly membership is very worth it if you value keeping your car clean. I trust no one else for my car wash needs!

First time here today, and the auto wash dryer came slamming down on the back of my Subaru Crosstrek. The tailgate now squeaks and chirps because it is misaligned. Needs to go to Subaru for professional repairs now. Don’t get your car washed here, they will damage your vehicle, and there are signs everywhere saying that they are not liable for any damages, so beware. Wash at your own risk.

Great place to wash your car and ous just up the street from me so makes it easier to get my car washed. Plus they offer text discounts and now they have the app were you can now buy a monthly membership for$35. You get unlimited car washes automated, do it yourself bays, vacuuming, air and a bay to wash your pooch all included. I already used this membership there times at $15 for the top car wash and it already has paid for itself and the great thing about it I can wash my other cars too on my membership without paying extra.

Usually has a long like whenever I decide to attend, however, the wash is well worth the wait and worth every penny. It's usually cheaper to just wait in line for a wash rather than resorting to washing the vehicle yourself with this particular wash, I can't speak for others, I'm pretty dedicated to these guys; consistent, effective service is what we all seek with such business that we need to handle frequently. I've yet to try their membership program myself, but I personally believe it would save you a lot of money to consider getting into if you're a real stickler about keeping a clean ride.

Ok, so where else can you get a monthly membership that has different locationssl over town, free car wash every day auto or do it yourself, free unlimited vacuums, carpet cleaners and a place for Fido this place does. I've been a member for some time now and realy enjoy coming here to clean my vehicle. Only downside always busy if that's a downside lol. I highly recommend this place and the others as well realy affordable memberships only $35 a month or pay as you go, either way still the best deal around.

I went there this morning and my car got trapped in one of the automatic washers. I called their phone number numerous times to no avail. Luckily, two patrons helped me out and held the door open so my car could get out. There really should be someone on call in this situations.

This place is pretty darn cool! They have great yearly unlimited car washes that include the use of the Doggy Wash which is a life saver! I never have to clean the hair from the tub and my car is always spotless! If you pamper your car this is the spot for it!

Best do it myself car wash I have been to. I am very picky about my car and this place was perfect. You don't even need to bring cash, they take cards for change or just straight to the wash. The brushes and pressure washers work as I expected them to, and they even have a hand held air drier so you don't even need to use the Chamois! Very well maintained, very clean. Will be back regularly.

Came in with a pretty dirty car and chose the most expensive wash, it didn't even come close to washing all the dirt off of my car. Could have done better by myself with a hose. The line only had 4 or 5 cars in front of us but it felt like it took an hour before we got in. Disappointing overall.

Great car wash location on central park. Would give it 5 stars but it's always busy because they have to few locations. Takes me up to 2 hours sometimes to get through the automatic line. And sometimes longer on self serve. On the plus side it's always clean, well stocked and has a dog wash. Another bonus is the monthly subscription of unlimited washes which is probably why it's packed everyday. $35/month gets you a wash everyday, free vacuum, dog wash and extended time for manual washes. Believe me it comes in handy.

Gets the job done. Always a line... You'll never get a fast car wash here. Edit. The lines here are out of control. Each car takes 10 minutes. You're going to wait 30-60 minutes for an automatic wash. Not worth the monthly fee if you can't ever get a car wash.

Needed a brushless car wash and this was it. It's just pressurized water so you obviously don't get that detailed clean but this wash is way better than other touchless car washes i have been to. It gets super close to your car so it gives it a better clean and gets more of the gunk out. Plus the dryer is the same way so saves you time wiping it down but I do that anyways. First time coming and I think i will be coming back. My car has accessories which I removed before hand to get the deepest clean.

Watch for the bill changing machine it will eat your dollar bills! Fortunately I got my money back by calling the office. Clean and we'll kept wash, it even has a section to give your dog a bath. I was not impressed on how fast money goes here... I'm talking about 15 dollars to wash your own car in a rush.

Went here several times to wash my dog. And it was great. But I went this last weekend and had to use my debit card to pay for it. It took me just under 10 minutes to wash my dog and sanitize the tub. So it should have only charged me $10, but instead I was charged $30 for a bath that took less than 10 minutes!! If I wanted to pay that kind of money I would take my dog to an actual pet groomer!!

Good customer service when issues arise such as a technical glitch on the app. Responsive and friendly, even in a Sunday! The wash is good, just not great. The drying cycle isn’t fantastic, but does an average job. Need to work on maintenance issues as there always seems to be a bay not working which makes the lines longer. Overall pretty good wash though.

As a rideshare driver, I spend a lot of time here and can say that this is a great place to wash your car! There's both automatic washing, as well as self-service bays, all open 24 hours. The soaps and waxes are high quality, and everything is well-maintained. There's super high powered vacuums available. Credit/debit cards are easy to use - too easy, maybe! The change machine gives out dollar coins instead of quarters or tokens. There's also a doggo wash for your pup pampering pleasure!

The dog wash was a great touch. Hank is a large breed Saint Bernard. The wash area is heated and inside in an area large enough to fit 4-5 people. There’s options like flea shampoo and air dryer available. It does cost $9 minimum to get started but the dog was plenty happy and it was so fun for the kids too.

Very nice and clean carwash they have vending machine to buy window cleaner air fresheners tire cleaner and to clean the dash. The attendant was keeping busy cleaning up he even helped me when I didnt pull in fast enough. Very nice guy. They have vacuums that have air freshener and tire cleaner they also have carpet shampooer. The best part is they have a pet wash so you can take you dog in and give them a bath even dry them. My favorite carwash in the area.

If you are in need of a quick wash, then this is your place. I have been here a few times and it's a quick in and out in no time. At times the POS system can be tricky once it charged me for the wash but once I drove in the wash never started. Lost about $14 that one time.

The sensor in the automatic wash never detects where your car is located so I just keep pulling up and going back with it never starting the wash. I basically wasted 10 dollars and then had to pay again to hand wash it. It's often crowded so expect a decent wait on the weekends. If the sensor worked I could easily give 4 stars.

Amazing car wash. This place has a dog washing station with two enclosed areas. It also has two drive through auto wash station. It's a little price, but does a great job. Finally, it also has three self wash bays with vacuuming stations.

this is a excellent concept...... car wash and pet wash station both in the same location. Pet Wash station user-friendly and easy-to-navigated. Starting at $10 you have the option of shampoo, shampoo with flea treatment, conditioner, rinse cycle and blow-dry. the last feature is disinfecting the tub. definitely would recommend this location

I use the dog side of the wash. It's really nice to have a place to take the puppies. I only wish they were a little more reasonable, or offered more bang for the buck. I breaks down to basically a $1/minute. It's worth it to not have clogged drains in my home.

I really like their 24 hr dog wash rooms! Private with a door! Our dog is a rescue and gets very stressed around other dogs on top of that she hates water so having a private room to wash her is like a game changer, really helped us to remove many stress factors from her bath time and slowly getting her to actually enjoy her bath time!!!

The wait was horrendous but we stayed because it was convenient. The car in front of us was finally going to drive in- they paid and everything- and the wash broke down. One wash was already down when we arrived (hence the long lines) and it was irritating waiting 35 minutes to then have to leave. Such a waste of time.
