After I washed my car and dried it off some attendant named Ross comes up to me asking me if I paid to use the towels and brought some other attendant over to try and flex muscle. He then took a picture of my car and said he was calling the police to have me arrested. This is some racist el cajon b.s. that I shouldnt have had to deal with. I've been coming here since the opened and even referred lots of people here. Ross then told me he was the owner. If I see Ross again it wont be nice. People like that are straight trash. Very unprofessional. Very uncalled for. I hope you guys handle this problem. I even offered to show him my bank statement to prove I got a car wash. This was totally uncalled for. He didnt have to take a pic of my car. I feel like whenever white people start acting like this is usually due to racism. Handle it or I'll call the better business bureau.

Nice carwash with a lot of vacuums! I had to wait a really long time because the person in front of my signed up for a membership and it took forever! Probably 10-15 mins. They should have to go inside or complete their membership after the car wash. The payment system is good, easy to use, and a quick in and out, once you get past the new members

I love this car wash! They use an amazing soap that gets the sticky resin stuff from a tree I park under every day off my car. Not all car washes do.their vacuum stations are covered and have everything you could need to detail your car.the price starts at $5. Amazing!

First, the machines damaged my car by ripping the satelite antennae off of the top of my car. After a week of fighting with management and the "customer support" person that called me back, I finally got them to pay for the part (i had to pay for labor). Second, I was accused of stealing towels by one of the "managers" named German. It just so happened to be the same "manager" that refused to pay for damage to my car the first time. I have my own towels in my trunk just to clean my windows at night so this guy says to me "are you going to put those back?". He could have approached me and said "sir? are those your towels or ours?" but he chose to straight out accuse me of stealing them. He asked me in a very sarcasstic tone "Where did you buy those towels then?" to which I replied "probably the same place you guys did if they look like your towels!" I told him Costco and he laughed and told me "We own Costco" and "they don't sell yellow towels". I laughed really hard out loud at him for the we own Costco statement. I got the feeling that this "manager" was out for some kind of payback on me for making them pay for my part for the damage that had occurred. I attached a picture of the towels and price at Costco, just in case there are any doubters. And to top it all off, my wife had an altercation with one of the girls that assists with the machines and payments going through the gate that very same morning. My recommendation is that this company put their employees and especially their managers, through customer service classes as they are severely lacking in that department!

They're fast and even does the undercarriage great vaccines . have two restrooms but need to ask one of the attendants to open it . they keep it locked to keep the vagrants out . stop in and check it out but MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS IN NUTRAL while going through the car wash . it sits on the Northwest corner of Marshall and El Cajon Blvd in El Cajon . the Entrance is on Marshall .

The car wash has really bad service. The concerete wheel stops have metal sticking out of them. When I was pulling out of the parking spot by the vacuums the bumper of my car clung to one of those metal pieces and came of the car even though the car has normal height. The associates didn’t offer any refund or help and where making fun of the situation. For me it was not fun at all considering that it was a $25000 dollar car and I had to pay for professional repair and reinstallation of the bumper. Horrible car wash.

I got the basic $9.00 wash with a $2.00 tire treatment add on. Super disappointed. Didn't really see any tire "shine" difference than a normal wash without. The wash didn't even remove little yellow bird droppings, I had to back over the whole car with a wet rag to remove each one. Totally note worth the price

So far, so good. I'm paying $16 per month for the basic unlimited wash deal. They say they recycle the water and I hope that's true because the majority of the cars lined up to be washed are already clean so people just go to use up their unlimited washes. I go once per week and that's plenty, anymore than that is a waste unless you're driving through mud daily.

I arrive and I purchased a $14 car wash which included a bug removal after my car went through the car washed pulled into the stall to finish drying car note is that the bugs were not completely removed from the windshield and the bumper and hood I spoke with manager named David who Told me yes they added Bug removal cleaner to the car but a car wash is not a detail shop so thereby whatever the bug removal removed that's going to be it. This is not a good way to do business especially when it cost $14 he would not have one of his employees then is taking the bugs out his only solution was for me to remove the bugs and he would wash the car again needless to say I will never wash my car with any of their enterprise business thank you.

