I have brought my car here for years without any problems. But the last 2 times I was there, (one of which was today), they tried to talk me into detailing (my car is new, it doesn't really need detailing), and as I was driving home I noticed the dash was dusty and the inside windshield was dirty. I am so mad...I gave them a $5 tip! I won't be going back there. Very disappointed. Last time the inside was dirty too.

Been coming here since2013-2014, so almost 5 years. I would say most of the time they do a good job. But it is a very poorly managed business, I guess it’s why it’s never busy anymore. The lack of accountability and customer service is disheartening. In the 4+ years I’ve had only 2 real issues, and both were treated the same way...”it’s not our fault, it couldn’t be .” When I know dang good and well it was. I was talked to like a child by the Manager and he was very condensending, I’ve never seen a 60ish year old man roll his eyes and laugh like a child in all my life. Especially when I was being very kind and not asking for anything except for what I paid for. Luckily one of the wash crew memebers said “I see you in here all the time, let me fix it for you, I have seen this happen before.” Again not wanting anything but what I paid for, not an argument, or talked to like a child. I will no longer come to this wash and I will no longer allow any corporate vehicles to be washed there. We only do about 50 washes a month, but hopefully another company will value our business. And hopefully the run the business with honesty and integrity. I hope this place gets it back together.

Must be under new management since the last time I’ve been here. Not sure what they DID do. Hard to screw up an exterior wash so that part is decent. By they didn’t even vacuum the carpet inside the car. And they don’t put your foot mats back they just throw them in there. They don’t even wipe off the seats.

Didn't do a real good job cleaning the truck which is sad because you're paying a premium for this service. Pulled my truck out of the wash bay, and parked it in the sun when there were three open spots in a shaded area. Now my vehicle is half ass clean with complimentary water spots.

Basically, if you must pay for a car wash here, go with the cheapest. Do not take any discounts on the upgrade packages as you will get the same service as the cheapest car wash. Do not get the detail service here. Again, you will get the same service as the cheapest car wash. Do not complain either coz they will tell you to get a new car instead to your face.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLE!!! This place is horrible now. While watching my vehicle being cleaned, I observed the supervisor come look at my car while it was being cleaned. I observed the supervisor look at a specific part of my vehicle very closely. The supervisor never looks closely at vehicles in all my trips. I have always observed the supervisor drive the car to the cleaning area, place the keys on the tire, and walk away. When my car was finished, I immediately looked at the area the supervisor was looking at. I noticed a dent in the door frame area. I went inside and spoke to the owner. The owner refused to believe what I explained to him by stating “in 32 years, we don’t damage vehicles.” The owner told me to explain to him how his so called “hand wash” could have caused the dent. After spending over 25 minutes with him explaining the damage, he argued his people are the best and don’t damage vehicles. I realized he doesn’t care they caused the damage and was refusing to correct or provide a solution to the problem. The owner is VERY HOSTILE AND DIFFICULT TO TALK TO. THE OWNER WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY! Also, they used to clean the car well but not anymore. The carpets are not vacuumed good and dirt was still streaked on the car. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS AFTER DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE WAS CAUSED AND NOT CORRECTED BY THE OWNER. Hope this helps for people thinking of taking their car for a wash there.

I went in and paid for a diamond wash which is $49.99 along with a 20% Kaiser discount. It was still $40 for the wash and clean and they promise all these things for that price and I swear they're still dust and the mats underneath were not clean the carpet still have stuff on it. It is probably the worst wash. I will not be coming back and letting everyone at Kaiser know how bad a job you did as well. I am not looking for free but at least give me my money's worth.

Spoke to John to get an engine clean. He immediately came out with it will cost you 80.00 and it won't come out perfect. We told him we are not asking for perfect , that's when his attitude came out. Talking to my husband with "man " "what's your problem". Not a people person. We have been coming here for 3yrs and never encountered a problem til now. John ( so call mgr)consider working at Walmart pushing carts where you don't have to encounter speaking to people. Sad that your employees agree and had to apologize for your behavior

I paid for the diamond wash and the car looked just like when I brought in . Dust and dirt in the car , they "forgot" to put in the car the air fresheners which I paid for , the exterior was terrible too . Never going back .

