Great touchless wash. I normally wash by hand myself because I'm picky about my truck, if I can't get to it I'll use this place every now and then. Won't beat you vehicle up like some of the traditional washes.

Horrible wait times, free vacuums are advertised on google maps but you still have to pay for it. Each vacuum cycle last only 1-2 minutes so be prepared to pay multiple times. Car wash should of been 10 minutes but took closer to 30. Once the car dried it looked the exact same as before, probably won’t return.

Long wait times. Manual bay brush sprays way too much. Going back to work with blue stains on my shoes, shirt, and pants. Brush looks like it left scratches. Auto bay does not finish cleaning car Follow up.... the brush foam ruined a pair of pants and my shoes..... One star.

To start prices are too high for what you get, I’ve been twice but I won’t go back to the auto wash. This time only one side was working properly, the pressure was insane, and it didn’t have a dryer as I went out so I’ll be toweling it off myself when I get home.

Average automatic wash regardless of what price wash you choose. The credit card readers at ALL bays may work one day and not the next. I used the same CC I always use on Thursday and on Monday I had to change to a different manual wash bay as after 23 swipes the card reader would not work, I got back in line for a different manual wash bay and the reader worked on the 6th swipe. I wish their was competition close by!

The auto car wash works great but it seems like something is always broken. Either the soap doesn’t dispense properly or I’ve had the intense rinse not work. There is no spot free rinse in the auto wash and the blow dry is weak. I’ve actually had the whole machine stop on me in the middle of a wash. Luckily the guy was on site. Not sure what I would have done if he hadn’t been there. Also the vacuums are not very good here. They don’t have much strength and the other day it was adding more dirt than I had to start with (small rocks kept falling out of the hose and then it didn’t have the suction to pick them up). The do it yourself wash is usually messy (not cleaned frequently enough) and the spot free rinse doesn’t work at all compared to other washes I’ve used. Save your money and go to one of the older car washes in Arvada.

Wondering if there has been a management change. Last few times their recycled water has smelled like raw sewage. Guessing the RO or something in the process has been malfunctioning as this never smelled like this over the years. I called the number and mentioned this months ago and it seems just as bad or worse now. Also this morning was stunned at filthy overall condition inside the automated wash bay. This place use to always be spotless, today the walls, signage and the wash unit itself looked horrible. like no one has cleaned, wiped or cared about the appearance at all. Hoping this improves or I'll find a cleaner place to go. Hard to feel confident going into a wash that is dirtier than my vehicle. This wash The ARVADA location.

Terrible car wash. I paid $11 for the top-quality automatic wash, and my car came out just as dirty as it went in. I wasn't expecting it to sparkle or anything, but there was NO IMPROVEMENT. Seriously. I should've taken the gas station windshield squeegee to it, it would have been more effective.

This wash is a ripoff! Road film on our glass and vehicle not to mention it doesn’t clean the vehicle see picture. Tried calling the number but doesn’t take messages and no way to contact to get help. I’d try other car washes and not go here again!

I like this carwash. Fairly easy to get to and the automatic carwash does a pretty decent job. However they are busy. Try your best to go during odd hours like early in the day. Always busy after work and on the weekends. Usually about a two car wait.

Uncomfortable experience with the employee/manager/owner? micromanaging my wash. He was very patronizing. Bummed because the reviews were good and it's close to home but I will not be back.

The machines don't work properly. They don't account for the correct amount put in. The owner/whatever was also a creeper making comments about my appearance. Not a professional person, nor a multi tasker. Asked him for a micro fiber towel, with money in hand mind you (2 one dollar coins) while he had the vending machine open after going thru the automatic car wash. Apparently b.s.ing with his friend took president. After that, I refused to buy the towel and wont be back, nor recommending the place to anyone. Poor service. I'd take my money and business else where.

Great auto wash! At $11 for the top wash it's a great price and the length+processes involved in the wash made it feel like I was getting a good deal. Be sure to pay attention to the time you plan to arrive, the 3 auto wash bays can backup quickly.

I used the automatic washer. A considerable amount of mag chloride and dirt was left on my car after the very best wash (see picture of the micro fiber towel I used to hand dry). Vacuum code I purchased didn't work.

I love this car wash! I live in downtown Denver but keep my horse nearby this wash. I always wait to wash my car until I have time before or after I go to the barn so that I can come here. Every time I go to a different place closer to my house, I regret it and wish I would have just waited because nowhere else does as good of a job. I usually don't like automatic car washes because they never seem to work well, but I use both the auto and the self service bays here and both are great.

Wait time here was more than 20 minutes. Then, after paying $11 for an automatic wash, I was unable to get a wash as the pressure plate was clearly broken in the bay. (I was the second car to try it, so it wasn’t user error.) Tried calling for a refund, and conveniently for the car wash owner, I was unable to leave a voice mail as their voice mailbox isn’t set up.

Whoever is running the place watched me sit in front of one of his car wash bays for 15 minutes then came out and stuck a cone in front of my vehicle and walked off didn't even apologize or say anything to me People that operate a business like that should go out of business
