Been to the car wash a couple times. Most of the time the rotating drums to dry the car dont even touch it. A couple times they have their employees dry it but has been hit or miss. They should have there employees dry the car all the time or not but be consitant.

For an interior and basic wash ($22) I thought they did a fantastic job- wiped down all surfaces, vacuumed, cleaned the mats, and the outside looked great. I used to go to the puddle in Boulder, this will definitely be my new go to car wash.

Update: Jeremy reached out to me regarding my broken mirror. After he reviewed the video, he saw that the equipment malfunctioned, causing my side mirror to fold forward, cracking the casing. He accepted full responsibility and has paid to have my mirror replaced. Thank you Jeremy! Your honesty and integrity are impressive and very much appreciated! Took my one month old car through this morning and came out with a broken side mirror. Of course they claim no responsibility. What a joke. Beware!!!

This car wash was such a great and needed addition to our neighborhood! The setup is fantastic. They offer so many menu options anywhere between a super basic exterior only wash (which you can then go and use your own muscle power at the FREE vacuums), to full detail services. I frequent this carwash about once a month for an interior/exterior wash and then usually end up swinging back through for a free vacuum once in between. They now even offer free window cleaner and microfiber towels at the vacuum stations. This has saved me so many times with how dirty my car gets with my two kids. They have a very nice waiting area including inside and outside seating and very friendly staff. The people that staff the vacuum/interior wash station are super efficient and every time I go, I am amazed at how quickly they get the inside of my car sparkling. They never hesitate to go the extra mile on deep cleaning my rubber mats and trunk. Many other places I've been always forget these details. I highly recommend!

Not only does the wash always look great, they have air hoses that I can spray the dripping water off to ensure I don’t get water spots which is great since I have a black car.. HE HAD AN ATTITUDE THAT FLOORED ME AND I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE HE TALKED TO THAT WAY. THERE WHERE A COUPLE OTHER PEOPLE THAT NEEDED TO ADDRESS PROBLEMS WITH HIM WHILE I WAS THERE. Every time I show there machine gets worse and worse, I have a lower car and the drying wheels don't even touch below windows, drying cloths always wet only saving grace is compressed air not worth the money though Edit: couple other options if your having problems with streaking Option 4 charge more to oversized vehicles to clean out fenders Option 5 charge less to all other vehicles that have to hand wipe the lower 3 feet of there vehicle Option 6 hand wipe vehicles that aren't touched by your drying pads

It appears that the only choices of car washes in the northwest suburbs of Denver are self-service or automated tunnel washes with spinning brushes. This car wash falls into the latter category, although they do have a crew of men to do a quick wipe-down after your vehicle comes out of the tunnel. Operative word is "quick": the young Hispanic men seemed far more interested in joking and talking amongst themselves than they were in attending to our vehicle. Hopefully, management will make some improvements here. We went into the tunnel with some trepidation after reading reviews of the closed-cell brushes "thumping heavily" on the cars, but found that to be an exaggeration: these foam brushes didn't feel any more abusive than other types of spinning car wash brushes. However, what I didn't like about them was that the individual "fingers" of each foam brush are so wide that they don't do as good a job of cleaning as traditional brushes. Examining the car after the wash, I could see places where the wide brush fingers couldn't get into the contours of the body, or where the fingers were obstructed by parts of the car. This left some areas quite obviously uncleaned. This car wash is well laid out with easy access in and out, and it has lots of space for maneuvering. The self-serve vacuum bays are well-spaced and do not obstruct traffic. Overall, I'd give this car wash a grade of B+.

The issue is not the speed of the machines, it's the overall impact of the rags (you can hear them smack) on the paint. If you have dark paint, watch out. Today I had a negative encounter with the GM because their "good" wash stopped including any drying service, and his team was rude to me when I dared to ask why. Of course when they sold me the wash nobody presented a menu of what I'd get. Great way to set expectations. Never mind that! I just saw the review, below, where he justified using ammonia-based glass cleaner on leather. GTFO. "...stay away from products containing ammonia or alkalies, which can damage leather beyond repair, according to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification..." Umm... It wasn't a hard decision to cancel our two, monthly memberships. Like, immediately, as soon as we discovered how deeply the incompetence runs.

