I went there to wash and detailing and they took forever to wash it and when they did the guy that was doing it was going to other cars and working on them and left my car undone. And I was promised my car was going to be ready at 12 and was not. The manager said sorry and promised he was going to give me a free was next.

I needed one of my doors polished after it got scraped up, it took less than 10 minutes and the worker (Hiro? Probably spelling it wrong, sorry!) was SO nice and offered a lot of advice and worked with me on the price since it was only 1 door and not the whole car. Very good experience, I will definitely use them in the future.

Seriously awesome. Took my car there after the baby dumped milk in the back seat.....for two years. Never had time to clean it so just kept spraying vinegar on it. They did such a good job cleaning the seats you would never know a kid was ever back there!

Bad service There was a guy washing my car and I wash it reluctantly so I leave it with soap and so they left it after the manager saw him clean it inside but I leave it more dirty all full of dust $25.00 dollars its no goood

Don’t recommend this place. I paid for a wash/detail, gave our keys to the owner who told us to come back in 30 min. When we came back after 35 min and our car wasn’t even touched, but cars who arrived after were being washed. So we asked workers what’s going on, and they said go to the owner. After looking for him for 5 min, it turns out he wasn’t even there. We asked for a refund, because at this point, it had already been 45 min, our car was still dirty. One of workers started screaming at me and my wife has if it’s our fall and they have a lot of car to do, but my wife mentioned that cars arrived later than us already being washed. Nice and polite cashier and mobile station manager helped us with a refund and called the owner.

We just had our car washed with USA Car Wash. They came to our house. Detailed the car. It looks amazingly new and smells great. Best car wash I have ever had. And for $35, they came to us and detailed it. Best of all, they barely use any water.

They were literally a life saver. I spilled ice cream all over my friends brand new car and they cleaned up the whole mess very well. The car is now spotless. They also charged less for only cleaning the specific spot in the car. They included cleaning the tires in the price as well, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend this place! Very friendly! It’s located in the Mobil gas station.

Make sure you spot check. I Expect a hand wash to take longer than few mins. There were too many areas not cleaned. I'll probably just do it myself next time if I have to go back and clean missed areas myself anyway.

A quick and affordable place to get a decent carwash for your money. Just pay at the machine and get your wash. There is even a free vacuum and airdry station where you can clean out your car in peace. The prices are decent.

Machines take money at times and sometimes do not work. Also no way of contacting the business except by leaving a note in MB. UPDATE. Owner did respond and is replacing the money I lost. Leave notes in MB for him.. Other than that place is very clean and convenient. Owner very nice about it...He just took over and making sure everything is up to standard.

Raffi took SUCH great care of my car. My car was beautifully done. He got all of the minor marks off and he polished it to perfection! I couldn't believe it was the same car LOL - trying to do a better job with it myself... But I digress. He gave my a wonderful deal and was so accommodating and polite. I pointed out a few things I wanted taken care of and he handled them promptly. It rained the day after my car wash so he's allowing me to come back on a rain check as a favor! I will continue to go to Rafi when in the area and I highly recommend him and his down to earth staff :)

As someone who has been here twice, I definitely have to give recognition to the staff here. I can weigh out the pros and cons but honestly, we all know to what is expected from a carwash place. The wait, time period and staff matters when choosing one that is convenient. If you are in a rush and need a quick wash, do not expect to be in and out in 20 minutes. Its first come first serve (as most places are) and they have plenty of detailing to choose from. If you want that fast, cheap work done.. this is not the place for you. You will not be disappointed after waiting for your car because it will look exactly how it looked when you first got it.

I bought my car used & old so I've pretty much stuck to once-a-month drive-through washes thinking that detailing wouldn't be worth it for such an old car, but after noticing some paint corroding, I decided to bite the bullet. I am SO HAPPY I came to USA Car Wash -- my car looks, smells, & feels unbelievably new and shiny inside & out! Friendly, fast (1hr for hand wash, wax, windows, and carpets shampooed). They're open every day til 6 (and til 8 on the weekends!) -- I will definitely be back.

Beware and avoid at all cost. A bunch of unprofessional workers who don't know how to properly wash a car and will damage your paint as a result. They use dirty mitts, towels, and water which will leave very fine spiderweb lines all over your paint. Secondly, they play games when it comes time to pay. They don't really list their prices and try to cheat you out of more money by making up all sorts of excuses and hustling you.

Don't go there, they quoted me $20, washed the car for $40 and did super terrible job. There are not many good carwashes in LA area anyway, but this is one of the worst.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I stopped buy to get a car wash and I definitely had the worst experience. First of all no one acknowledged me until 5 minutes of sitting there and then when finally I get helped the guy was like Hey your car is dirty you automatically need to buy the 49.99 car wash and I was like I don’t want that wash package and he was like you have to get it because you’re car is dirty if you want go rinse it and then you can get the 19.99 I had never heard such a thing the guys is so unprofessional

Very 1st time detailing my car. Customer service was very patient and clear. My car was completely filthy inside and out and top to bottom, but they found a way to make it appear just about new again! The price of labor and wait time is definitely worth it. Ruined my and my partners paint. Both were new cars. Hers was only 1 month old Mercedes. I tried to contact Raffi to see if he could fix it and he lied about the damage and refused to make it right. I reported him to the better business bureau and am taking him to smalls claims court now for the damage.
