If I just paid you $90 to clean the inside only of a car that was basically only dusty to begin with & you actually need to ask me if it's clean enough cause I can see on your face that you know it isn't. You are cleanin my car cause I don't have time to do it myself, why would I have time to point out what you did wrong & watch you correct it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The cashier was very argumentative and not at all professional. The manager needs to have more training in customer service. The owner of the establishment needs to be aware of how his business is being operated. I will let all my friends know to take their business elsewhere.

Got the $95 interior detail/shampoo, which includes "exterior wash". Anyways, did a very good job overall especially considering the condition in which I brought the vehicle in. Although, it wasn't fully cleaned upfront on the main interior , meaning dashboard, steering wheel, radio area, door, knobs , etc. Also, they didn't vacuum the ceiling inside at all so I have to do that myself , and the tires are still black around the rims. But the rubber was good. I still tipped cause like I said, it came out very good and it's way cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. But I did go over the main dash area and doors , steering wheel, radio area again when I got home cause of how much it was bugging me. And there are a few nicks on the door exterior that weren't there before but oh well. No where is gonna be 110% perfect.

I've been coming to this car wash for 3 years because of good service, and yesterday was the last day I'll be going back. The girl who usually works the register, for some reason, decided to go outside and drive my car to a parking spot so it can be dried, when one of the workers drying was already about to move it. The girl accelerated my car and drove it over the speed bump, the one outside the washer, like it wasn't even there, and I just heard my car slam down as it went over it. When she parked my car, she just got out laughing and smiling like nothing even happened. The wash also damaged and completely chipped my brand new paint job. I had to buy a touch up paint pen to cover up the damage. The worker also damaged my rear wiper, and now I have to purchase and repair everything, which is going to cost over $200. This business definitely showed no signs of professionalism yesterday, and was completely careless. Never going back.

Being the first time I had ever been to a car wash place, I purchased a "Luxury" wash for my car. Being my first bought car that I've only had for six months I usually wash it myself but I havn't had much time to do so lately so I decided to try this place out. Being the first time someones washed my car besides me I was a little paranoid. I watched as it went thru the vacuuming section and out of the machine washer. Once out of the automated washer one of the employees began hand drying the car. When drying the front passenger side I heard a snap, but didn't clearly see what happened. I saw as he picked something up off the ground and continued drying the car. I assumed he had just dropped something on the ground. But something didn't feel right so after he was done and I was signaled to come get my car, I thanked and tipped the man and incase I was just being paranoid i pulled out and parked in the 99 Cent Store parking lot to revise the car. I first went to the area where the employee was when I heard the snap and sure enough my windshield wiper/holder was broken with the broken piece just casually placed back In the area attempting to cover it up so that once the damage was discovered it would seem like it was done else where and not at the wash. I understand mistakes happen and this was nothing major. But the fact that an attempt to cover it up was made instead of being accountable for the mistake is not ok. I returned and spoke to Adrian the manager. He said I'd be reimbursed once I purchased a new wiper and provided a receipt. As for the wash In general, it was decent. A better job could have been done but what could I have expected from a rushed job.

Price is 5 star. Quality is 5 star. The only reason i rate this 4 stars is because of wait time. I spend an average of 1 hr every time i come here. I would appreciate getting out of here faster.

Lazy car wash. On the surface it looks just OK. Move the floor mats half and inch and you can see the lack of attention to detail. They thought it was ok to leave my floor mats on my seats... I had to finish drying the mirrors and the insides of every door.

I have been coming to this carwash for about 3yrs. .I have had only 1 bad experience staff is great ! There are a couple of guys that work there that I always want to clean my car they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and keeping me happy and coming back...but there is a couple who don't do so well..great place and I will continue on taking my cars here..

Same experience like most customers. I had to wait 15 minutes untill somebody showed up at the register so i can pay. I got the regular car wash which was ok but i can definitely do a better job if i did it myself. The inside of the store looks somekind dirty and neglected but it is not a restaurant so i did not worry

The worst car wash I've ever received. The cheapest car wash is $14.99 and for that price they don't even clean the inside of the windows, or dash board. AVOID this place!!!!!

Sorry but I hade a bad cleaning inside of the car was dirty didn't wip the inside dash or side trip still had durt. Even I cleaned it the guy next to my car saw me and cam to wip.it and he saw so much durt. First and last time. Sorry.

If this place had anything besides a 5 star review must have been a really off day for the employees... there was alot of cars there and I did a deeper clean of the interior and it looks and smells brand new ! Not to mention my seats are a light grey in areas and I have 2 young boys that had (what I thought) destroyed the interior of my car.... The women behind the counter earlier was super friendly and the man behind the counter when I picked up was just as friendly and also gave me some great tips on how to keep the interior clean with having boys =) thank you ! Will definitely be back...