Very nice, clean!! Very clean! Clean for cleaning. No one wants dirty, funky area when they are trying to get rid of some of the dirt and funk in their own life. Right? Thats not all. In my opinion the best part ...... Free vacuums the nice big ones and micro fiber towels and window cleaner. I would defiantly recommend if your needing to tidy up a few things vehicle wise for virtually no cost. I really have no idea what the Carwash services are all about but I can't imagine they wouldn't be great.

I have been going to this car wash for a few months now. I took my truck into them that was super dirty after the last snow. I was shocked that it came out looking almost perfect. The first visit was a little confusing but now that I know how it works it is easy, fast and the results are great. The people working there are very friendly and do a great job. My truck looks great after it comes out and it only takes about 4 minutes to go from super dirty to 99% clean. The only way to get it cleaner is to hand wash it myself. I typically have them clean the inside too, but when I am feeling like saving a few bucks I use the free vacuum machines along the sides. I like them so much I will probably buy one of their monthly passes.

Very disappointed with the detail work done. Admittedly the car was a mess when brought in, but it was still a very dirty car after they’d “finished”. Paint was rubbed through on the dash, seats were left grubby, and carpet had only been gone over lightly when it needed more. I found trash under the seats that could easily been removed. Your guy behind the counter was clueless, refused to look at it beforehand to see what needed done THEN screwed up the appointment. I got a call to hurry in because they were closing due to rain, and I think that was just a ploy to send it out in a hurry knowing they did a crappy job. The shop that referred me to them took one look and said they did an awful job and the seats were still dirty. Another shop looked at it and wanted twice as much to do the job that was already supposedly done. (I was expecting extra charges but I guess a crappy job for low price is more important) I tried stopping back to speak with the manager but he always seemed to be away or they couldn’t find him. I now have damage to deal with as well as doing it myself or paying AGAIN again to have it done. Hope that $100+ makes your life easy. Obviously won’t be back, advise others to go elsewhere, and obviously one star us too high a rating.

Car wash broke my mirror. The employee saw it happen and got the manager. Manager was not helpful at all. Despite his employees witnessing the machine breaking my part, he denied responsibility. Based on his response, I feel this was not the first time he has had this conversation. It's just so sad there are businesses like this.

if you can't clean a car with a ski rack... don't open a car wash in boulder county... i have been with the guys at 95TH St Car Wash and Detail since opening weekend in the fall. Got the subscription. Pimped it on FB. etc.... Car got clean. Nice people. However, as the "touch-full" nature of their car wash has continued to pull "stuff" off of cars in east Boulder County, they have adjusted the system to clean less and less. Gotta luv the performance of a touch-full car wash in "touchless" mode.... Today, they basically moved the dirt around on my car... and bent my license plate for the Xth time... And I am out... Soooooooooo if you have a car without a ski/bike rack... no rear wiper.... non-adjusting side mirrors... no exposed antenna... and nothing that can come off it (ie license plate frame, molding, etc) that you care about, 95th Street are the guys for you... NOTE - if you doubt my comments about "pulling pieces off of cars", see the big "we aren't responsible for the following conditions..." sign as you enter the car wash... :)

Went today for the first time. OMG, a customer two cars in front of me STOPPED in the air dry section of the car wash, causing the car behind him to STOP and therefore causing me to STOP. My car was pulled into the car in front of me. Fortunately there was no damage. The attendant stood right there like nothing happened. I got out of my car to see if there was any damage. His response, laughing, "Sorry about that." I will never go back.

I went there a couple of weeks after they first opened. I ordered their top cleaning package. They definitely had some growing pains and the gates were not working right, but once I got inside and they cleaned the car, I have to say it was probably the most thorough job I have had done in the whole county. They spent time and attention to detail getting it done and I didn't have to point out any areas they missed, because they got them all. The only reason they don't get a 5 star is because some places will lift up all the seats in my SUV and vacuum them completely out.

Awful experience. I bought a $55 interior super clean that they said would take 40 minutes...they did it in 20 minutes but gave me a car with standing water in the floor mats and greasy dashboards. In that 20 minutes, my car door was somehow off alignment...it now doesn't close smoothly but catches on the door lock with a physical and audible scraping of metal on metal. The employees feigned shock and got the manager, who told me I did it and took zero responsibility. I will never go back here again.

