This was a amazing car wash about 15 years ago! I should of know when I pulled up around 1:15pm this afternoon 3/27/19, and there was no one to write me a ticket. After a couple min. the cashier came out and wrote one and proceeded to vacuum my car.. Odd but that was just the beginning. I asked if they were aware on how to operate my Tesla Model 3 and she stated she did.. Then they pulled my car around and I proceed inside with my son to watch them wash my car.. But instead I see the front of my car raise up a foot and drop down suddenly.. I rush out to find they didn’t know how to get my car to go into Neutral.. Then they have some one drive it trough and I see my driver front rim dragging along the plastic insert on the track causing minor scratches to my front rim, and then the I ask for the Manager and there isn’t one on site and the cashier was in charge.. So she attempts to contact the manager followed by the owner and can’t get a hold of anyone.. So I get the managers info and at this point I’d been there for over a hour and go out to get my car and they didn’t enen do a good job washing the car and ask if they can take the excess armor all on the tire tread off, and they aren’t willing to help her and she proceeds to do it herself.. No management or since of teamwork here! So if you have a car you love and pamper don’t even consider this Car Wash!!

I've been coming here for 15 years. They have a new owner/management. It's TERRIBLE now. They raised the prices and charge extra for trucks and vans. Even my minivan was extra. Very slow service. I stood at the counter waiting to pay for 20 minutes. I feel sorry for the employees working there.

I bring my Chevy Tahoe here for the more basic wash/wax products. Most of the time the guys do a good-enough job on the hand-side of the experience to merit the cost + tip. I've found that to be a bit more lacking late in the day, or when it's really hot out. I understand it, though, and so I'd recommend trying to get here earlier in the day, and coming when it's not terribly hot out to get the most bang for the buck.

Took way too long. People were not kidding when they said to put half your day aside for this carwash. They appear to be pretty understaffed so definitely recommend to hire more help. Besides that they did a good job cleaning.

Yasmin has been one of the hardest working receptionists/cashiers that I have ever seen in action. When the car wash gets slammed she really works hard to make sure all the clients are handled and kept happy. She does not know the meaning of the word helpless. I have watched as she runs outside to prep a car then back inside to work the register. She is really excellent with patience and customer care as her top priority.

If you're looking for a place to have your car washed in a quality, efficient manner, this place is NOT for you. But if you have an abundance of time that you don't mind surrendering against your will just to watch it be pissed down the toilet, hurry up and get here now! Just got my car back. I definitely brought it in cleaner than after the wash. Now I get to take it somewhere else to clean up after these slobs.

Poor quality car wash, missed spots and left water spots all over the place [which needs to be wiped off], took the cash and tip money no problem but when I pointed out the problems everyone took off leaving me alone in the finishing area to borrow a ladder and finish wiping down my car myself. These people are nuts. No refund offered they did mention a detail would remove the spots but heaven forbid I expect a clean car after a car wash. Literally any other car wash [robot or hand] is better than this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Under new ownership as of one week ago. I have been bringing my vehicles here for over a year now. And I never had a single issue with the service and the work done on my vehicle. Yesterday I took my 2019 brand new truck in for a wax detail. Granted I did go about an hour before closing. Unfortunately what I had paid for was not done. The vehicle was left with new scratches that we're not there prior being that it is a brand new vehicle less than a month old. There was stains on the driver seat. The front grill was not fully cleaned. And there were still dirt on all panels including the top of the truck and back window which were never cleaned at all. The front emblem on the truck had a piece of the logo chipped off. I asked the manager he said there's no taking those marks off. I then asked one of the washers to borrow their towel and proceeded to clean one spot in front of the manager taking it off with just a little bit of elbow grease. I said to the manager it looks like the gentleman that was working on the vehicle did not care. When I asked the manager if he could have my next wash discounted he told me that he was sorry. I then replied that I'm sorry that I will no longer be returning to this car wash. So buyers beware.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I should of listened to the other reviews. I paid for the Manager Special and my car was still dirty after the wash. This place is a rip-off. The staff are very lazy and when I brought up my concerns with the quality of the car wash I was given a very lame excuse about "hard water stains" don't come out. But when the car washer wiped the stain it came off. In addition to the alleged hard water stains my wheels and windows were still dirty. Other reviews mention this same issue and that all it takes is a little elbow grease to get the job done correctly. However as I stated the staff are very lazy and the new Management has not taken any steps to offer an improved level of service. You are better off going to a gas station and using the drive through car washes. I also should of known that something was not right with this place as it was not busy. I brought my car on a Sunday for a wash and I have never been to a car wash that was not busy on a Sunday. I will never go back to the Stevenson Ranch Car Wash and I will say it again PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

I normally go to Lyons Car Wash, but though I'd try something different today. It was a bad decision. This is a hand-wash place and I chose the deluxe. When they called me to pick up my car there was still dirt and water rolling out of the back window. The windows and mirrors were all spotted and the interior was about half wiped down. For nearly $20 I was expecting a much more thorough cleaning.

I paid a little extra for the wax. It was done quickly but then seemed to use the same rags for windows as there were smears and streaks. Also super dusty on outside a few days later a good sealant shouldn't do that.

Excellent service My boyfriend let the car washer that we were in a hurry and he took us immediately. They wash your car by hand which is so good for the car. And they are super fast. In less than 30 minutes we were out with a clean car. We paid for the basic and it was 20 dollars