Bad attitudes from beginning $47 dollar wash my 04 Tahoe I wash only car in line and 2 cars out front getting dried. Didn't put brush or glove to top. when they said car was done i spent 5 more minutes with them watching as I had to finish cleaning. Was told manager not on site I would have to return in 2 days when he was there. Rained that night so came back for 24 hr rain-check rewash. It was worse than first wash. Didn't even lift wipers to clean windshield and still had to finish drying myself. I have been coming here for 8 years and it just gets worse every visit.

Just had detailing done, iffy job! Didn't clean headlights, said this is extra charge! $200 isn't enough to cover this?? I think under new management everything has gone down hill. I believe Manager, a very unpleasant person. I will NOT be going back for ANYTHING again! Many choices, my business is not a matter of importance to them. Had been going 2 times a month or more. I've been going to this place for over 3 years now ,i have 3 vehicles I like the place because is brushless Today i took my truck in and the manager said he is going to charge me $20 extra for been too dirty I had couple encounters with the manager before, he is very rude ,unprofessional and has no costumers skills ,i am not the only one saying that 1 star because of this manager I will go back when he leaves or gets fired

I have been coming to this car wash for a year with the same vehicle paying the same price each and every time. Now all of a sudden the price went up for the size of vehicle. As to my knowledge my vehicle didnt grow it is still the same size. Quality of car washes is good that is why i kept coming back. But i will no longer come back and all the people that i have referred to this establishment will here my story too. Must be under new ownership or something.

The manager is the rudest person I've ever met. I got my oil changed there and the guys at Meineke told I would get $5 of my car wash since I had service done. The manager wouldn't give it to me because I was already getting a discount on the car wash. Every time I come here I have to tell them to make sure they do something but they always forget. I am so done with this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Just because of the rudeness of the manager. I feel bad for the employees.

This use to be a great place to until they hired the a new manager. I took my car in for a wash and they damaged one of my Harley Davidson letters on my vehicle with part of the tag fibers still on the damaged piece. I took it in and showed it to the manager and he said it wasn't done there, I told him that this is the only place I take it to get washed plus the fiber is still on it. He rudely said that they are not responsible and that it did not happen there! You guys lost a 5 year loyal customer for not owning up to your mistake. I would not recommend this place under the new manager, he is very rude and unprofessional!!

I used to bring my car here and was happy with the service and the work. After 3 unsatisfying visits (poor work, rude staff and zero effort to do anything to make it right), I took my business elsewhere. I returned last week (it has been about 2 years) after a coworker said they had a good experience, like I had prior. I purchased the diamond service and again VERY disappointed. Most of the inside was still dusty, there are patches of clean space where they might have pulled a rag across, but certainly not what is described for the diamond service. Same hit and miss with the vacuuming. The big center of each section have tracks like they were vacuumed, but dirt still all along sides / edges, and the back carpet wasn't done at all. Plus, the front carpet was pulled from the console on the drivers side (I was able to tuck it back fairly easily, but they shouldn't have left it like that). The mirrors and back window were all still dirty. The exterior wash was just as patchy and spotted badly! The hood had product grime that I could feel the grit of when I was checking the car with the worker, and was visible once I was driving. $49, over an hour wait, and I STILL had to wash and vacuum my car when I got home. I contacted the store directly and they did not respond to e-mail or return call. I will not be back.

I was talked into the $69 wash, I picked up my vehicle 4 hours later and it looked like I took it to the drive thru car wash myself, after speaking with the manager who was very unprofessional and rude he said he would wipe it down and re vacuum it. I told him I didn't have time to fix it that day, as they already had it 4 hours. I asked if I could get a voucher and come back later that week, the managers response was I can do it now, we don't have vouchers, and I'm not giving you anything else. I will never return to this car wash, completely unsatisfued and in shock of how the manager handled the situation.