Don’t usually leave reviews but I paid $85 for the In & Out service. Got in my car and it looked ok from the outside. Got in and realized the mats we soaking wet (dripping when I removed them from the car) and the leather hadn’t been treated at all. Very disappointed and do not recommend. Try Speedy Sparkle down the street.

As I do with any new business in town, I paid VERY close attention to how this place operates. The overall look and feel, how the cashier explained the various services offered, if she was listening to my concerns, how easy it was to use the wash, seeing how they serviced my car and more importantly, how the management was interacting with the staff. I have to say I was very impressed with all of the above. So much so, that I asked to visit with the manager and ended up meeting with him and the owner where I gave them my feedback. As for the wash...my car was impeccable. I chose the $20 exterior/basic interior and was very pleased. Yes, this place is new on the map, changed managers and it appears they are on the right track. I spoke intimately with some of the staff and they all reported how generous the owner is. Don't think you will hear that too often in this type of service business.

Two stars instead of one, because they did actually clean my van really well. But while it was being detailed they knocked the rear-view mirror off my windshield. The guy who did it didn't really speak English (and I'm not fluent in Spanish... thanks public eduction...) so he went in and got someone who did. That person proceeded to tell me my rear-view mirror had "just fallen off" and that they "weren't responsible for it" and that there was some adhesive I could go buy. I had just spent $32 to get my car washed/detailed and they damaged my vehicle and didn't seem to care. I didn't get an apology. It almost seemed like they were accusing me of having put the mirror on with flimsy adhesive? I couldn't quite tell. I told the english-speaking associate that I was never coming back to this car wash. He said "Ok." and made a hand motion like "go ahead and leave." I'm not sure who I spoke to, but if this is the way they communicate with clients/customers and this is *actually* the way the owners/managers of this place deal with issues like this, then I honestly don't feel at all safe returning. No acknowledgement, no apology, just a shrug and a sendoff? I regret supporting this business.

This was my first time to this carwash. Normally I was my cars by hand in my driveway. I am pretty particular about the quality of a wash. In the winter it becomes more difficult to keep a car clean. In recent past I have reverted to using a $3 DIY spray-off wash. This gets the worst of the winter grunge off but is by no means a good wash. I decided to treat myself to a monthly subscription to the automated wash and run my car through as often as I like. I was pretty impressed by how well 95th Street Carwash did. I did not look carefully around the car but it is much cleaner than the DIY spray-off and with the roads in the condition they are now, it will be dirty in a few days. There may be cheaper monthly programs nearby but I don't know if they would clean as well. I am pleased.

Overall disappointed. I don't understand why no car wash in this area can properly clean a car. I got the "top of the line" wash for $32. The basics continue to be ignored. Crumbs left in cup holders and center consul, dirt left in the threshold of the rear tailgate, etc... Save the money, get the basic wash, and do everything else yourself. I was really hoping this place was going to be different.

The first time I used this carwash they had just opened. I thought it was way over priced and my car was by no means clean when they were done. The person who worked on the car put a heavy-handed emphasis on the tip jar before I even had a chance to see the job they did. Second time was months later. I read the options a lot more carefully, was able to get the car washed for about half the cost as the first time and the quality had improved significantly.

They missed several places on my truck had to spend about 20min going back over what they did. They also charge extra to spray armor all on the inside even when you pay for the interior to be cleaned. I thought they were high on the prices especially for what you get. If i do go back i will just get the basic wash and do the rest myself.

Damaged my factory installed roof rack; instead of attempting to ‘make it right,’ the go-to line was that there’s no way it was factory installed. (Even though I ordered it that way from the factory as a new vehicle.) Now, we’ll be filing a claim with insurance and never returning here.

Update: I got my car washed again and it was a little bit better than last time. Still had a couple spots on my back window but other than that it looked good. My car did not get washed well here with the medium level wash. I still had dirt on the front and side of the car. The windshield was still dirty as well. In response to the reply: I did not have any racks on my car at all so I'm not sure what happened with the wash why it did not work well. I will stop by later for another wash though to see if it is any better. At the moment I'm not considering on coming back to this place and this wash will determine if I do.