Terrible customer service, TERRIBLE.. After washing the car in the drive through automated washing machine, The car was totally wet so I stopped in the Free Dry/Vacuum stall, I started to dry my car with the provided towels and a guy with a blue shirt "Mike" starts sweeping dirt in my stall right in front off my bumper that I'm still working on getting it dry, I politely asked him to stop sweeping because the car is not dry yet (he shouldn't do that anyway when cars are around), He got irritated and told me that "Vacuum stalls has a 10 minute limit and that's what you get because you told me to stop sweeping" so I asked him to call his manager when my time is up, he replied that HE IS THE MANAGER, I thanked him for his "great" customer service and continued working on my car, few minutes later he comes again and continue sweepping the dirt again and all that dust was sticking to my car front!! How rode is this guy and how does the owner allow such BS customer service in his business. Last advice : Don't go their, you're much better without doing business with this type of people.

It's a car wash! What else more can I say? Besides the fact you can do the drying and detailing right after and vacuum your interior. One thing like many other places that are popping up is that you can do a monthly deal for about $15 and can show up whenever. Juat mond you that 8am and rush hour times are the busiest.

Drove through today and my truck came off the rails. They do not have an automatic shut down or a person monitoring so the lady behind me hit me and the lady behind her hit her. The manager German said he looked at the cameras and my hands were on the wheel and I caused the problem because it is "impossible" for their equipment to fail. I asked to see the video because I was cleaning my windshield at the time with the towel that they provide and definitely did not have my hands on the steering wheel. Of course they will not show you the video. My guess is the standard policy is to blame the driver and hope you go away. It just so happens that the lady's husband two cars behind me had the same thing occur last week and his car had extensive damage. My car was not damaged but the lady in the middle had some scratches on her car from being rear ended. If the company/German would have handled this better it might not have been a big deal. But the way it was handled, we are at fault, and not the equipment would ensure that I never use their carwash again. Has anyone else's car disconnected from the towing system?

Price is cheap for unlimited washes. The automated car wash does a decent job, some areas of my truck get more clean than others as the big brushes sometimes just move the light dirt around on the sides. The brushes always close my mirror as well. Sometimes the attendant will give me an air freshener and sometimes I don't get one. I've never seen the blue towels that are supposed to be available for you to dry your car off more after going through the air drying. The vacuum stations are good and the air guns are nice to help detail the inside of the car and the doors.

This place is super busy, and fortunately, l am able to get a stall to vacuum on my visits. Like how they have at your disposal two types of vacuum heads, an air nozzle to blow out debris, and freshly washed microfiber towels to dry your vehicle. They offer pretty good packages to lessen your car washing costs too. Only negative I've encountered is that they won't spray your rims before washing. They are too busy to give special attention, and tell you that the machine will get them clean. Not always the case however, but still satisfactory. This car wash is out of the way for me, but bought a package anyway, and have been back 3 times already.

I'm an uber/ Lyft driver, and of all the car wash businesses I've been to over the years, this one is the best. They have great, cheap membership options, and their vacuum stations are superb. There are two different vacuums, an air gun to spray out the inside of your car if you wish or dissipate remaining water droplets on the outside of your vehicle. They have a mat cleaning machine, vending machines with products, play good music, and on certain days hand you a nice little disposable cloth to wipe the inside of your car, along with a nice complimentary air freshener.

I had an unlimited plan from when they first opened for $16.95. One day it all of a sudden wouldn't open the gate and let me in, and it turns out they just stopped charging my card without my knowledge. Since it lapsed, now I have to go on their more expensive plan since they don't offer the same one I was on anymore. Go with Soapy Joe's instead!

I purchase a membership for at this car wash and they never have clean towels. I always have to walk around and look for clean towels their vacuums are always stuck and their equipment doesn't work properly. I I purchased the most expensive package thinking that I was gonna get at least work in equipment and clean towels but that was not the case I am not going to renew membership again.

I love the convenience of it & even got talked into the monthly program. 3 months & $75 later ($25/mth) I've gone all about 4 or 5 times. If we could have up to 2 cars per membership I just may consider keeping it. But they don't, so I'm not...note to self - cancel membership asap lol.

Decent value for the money however 2 things def need to be tweaked...first and most important is to create distance between vehicles in and entering wash. We were rear ended because a moron in a pickup shifted his car into drive and started to exit as we were being bumped to exit. Morons drive still so create a distance!!! 2nd, fix the dryers!!! My car always comes out so wet it's pointless to even run a dryer and use electricity since it isn't effective anyways. The gentleman operating the enterance to the wash are always pleasant and friendly. Finally, please stock towels. It seems to be they run out alot and flagging someone down isn't easy. May try the new wash on main street. if their dryers work i may switch.
