A zero star if I could! Do not waste your time or money on this half axx car wash. Went in with no broken windshield left with a broken windshield. They cracked it said they weren't liable. Then called the cops because I wouldn't leave. I am a resident of Huntington Beach as well as a business owner. I would never have a shady staff running my business unless I was shady myself. You guys do a horrible car wash and have horrible customer service. Called corporate no one called back given the emergency. You would think an incident report would be offered from the beginning but the cops had to get involved for them to even offer it. Do not go here unless you want your window cracked.

I have been using this car wash for 8 yrs and I go once a week. The last two times I had to stop the person drying my car because it appeared he was stalling to finish as he washed the windows at least 6 times. When I mentioned it in front of the manager, he stated well they are extra clean and must have been really dirty. My car should have been clean since it just went through your wash. Again I get my car done once a week, how dirty can it be. I felt the manager was rude and his response was out of line. A simple I'm sorry and maybe state he would address this with the dryer would be been appreciated. Not attitude

Paid for a hand wax, watched them spray wax my car. The interior vacuuming job was pitiful. Long time customer hopefully just an anomaly.

They don't do a thorough job. Have to wait around 3-5 minutes for them to even start drying my car, so I get spots. Have a good man coming to my house to clean my car, does extra cleaning for same amount. Inside and out!!

Get in and out, no time to vacuum and dry my car, these places are going out of style because they want to save money and make the client vacuum your own car and dry it also, I love this place, car came out clean and did not have to sweat either, you pay for what you get.

I've been going here for over 20 years. They always do an excellent job. Javier described the product. Rav did the ceramic coating today and my car looks so good! He buffed out some scratches, oxidation and applied their product. Guaranteed for 6 months and if stays looking this good I'll do it again. Thank you so much!

The man who greets you by the vacuum station did not greet me (but walked by me) a few times. I asked for a coupon and they don't offer any. The people who vacuum your car did an awful job. This location was dead. The customer service here is a 0 out of 10. I dont anyone even speaks to you. They just take your money and walk off. I paid $25 for my wash and I was not satisfied AT ALL. I showed the guy at the end a bunch of stuff left in the car from the vacuum station and he came in with an air hose and just blew the stuff all over the car instead of it just being in one spot. #LOCALGUIDES

This detailing job was for a work vehicle that someone smoked in. Smith came out and did a fantastic job cleaning it up and getting it ready for us. After he was done you couldn't tell someone smoked in it and it looked like a band new car! I am from the South Bay in LA. Comparatively, they are more expensive than full service car washes here. I was surprised how much so. I was told by the receiving attendant they they were the best. I wasn't disappointed at all. Great job!

I’ve had a lot of bad experience getting my car detailed throughout my life as I always feel like I could do a better job. My Subaru had seen many many road trips with my Shepherd dogs and it was past the point of a DIY clean. I was reluctant to come here given the reviews but I needed my car done. They made my car look brand new and got rid of ALL the dog hair. There was A LOT. I’m honestly shocked and I will be a returning costumer. They even check-in with me after to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I’m really impressed.

I'm posting this review, because for $160 I expect excellent interior/exterior detailing. Let's start with the good. Friendly staff, fast, nice wax job, clean seats, and dash. I have a convertible so it's a tiny car with two seats so it is a lot less to detail. It also means there is dust/dirt from having the top down. Here is the bad: Completely missed cleaning the area behind the seats where the top folds down. Probably 6 square feet of dirt. The visors and mirrors were also covered in dirt and not clean at all. Here is the list that was partially clean. I'd say about 80% wheel rims, vents, all the tight corners around stereo, all the tight corners around instrument cluster, the pedals, etc. Lastly, I wasn't called when the car was finished so I don't know if it took an hour or more. I had to go back and check on it and ask. I would recommend going to another hand wash/detail shop, because for $160 I think there is better car care. I have tried to make this a fair and honest review.

I have been going here for years and although the staff changed recently, the greeters and cashiers are very friendly. Jackie, in particular, informed me of my account status for frequent washes and was also very approachable and kind. She is a great employee.

They apparently close at 6 p.m. When I arrived at 5:30 p.m. they told me they couldn't clean my car - they only have time to run it through the wash!! no time to vacuum or clean it in any other way! In addition, very rude people and just want to get home. Apparently, I was talking to the owner! Really unbelievable and horrible customer service!!

I had an enjoyable experience here. I had paint over spray on my paint and windows. They got almost all of the over spray off, but a few days later I noticed some still on the windshield. I took it back in, they resolved the issue and washed ny car for free. I highly recommend their work.