The manager (Jeremy) was even worse than the poor service they provided to the interior of my car. He was not even a little bit apologetic. Save yourself time and vacuum your car yourself if you go here, and don't be fooled into thinking any part of your car will be "super clean" after paying $55 ($60 for 3rd row) for that service. Refunded after much arguing and dealing a condescending manager - I guess that does deserve 1 star. Never going back.

It appears to be false advertising that their 'better' and 'best' washes are any different than the 'basic' package as far as the automated wash goes... My under-carriage was bone dry after I went through so there is no 'undercarriage' wash feature... they are the same exact automated wash as the 'basic' package. See photo. The manager Jeremy hid in the back and refused to meet me when I inquired. I left my info for him to call me back, and never heard anything. That said, the basic wash does a pretty good job if all you're after is shiny paint, but I'd save your money if you are after serious detail work or to get the wintery muck off the bottom of your car.

My wife and I loved this car wash until just recently. We both were going through the wash.. she was in front of me in her Audi Q5 and me behind in my Acura RDX. As we’re going through the wash I see the machine rip off her spoiler and go flying through the air. I’m praying it doesn’t hit my car on the way down. We pull out of the car wash freaking out, the workers run and get the spoiler. My wife and I said we want the owners number right now. They instead took our information down and the manager called us, and he refused to pay for the damages his car wash had caused! He said and I quote “ how do I know it wasnt already broken and you’re trying to blame me?.” This was also said after he told us that he/himself had watched the video of our spoiler getting ripped off the car by his machines. So morale of the story, don’t go to this car wash save your money and your cars!

I was excited when this car wash opened up in Lafayette. Now I will never do business here ever again. I washed my car here many times I even bought a monthly pass. The machine turned off many times I washed my car here and the soap doesn’t spray when this happens so the workers will wipe your vehicle when you exit so it’s clean or they will give you a clean red rag so you can wipe it down. No big deal. Well the machine turned off again So the vehicle didn’t get a good wash, on my way out they didn’t even offer to wipe my vehicle down but they offered me the dirty rags they had to wipe off my vehicle, very kind. I mean I own a business, good customer service you’re guest decides to do business with YOU theirs plenty of car washes around TAKE CARE OF THEM! If your wash didn’t do what it was suppose too do and your guest didn’t make a big deal about, wipe the car down or just give them a clean rag, not a dirty rag and say you wipe it down yourself. WOW train your workers it’s your business. If I can give 0 stars I would’ve.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!! Worst car wash in the world. The machine breaks your car and they refuse to fix. This has happened over and over again for this place as per these reviews. All the employees are nearly illiterate and surly, having clearly been trained to not assist folks with the damage that their systems causes to most vehicles. Owner is divisive and takes advantage of the average public ignorance. The machine takes your car and rams it into the metal buffers so hard they break mirrors off. They have recently placed a sign that they do not cover mirrors, since their machine always rips them off and they suck so bad they wont fix it. NEVER GO HERE! NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH! Feel free to stop by and pee on their door step!

Crossbar on the roof of my car was broken by one of the washing machines, but the manager bent over backwards to help me. He not only paid for the replacement, but he did so in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the way the situation was handled. They easily get 5/5 stars from me as well as my continued business! P.S. The wash I got the day before was excellent and far better than the competition.

I just used the car wash at 95th street Car wash. I payed 19 dollars for the car wash. As my truck was going though the wash it broke the cover off my mirror. I asked if I could speak to the manager and instead they sent an employee into the wash to get the cover for my mirror. The young man came back with the cover and tried to put it back on. The cover had been broken beyond being able to just put it back on. I then again asked to speak to the manager and was told to go find Jeremy. I finally got Jeremy to get up from is desk and come and talk to me. He informed me that my mirror had to have been broken before and they were not responsible for it braking it, even though they had all the pieces of my broken mirror in their hands. If you like to keep your car in one piece I recommend staying away from this car wash. Jeremy is one of the ruddiest people I have ever encountered. This guy shouldn't be managing a lemonade stand let alone a business. I will never visit this car wash again and I will be sending them a bill for my mirror to be replaced/repaired.