If I looked at the reviews prior to making an appt I probably wouldn't have gone. I took my car for a detail inside and out plus the headlights - they added headlights for free and they were the best price. The car was excellent on the outside, the headlights looked new. They inside looked good too, the hooks for the mats are missing so I will call them today, wished the seats were cleaner, cleaned then with a wet rag when I got home. Other than that everything was good.

I always take my car here to get it washed, waxed & vacuumed. They do a great job and often have specials on their pricing in addition to the coupons they offer on their website. They have a cute little gift shop, lounge area or outside patio to kick back in, maybe soak up some sunshine, while you wait for your car to be done. Nice staff. Today, the guy cleaning my car found a ten dollar bill which must have been in between/under the seats and he put it in my cup holder. Anyone could have easily pocketed the money. I didn't know it was in my car... had forgotten, but he left it there for me. Honest staff!! I gave it to him for an extra tip... good karma. I'd recommend this establishment to my friends & family.

Came here this morning and paid for a diamond wash and got a cubic zirconia for the price I paid. Dust and dirt still in my car, didn't bother to do a thorough job cleaning the interior or exterior. Now I am spending my morning cleaning and washing my car while I could have saved myself $40. Tried to call to speak to management and suprise...no one answered the phone! Won't be going here again!

NEVER USE THEIR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE! On February 17, 2013 I obtained a coupon for a discounted oil change and carwash at Sundance Car Wash and Automotive. On Monday February 18th my husband and I dropped my car off for service. Approximately 15 minutes later we received a phone call from an employee of the automotive department informing me that the coupon had expired and that he was not going to honor it. He was terribly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes of discussion he told me the conversation was over and to come pick up my car immediately. When my husband arrived he asked for the keys to the car. The employee said he had dealt with his wife on the phone and he was not going to speak to him. He informed my husband that the keys were left in the car with the car unlocked. We were shocked that a business would leave a car unattended in a public parking lot with the keys in plain sight for anyone to steel. On Saturday we took my car to Justin’s Carwash and Auto for an oil change. The employee there informed us that we had no oil in the car. It was not registering on the dip stick. It was not until then we realized that the employee at Sundance Car Wash and Automotive drained the oil from our vehicle and did not replace it nor did he inform us of his action

Poor. Not even close to Fair. As few have stated, not all their employees do a good job on your car. And some will even damage and put some scratches on it. But regarding management, they will tell you that they are 100% sure that it is impossible for them to have scratched your car. From the touchless wash to the microfiber towels used for drying, there s no room way it could have happened. But it happened to me. Thin scratches all over my 2012 Mazda3 estimated to about $400 worth of damage from my insurance. And my insurance probably can't cover it b/c they say its tough to prove that the car wash actually damaged the car, which happens to be common for quite a lot of these cases (as I was told by my insurance). They said only if I had taken photos before the car wash, or the damage had been extremely obvious, would I then have a good case against them. But I didn't. And on top of that, the car was still poorly cleaned. I called and brought it back at the end of the day (it was a work day after all). The minute I found the manager, they took pictures of my car and had me fill out a complaint form. They told me no one has ever complained about this. But they seemed to know what to do with a scratch-complaining customer (me) as soon as I got there. If you can t the hint, read the rest of the reviews on this and other websites. About half the negative reviewers have bad experiences like me. Some of the positive reviews seem pretty vague, broad, or generic - like the fake reviews you see everywhere else to promote good image. I wouldn't put something that underhanded passed them. So next time you see The Early Bird Special discount at your local Sundance Car Wash, be prepared to risk paying for some clearcoat or paint damage as well.