Terrible. Swirls all over the paint. Surly manager Benito. What a waste of time and money. Now I must spend a day waxing my truck to get rid of the swirls. If you care about your vehicle, don’t go here. Beware, it looks like a very nice car wash, but it most certainly is not. If that wasn’t bad enough, one of my fender flares, drivers - rear, is now loose. I am certain it was not loose before the car wash. How can I be certain? I will tell you, this is my pride and joy, a 2016 Ram Power Wagon. I shine it up daily, I monitor every inch to keep it spotless. That is why I know they did it. I’m pretty sure you will find more bad reviews below.

Totally disappointed. I needed a full detail of my vehicle. I drove in and met with Javier. Asked what a full detail would cost and he said $480.00. Now that is excessive to begin with, Javier must have thought I just came in off the turnup truck. I scoffed at his offer and he said how about $295.00. Now that was a bit better, but my normal good detailer who was out of town normally does a fantastic job, does it for $250.00 and I told Javier that and he said he could cut a few corners. Which I was not quite sure of what that meant. After the finished product I found out what that meant and it was not a good meaning. I was called by phone that my car was ready and I asked how late they were open and was told 6:00 p.m. I got there shortly after 4:00 p.m and they were closed. My car was left out in the rain with no one around. I had no keys to drive the car. I went home to get my set and return. I was met at my car buy Raul. Who appoligized for leaving the car in the rain and having me to return. That should have alerted me to another issue. It was night fall and I didn't get a good look at their finished product. At daylight I could see the car was barely acceptable. They did not buff out the car at all. Just washed it and put on a hand wax. Not good. Then I opened the engine compartment to see they did nothing to cleaning the engine, which was discussed in out first conversation. Must have been a language issue. I took the car back as requested by Raul for a wash and there was Javier. I opened the hood and asked "What is wrong with this picture?" Wow I got a dumb look. Must be a language issue again. After having to wait for more than 30minutes to get a was, my car just sat in their Q. I got discussed and after some words with Raul I just left never to return. Will never do business with these guys again. I have used this car was for over 40 years. Management is not good.

I came in today to get the interior detail package that I saw on your website. It is advertised for $104.99 when I arrived the gentleman said it was $139.99. I proceeded to show him the ad on the website and he said no sorry the prices have changed it’s $139.99. I’m not sure who runs that location on beach and Garfield but I’m quite disappointed. I generally use the one on beach and Edinger for the quick service but if this is how they run their business I’ll just go to the car wash on beach and Warner. There are too Many other carwashes around for me to put up with service like that.

These guys are great. They treat me well. Prices are fair. Work is decent. I take both my vehicles to them regularly. I have yet to find any other car wash in the area since I moved here that does decent work for a good price. I’ve paid more and had terrible cleanings done at nicer washes.

God awfully terrible service, they promised 40 minutes and it took me 2 hours to get out with a simple service. I am honestly very very lived and feel like my time was not valued. I would have respected it much more if they told me they could not promise me a time, instead of promising 40 minutes and taking much much longer. I would not recommend this place to anybody, they would not even let me talk to the manager. As far as the cleaning goes, they forgot to do the passenger side and I'm not sure if they even vacuum because it still looks horrible. I'm not sure if I will come back here, even when the manager and I talked he did not care and his guy who promised the 40 minutes also also didn't care

Absolutely terrible detailing service. I took my 1990 Suburban here it had some cracks in the dash and they put a hole straight through a soft piece of the dash where I told them to be careful at. Also scratched my rear tail light that is now not smooth anymore and has a chunk of thick plastic blown out like they backed it into something. Forgot to mention also a bad cleaning job. Tons of dirt left in the cup holders, all my inside panels are still covered in dust, didnt care to clean out my little triangle windows, I have dust all around my air vents and didnt bother to even wipe any finger prints off my chrome on the inside. I also showed them where to be careful when shampooing my seats and I see more of my red corduroy has been scraped off so they completely disregarded what I said. Over all just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I didnt notice my light being chipped into while I was there otherwise I would have complained to management but I am now seeing on my receipt once you leave the place you cant go back and show them damages. I do not recommend this place at all. I was very excited to have my newly purchased car detailed but looks like it didnt turn out well at all. I will never be back.

Worst place ever. Left a car to be detailed at 10:30...they said it would be ready at 2:00. Kept trying to call to see if it was ready...phones kept going to voice mail. Finally got a ride down there 5 hours ...the car was still not done. Said they got busy. Took people from my car so now it's been 6 hours. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