Awful experience. Manager (Jermey) was rude and unhelpful. Got my car detailed. The employee cleaning my car damaged the inside. Then covered it up. I found it and filled out a damage report. Jermey dodged my calls about this repeatedly. After 1 week I was able to get ahold of him. He accused me of doing the damage myself and refused to help in anyway. He also told me since my car was more then 5 years old they would cover 0 damage to it even if I had proof. He was confrontational, and rude. Go here at your own risk and hope you never have to deal with any of their employees *Update* Its funny you can respond to a bad review in under 3 hours but when someone has their car damaged by your car wash you disappear for a week. I think this clearly shows the type of business your running. Also I noticed that you didn’t mention that your employees took multiple items out of my car and left them on the floor of your detail shop that I had to go back to find with Lili your front desk employee the next day. Or that Lili, after seeing the damage, agreed that it was more then likely damaged by the employee that detailed my car. Bottom line your service damaged my car, you don’t care about it and use the same line that’s mentioned in all the other 1 star reviews; that the customer can’t “prove it” - So go take a long walk off a short pier. So I hope everyone sees your response and attitude as the one they will get if anything ever happens to their cars under your service.

This car wash is amazing. As soon as you enter the facility, Ron makes you feel right at home with his congenial disposition. The employees pay exceptional attention to detail and it all comes at a very affordable price point. Reminds me of Puddle in Boulder (but better because you can get taken care of immediately)! So glad this place is here.

I want so much to make this place work. It is convenient and we paid for 3 monthly memberships. But they are really making it difficult to like them. They have only glass cleaner now at the interior cleaning station, when I went to speak to Jerry/Jeremy about it he was dismissive and rude. Not concerned about the customer at all. There should be different products for different surfaces like ALL the other competing car washes around. I understand I am not getting a "detail" but wiping the leather and the dash with only water or glass cleaner is your only option at this car wash which is simple not up to standards.

Terrible first visit to this car wash to try it out, today. Going through the initial conveyor --the system obviously broke-down: no water or spinning brushes. The big brush units were not moving to sides, and slammed right into and across my hood pretty hard; my fog lights were offset and the cover was knocked off. Once staff finally arrived and shut things down at my repeated honking... there were no apologies of any kind. I did have a sleak box-top mounted on, which they somehow tried blame incident on. So "why let me pay and go through at all then?? Other car washes do fine, and certainly don't disrupt fog lights mounts like this one. Lastly, hand-off to gain a refund process and the return of my cover were unduly slow, and uncoordinated. Was late for a meeting. Will never go back.

Just another typical car wash where they don’t know how to clean a vehicle, I went there roughly about 8 times and I allways drive off not happy with they service, but Two days ago it gotten worsen, paid $27 and truck look worst at the end , I know the owners response,you are the bad guy and I’m the good guy, I’m taking this case to the consumer agency Monday morning, my dad had a car wash in Mexico, and we did not had a $million dllr stupid wash machine, but our hands and we took pride on our work, reason I complain it’s cuz I spect to get the service I’m paying for, but you accuse me of been treathen to your Workers, when that’s a false statement, with out us costumers you guys are nothing, I notice the lots of people complain cuz your lack of service as well ,and stop deleting my message !! Orange rails scratched my rims. Twice! Gave this place the benefit of the doubt when I brought my 2 week old vehicle there and the wheels got scratched. Now I have a matching driver’s side pair of scratched wheels. The manager Jeremy is unprofessional and argued with me in circles like a child for about 15 minutes when I addressed this issue. During no portion of his uneducated mumble rant did he make a single point that would support his argument that there is no possible way his wash would cause these damages. Brought out a piece of foam for me to feel when my entire point was that the rails that you drive into were what caused the damage. Made it very clear that he did not value my business and repeatedly made efforts to argue that they wash “Porsches” all the time therefore my new accord must be insignificant to their business model. This is why you sit behind a desk at a car wash, Jeremy. Stay away from this place unless you do not value customer service in any way. Or unless you own a Porsche, clearly there is a hierarchy of vehicle that you must own to be treated properly here.

After twelve days of traveling dusty back roads in Utah, camping, pulling a small trailer, my car was filthy. I talked to Ty and he recommended I run the car through the car wash and then pay extra to have the interior detailed. I was very impressed with the detailing job. The interior looks and feels like a new car after they cleaned the red/brown dirt that seemed to have seeped through every nook and cranny. The mats look new, the leather seats are back to their original color. I can read my odometer now as well. Thanks so much for making me love and appreciate my car again.

