Used the carwash here. You can't pay using a credit card by driving through the carwash - you need exact change. Carwash was just okay. Didn't really dry my car.

The most rude front desk person. Car wash pulled my car through and i didn't get a wash. I asked if i can get a new code. The lady at the register didn't get me the code, but also yelled at me that i had to follow the instructions. When i asked for the manager she said that he was out of the country and that i need to come back on Monday and then yelled some more as i was leaving. Horrible customer service.

If l new one grade lower than this l would probably use it. We met a woman this night. She was very rude when she was giving directions to us. She was yelling us. Also service were really bad. It took just two minutes and we thought our car going to crash at there. Worst experience at all. Rude employees. I don’t recommend this for anyone else.

Don’t use “the works” for car wash. It left soap inside and outside of my car. It is not worth $2 more than the basic car wash.

The gas pumps were defective and pumping very slowly, did not stop when the tank was full and overflowed all over. When we raised our issues, there was a rude lady employee who did not try to understand our concerns and slapped the table yelling at us, telling us to leave. She tried to start an argument with us too. Completely unnecessary and rude. This kind of service is just unacceptable. Worst experience ever.

Yup. Don't use the car wash. It is from 1985. Very unintuitive. There is a reason these models were phased out in favor of the more widespread passive cleaning cycle system. Also there is a reason they have cameras monitoring the inside of the car wash; people probably have trouble on a daily basis getting through the gauntlet. This was probably a cheaper model to purchase then the more modern ones, but who knows. However, the Indian Bros. let me go back through again. Loss-Win!

If you are considering getting an auto car wash here, I just save you $7.99. The car wash process takes less than 45 seconds and there's barely any FOAM in the cleanser. My car looks like it was NEVER washed. I'd give 0 star if I could.

My go-to place for getting gas! The price is the normally among the lowest in the Cupertino area & pumps are normally not busy. The owner and staff are all very kind! There’s also a variety of smoothies, coffee, etc inside the little shop.

Avoid the car wash. 8 bucks for a 30 second wash that goes over the car just once, doesnt even clean properly. The shell car wash on stelling amd stevens creek takes 7 bucks and washes the car 3 times.

Please do not use this car wash. The quality is nit so great and when you need to pay you need the exact change otherwise the machine and surprisingly the staff will not give back your change back.

Something wrong with the gas from this Valero... I have observed that miles per gallon goes down abnormally after filling gas here. I would never visit again unless it is a must...

Car wash system is defective with no clear mention of the process to follow. They have a different system so car wash does not work normally. The lady in charge yelled at us that we should have asked her how to do car wash (we never had any problems in past 8 years). Wasted $10 — no refunds or discounts provided.

Don't use the express car wash if you care about your paint. The machine didn't even rinse the dust and dirts off before heavy rubbing. that layer of dirts and mud is like sand paper and literally scratched the clear coat of my car. $9 of express wash only takes 1 minute. What a joke!

Went to express car wash this morning, as i entered the car wash, I put vehicle in neutral and the machine applied soap and pulled me in. All of a sudden it started pushing me back which didn't stop until I applied brakes. The store in charge came out and asked me to pull out. I ended up coming out of car wash with soap all over the car. The store in charge refused to let me in or help with car wash. She was so rude blaming it being my mistake and refused to refund my payment. While i followed her into store to talk to her, there were 2 other people with same issue and the store in charge bluntly blaming it on people. I don't understand how everyone could be at wrong on the same day. I lost my money here and had worst experience ever in an automated car wash . She is super annoying, i wish i could give her negative rating.

Car wash didn't work and wouldn't pull the car forward. Operator just kept yelling angrily. Pretty terrible experience. Eventually backed out and left.

The wash rocks. Takes 3 minutes and sure, not nearly as clean as hand wash, but for $10 it’s totally worth it. The cashier lady is so kind, she came out late at night when we drove crookedly into the conveyor belt and got our car stuck. She refused to take tip, too, but kindly helped us a lot. The car wash boy is very fantastic too, he will towel dry during the day when he’s around for the Works wash. I’ve been here many times, never disappointed, and when this terrible thing happened of getting stuck after reading reviews I thought we’re screwed- but it was the opposite. So I 100% recommend!