They advertise a 100% hand wash coupon for $17 depending on the day or time but, their manager said my car was too low to go through their automated wash which meant the price would have to increase to $54 in order to hand wash it. To his credit, they charged the coupon price (the reason I have 2 stars instead of 1) but added it would cost $54 in the future. When I questioned him, he insisted a machine is a hand wash. HA! I don't think so. So, if you're looking for a good deal on an actual 100% hand wash, this is not the place. On a related note, I know of a place near Huntington Beach where I've taken my car that offers actual 100% exterior hand washes starting at $13. And, they don't leave bug spots on the car like Sundance did.

There 20 Minute hand wash car wash turned into an hour and my car was still dirty. They didn't vacuum out all the dirt, they didn't clean the running boards and left dirt and streaks all over my windows. They even left soap around the inside of my door jams. I will be calling them and demanding a refund!

Beware. Manager does not accept even the possibility of scratching the vehicle finish. He then made comments that I should not risk my car again as if to antagonize. Then when I asked to be reimbursed coupons he said that the 2 coupons were not the ones I had paid for but the free ones on a 5 for 3 purchase. After filling out a complaint in the waiting area and returning for my car 2 different scratches were noted in the opposite passenger doors not observed before. He refused to give me a second complaint form

This is the worst place. I took my truck in to get it washed. I'm a field engineer so my truck gets pretty dirty that's why I always get the most expensive car wash that is offered. The manager come out and tells me that it will be an extra 20 dollars for the dirt and said I should take it to a self car wash and wash the dirt off before I took it there. I kind a laughed and said why would I do that. He said cause this is a hand wash and we don't deal in dirty trucks. So I went to Bob's Car wash they washed my truck left it immaculately clean and only charged an Extra 8 dollars which was cheaper than cost of car was at Sun Dance. If you wanna pay to wash a clean car this is the place for you. But if you want a great place to wash your car no matter how dirty it is go to Bob's Car wash in Roseville CA.

Didn’t vaccine or wipe down or put fragrance.’I went in and asked for my money back. They said I could drive it back and have it done. I declined as I had waited for a hour already and it 100 degrees Out w kids. He said well I could never come back I said what?’ I want my money. He said I give you free advice and you come back or I give you money and never come back. I said what?!!!! I demanded My money and he said don’t ever come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So guarantee I want everyone to know this about Sundance car wash in Roseville, ca!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely not permissible at all!!!

I went there today (2/26/17)to give it another chance as my last visit they didn't do that good a job. The most expensive wash was on sale $10 off. It cost $14 99 extra to get the interior done but they did a great job looks super. I have upped my review a bit and we'll see how it goes but the service does seem to be better than my last visit.

Do not go to this car wash! I took my car in this morning and they did a terrible job. The dashboard was not cleaned, there was still dog hair all over the carpet. They never even touched my doors or my trunk, and the outside of my car still had some kinda black dirt on the bottom. After I complained about the job not being done properly, the employee I spoke to told me that he will try again, but that was they best they could do with the carpet because hair is difficult to remove. I get that, but this is a professional place, assuming they have tools to get the job done. The guy also informed me that the black stuff on my car would not come off. At that point, I ran my finger over it and it came off just fine. After the second cleaning, a lot of the black stuff was still there, and the dog hair was still there. The doors were still untouched and the trunk was not done. The only thing they improved on was the dashboard, which was now clean. I was just sick of dealing with these people as a lot of them didn't speak English, or pretended not to, and they all had terrible attitudes. I should have asked for a refund but instead I drove to my father's house and used his shopvac. I re-vaccumed the entire car, and in about 15 minutes all of the hair they claimed was impossible to remove was gone. I also noticed that they tore my car mat trying to remove it from the peg that keeps it in place. The worst part of this experience I found was the scratches. I didn't notice it until I got to my father's house, but my car had long thin scratches all over the trunk. I have absolutely no way of proving this car wash scratched my car, but I know for sure they were not there this morning. I am beyond upset with the service, attitude, and horrible job I got from this place. Do not go here unless you want property damage and extreme disappointment.