There was seriously still mud everywhere under my car. Your basic car wash at a shell does a better job.

I love that you can get your car washed for an affordable price and then vacuum it out yourself for free if you want. I love being able to pull up there and get the exterior and interior of my car cleaned every once in a while. In general it's a great wash. It saves time. I feel like the exterior/interior options are pretty affordable considering how much time it saves me. However, I'm starting to notice a trend after having both exterior and interior cleaned a few times: 1) Seems like they used to make sure that the exterior is free of soap drips and runs and things after the wash. That doesn't seem to happen any more. 2) I consistently have to ask for things on the interior to be cleaned after they're "done." This last time after going to get someone for the third time I just did it myself. I had to vacuum some things and spent a number of minutes wiping things down with a rag that had been missed. I know these guys are working fast. This last time it was right before Thanksgiving so I'm sure it was busier than usual. My car was quite dirty this time. I would think that it would be a simple matter to have certain people attending to certain things and then have someone make sure those things are all done. But that doesn't seem to be happening. I don't want to have to go get someone to finish the job and I definitely don't think I should have to finish the job myself if I paid for it. 3) I thought I'd mention it the guy behind the counter because I figure a business wants to know if things are getting missed and he wasn't too responsive, though he did say to let them know if it happens next time and they'd refund my wash. 3/27/19 OK so this is approximately the tenth time I've had my car washed here. It's close to my home. I get a full wash, inside and out for what feels like a pretty good price. It's quick and complete. But there seems to be a customer service disconnect there. There's always something that's a surprise. The first eight times I tried to shrug it off but it's getting annoying. Last time they were pretty sloppy cleaning the inside of my car. Today I noticed that the drying roller things didn't come down to dry my car. I mean I'm paying for what's on the list. If I'm not going to get what's on the list for some reason you should let me know ahead of time or adjust the price or let the guys know up front so they can dry my car. I always go in and ask the person at the front desk and mention these things to them, thinking maybe they'll be interested to make it right or at least make a note of it to improve their service. That person's the face of the business right? Well, every time I bring something to that person, they always shrug their shoulders and give me this what-do-you-want-me-to-do-about-it look. Like what's their purpose at that front counter if not to receive and help customers? I'm not the person who goes around leaving bad reviews but I feel like this is the only place to help you get the message, a message I see others are also trying to send. And I also want to feel great about getting my car washed here but I don't because of the customer service. The potential is there to have this be a really great place and it seems like there's a potential to make a killing as a business AND provide a great service to people. Please work on the customer service part of the equation.

I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car here for a full detail. We've had lots of great car washes at this place over the last year. But, our family Subaru has been through it all and we have NEVER had it detailed in 9 years. I decided to splurge for an interior detail. I just picked up my car and it's like NEW. They did such a thorough job, I am thrilled! It was worth every penny. AND, the owner actually drove our shuttle and my kids and I got to hear a bit about his story. He is a Boulder native. He cares very much about our community and doing the right thing with his business. He strikes me as someone with a big heart and a lot integrity. I will definitely be supporting his business again in the future.

Friendly, nice service but a little bit on the expensive side. Vacuums are always free and available but they don't have any mat vacuums. I would happily go again but it would almost consider buying the pass because the cheapest car wash I believe starts at $9.

95th Street Car Wash did an incredible job detailing my car - the best detail I've ever had, and I'm extremely picky. My car looked brand new inside, outside, and under the hood. I literally couldn't stop looking at it, as if it was a new car! I've never before been satisfied with a detail before, and was blown away that it could look that perfect. The owner spoke with us personally and communicated what we were looking for with the employees who would be cleaning the car. We're happy to support a locally owned business - rare given the chain car washes today that only give a surface cleaning and barely save me any time! Been using this car wash since they opened. Only reason for 3 stars is because for a while they would shammy your car after you left the car wash, but now they no longer have people doing that. Often times soap isn't completely washed off the car after leaving the car wash. The free hoses however are a big plus.

