Got my car detailed, am very happy with the results. Raffi is a nice guy. I didn’t have the full amount for the detail I needed but he worked with my price. I recommend this place. Very good costumer service

I'm an Uber driver and a rider spilled an entire cup of coffee in my back seat. I called USA Detail and he told me to come right over. I showed him my probem and he immediately got to work and took care of my upholstery. He gave me more than I paid for and did a great job.

I decided to come here after hearing good things and I wasn't disappointed. He was very fast, prompt and was flexible with what I could pay for. I'd easily use their services again!

This is the best service I have ever gotten plus the owner loves to buy the best products for his customers and that is very rare to see. Raffi is a very nice fun guys to do business I recommend everyone. My car seat had a stain and the guy said he can remove it. When I came back to pick up my car, the stain was still there. Worst customer service, don’t waste your money and time.

Pulled in just wanting a basic wash, vacuum, and tire shine. Just wanted my car washed for the weekend, not a detail. Guy kept saying it needs waxed (mind you I had just waxed it a month ago myself). Was quoted $80 because theres a few bugs on the bumper??? I know how to detail a car (managed a detail shop for 10 years) and it doesnt take a wax job to get a few bugs off... seems as if the guy just wanted to make more money?? Either way, I went to sunset car wash and had my car cleaned for $20.... thought I'd try this place out since I was nearby, but definitely will not visit again...

This was an AMAZING car wash and detail experience. Chris and Henry worked so hard to get my Honda Civic into tip top shape before I’m selling it. They were super sweet guys and worked very fast as I was on a time pinch. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a groupon for an interior/exterior wash today (Friday). I called, mentioned GROUPON, and set appointment. The man asked what type of car I had. I told him. I drove, in work traffic to make my appointment (off at 5:00, appointment at 5:30). To start, my GPS does not associate the name of the business with the address, and sends me the wrong way. I call to confirm location and turn back. When I arrive, I see that the signage says “Franklin Auto Center” (which is probably why GPS can’t locate them). But, then, when i roll down my window and receive a friendly greeting, asking if I was the lady with the Groupon, the tone changes. H: “Which Groupon did you buy?”. M:”The one for interior/exterior wash”. H: “Oh...how much did you pay?” M:”$29” H: “It’s $45 for this kind of car. “I told you the kind of car when I booked the appointment”. H: “It’s too dirty...on the outside”. M: “ what do you mean? It’s just dirt (it had just rained the day prior). H: “No, for this car it’s $45”. NEVER AGAIN! And, to boot, Groupon Customer Service is closed until Monday, so I likely won’t be getting a refund. Basically, a scam to get you in. BAIT AND SWITCH.

I had my jeep detailed there this week and it looks almost better than it did when it was new. Henry had a lot of dog fur to contend with and he obviously worked hard at removing it. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants (walking distance) while the car is being detailed. There is no real place to wait on site. Great job Henry!

Bought a Groupon. The guy did the worst job. Left streaks on my windshield, missed so many spots. There was still dust everywhere. Don’t go here.