October 2017: The best full service car wash in all of Boulder County! Puts the rest of the car washes to shame! Superb customer service, state of the art technology, high quality machines, and convenient. It's like a car wash from another dimension! Highly recommended. December 20, 2017: A STERN WARNING: My car has a cargo carrier mounted on the top. When I first signed up as a member, I asked the attendant if my car was safe going through with the carrier on top. I was assured that it would be absolutely fine for my car to go through the auto wash with the carrier on top. After becoming a monthly express member for the past three month, I got washes frequently throughout each month and was very pleased. During my eighth wash, I knew something wasn't right, because my car all the sudden stopped in the middle of the wash. There was a malfunction with their machines and an attendant had to manually lift one of the washing arms. As my car made it to the end of the garage, the arm that drys your car's hood and windshield with cloth froze at the top of my roof while my car was still pushed by the tire well mechanism. The attendants that dry the car all gathered around in front of me and witnessed this happen. The malfunction crushed my cargo carrier and the plastic split. I was pretty upset, as the experience was scary and my cargo carrier was now damaged. I had never had any issues when my car went through the car wash the seven times before, this was a machinery malfunction. The attendants agreed that a sensor on the arm had not worked properly. I was told by the manager on duty that I would receive a call from the owner when he returned two days later. He made me fill out a accident report and told me that the owner is a nice guy who compensates for issues like these. I waited patiently for four days and never heard from the owner. I then decided to call and was requested to drive over to chat with the owner. When I arrived, the manager did not mention anything about receiving my accident report, i explained what had happened, he took a look at my car and told me that they were not liable for the damage caused by their equipment malfunctioning. After reading about several reviews that discribed experiences of damage to other people's cars and receiving no compensation within reviews, I suspected that I would get the same response. I was quite disappointed and cancelled my membership. They should not allow cars to go through their wash if they have roof racks or cargo carriers on them if they will not take responsibility for when their machines malfunctions.

I'm surprised even though this car wash has just recently opened why they have such a horrible service! I paid extra to use their "under carriage blast" service. When I got out of the tunnel, I noticed "zero" difference! Absolutely zero! Also when I asked the attendant to clean this greasy little spot that hadn't come off in the wash process he said: "we don't have any degreaser here"!! Come on!

I went here to get my car washed the place looked nice on the outside but going in they talked me into the date night wash which was $32! They said it included my tires but my tires were not done. A few weeks later I thought I'd give them another try, this time they talked me into monthly unlimited washes for $39 a month then they have all these rules and regs with it the first one being that they don't dry your car they told me they were under new management and they don't do that anymore which left a totally spotted residue all over the hood of my car. They charge a ridiculous amount of money, and my rear view mirrors got turned in and soap got on them and didn't fully get rinsed off. They were totally lopsided afterwards and it took awhile to get them properly positioned. So I decided I want to cancel the membership which they do give you the first month free and they make it really difficult they said I have to come in & now I have to because they have my credit card, because my info is not showing up in their system they don't seem to fully know what they are doing.

Can't handle factory racks, they just turn off parts of the wash, something they don't tell you up front before you pay. Below was the result of their "better" wash. I get that racks can be tricky, but tell me up front that you are going to charge me full price but then do half the job. The usual place I go in Boulder has no problems and does a more through job and does interior for about the same price.

After reviewing the damage, the manager and owner gave me two weeks of the runaround and then refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. Beware! Update: I *did* give a call to you directly. I’ve had a VIP membership for over a year,. While they did stop dry buffing cars after every wash I still find the Green wash monthly is totally worth it. Never had damages and I can wash my car whenever it’s dirty in just under 5 minutes. Thank you!

I was fairly priced and the process easy enough. My reason for a 3 star review is the fact the interior dash and front windshield weren't cleaned despite paying for it; didn't notice until I was on 36. May give it another try on the exterior only portion, but doubt I'll spring for the inside and use their vacuum instead.

Out of the four different car washes I have used over the last couple of years, this one is by far the easiest, fastest, and has had the cleanest results. I have used this place five times so far and my car is cleaner than it has ever been since new. Does a great job on my rims which the other places I've been to seem to miss. When I have an appointment near by, even with a few cars in the line, it has still been very quick. My car sits under a tree at work that unfortunately drops all kinds of plant material and lots of bird poop on it and this wash cleans it all away. The wash that I get is reasonably priced especially for how clean my car gets. I have read that the vacuums are free to use and they apparently have a full detailing service, but I have not had a chance to use either of those so far. Because of where I have to park, I obviously will continue to use this place regularly. I will update this if anything changes.
